Decision making framework probably my biggest takeaway so really systematically going through decisions, mapping all that stuff out and having a framework to make decisions because obviously for us you know it's not that we we're not good at making decisions it's just having all of the data and you know ways that that decision could potentially impact our business is definitely a way to proceed moving forward with making sure that every important decision anyway we go through and have a framework to make those decisions together as a team.
How do you actually process issues and solve them as a CEO, as a leader and then also as a team? I've you know never really had a framework to but Patrick had a step by step quadrant blueprint to be able to do it, how to do this, how to do that, how to process it and then what the solutions are. And so for me that was a huge thing and we're going to implement that immediately.
