On my journey as I was learning what does best in class look like or how are the best in class running their businesses? If nothing else, that helped me realize, okay, there's certain things that are really good best practices. Oh my gosh, I never even thought about that. And then there's other things that it's like, well, that's not right for me, that particular thing right now anyways. And so, well, we can work on something else and that's okay as well. You guys have beaten a slightly different path and there's more than one way to achieve any outcome.
