Brian Moncada argues that investing in yourself through books, courses, and mastermind groups is the fastest way to grow your income and level up in business.
One of the best investments you can make in your 20s is in your self education. I once heard a quote from Jim Rohn, a personal development author, coach and speaker, one of my favorites of all time. And he said, poor people have bigger TVs, successful people have big libraries. And that always stuck with me. But I would always keep the number one thing with me, which was my big box of books. And I have two big boxes at this point, hundreds of books. Invest in your self education. Buy more books. Read the books you actually buy before moving on to the next book. Buy more courses. Invest in your self education. Join a coaching program to stay accountable to your goals, to actually achieve the goal for your business that you have. Looking back, I joined my first mastermind at around the age of 24, I believe. I wish I would have done it sooner. I see kids nowadays, 18, 19 at masterminds that I'm a part of and I'm like, dude, these kids are savages. So if I could have invested earlier in my self education, I would have and take this and do it too.
