We had this exact same conversation about the CFO early on. So I want to probe that for just a second. You know, previous guest was like, when we made that decision, it was night and day. I think we tend to, as owners, it's like, well, I know enough, I can manage the finance. I can also be the CEO and the CFO, no big deal. So tell me what was so key about bringing in that position to you.
Look, man, Frank's my right hand, man. Me and him talk every day. That is my guy. Without him, I would not be able to do this. And he keeps me focused on the things that I need to focus on. And he focuses on the thing that he needs to focus on. I used to get stressed, Brian. I would see the ups and downs, right? And start to want to pivot off budget because it's easy to do that. And he doesn't allow me to do that. Like I used to look at the P&L like every day. I get a forecast, I get a mid-month update, and I got my closeout meeting. That's what I look at, man. I'm not driving myself crazy.
