Brian Moncada walks through how to scale YouTube ad campaigns once you've found ads that work. He covers placement strategy and targeting moves that turn a proven winner into a bigger campaign without losing what made it effective.
And then once you have these two running, you want to go to placements. And placements. I start with those, like in the middle. Because people, it depends on. On your niche as well. I don't like starting with placements. Placements is basically you taking a number of different YouTube videos and putting them in one campaign and saying, I want to show my videos on just these videos or my ads on just these videos. Sometimes they won't spend. Sometimes they won't work too well. I like to do that after I've already proven this right here. Then I go to what's called where ads showed inside my dashboard. I can select all of the videos that already have conversions for my offer and put those into another campaign because they're proven now. And I can create campaigns with just those proven videos. Now I get specific and just target those videos. And now I'm targeting them because they're already being targeted by the keywords. They're already being targeted by the customer segment. But now I'm bidding on the placements, too. And these won't compete with each other because you're using them in the same ad account.
