As I looked back after selling my business, I, you know, the 3 big things for me and for our team: joining a peer group, implementing EOS in the organization, or a business operating system. We self-implemented, but we also had a coach, which, which was kind of, you know, it wasn't an EOS implementer, but the coach being the 3rd one, all of those things together just created an ecosystem for success inside the business that was not there before that. Before that, it was just like, I'm not really sure what to do here. But if you've got people to bounce stuff off of, if you've a system for running the business. And if you have somebody telling you, you're not just like doing it all on your own, you've got somebody who's holding up a mirror and saying, hey, this is not so good. Well, maybe we should do something different here. That being a coach, all of those things like were just, I mean, just catalysts for growth for us.
