This is a YouTube video titled "Better sleep, better life." containing a monologue or single-speaker advice segment recorded in October 2024. The speaker provides tips on improving sleep quality by avoiding phone use before bed, using blue light blocking glasses, and applying a blue light filter on laptops. There is no indication of multiple speakers or involvement of Brian Moncada.
Here's three easy ways you can get better and deeper sleep tonight. Number one, avoid your phone about 12 hours before bed and instead use that time reading. You'll already have a way better sleep. Now if you can't avoid your phone, you want to make sure that you use blue light blocking glasses. Blue light blocking glasses are one of the easiest ways to avoid any sort of artificial light, especially before you sleep. I wear mine every single time at about 6, 7 o' clock at night, depending on where I am in the world when the sun actually sets sets to make sure that I am resetting my circadian rhythm to know that it's about time to go to sleep. And put a filter on your laptop. Okay, there's a filter called F lux. You can actually remove all the blue light, especially if you're working deep into the night. And that way you can still go to bed pretty quickly after you're done working. So number one, avoid your phone. If you can't avoid your phone, use bluett blocking glasses and do this anyways. And then use a filter called F lux on your laptop. If you're working deep into the night between those three things, that should help you get better, deeper sleep tonight.
