When you're going through shit as well like in your business, in your relationships it's very easy to just get down on yourself 100% through the journey. But then your gratitude is the key to happiness. If you're not grateful for your situation, your circumstances where you are, it's hard to really just be happy, feel happiness. Like everyone's worried about what they didn't do, anxious for the future, stressed about the past. But it's like when you can just learn to be grateful for everything that's happening to you or happening for you I should say as well as grateful for just where you are in the journey. It just humbles you for a second and says going to choose to enjoy it because this is all supposed to be for a bigger purpose whether it's God, the universe, whatever you believe in, it's never happening to you, against you, it's all for you. So I think that's a good learning lesson.
