It's something that I think has been capping our ability to grow because if I'm so comfortable staying in rooms where we are well known then we're never going to grow because we're only going to stay in rooms where we are and be around people that already know like and trust us. That's such a small percentage of worth right? So now we have to be around people like this because nobody knows who we are and I have to be able to be okay with getting pissed off and saying look I'm a small fish now in a big pond and like I want to, I want to get, I want to get known right I want us to get known. So for me it was a little bit of an identity audit about my go out, shake hands, meet people, talk to people get to know them and be a small fish like be a student like don't act like you have it all figured out because you don't.
