MSP owners need three things to grow: a peer group split between local contacts and industry-wide networks, one operating system you actually stick with, and a one-on-one coach for accountability. Together they create a synergistic effect that makes the business engine run hotter.
To be a happy and healthy entrepreneur, you need 3 things. You need a great peer group. You have to have a great peer group. And I always like kind of add a thing that says like you need a local one so you understand what's going on in your market, and you need an industry one so you understand what's going on in your industry. So maybe 2. A peer group. You need a system. I happen to love EOS. There's hundreds of them out there. You need one system, not 80. Yeah. Run one system. And you need a great coach. You need someone one-on-one to kind of kick you in the butt when you need it and pat you on the back when you need it. And if you have those 3 things, I had those things, you had those things, great peer group, a great system, and a great coach. It's like adding additive into the engine to make it rev a little hotter without breaking anything.
