Hey, what's up? This is Brian Moncada. And you're probably wondering if girls care about pectus excavatum. Do they care if your chest is indented, if you have sunken chest, if you have a hole in your chest, do they really care? Or is it just something you're worried about and obsessing over in your own head? And the answer is that girls don't care. Yeah, they don't care, guys. And the reason why you think they care is because you care. And it's a hard pill to swallow, but that's what I realized at about 21 years old. I was tired of living my life hating the way I looked. Being born with a hole in my chest, wondering why God made me like this. I literally cried in my shower during high school sometimes when I would come home because I just was embarrassed of my body. I didn't like who I was. And it was a very, you know, very tough growing up on my own because I did it to myself. And that's the point of this video. The only time girls care if your chest looks weird is if you care if you make it a big deal. I remember back in high school, one of my very first girlfriends, I liked her a lot and I was super embarrassed of my chest. And I didn't want her to find out because I was afraid she wouldn't like me if she did. And one day I remember I was over at her house and I was trying to tell her about my chest and I was stumbling over my words. I was just super embarrassed. And she could feel it. And immediately she guessed what I was talking about because she could feel it, my energy, you know, and she lifted up my shirt to my surprise and she said, I don't care about this. I don't care about this. And at that moment I realized, man, what was the point of over obsessing about it, being stressed about it, and worrying about what people think. And if you have a different looking chest than most guys, the cool part is you are your own person. There's no one else on this world like you. Literally, there's no one else. You are you. And that's the beautiful thing about it. And the moment you realize that everything is in your head and you have the power to control how your life turns out because you can choose to not care about the way your chest looks and you can choose to believe that you have an amazing looking body and you can visualize yourself on top of mountains, on top of mountains, hiking, beautiful mountains, midday. And I almost fell Right there. Did you guys see that? I'm gonna keep this one stable. Trust me, I promise. And that's it. Girls don't care. But if you do, they will. And they'll feel it. And it'll most likely cause them to feel a certain way about it too. Because if you're embarrassed about it, they don't want to be with a guy who's embarrassed about the way he looks. They want a strong, masculine men. And you can ask women this and they'll probably agree. And girls, if you're out there and you have practice, escavatum comment down below if that's true. Because there's. Chances are I got a lot of girls that watch these videos as well that have practice and they're embarrassed about it. So guys, if you're embarrassed about it and girls are embarrassed about it, guess what? Let's guess what the common similarity in both of those examples is. Everyone's embarrassed about it. Each person, the girls and the guys. Because at the end of the day, everyone has their own problems, their own insecurities. And you, regardless of the way your chest looks and how you were born, have the power to climb mountains, to do anything you want. And you shouldn't care about what anybody else thinks but yourself. So take the time, spend the time. 30 minutes a day reading a book. Personal Development. Brian Tracy, Psychology of Selling. Jim Rohn. Anything from Jim Rohn? Darren Hardy, the Compound Effect. There's tons of books out there. Start developing your mind. And I'll be doing more book reviews on topics like this that are related to personal growth and developing mentally, physically, financially and spiritually. Okay, Hope you guys have an amazing rest of your day. I'm going to enjoy this view. Do a little bit of meditation up here. Calm my mind. It was a tough climb to the top. And we're out here looking strong, baby. Looking strong. Let's go. Anyways, I'm gonna run now. There's a video right here. Watch this one. This one's pretty cool too. You'll like both of them. I recommend either or you won't go wrong. Cheers, boys.
