This is a YouTube video titled "Detoxing from social media isn’t as tough as you might think, it just takes one step." The content features a single speaker named Holly giving advice on how to reduce social media usage by deleting the most used apps to save time and improve well-being. The video was created in October 2024 and focuses on practical steps for social media detox.
One of the easiest ways to start detoxing from your social media is to look at your screen time, go into your settings, okay? Pull it up, look at your top three most used apps throughout the week and just delete them. Like, just get rid of them. It's probably gonna be Instagram. It might even be YouTube, and it might be Twitter or, you know, I don't know, Facebook. Those are probably gonna be the top three, because those were my top three. And actually just delete them, okay? It's gonna be hard. You're not gonna feel good about it, especially day two, day three. But when you do and. And you learn that you don't necessarily need social media, even if you're running a business, you can still use it by having somebody else post for you or posting yourself on your desktop, which is kind of weird, but you'll figure it out and you'll realize that you didn't need it as much as you thought you did and how much time you saved from doing that. So just try it out and let me know how it goes.
