An MSP owner in a rural town of 1,600 people generates $15 million in annual revenue. Market size doesn't determine success. Leadership skill does.

I think a lot of MSP owners, they tend to make excuses for why they can't be best in class. It's like maybe, well, yeah, I'm in a small market, or there's too much competition in my area, or we just don't have the team we need, or, you know, a myriad of different reasons. But at the end of the day, it's actually the skill of the leadership team that determines the MSP's success. And I was having a conversation with a, with an MSP owner just yesterday or the day before, who's in a market of 1,600 people. Mm-hmm. This is their town that they're in, very rural market, 1,600 people. They're doing $15 million in revenue and they're best in class profitability. So don't tell me that you're in too small of a market because guess what? These guys are doing it and they're absolutely killing it.
