Daily huddles keep remote teams connected and aligned. Short daily check-ins help managers stay aware of what people are working on and catch problems early, while giving team members a chance to surface blockers and stay engaged.
It's very important, no matter who you have on your team, how many team members, you meet with them on a daily basis, especially as an agency who's probably working remote you right now might have an agency where your teams, you know, across the country, where they're in the Philippines or they're in India. You can really get a feel for who on your team isn't really showing up to the calls as excited as they maybe once were. You can get a feel if someone needs to have a one on one with you or you need to have a one on one with them to kind of just check in on them and see what's going on, see if they're okay, see if they're feeling good and, and see if you can help them in any way, shape or form. So daily huddles has been very, very powerful. Everybody on my team is very clear on what we should be focusing on to help us get to our goals. We can get a pulse for the team, see how everybody's feeling, inspire everybody, go over the vision, the mission and the values with them on a daily basis.
