Brandon Carter breaks down the math behind growing a business: customer lifetime value, acquisition cost, and pricing. Get these three numbers right and everything else follows.
What's the strategic thing that I want to do to get to 8? It's funny when people ask me this, man, because to me, it seems so clear that it's all just math.
Okay.
Right. You find out what your LTV is.
In your cost.
Of acquisition.
And that's the game. Right. It's just mad.
It's like, it's simple. Like this.
Probably might not know his numbers.
Yeah.
Because if you knew the numbers, it would be so clear. So first you got to get your numbers right, and then. Then work on increasing the lifetime value to customers. So you either depends on a business model. Maybe you can add a back end or ye. Mastermind and more.
Yeah.
For them to. For them to purchase. You know, whether it's your. Or it's like affiliates or partnerships. Partners. Jbs. Yep. Or you can raise your prices if you need to. Right. Because if your math doesn't work, your math doesn't work. You know what I'm saying? And then you got a lower cost of acquisition. So you're always trying to do both. You're always trying to increase the lifetime value and lower the cost of acquisition.
