Foreign. Hey, my friends, it's Brendon Burchard. And welcome to a special episode of the Brendon show where we jump into some of the best of my motivational quotes. Hey, y', all, y' all been asking for this for a long time and we finally put it together for you. Every single day, I do a new 60 second audio sort of of my best quotes or of coaching that we put on Instagram. And I have just gotten such an outpouring of love for these. As you can see, each of them tends to get, you know, tens and tens of thousands or tens of tens of tens of thousands of views. So much love for these. And basically what I've done is I. If you haven't seen it, please follow me on Instagram. Brendon Burchard. And what I like to do is post an actual quote of mine that I've written from one of my six books or, you know, the thousands of blogs and articles that I've done. And what I like to do is just grab a little bit of a quote, maybe it's two to three sentences. And so I read the quote on Instagram and then I just go off on that quote for like 60 seconds. So literally just one minute of fire as much as I can pretty much every single day on Instagram that I created originally. And people just wanted like a roundup of those. So finally somebody actually DM me on Instagram and said, man, you should do a mashup of all these on your podcast. These are like friggin inspiring. They're insightful, they're motivational because they're some of the best of what I've written. And I think you'll really enjoy these. It's kind of a funny format because each of them was only 62nd. And we're stringing together a bunch of them from this week for you right here in what we're gonna call the motivational quotes episodes. I hope you'll really enjoy that. So without further ado, enjoy these 60 seconds of motivation for your day, my friend. If you really like these, make sure you're following me on Instagram. And also just do me a simple favor that I know you guys are liking these. Take a screenshot of wherever you're listening to this, post it up on your socials and use the Brendon show. That way I can see who's really engaging with these motivational quote sessions. And we'll be doing some giveaways this week and over the next couple weeks, so make sure you use a Hashtag the Brendon show. When you post about these motivational quotes, sessions with that, let's go. Put everything, all of it, all of you, absolutely everything into life. You know, you can just exist and survive, or you can etch a fiery streak of life across the sky. You know, there's a greater pulse in you, a brilliant charge, and it's readying itself and it is saying, live, my friend, live. And you feel that impulse sometimes midweek you wake up and you think, gosh, I just want. I want to. I want to break out. I want to do something significant. I want to go take an adventure or I want to try something new, or what if I, you know, like, pitch this idea? Like that there's something in you that's always kind of scratching at the surface and saying, hey, live a little more. Like, like, unleash, open up. Like, go. Like, break through. Like, that's in each of us. You know, so many people are just rude, and they're rude to themselves. I mean, if they could actually hear how they spoke to themselves in their mind, how they judged themselves, criticized themselves, cut themselves off, like, literally downgraded their abilities, spoke ill of themselves, said that, you know, this isn't possible. You're a jerk, you're an idiot. The rudeness to themselves and then also to other people. The way they think of other people when they walk by or they scroll through on social media is a detriment not only to their personal life, but our social fabric. And so I just always tell people, be kind to yourself and others, for that's the foundation of love. And we're not going to improve the society unless we start to learn to be kinder to each other and make that the foundation of also generating greater love in this world for each other. You have to find what is good and strong and extraordinary about yourself and hold that knowledge close. When it gets difficult, you got to know that about yourself. You got to give yourself credit. You got to look inside and know your values and know your heart, know your soul. Because it will be hard. There will be struggle. There will be sad days. And you need that to hold onto. When they doubt you, they make fun of you. The project fails, the thing doesn't work out. Hold on on to that. Hold on to that thing inside that was given to you by God. That thing inside that was luck, generous or blessing, that thing within you that knows that you can, that you will, that thing inside that has greater trust than the circumstances. Hold on to that. Cultivate it. Think about it. Reflect on that when it gets difficult, because it will. How many times have we caused ourselves pain because we failed to pause and think? How would my best self view and respond to this situation? How would my best self view and respond to this situation? Because, you know, what we do is we bumble through the day and we let our impulses drive us versus our intention. And so our impulses, oh, I'm angry, I'm upset, or this thing is happening, so I'm going to react short term to it. But if we could pause, take a step back, take a deep breath, observe from on high and say, okay, now, how should my best self deal with this? How would my best self think about it? How would my best self check my perspective and my feelings and my emotions? What's coming up for me that's real? How can I observe myself, but also how can I dictate how I should act now from the greatest place within me possible? Most people only see their fears, and they see them as a huge, impenetrable obstacle, a scary monster. And so they stop. But you must learn to see through your fears. For on the other side is a clearing, a grand open space where your dreams present themselves to you, where you find clarity, where there is freedom and opportunity and there is a better life. But you have to know that those obstacles, those fears, those things that you're seeing, those aren't things to see and run away from, but rather to go move through, to listen and see and honor the fear and move through it anyway. And it's okay if you don't know what's exactly on the other side, because clarity is often on the other side of fear. You all know this. So identify. What are those fears that are really holding you back from growing your brand, growing your business, improving your life, improving your career, and go get them. Sometimes to grab your destiny in the future, you got to let go of some doubtful friends today. It's a hard reality. Of course, we don't want to leave everybody who doubts us or doesn't believe us or doesn't cheer us on because nobody else's permission or belief is required for our own progress or our own momentum in life, we can certainly do it on our own. But sometimes, if you had friends around and you have got that momentum or you've got that deep belief or that deep passion, or you sense it's part of your purpose and they're not willing to be positive influences or to give you constructive feedback or to send you a resource or to open a door or at least be a positive person on the sidelines cheering you on, Then it's time to minimize your exposure, end that relationship or just simply, you know, start building the community that you do need. The people who will cheer you on, the people who have your back. You can always build a new peer group and achieve more. You have to realize you get that choice.
