And I think that's sometimes one of the biggest challenges for CEOs is that, well, you like to be the one to make the call and to, you know, and that people come to you with important decisions to make. And so you just have a lot of trouble just saying, you know what, actually, I'm going to create a system for this. So not every decision has to come to my desk. Instead, we have a process for that. And so, go follow the process. If there's a problem with it, okay, maybe we need to have a conversation. But otherwise, well, let the business run without you so that you can work on it.
Absolutely. That's key and it's tough, right? I can vouch for that. I've spent the last 3 years delegating every single little thing that I do. It's been really difficult, but there's no way for me not to do that because of the scale that we're at with 3 350 people, just there's no way for me to be involved in anything day to day.
