Chapters
I think that is a little bit like delegating the future of the company to a single individual instead of the entire C-team. And so I think the entire C-suite needs to maybe not be as technical as the CTO, but get your hands dirty. Yeah. The reason a little time investment there allows you to see strategy that you couldn't see, and that's what this comes back to. How do I help my people be more effective, get more done, win more, help our clients more? And if that's not strategy, I don't know what it is. The other piece is so many people want to delegate to the CTO because it sounds like technology, but there's just so much involved in the strategy side. And the CTO is going to see an angle that's different from the CFO, that's different from the CEO or the COO. And when you come together, now you'll be able to see something that you really just haven't seen before. And that's what's going to unlock the ability to help with the business of your client. Yeah. And things like that before, more than you ever could.
