Brendon Burchard uses a 3-2-1 wind-down protocol: no food three hours before bed, no work or screens two hours before, no screens at all one hour before. He keeps his bedroom at 65-68°F in complete darkness, does 5-10 minutes of stretching, then reflects on whether he lived, loved, and mattered before sleep.
