MSP owners need three things to scale: join a peer group of other MSP leaders, implement a structured operating system like EOS, and hire an executive coach or advisor for guidance and accountability.
Those are the kind of things I get into a lot with, with my clients, right? It's like, hey, all of this, this journey is— it's tough. And when you kind of feel like you're out there on an island on your own, it can be really heavy. So all of that, like, man, we're on the same page. My big 3 things: get in a peer group, get a business operating system in place, EOS or whatever, and find yourself an executive coach or thought partner or advisor or somebody that's going to be in your corner on your team. And those were the 3 things for me.
