All right, so this is a new YouTube ads masterclass for 2025. Okay. A lot's changed. Everything you need to know to profitably scale your business past multiple seven and eight figures using YouTube ads while breaking free from the race. Facebook ads roller coaster. Okay, so let's. Let's go ahead and jump into what we're going to be teaching today. Here's what we're going to be covering. YouTube ads are changing forever. Here's what you need to know. Okay? New targeting options available to get your YouTube ads in front of your ideal clients easier than ever. I'm gonna walk you through exactly what's happening right now. You're gonna be excited to see this, why most people fail with YouTube ads and how to avoid wasting precious ad budget getting started. If you do not do these things right that I'm about to show you today, you can waste thousands of dollars. And I'm gonna show you example after example after example of this happening so that it doesn't happen to you, which is why you're on this webinar. Okay? How to create YouTube ads that live longer, fatigue slower, and converse faster. I'm gonna show you how our process that we on average allows them to have ads last six months, one year, two years, even up to three years plus. Okay. This is going to be really, really valuable for you if you're not using these systems in your business for creative. How to use intent based validation to show your ads to the right person at the right time for the right price using these new targeting strategies and why. YouTube ads is back, baby. Okay? It's freaking back. It took a little hiatus. You know, Facebook got a little head start on us, but now we're back. Okay? There's no way you should not be running YouTube ads in 2025. And I'm going to convince you of that. How to optimize, broaden, and Profitably scale to 10k a day using YouTube ads the right way. I don't know how much you're spending right now. You might not be spending ads on YouTube or you might be stuck from, you know, 1K a day. And you're like, dude, every single time I try to blow up the budget and scale faster, my campaigns break. Everything starts breaking. I'm going to show you why that happens. Okay? Going to show you why that happens, how to make it easier. Cool. So quick one minute intro. You should already know this. I'm going to spend literally less than one minute in this. If you don't know who I am. My name is Brian Wontgaba. I'm the founder of adspend.com a little over four years ago, I quit my job working for this guy right here. You might recognize him. I spent close to $4 million on YouTube ads for his company and his businesses with multiple different offers, multiple 2 comma club awards gained for his business specifically, and over 8 figures in revenue generated for his company on the back end of those end ads as well. Okay. I then leveraged that expertise to build my own agency, which I've been using, which is adspin.com the logo you see on me, the plaque you see behind me. Adspend.com is our advertising agency. We've done over $7 million in the last few years. Our top customers pay us hundreds of thousands of dollars and stay with us for a long time. And we have less than a 2% refund rate. Not many people can say that because there's a lot of people in the space that claim a lot of things, but they can't back up what they say. This is real proof that and I'm showing you that when we get results for clients, they stick and they continue paying. Okay? Also, just last year alone, we spent close to $20 million on YouTube ads just in the last year. In total, we spent over $100 million on YouTube ads in the last few years and generated hundreds of millions of dollars for our clients and our company using YouTube ads. So what I'm about to teach you guys is not fluff or theory. This is what we do every single day for clients just like you business owners who sell real results backed by real data of what I'm going to tell you and teach you. And these are also quick eight and nine figure friends who've either paid me, partnered with me and interviewed with me. You might recognize a couple of these and tell you that. But more importantly, they have no ego because they still know that the only way to keep leveling up to make more money. Very, very, very key lesson for you. Very key lesson. And here's the reality, guys. The info marketing game has changed. Okay? Coffeezilla. For those of you who don't know, I actually grew up with Coffeezilla. He was one of my good friends back in middle school in Texas and obviously a long time since middle school, but he actually put guys that were scamming people with high ticket courses, coaching and masterminds and just not fulfilling on their services, which caused a huge stain in the industry and created people to not trust people. People are more skeptical. Okay, We've all seen this Cat Williams interview. If you haven't seen this, well, you should because there's a lot of crazy stuff happening right now and people don't trust people. More importantly, trust is getting lower, as we've seen within the recent election. Whether regardless of your outside the United States or not, you know that there's a lot of crazy stuff happening right now, especially with Doge and the government. What we're spending money on is insane. I can tell you that as a taxpayer of this United States country. And it's. I'm glad it's getting cleaned up, obviously. And so competition is also getting higher on Facebook, on Instagram, on TikTok, on all these platforms and in your specific industry. It's easier than ever to start an online education business. Would you guys agree? Put in the chat right now if you think it's easier or like, is it easier to start? It's easier. It's easier. Anybody can throw up a landing page. It's easier. Easier, yes, of course it's easier. You can claim you're an expert right now and you can start trying to make money. So this means, as Alex Hormozi says, trust right now is the most undervalued asset in business. And I'm going to show you today how to create more trust in your business and how to get more clients from cold traffic so they can trust you. Miguel says, easier to start, hard to be successful. Exactly. It's getting harder. So you need these strategies and how to find the correct niche. Who recognizes this guy? Sam Ovens. Who's Sam Ovens? Put in the chat. Who is Sam Ovens? YouTube ads work well for coaches. I'm on his way to be a billion dollar man very, very soon. He said, the only reason we like our parents is because they served us so many impressions. Who would agree with that? We trust them because they're our family, because they've served us thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of impressions. So naturally, when we see them, we like know and trust them right now. What does this mean? It means the only way to build more trust right now. And the reason why YouTube makes the most sense is because this is where YouTube comes in. This is where YouTube comes in. Okay. Because YouTube is the new television. YouTube is the new television right here. A Stat from this specific infographic. YouTube beats cable TV, NBC, Fox, CBS. YouTube's beating them. YouTube right now is the new television. Right? YouTube also just passed Netflix, Hulu, Disney, and all other streaming platforms as the number one most consumed media channel on earth. Okay, the number one most consumed media channel on earth. Put in the chat right now. How many of you found me from YouTube? Put YouTube in the chat. If you came from YouTube, are you subscribed to my YouTube channel? Okay, YouTube, perfect. YouTube. YouTube, YouTube, YouTube. YouTube, yes, YouTube. Right, right there. You came from YouTube, which means that YouTube ads are the new TV commercials. Okay? YouTube ads are the new TV commercials. And so the reason why this is so important is because people buy because of YouTube. You're here because of my YouTube channel, because of the videos I've placed on YouTube to get in front of you and then remarket to you with those YouTube ads to get you to be interested in what I have to offer you. Right? You create trust that way. And this is a study by Google, actually, that says 70% of viewers bought a product after seeing it on YouTube, which is a very, very high thing. Now, notice want to be very clear here. It doesn't mean they bought it from YouTube directly. I'm going to show you what that means. It means they bought it after seeing your offer on YouTube. Simon says will Brown. Yeah, Will Brown's a good friend of mine. Will Brown's a good friend and he's obviously. I'm glad you said that, Simon. Sam Ovens also once said, YouTube ads get people to know you. Okay? Your YouTube channel is where you win people's hearts. And your email list reminds people about you, your channel, and your offer. Okay? Does this make sense? YouTube ads get people to know about you. Your YouTube channel is where you win people's hearts because they watch your videos, and then your email list reminds them about you, your channel, and your offer. Does this make sense? Put yes in the chat if this makes sense. Do you see how this works? Yes. Okay, cool. How many of you came from email? Put email in the chat. If you. If you came from email, put email in the chat. Emails. Yep. Okay, cool. Thomas came from emails. Yep. There we go. Email, email, email. I'm just reminding you about me and my offers. That's how you build trust. Now, Tony Robbins is also famous for saying, long ago, I realized that success leaves clues and that people who produce outstanding results do specific things to create those results. I believed that if I precisely duplicated the actions of others, I could reproduce the same quality of results that they had. Okay. I could reduce the same quality of results that they have, just duplicating success. So let me ask you guys, what are all of these eight and nine figure marketers doing right now? What are all of these eight and nine figure marketers doing right now? Put in the chat. YouTube, YouTube ads. Okay. What are they doing? Simon says YouTube, Jerry says YouTube ads. Multiple channels YouTube and then YouTube ads. Marco. Cool. Content creation. Content, content, content. Okay. YouTube channel content. YouTube ads. YouTube. Yep. Success leaves clues, guys. They're building a brand on YouTube. They're posting videos on YouTube and they're running ads to those videos on YouTube. They're also running ads to cold traffic on YouTube. So this should show you that if you want to start doing and get the same similar results to them, you should probably do what Tony Robbins says that he does, which is to duplicate their results. And so I'm not here to say that Facebook ads don't work. That is not my intention. We run Facebook ads. We spent hundreds of thousands of dollars last year on Facebook ads for our company as well. But what I can say is that with YouTube ads and YouTube, it is a way higher intent and quality of person because of YouTube ads. And the way they're watching and consuming your content. Okay. The way they're watching and consuming your content. Quick question, right? Who has a higher attention span? Okay. Who has. Actually, before I go to that. What are the best customers? Let me ask you guys a question. I'm going to stop sharing my screen so you guys can tune into this. Who are the best customers? Just take a guess. Who are the best customers? Put it in the chat. Who do you think the best customers are for your business or in general? Who are the best customers? High intent, ready to purchase. The ones who like know and trust you? Inbound leads, the pay in fools, coaches, course creators and marketing agencies. Buy fast and pay more. Yes. But here's what I'm actually getting at here. The best customers are the ones who have the most patience. The best customers are the ones who have the most patience. Why? Why are the best customers the ones who have the most patience? Why are the best customers the ones who have the most patience? Long term vision take time. They trust you because they're easy to work with. Ramsey's because they're easy to work with. They wait for long term results. They delay gratification. Would you guys agree? They know they're going to get results. They know to trust the process. So let me ask you a very simple question. Who is more patient the person who watches a 20 minute YouTube video from you or the person who watches a 60 second TikTok reel from you, who's the more patient person? Who's the person that you would want to actually buy from you that has the more patience? Michael says 20 minutes YouTube, 20 minute video. Okay? So if we can all agree the best customers are the ones that have the most patience because they have a long term vision, they can delay gratification, then you have to advertise where you can get more of those clients. More of those clients. Right? And so I am not saying that Facebook ads don't work again. We spent hundreds of thousands of dollars last year on Facebook ads. I am simply saying that YouTube ads can deliver you a higher qualified lead because of that one simple principle alone. And so this is the most important reason why literally just yesterday, who saw this email? I literally sent this email out yesterday. Who saw this email? I was in. Okay, Miguel says I did. I was in a. Yep, people saw this email. Instagram. Yep. This literally happened this week. This literally happened this week. This happens every single week. I get these every single week. Charlie on my team can tell you. Jeff on my team can tell you. Demi on my team can tell you. We get these every single week. Guys. People getting banned randomly by Facebook. Now, of course they're not permanently banned every single time, but imagine your Facebook ad account just gets randomly banned and you have $50,000 of spend going out every single month and a sales team of people you need to feed with new leads, otherwise they're going to quit and leave. How much stress would that place on you as a business owner? Knowing your main traffic channel with paid ads just went away like that. Like that. Like this person right here. My Facebook ad account has been restricted. So thinking of going all in on YouTube ads to supplement, man, like, just imagine that pressure. Luckily, this client did what a smart business owner did. He asked who's the best person. And thankfully we've been doing this over the last four years. We've created enough trust. We have a less than a 2% refund rate. And obviously people trust us and get results with us. So they refer us to him. And he's now working with us. The point being is you can no longer have all your eggs in the Facebook basket. Just like the people I shared with you earlier, the eight and nine figure earners that are doing YouTube and YouTube ads, they are also not just relying on one traffic channel. Okay, is every. Is anyone here? Is this live? Kozowski. I'm right here, brother. The YouTube ads gold rush. Okay? The question isn't if you should start advertising on YouTube. The question isn't if you should be advertising on YouTube. It's when will you start? Okay? When will you start? And so here's what we're going to talk about. First, YouTube ads, as good as they are. If you start running YouTube ads right now, but you do not listen to what I'm about to share with you in the next five minutes, then you are going to waste thousands of dollars and tons of time using old, outdated strategies that no longer work. I don't care what course you bought two years ago, three years ago. I don't care what coaching program you joined two years, threes ago, three years ago, whatever you used before to get success on YouTube, it's completely different now. Completely different. So take some time and take notes. Pay attention. This is very, very important. Okay? This is very important. He thought it was an auto window webinar. We're here baby. We're live. Rip video action campaigns. Okay? Rip video action campaigns. What does this mean? If those of you have never ran YouTube ads on YouTube before, let me just very clearly explain this. There used to be a time where you can just run what's called video campaigns, okay? And these would be video campaigns that show up on YouTube. Those are no longer a thing. As of April 2025 this year and starting in July, those are completely being switched to what's being called demand gen campaigns. And I'm explaining why this is actually a better thing for you as a business owner to get in front of your audience on YouTube. Okay? In April 2025, literally in the next few months, the option to create a new video action campaign will be removed from Google Ads. Removed. And starting in July, if you're running ads right now on YouTube, your current video action campaigns will be upgraded to demand gen campaigns automatically without you even touching them. There's going to be automatically upgraded. Now, what does this mean? Demand gen campaigns are different than video action campaigns because demand gen now shows your ads for your business on Discover, on Gmail, on YouTube, on YouTube Shorts, on Google Display Network. Whereas before your YouTube ads would only show up on YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Google Display Network. Now, this doesn't mean that you can't only show up on YouTube, YouTube Shorts or, you know, toggle one of these on or off. You can. That's the good part. But this means that you need to have the right creative strategy. You need to have the right creative strategy for your business to succeed with YouTube ads. Here's an example of what this looks like, when you upload a demand gen campaign using video ads, you can add up to five videos and you have the selection option to choose in stream, which is those videos that you can skip. The ones that you press On a new YouTube video, it pops up before it and you press skip. Those are in stream. Those are the highest converting ones. Okay, Then you have shorts, obviously these are scrolling when you're going through shorts and your YouTube ad pops up. Okay, and then you have in feed. In feed, meaning it shows a suggested video. It looks like a regular YouTube video, but it's a suggested video. And I'm going to show you how to use those to actually grow your YouTube channel. So stay tuned. Now you also can add image ads like I showed you earlier. Put a yes in the chat if you've seen my image ads. Put a yes in the chat if you've seen these image ads. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Okay, now here's the cool part about these image ads. How many of you have YouTube Premium? Put Premium in the chat? If you have YouTube Premium, put Premium. Anybody use YouTube Premium? Okay, everybody here kick them out because they're not true admin. Because they don't want to watch ads. No, I'm just fine. I'm just playing. I'm just playing. Sinners, Sinners, man, come on, we're admin here. You're not watching the ad. That's crazy talk. Here's the cool part. Even if you have YouTube Premium, even if your business owners that you're targeting, even if your clients have YouTube Premium, guess what? I'm getting around YouTube Premium and I'm popping up in your Gmail inbox. I'm popping up in your discovery feed everywhere you go. I am literally following you on YouTube because of these demand gen ads which allows you to be able to truly octopus octopus your clients. As Grant Cardone says, I'm following you everywhere. And so again, you need to have the right strategy. Okay. You need to have the right strategy. I'm getting you hyped, baby. I'm hyped right now. Just teaching this. I love this, I love this, I love this. Okay, you also have the option for carousal image ads. What does this mean? You know how on Facebook, if you've run Facebook ads before, you have like, you know, carousal image ads. It's the same thing now with YouTube, the same thing. You can literally see this arrow right here. On YouTube you can toggle different images that'll just automatically go through them. You know, one With Sam, one with me and Charlie, one with me and Tai Lopez. Right? It's just automatically going to target these images, discover same thing. You can see there's the next image popping up. You can scroll through them now and then on Gmail. Same thing, right? Look at this. Look how crazy this is. I literally got a text the other day from someone who was a friend of mine saying, dude, this is insane that you can hit me like this on YouTube, on Gmail. How is this possible? And he saw this, he's like, dude, what is this? And I'm like, bro, I'm octopus in you. I'm octopus in you. Do they work as remarketing? Yes, of course. They crush with remarketing. They crush with remarketing. So here's what this looks like now. Okay, here's what this looks like. This is the new YouTube ads ecosystem. Okay? You can run ads on YouTube, you can hit them up in Gmail, Discover Instagram and in infeed. You can also get them on search. You can also run Google Shopping. So if you're someone who does e commerce, you can do the same exact thing. Same exact thing. Google. Google Shopping, right? This is the most important piece that you have to understand now. I'll answer questions at the end. If you have questions, just put them in the chat. I can obviously just answer them as we go. No need to raise your hand. So this is the ecosystem now and here's what the results you can expect when you do this. Okay. For example, this is one of our clients recently, literally this past Tuesday, who shared this stat and client went with Jeff. Right. Good morning, Jeff. Appreciate the help. And heads up. Just FYI, we had two new sales come through. Demand gen ads are working and has brought our landing page up conversion rate. That's amazing. Jeff said, let's go. She said, yes, that's correct. We've also been getting more leads from demand gen campaigns as well. Literally just this week, just from making that one simple switch. That one simple switch. But of course, she had to have the right creative strategy, which we'll talk about in a second. So now the point being is you need to switch to demand gen now. You literally have no choice because if you're still running ads using this icon right here, which is the old video action campaigns, you are going to be left behind. You are going to waste thousands of dollars. You are going to automatically be upgraded the demand gen anyways. So you might as well start testing this now. You have to, you have to if you want to stay ahead of the Curve if you want to beat your competition, because they're going to be testing this right now. They might even be on the same webinar learning the same exact information. Right? You need to switch now. That's just the first part. Okay, put yes in the chat if you're already hyped up, because I'm not done yet. But put yes in the chat if you're already hyped up. If you're like, dude, this is crazy. Okay, yes, yes, yes. Okay, sick. I'm not done. I'm just getting started, baby. I'm just getting started. So let's go. New targeting options available. New targeting options available. Check this out. Look alike audiences. How would you love as a business owner to upload a list of all your customers to YouTube right now and just say, google, give me more of these people, give me more of these people. And Google says, right on it, sir. And they just show your ads to everybody on YouTube and Google, who is literally a copy clone of your ideal customer. Well, guess what? That feature just rolled out literally less than two weeks ago. And now you have the option to do it with YouTube ads. You can literally upload your customer lists, your email lists, any list you have, your website visitors, whoever leads, doesn't matter. You can upload it and you can create narrow segments, balanced segments, broad segments, and literally get in front of anybody who might be someone just like the person that you've already sold to right now using these Demand Jan campaigns. Insane, Insane, insane. Not only that, keyword targeting is coming back, keyword targeting is coming back. If you don't know what keyword targeting is, two years ago, Google, for whatever reason, removed it. And I don't know why, but they did. But it's actually coming back. Barash says, not yet, and he's correct because you might not have it in your ad account, but when you do, here's what's going to happen. Okay? You can literally upload a list of keywords to your demand gen campaigns and you'll be able to show your ads in front of people who are literally watching videos with those keywords, literally watching YouTube channels of those keywords. So you can see right here, I uploaded a list of people who are just like my ideal clients, okay? Literally. And guess what happens? I literally show up on all their YouTube channels. Alex Horozi, Dan Martell, Gary Vee, Gary. Greg Isenberg, Dan Henry, Charlie Morgan, Arlen. I'm showing up on his YouTube channels. I'm showing up on their YouTube channels with keyword targeting. Someone says, what's the difference between custom segment and keyword targeting. Custom segment is people physically typing in keywords to YouTube and Google. Keyword targeting works very similar, but it takes the titles and the descriptions and the actual thumbnails and more importantly, the actual tag. Sorry, not thumbnails of the keywords. And it literally places your ads on those specific keywords. Okay. And so placement targeting is also coming back, which is the next most important reason why, like, YouTube ads was so good two years ago, but for whatever reason, they removed it. But it is coming back. It's in beta testing right now. You might not have it. I do. You know, so, you know, this is what it is. You know, we just spend so much money, I guess. I don't know. But we have it. And when we use it, guess what we can do? Okay. We can literally target specific YouTube channels. So you guys, screen. Someone says, screen is full of brewery. Is the screen blurry for you guys? Is the screen blurry or is it just Yogesh? No, I don't know what to say. Yogesh. Someone says, no. Someone says, some people say, yes. No, it's blurry. It's blurry. It's blurry. No, no, no, it's like 50. 50 right now. Yes, it's a bit. A bit blurry. Huh? Let me stop sharing real quick. Give me one second. Give me one second. Let me. Let me share it again. Let me share it again. Let me just make sure we're good to go. Charlie, is it blurry? Demi, is it blurry? Let's see here. You're good. Keep ripping. Let's keep going. Placement targeting, what this means. Okay. And again, I don't know why Google ever removed this. You can literally show your YouTube ads to people who are literally your ideal audiences and take every single one of their viewers and audiences watching their YouTube channel and funnel them to your sales funnel. I placed my ads on these specific people's YouTube channels right here, and I funneled every single one of the people that watch their videos to my sales funnel. Taking them. Just take, take, take, take, take. Oh, you're watching Alex Ramosi. Bah. Come to my sales funnel. You're probably interested in YouTube ads, right? YouTube videos. Guess what? If you're selling any kind of product or service, you can literally target videos, are talking about that product and service, and probably they'll be competitors of yours who are competing with you and funnel all their audiences watching their videos to your sales funnel, literally. So you might not have this yet, to be very clear, but it's in the beta testing phase right now, Google is not exactly sure. They won't tell us when they're going to roll it out across every single Google account. But you got to stay tuned. You got to keep checking on this and you got to pay attention, okay? You got to pay attention. Now, here's why none of this matters. I think a few people are asking about the recording. We might send the recording out. Haven't decided yet if enough people need the recording, maybe. But I want to do this live. I typically want to do a live and that's it. So it might be too valuable. I don't want everybody getting, you know, seeing this. And we'll see. Here's why none of this matters, though, okay? So here's why none of this matters, guys. Here's why none of this matters, okay? None of this matters. Because of this one key principle you have to understand. Pop quiz. Who knows what this is? Put in the chat if you know what this is. Put in the chat if you know what this is. Who knows what this is? Letters. Recording. Algebra. I don't understand. Newton law. Close. Gravitation. Gravity. Force of gravity. Physics. It is the law. There we go. Rowan. Rion. Rion. Sense Gravity. Gravity. Rion. What is it? Say it again. Say it more specifically. Gravity formula. It's the formula that you brought us to you, Brian. That is true. It is the law of gravity. It's the law of gravity. Law of gravity. Now let me ask you guys. Universal laws. There's a few of them. Universal laws. Can universal laws change? Can universal laws change? Do universal laws change? The law of gravity? If I jumped off a building right now, a 50 story building right now, would I be able to just magically be able to fly? Or is the law of gravity gonna have me propelling face first onto the street? You guys, tell me, can I defy the law of gravity? I'm a goner, Harry. I'm a freaking goner. I'm hitting pavement and I'm dead. Adspend.com's gone. We're out of here. Live webinars over. Right? You cannot change the law of gravity. It's a universal law. But can a universal law be broken? You guys said no. Universal laws cannot be broken. Universal laws can only be mastered. Universal laws can only be mastered. Now, what does this mean? And why should you care? Because there are universal laws of advertising. There are universal laws of advertising. David Ogilvy, one of the most successful advertising men in the entire history of humankind, said, what really decides consumers to buy or not to buy is the content of your advertising, not its form. What really decides consumers to buy or not to buy is the content of your advertising, not its form. What does this mean? It means that it doesn't matter what targeting you use. It doesn't matter what keywords you use. It doesn't matter what placement, targeting, what demand gen campaigns, all these settings and button pushes. It doesn't matter. Doesn't matter. Why? Because the only thing that matters is your creative, your content, your advertising piece, your script. Exactly. Powell says it, if your script sucks, you're screwed. If your creative sucks, you're screwed. If your ad sucks, doesn't matter where you place it. No one's gonna click. Right? This is a universal law. So I am hyped about these targeting strategies, but if you are sitting here thinking to yourself right now, I'm just gonna magically push these buttons, show this shitty ad in front of these people that might be my target customers and have it work. And then when it doesn't work, think to yourself, oh, YouTube ads doesn't work. It's because you don't, my friend, agree or actually play with the universal law. In advertising, your content is the only thing that matters. Your creative strategy is the only thing that matters. Your ads the only thing that matter. Because what comes before you're targeting, put it in the chat. What comes before you place an ad on the actual campaign. Creative. You're creative. You're creative. So none of this targeting stuff matters. If you don't have a good creative, if you don't have a good creative and a good creative strategy to implement everything I'm about to teach you today. So here's the blueprint. Would you guys want me to just show you the blueprint? Are you guys okay if I just walk you through the entire blueprint of what's working right now so you can just implement this into your business? Would that be fine with you? Would you guys be opposed to that? Okay. Yes. Okay. You know, I gotta ask, maybe somebody would actually be objecting to that. Here's the old way of running YouTube ads. You can just throw up some ads, send them to a landing page, generate leads. This used to work a couple years ago. Sometimes it can work, but this is the old way, okay? The new way of running YouTube ads is what we call the guillotine, okay? The guillotine put in the chat. What is a guillotine? Does anybody know what a guillotine is? Babar says ejection. Overruled. Chop off heads. Execution. Off with your head. Behead. Yes, yes. Now, my goal is to not kill your customers with this. My goal is to trap them. We're never going to drop this axe on them. They're going to be trapped. They can't get out. There's no way they're going to get out of this. Literally none. Once their head's locked in, they're gone. They're not getting out. And so what does this mean? It looks like this. How many of you are a visual person? I'm a visual person. So let me show you what the new way of running YouTube ads actually looks like. So you can physically see it, okay? It is no longer just this right here, expecting YouTube ads to just magically do your thing. You need good ads. Okay? You see all this stuff over here on the right? I'm going to explain what this looks like and what this is and how it works, okay? Because it's an entire system. It's an entire system. It's not just the targeting. It's what happens after someone clicks. It's what happens before they click to actually get them to click. It's the entire process you need to make these ads work. It's not just one simple thing. And so what you need to understand is you need to understand that when you have ads, okay, you generate leads. Those leads will then go to some sort of VSL or application where they can apply to book a call with you. Okay? But what happens between they actually book a call and then what happens after they book a call is the most important thing. And nowadays you can no longer just rely on a couple of ads with little to no sales process and follow ups and systems and automations in place and outbound and outreach that you have in your business and expect people to automatically buy from you. It doesn't work that way anymore. It literally doesn't work that way anymore. Okay? So you have to have this system. You have to have this system, okay? When somebody becomes a lead, guess what happens to them when they implement this YouTube ads client acquisition system. They are automatically called from a setter, which you can use AI for the way, by the way. They're automatically texted, which you can use AI by the way. And they're also getting triaged into a sales call right then and there to be booked on a closer's calendar. If they don't pick up, guess what? They're still watching the vsl. They're still going to apply. And then in the background we're sending them emails, okay? We're also posting YouTube organic. We're also doing retargeting ads. Okay? And everybody who doesn't click or does click, I should say, goes to the application page if they didn't book a call yet. And then if they're qualified, guess what? If they're qualified, they go to the calendar page. If they're not qualified, they do not get on the calendar. You do not want that pixel data sent back to the algorithm to your Google Ads campaigns. You only want people who are physically qualified for what you offer and can actually afford it. To be able to be on the calendar, you need to have lead grading set up. You need to have strict qualifications on your application. You need to be able to be very specific in your ads if you want to target these specific types of clients. Okay? It's an entire system. It all starts, though, right here with your creative. With your creative. What's the upkeep on this system? It literally is simple to set up. The problem is most people don't know how to do it, and they don't have any of this stuff set up in a sequence. And so they're losing tons of money. And I'm going to explain how to do it. Calendar, okay? Now, after somebody books a call, the job's not done. Just because someone books a call doesn't mean they're going to show up. Would you guys agree? If I book a call with you today, does it mean you're going to show up? Does it mean you're going to show up if I book a call with your business right now? No, it doesn't. It doesn't. Just because I say I'm doing a webinar Today live at 10:00am EST on a Saturday, does it mean you're going to show up if I just tell you about it, Harry? And I say, hey, Harry, I'm doing a live webinar on Saturday. You should come. You say, cool, Brian, I want to do it. Does it mean you're going to actually come to Harry? Does it mean you're going to come? Answer me. No, it doesn't. So what do you need to do in order to get them to show up? You need to do everything you can to get them to show up. Everything you can. What did we do to get you to show up? We emailed you every single day. We texted you reminding you about this webinar. We also posted YouTube videos about this. We did everything we could to get you to show up. Now let me ask you, what are you doing right now to get your clients to show up? What are you doing? Because I Want to show you what most people do, what they're not doing, I can tell you for a fact, is they're not sending a very specific sequence of emails called the trust sequence to get them to answer every single frequently asked question that our ideal client has, address common objections and and set proper expectations of framing content to get them to actually know you, like you and trust you before they get on the sales call with you or your sales team. If you do not have this one piece set up nowadays right now, you are going to experience way low show up rates, way low show up rates and more importantly, low call conversion rates. Because if you expect somebody to buy off one click of an ad from you and just pay you 10, 15, 20, $25,000, 20, $30,000 plus off one single call, you are crazy. You are crazy. You also need to hit them with content remarketing. This is more advanced as you have more calls booked. Content short form remarketing, content long form remarketing, small budgets. Nothing crazy, right? And I'll show you what this looks like and then guess what, they're more pre framed to call. If I got you to click on my ad and then I pushed you to daily new email newsletters and then you watch some of my YouTube videos for my emails, you, you got hit with retargeting ads and then you got a hit with a specific sequence of trust emails answering your most common questions as well as setting proper expectations. Exactly how our process works, what our pricing is, everything that you had that questioned, the chances of you getting to that call would actually be more higher or the probable outcome of that is the chances of more qualified calls showing up would actually be higher because the people that aren't going to be interested aren't going to show up anyways. But if they're interested enough and they get all their questions answered beforehand, they they're going to be more aware and they're going to have the right expectations. You need this. And so now here's why most people fail with YouTube ads. They only focus on this. What I just showed you earlier. I'm happy about these updates guys, but if you just focus on this, I'm going to hire a media buyer from the, from the Pakistan or the Philippines. He's going to do all this for me. Pay them 1 kid 1k a month. Just push the buttons and you miss out on everything I just showed you right here. As a business owner, you are literally doing your business a disservice and him a disservice because he's Going to be relying on you. Sir, please give me creative. Sir, please give me creative. Sir, please give me new. New ads. Waste of money. Waste. You need to focus on this. 80% of your results focuses on these two. Universal law. Universal law. 80% of your results in advertising depends on this. Okay, now let me give you the blueprint step by step. Step one. Offer, packaging and positioning. It all starts with your offer. I'm not going to sit here and spend tons of time on this. You guys have every single resource from Alex Hormozi available. $100 million offers. I'm going to go through this very quickly. I'm going to assume that if you're on this webinar right now, if you're on this training right now, you probably have something that's already working and selling. I'm going to assume that. And if you don't, we're going to quickly breeze through this so you can get it more crystal clear. Somebody said on the beginning of the webinar, I need more help with my niche. This will help you, so pay attention. The first step to YouTube ad success, or any success with advertising in general, regardless of the platform, is you need a scalable offer. Okay? A scalable offer. What is a scalable offer? A scalable offer follows the 3s formula. Okay? Specific person, specific problem, specific way. Specific person, specific problem, specific way. Okay? These people, these people that have the offers that are scaling to YouTube ads, they're targeting specific people, specific problems that they're solving for these specific people, and they're doing it as a very specific way. Okay? Why you need this? Because if you are just some generalist who expects your marketing agency, for example, to help any business that would love to pay you and expect to get them from ads, because you're going to say, I'm going to target business owners. Great. How many businesses are there? How many types of businesses are there? It's never going to work. You're not going to be specific enough. Okay. You also won't be able to charge enough because you're not a specialist. Do you know why clients pay us $10,000 a month plus 10% of net revenue to run all their ads for them, to do all this for them on a monthly basis to work with me directly because I'm a specialist. I'm a freaking surgeon. I know YouTube ads like the back of my hand. I've been doing it for seven years. I spent a hundred million dollars on ads on YouTube specifically for coaching businesses, course businesses info, product businesses, mastermind businesses, high ticket Service based businesses that sell online education products. And I've been doing it so long I've specialized. That's why you can charge more. Plus, if you do not do this, you're going to be targeting a bunch of different people, having a bunch of different types of businesses working with you and your fulfillment's going to suck. This is going to be custom here. This type of business is different here. This type of fulfillment structure is different here. You're going to, you're going to hate your life. And so here's examples. Again, I'm going to breeze through this. Here's an example of what a bad offer looks like. We help older men lose weight and get in shape. Great. Nice, dude. Here's what a good example looks like. A scalable offer. We help men over 40 lose 7 to 20 pounds of stubborn belly fat in 30 days using the alpha workout and nutrition system for just $1. Put in the chat right now. What is the difference between this example? Very quickly, what's the difference? What's the difference? Specific niche, down. Specific. Tangible, More specific. Yes, let's go to this one. Now here's another bad example. We help you choose the right CRM for your business. We help you choose the right CRM for your business. How many of you would love help choosing the right CRM for your business? Man, I, you know, I can't sleep at night, dude, because I just don't know which CRM to choose. I just, I don't know man. Like, I just literally, I'm so stressed. I just don't know what CRM to choose. No, here's what a good example looks like. We help coaches and agencies unlock thirty to a hundred thousand dollars worth of revenue sitting in their CRMs right now within 30 days. And if we don't, and if we can't, you don't pay. You don't care about what CRM you use. You care about how much money your CRM is making you. How efficient your sales process and system is to be able to actually give you more revenue. Right? That's what you're actually selling. And this is actually a real example of what we have to help clients with sometimes. Another bad example, we do SEO for manufacturing companies. Okay, what type of manufacturing companies? Let's get more specific. We help e commerce companies add an extra 20 to $50,000 a month in new sales within 90 days using SEO. Specific person, specific problem. Making more money within specific time frame using specific way SEO. This is the key. Not the targeting, not the platform, not these new updates. The offer and how specific you are. Okay. How specific you are with who you're talking to. So now it's your turn. If for still some reason you're on this call and you don't have your offer figured out, again, like I told you, I'm gonna breeze through this, take a screenshot of this, write this down, and do this. Okay? I help specific person achieve or solve specific results. Slash specific problem using specific way with without common frustration in time frame or risk reversal. Literally. That is it. That is it. Okay? This is how you create a scalable offer. And of course, you have to pick your model and pricing too. Some of you are maybe selling low ticket. That can work. Some of you are selling mid ticket. That can work. Some of you are selling high ticket. That also really, really works. We focus on this model with YouTube ad specifically because this is the model that works really well at scale for most of the clients we work with. High ticket. Okay? High ticket. And even I would say 1997 is still really super low. Like, you would want to have an offer that's at least $3,800 a month plus, like, $300 up front. Plus, it doesn't say low ticket can't work. We've scaled low ticket. Doesn't mean mid ticket can't work. Webinars work high tickets easier. And here's why. Harvey, who's a client of ours, came to us. He was going to sell this, like, $497, like, software to, like, you know, real estate investors. And he was going to try to, like, basically make money that with YouTube ads. And I was like, dude, there's no way you're going to be able to make money on this. You're going to probably spend more to get one customer on this, like, recurring monthly service. And it's just not going to make sense. You're going to have to switch to high ticket eventually. He was, like, really hesitant to do that. He was like, I don't really want to take sales calls. I don't really want to charge this. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. You know, common objections, right? But I literally told him, you can charge 6400 for this right now. Same thing, same offer, same deliverables. Don't change anything. You just switch the way you're selling this. You do it like this. And he listened to me, thankfully. And guess what happened? He closed over the last two months when he did this, 15 new sales at $6,400. When he just made this one switch, just this one simple switch from selling a $497 to a high ticket offer. He went from basically doing launches every single quarter or month, selling this low ticket stuff to 50k months consistently with an evergreen offer with a clear path to scale to 100k months. The Pro tip here guys, is like selling products at a higher price makes everything easier. The business can survive. You can reinvest in growth and deliver a better service. Now let me ask you, okay, On a scale of 1 to 10, how confident are you that your current offer is specific enough to attract your ideal clients on YouTube? Type your number in the chat. Okay. 7, 9, 5. 3. Okay, we got to work on that. 5. Anthony David. 10. Beautiful, David. Beautiful David. What's your offer? Let's do a pop quiz real quick. Put your offer in the chat right now. Put your offer in the chat. There we go. Let's see. Okay. Six, four. Okay, you got to work. You got that? You got the offer. Now, solo tech consultant, specific person, I will help you add 10k per month. Specific result in new client revenue in 90 days time frame. Great. Okay. Or you don't pay 9 out of 10, David. I would say 8 out of 10. You're missing one key piece. What is he missing, guys? In the chat, what is he missing? What is he missing? Does anybody know mechanism? Lou was right. Specific way. How do you help them add that new client revenue? Right. How do you help them new? Okay, there we go. Expert relationship funnel. Perfect. David's got it. Let's move on. Let's move on. Okay, so someone says, I don't mean to disagree, but low ticket, would that work well with the product with but a low ticket, would that work well the product. If you could charge 5k, 6k, 10k or more for the same offer you have right now, when would you start doing it? Just like Harvey did, selling a 497amonth thing to a 6.$4,000 offer to sell 15 of them and make just as much amount of money. Now of course everybody would do that. Now if I said, hey, you could sell this thing for $5, you have to have a hundred clients to make 500 bucks. We can sell one for $5,000 right now. When would you start? When would you make that trade? Yeah, now. So now that's the first step. Step number two, creative strategy. Okay. And again, I think Singh said, I don't mean to disagree, digress. But low ticket or whatever. Yeah, low ticket can work, low ticket work. Mid ticket works. It's just about what happens on the back end. You know, the Problem with low ticket stuff is like if you are a beginner and you're a business owner and like you don't have a back end, high ticket stuff, like there's no ascension. So if you don't make money on that front end product, because advertising is always going to cost more, you're not going to be able to actually profit. That's the issue with high ticket. You can profit a lot simpler, a lot easier because you have more margin. Next, creative strategy. Most important piece for most of you right now. A lot of you on this webinar, right? This training probably have the offer. So now let's get into the creative strategy. Okay, the second biggest reason why Most people fail, 80% of your success when running YouTube ads comes down to your creative strategy. So when I was working for Dean Graziosi when I was a young buck, you know, 22 years old, fresh into the direct response marketing industry, I worked for this guy and this guy taught me everything. I worked for him for almost three years. And you know, the one thing that I learned that I still take with me to this day, which is why clients pay us so much money, is because we help them with this exact same thing. It didn't really matter what I did in the ad account. The only thing that mattered was the ads. And we tested over 127 different ads for just one of his offers. It was a free plus shipping book offer, a low ticket offer. A low ticket offer. Okay, 7.95. 7.95, low ticket. There was upsells and otos and everything obviously, but it was a low ticket offer. We tested 127 different ads for just this one offer on YouTube. Just on YouTube. And out of those 127 different ads, there was about 12 to 15 that really made us the most money. And out of those 12 to 15, there was only about 7 of those that made us the most money. And those were these seven right here. Now why do I tell you that? And why should you care? Because let me ask you, how many of you are running ads right now? Put a yes in the chat. If you're running ads right now on Facebook or YouTube, doesn't matter. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Okay, great. Running ads. Be honest, how many of you have tested? Let's put over a hundred. Let's put over 10 ads. 10 ads for your offer right now. 10. Put yes in the chat. You tested over 10 ads? Yes. Nope. Yes. No. Yes. Okay. A few of you, the people that said yes for the 10, how many of you have tested over 50 ads for your offer for that one offer. No, no, no, no, no, no. Nobody. Right. How many? Okay, someone says yes. How many? Okay, 56. Spencer. Perfect. Okay, how many of you have tested over 100 ads for this one offer? Over 100. No. Yes. Abi. Abi's the guy. No. Okay. Over 100 videos. Okay, so what's the point? My point is how are you someone who is not as experienced and on a camera experience to someone like this who's been selling on TV for 20 plus years? Because by the way, he wasn't just selling on Facebook and YouTube to grow his business. He was running infomercials on TV back when there was no such things as Facebook ads or YouTube ads or Gmail ads or anything. And he would have to stop people walking across their television sets in their living room and get them to pick up the phone and buy his book right then and there. That's how good he was. And how are you as an ad man going to be able to compete with somebody like him in your specific niche, in your specific marketplace if you are not testing new creatives and new ads specifically for your offer as consistently as he is? There is no way. There is no way. You're not, you're not because he's just that good. But more importantly, the point being is that it doesn't matter what you do here. Everyone thinks I need this complicated, I need this media buyer. Like let me just get this guy who's $1,000 a month. I'm going to do all this crazy data stuff right here, right when the only thing that matters is your creative strategy. This was me working for Dean in the office. This was me. I was the Chad man. I was the ad man. I was just launching stuff and it was working every single time. I thought my hands, my hands were made of gold When I touched these keyboards, these Google Ads words, I thought it was made of gold. Everything I touched turned to gold. Here's what I quickly realized when I quit that job during COVID 2020 to start this agency and I started working with clients who didn't have their business foundation. They didn't have their backend upsells, didn't have their sales process dialed in. They didn't have their creative, they weren't as good on camera. They didn't have that. They didn't have that video creat strategy like we did with Dean. Everything I touched that used to work didn't work. Why? Why? I was doing everything in the media, buying. I was doing the lookal I was doing, you know, keywords, I was doing placements, I was doing campaign. I was doing everything the same, but for a different business, for different businesses. And it didn't work. Why? Because month they don't know these things because they've never been exposed to it. We have data to prove this. A hundred million dollars worth of YouTube ads data over the last few years. We know what works. And so another universal law of advertising. You cannot out media buy a shitty ad. You can't. Doesn't matter how good your media buyer is. This media buyer could be Mark Zuckerberg's cousin, right? Could be Daniel Zuckerberg. Dan. Dan the man. Dan the man, the ad man. Guess what? He can do all things he wants. The only thing that matters is the creative. If he had a good creative, he could do no targeting and it would work because it's a good creative. Okay, is this making sense? Is this helpful for you guys? Is this, is this helpful? Yes. Okay. Yes, yes, yes. Beautiful, beautiful. Because if it's not, you know, we don't have to keep going. You guys can let me know. Yes. Okay, here's the biggest mistake I see most people make, especially running Facebook ads right now. Okay, who's running Facebook ads? Put Facebook in the chat. Put FB in the chat if you're running Facebook ads. I'm going to save you guys a lot of money if you want to start running YouTube ads right now. Facebook, Facebook, Facebook, Facebook, Facebook. Okay, great. Copy and paste syndrome. Okay, what does this mean? Most Facebook advertisers that run ads on YouTube or try to run ads on YouTube do the same exact mistake every single time. They copy and paste their 60 second videos on Facebook that are working. And they try placing them on YouTube, expecting them to work. And they're worst of all, filmed like this. Like this. You think that's going to work? What did we talk about earlier? Patience. People that watch YouTube videos have what they have, patience. They sit down, they want to watch, they want to experience it. And you're going to show them a 60 second ad and expect it to work, that you copy and paste it from Facebook? No chance. Here's an exact case study of this. This is literally a client of ours right now. He, without naming names, spent over 2k, okay, on YouTube ads. Didn't get one booked call, not one, two grand down the drain. Just like that. Went into his ad account, looked at what he was doing. Guess what? He had one ad. He tested one ad, and guess what that ad looked like. It was a 60 second stupid. One of those, like vertical videos. Copy and paste it from Facebook. What was working on Facebook? It should work on YouTube. No waste money. Guess what happened after I fixed this one thing and told them, you need to refilm this. Use the actual script that you need for YouTube. Follow these frameworks that we're going to give you. Implement it immediately without changing anything else after what happened. 21 calls book one. 17 cost per book call qualified calls as low as $20. Front end row has 2.5x. Creative. Creative. Not the targeting creative. Okay, so you need to create what we call search driven ads. Search driven ads. What is a search driven ad? A search driven ad is when you create an ad specifically for people that are in your target audience that are already searching for what you have to offer. And when you do this, you can have an ad that lasts years. Lasts you years. Okay. Why? Because YouTube is a search engine. It's a search engine. People go to YouTube to learn something or to be entertained. The strategy you have to use on YouTube is different than Facebook. And if you just try to copy and paste the same things that are doing on Facebook onto YouTube, you're going to waste a lot of money. Just like in that example right there. And I don't want you to do that. That's why you're here. Okay, Let me give you the perfect ad script. Is that okay with you? Can I just give you the script at a high level? Can you just like follow this? Is that cool if I just give this to you right now? The script? Yes. Okay, cool. So you need a hook, I suppose. You cheeky, cheeky Parash. Cheeky. Let's have some fun, baby. Let's go. This is fun. Hook. You need to hook them. Okay, the hook. The most important piece. You all heard this. Russell Brunson calls this hook Story. Offer. I learned the hook story. Close. 80% of your success in your creative. We've learned. 80% of your success with YouTube ads come down to your creative strategy. We've learned that 80% of your success with your creative and your creative. And you do that three times. Now, the rest of this technique I'm going to share with you in a second. But this is the exact same technique that Eric used to double his income within one week. Okay. Is he Charlie? Is he Jeremy Minor? Is he these guys that I just showed you, is he famous? Do you guys know who that is? Chances are you don't. Right? But you should, because he's a really cool guy. Tyler Watson. He has 1.2 thousand subscribers on YouTube 1.2 maybe some of you have the same exact subscriber count as him. Guess what? When he used the same exact system that I'm walking you through right now, he was able to double and triple his pricing because he had so many calls booked his case, studying testimonials on our website. You don't know him, right? He's not as famous. He's not like. It's just. Just get rid of that limiting belief. This works, okay? When you have the right system and process. When you have the right creative strategy. Okay? It's important you understand this. Now let me ask you. Type yes in the chat if you're committed to creating a search driven ad rather than copying and pasting your Facebook ads onto YouTube. This is for you. Facebook ads guys in here. Yes. Yes. Great. I'm glad. Hopefully that means I did my job. Okay, now let me ask you. Type yes in the chat if you feel more excited to start running YouTube ads, knowing that one search driven ad can last you years compared to just a few weeks or months before dying, Type yes in the chat if that's you. Yes, yes, yes. Beautiful. I'm glad. Now that's the second step. Creative, creative strategy. Step three, targeting. We already went through this. I'm not going to spend too much time on it because obviously we know by now targeting is just after the creative. Very simply, there's two types of targeting on YouTube. Number one, there's interest based targeting and then there's intent based targeting. What's the difference? Interest based targeting. You can target people based on who they are, their interests, or you can target people based on what they're actually searching for, physically searching for on Google and YouTube. And here's how it works. Someone asked earlier, what's the difference between like keywords and like custom segments? Same thing, just a different type of feature. Okay, so with custom intent audiences, this is very important. Okay, take a moment to really emphasize how important this is. If you're a business owner right now, I need you to pay very close attention. If you're not running YouTube ads and if you're not using this for your business. With YouTube ads, you can literally type in the exact questions, the exact search terms that your ideal clients are searching for on Google and YouTube. And you can use chat, GBT, you can use Claude, you can use whatever you want to figure out these search terms and they'll be given to you like this. And guess what? You can literally show your YouTube ads that I just showed you how to create to get in front of them the next time they're on YouTube, Google, or in their Gmail inbox right here. And this is real. You can literally do this right now because this option allows you to target people who have literally searched for any of these terms on Google. How to start an online fitness business. For example, if I show them an offer to start an online fitness business, chances are they're probably going to click. Why? Because they're already searching for it. They're already searching for it. They're already searching for it. So whatever you sell, whatever your clients are asking or whatever they're searching for, you can literally use this to get in front of them. That's a difference. How many keywords? It depends. 10 to 15 is usually pretty good. Custom affinity audiences. You can also target people who are literally interested in these different things. Online fitness businesses, right? YouTube ads, Facebook ads, high roast marketing. Any sort of search terms that related to your audience. You can click this button and target a much broader pool of people that are interested in these audiences and interested in these things. Custom segments. What you can do right now is you can go into your Google Ads account and you can create an audience of people that are literally similar to people who have visited websites of your competitors. It doesn't mean they're going to be people that have physically went to their websites, but it means Google will take that website and anyone who's visited it. If it's your competitor's website and they'll find people who are similar to the people that have already visited that website. A small minority of them might be in that market. A small minority of them who already visited your competitor's website will get hit with those ads. Doesn't mean all of them will, but a small minority of them will. So if you took all your competitors sales funnels and you put them in a website audience like this, you have a strong chance of having that website audience work with your creative. Because Google's going to find more people who have already visited that sales funnel because they're interested in what your competitors are selling. And chances are if they're interested in what your competitors are selling, they're probably going to be interested in what you're selling. In what you're selling. Is this not like the best case scenario for you? Like this is what you can do with YouTube ads. Do you optimize the keyword? Yes, you can. This is what we call intent based targeting. Okay. Because we're going after the low hanging fruit. The low hanging fruit, the apples right here. The ones I can physically Touch the ones I can grab. I don't have to bring a ladder and climb up here to go after these people. These are harder, they're broader, they're less intent based. They're not as interested. They're going to cost me more, more time and more money to go after these ones. I have to bring a ladder, I have to climb, I have to get dirty. I'm just going to pick these ones right here. This is what we start with for all of our clients. Okay, Another case study. Brandon Carter, one of my favorite clients we've ever worked with. $636,000 generated for a business in 90 days. For his business total spend, 201 grand. Total revenue, 646 profit, $369,000 with this one YouTube ad. Okay? Because we targeted these audiences that I'm showing you right here. These audiences, right, These audiences. This is why search driven ads on YouTube are the best way to scale right now. If you have these new strategies and you leverage what I'm teaching you, hey, stop training people in person to make money as a personal trainer. It's trash, Garbage. It sucks. Let me ask you, if you're a personal trainer and you can hit with this ad and you're searching for how to start an online fitness business and you know personal training is killing your time and you're getting tired of it and you want to transition online, if you hear Brandon Carter say, hey, stop training people in person to make money as a personal trainer. It's trash, garbage, sucks, doom, all. Are you going to click like, come on. This is a search driven ad. This is why ads last longer. This is why ads live longer, fatigue slower and convert faster. Because every single time somebody searches for that keyword, that search term, Brandon's video plays before their next YouTube video. It plays in their Gmail inbox. Now it plays in Discover and it shows them and remarkets to them because they are interested in what he's having to talk about. It's a search driven ad. And guess what? The more videos that get uploaded to YouTube, right? The more videos that get uploaded to YouTube talk about online training, the more Brandon's ad keeps showing to new audiences that watch those new YouTube videos, which makes the YouTube ad even last longer because it's a search engine ad. Search driven ad. Is this making sense? Is this making sense? Do you see the power of this? Do you, Are you, are you tying this together? Is this clicking for you guys? Yes. They spend so much money. They did spend a lot of money. They did 100%. And they made a lot of money on. Hey, stop. Another case study, Joe from EasyFX Trading. They were selling a forex trading solution. So what did we do? We used the keywords of forex trading, trading, online trading, et cetera, et cetera, and we got his ads in front of people that were already interested in trading, already searching for trading. Very simple. He was able to book 45 sales calls per week using this exact strategy. Now, let me ask you, okay, do you see how easy it can be for you as a business owner to target your ideal clients on YouTube, using YouTube ads with these strategies? Is this, is this making sense? Do you see how easy this can be with the right strategy, with the right targeting? Unreal. Steph. Steph's blown away right now. I agree. Steph. Yeah. That's why I'm so excited. Like, you guys are like, damn, you're hyping me up. I'm hyped up. This hypes me up. Absolutely beautiful. A lot of people have question, what should my budget be? So I'll answer this question very simply. We have a budget calculator and long story short, it depends on your business, your goals, what you want to do, how many calls you want. It's obviously going to depend, depending on your business situation. But typically we recommend at least three to five thousand dollars a month on your ads if you're selling a high ticket offer. Okay, now that's the start, obviously. Anything less, you're just going to run into this issue. The smaller your budget, the longer it takes to see results. Because in this example, right, so in this example, let's say, you know, let's say you want to book a call every single day or a couple calls every single day. Well, you need to be able to obviously spend enough to get those calls. And. And there's different KPIs. Okay? There's different KPIs. You need to imagine we typically recommend at least three to five thousand dollars a month to start. That's for like, people that are just starting to run YouTube ads. For clients that come to us that are already spending money on Facebook ads, they want to scale further and faster. We typically spend about, you know, 10 to $15,000 a month. We're more aggressive, obviously, at the very minimum. So it really just depends. Obviously, when you work with our team or you should work with any other expert is the first thing you should do is model out. The math is what we do with our clients, obviously. Now you might be asking, how long till I see an roi? Okay, how long till I see an roi? Well, the smaller your budget, the longer it takes to see results. Because let's do some quick math. Again, this is just math right now. It's not a, you don't need a crystal ball to like figure this out. It's literally just math. The math is your crystal ball if you want calls booked. Okay, so let's say you sell a B2B type service, right? And you want 300 calls, right? Expecting 300 calls means spending at least $3,000 to get those 10 calls. Okay? Because to get a $300 call, you need to spend $300, right? If you spend $3,000 in your budget month one, you get 10 calls. Spending $100 a day will take 30 days to get 10 calls, which means you're getting a call every third day. Every third day. You got to be aware of this. Because you spend less money. You have to understand that you're going to get less results. There's just going to be a longer time delay for you to get more calls booked. Your budget is the actual thing that predicts what your return is in terms of calls booked, in terms of sales, in terms of roi. Everything is literally just math. It's a calculation. It's very simple. So if you come into this thinking, now I'm going to spend three grand and get like my calendar packed. No chance. No chance. Unrealistic expectations. Unrealistic expectations. Here's the mindset you need to have. This is what we call the mindset of an ad man. You got to think like an investor, okay? You're buying data. By spending more, you gather data faster, enabling quicker optimizations and better decision making. This is what you have to understand. So even if you start with $3,000, $5,000, cool, you're buying data. It's going to take longer to get that data. It's going to take longer to make those data driven decisions. But you need to start somewhere. Okay? You need to start somewhere. I'm getting a 7x row. As with Facebook ads. Why should I switch to YouTube ads? Nicola, if you're still asking this question right now, you probably didn't pay attention to the last few hours. The last few hours. Because it doesn't matter if you're running Facebook ads right now. The biggest people run both. And more importantly, more importantly, if you still have all your eggs in the Facebook basket and at any point you can get shut down. So obviously there's a lot of risks to be called. But, you know, the point is you need to start running ads on YouTube, if you want to scale further and faster and be diversified, because like I showed in the beginning, right, at any moment, at any moment, you can be shut down. And more importantly, obviously, if you're running ads on Facebook, you can get even better results on YouTube. So how to set up your YouTube ads accounts? Okay, very simple. You need a Google Ads account. You need Google tag manager. You need a YouTube channel. You need high roast. Okay? It's very simple to set up takes like, literally an hour. Most people believe that running YouTube ads actually hurts their organic channel growth. Organic channel growth. Okay, here's the reason why that doesn't make sense at all. Charlie Morgan, before working with us, was at 22,000 subscribers, okay? The moment he started working with US was at 22,000 subscribers, right? Within a short time frame, okay, couple months. Not overnight, but a couple months, we spent $600,000. Total revenue, 1.5 million, total profit, $859,000 in profit. And he grew from 22,000 subscribers to 109,000 subscribers. And we tested running ads from a second channel because he got told by some YouTube organic expert growth person, dude, you got to stop running ads from your YouTube channel. It's killing your organic growth. And he actually almost believed it. We tried fighting him on it. We said, dude, it's not true. There's no way that that's possible. Google wouldn't do that. Well, we said, cool, let's put it to the test, Charlie. We'll create a second YouTube channel. We're run ads from that YouTube channel, and we'll compare it to the ones that were already running from your main YouTube channel. We'll compare the ROAS after 30 days. What do you guys think happened? Give me some numbers. What do you think the row as was on the second channel compared to the first channel? Right. His main channel compared to a second just like channel just for ads. It was a 0.7. It wasn't even breaking even. Wasn't even breaking even. His main channel was getting consistent 3 3x 3x. So guess what? We stopped that test and we spent even more money on his YouTube channel. And guess what? He's sitting at a about, I think, like 200, 000 subscribers right now. Now, it wasn't the ads, okay, by himself that made him grow. I'm not saying that. I'm not saying that, okay, by any means. I'm not claiming that. It was the combination of the ads plus his consistency with YouTube, okay? It was both of those things combined. And obviously all of that Led to a compound effect. But the ads didn't hurt them is my point. And so how many of you would love to know how to actually grow your YouTube channel with your YouTube ads? Using a very specific strategy that I've never shared before publicly. Okay, how would you guys like to grow your YouTube channel with YouTube ads? Is it mandatory that we have must have a channel with YouTube subscribers. You need to have a YouTube channel to run YouTube ads. That is a given. Yes. You don't have to have many subscribers. Okay, you can start running YouTube ads right now with no subscribers. The more subscribers you have, obviously it can help. You don't need it to start running YouTube ads. So here's a strategy that we've been using for our mastermind clients and for myself and I'll show you some results here. So this is a strategy where you can use what's called infeed ads. You take your best performing YouTube videos and why should we have subscribers when we can sell high tech without subscribers? Well, because you want to build a brand. What do we say they most 8 and 9 figure earners are doing that you're not. They're posting content on YouTube. They're building a brand and they have sustainable business. So you can do whatever you want. But I'm going to choose to duplicate what I see the most successful people are doing because success leaves clues. So choice is yours with your YouTube channel. Let's say you have YouTube videos right now and let's say you're actually getting clients from your YouTube channel. You want to take your most successful YouTube videos, okay? The ones that get you the most calls, the most clients, the most leads, the most views even, right? The most subscribers. And you can run ads on YouTube to get those videos, more people viewing them to get in front of more audiences, more people that are similar using the same options we showed you with targeting earlier, get more people to watch your videos. Then you take those video viewer audiences and you remarket to them with direct response ads like I showed you earlier, the hook, the story, the close. And then you send those people to your VSL application and the people that actually qualify for your offer, they can book a call with you. The people that don't qualify, they don't book a call. They get rejected and redirected because we only want qualified calls on your calendar to be sent back to your Google Ads conversion action. And those are the people that actually talk to you. If they do not book a call but they land on the VSL application page, they are then hit with More remarketing direct response ads on Gmail, on Discover, on Google, on YouTube. And it's a flywheel. You push your organic YouTube channel videos, you get people to watch those videos because you know that they're getting you clients. You hit them with direct response remarketing ads to actually sell them now that they've watched your videos and content from you. Because what have we talked about all day? YouTube, your YouTube channel, is to get people to know, like, and trust you. Build patience, build the right customers. You need to make them an offer. You want more people to watch your YouTube videos? Why? Because the more people that watch your YouTube videos, the more people that see your ads, the more people that see your ads, the more people that watch your YouTube videos. It's a flywheel. So it's just. It just keeps working. You get more views, you remarket to them, you go to your landing page, they book, they don't. They get hit with more ads, they see more YouTube videos. This is how you use this strategy. Now, here's a quick question, quick survey, and be honest. Okay? Be honest. One of our core values here is radical transparency. Transparency is key. Who here knows exactly which YouTube videos make you the most money? Okay? Based on actual data, not guess or feel. If you have YouTube videos right now on your YouTube channel, you're posting consistently, how many of you actually know which specific videos are bringing you the most money? The most calls, the most leads, Right? The most revenue? Do you know? Yes or no? Put in the chat. Yes or no? Put in the chat. Yes or no? I don't. Okay. At least you're honest. Luba says I do. No. No. Okay. No. And this is a big problem. This is a big, big, big problem. A lot of clients that come to book a call with us, they do not know. And I ask them this question. We ask them this question before they work with us. They don't know. They're not even tracking it. They're not even tracking it. They're not even tracking it. And so it's a very, very, very, very, very, very key thing you need to do immediately if you want to actually grow your YouTube channel with YouTube ads and get more clients from YouTube, not just from YouTube ads, but from YouTube to build a sustainable brand. Okay? We have an organic tracking system in our business that allows us to be able to see exactly which videos are making us the most money, exactly which videos get us the most leads, exactly which videos get us the most calls, exactly which videos bring us the most revenue. And guess what? I do every Single time I post a new YouTube video, I can see if you watch it. And I can see, well, not you specifically, but I can see where you come from and I can see where you booked a call from, which YouTube video exactly made you do it. And then guess what I do. I push those YouTube videos to get in front of more audiences that are just like you. Because I want more people that are just like you who pay me money to see those videos. And guess what? Become a client of our company. You need to be tracking this. If you do not know this, you're never going to be able to get results with this. You can guess and that'll work for a little bit. But what have we learned? Data is the key to scaling. Data is the key. Not guess, not feel data. And the right creative strategy. Thinking like an ad man, being an investor here, you can't invest if you don't have. You don't have data. Okay, you can take a guess. You can. That's called gambling. That's gambling. You're going to be gambling money. We're not gambling here, we're investing. Here's the results. So this was a seven day, just a quick seven day test to show you for this webinar, for example, I spent $303 on this strategy. Just a quick one, just to show you 3,000 new views. Average cost per view was $0.09. Earned views was 48. Meaning every single time someone watched my video, I earned like about 50 more views. Cost per earned view was about $6. Pretty high at that time. Cost per earned subscriber, about $2. Because of my channel growth that I experienced since then. And it was less expensive. The cost per subscriber was less expensive than the average cost per click with direct response ads. Average cost per click with direct response ads. 1 to $3 cost per earned subscriber, $2. Okay, almost 3 cost per view, $0.09. And more importantly, 72 cost per qualified calls within the first seven days of testing. Using the strategy, I pushed my YouTube videos to new audiences that are in the market of people using the keyword strategies I've showed you. I remarketed them with my direct response ads and I booked $72 cost per qualified calls. And I'm targeting business owners that are making 30k a month plus. Okay, 30k month plus, $72 calls per qualified calls. So let me ask you, do you see how running YouTube ads can actually help your YouTube channel grow faster? Yes or no? 100%. Yep. Yes. 100%. Kozlowski. Come on, bro. Stick it out. It's coming. Stick it out, Kozlowski. Yes. Yes. Beautiful. Do you see how leveraging just this one YouTube ad strategy can get more clients and more subscribers? Right? Do you see. Do you see how there's a. At least. Okay, shoot. Do you see at least as a possibility? Okay, possibility. Even though I just showed you some real results and I showed you the Charlie Morgan case study. Yes, yes, yes. Black belt test. Damn, dude. Your son's gonna get it, dude. Credit to him. Nice work. You raised a good one. Okay, that's intent based validation. Step four, optimize, broaden and scale. Okay? So once you have creative, once you have targeting, once you have all those things, let's go to step four. Okay? How do you actually optimize the ads? How do you broaden them out? How do you scale them? Okay, when you first launch these ads, any ads, any campaigns on YouTube, you don't want to touch anything for the first seven days. This is very key. Do not touch anything within the first seven days, okay? You cannot do this. There's a thing called the learning phase that Google Ads does, and it literally says learning phase. The first week of data is never going to look great. You got to understand that the first three to four days are a bloodbath. Especially in the first three days, your campaigns are figuring out when, where, and what to show people. Okay? In this phase, however, your cost per lead and cost per call should start decreasing from day four to day seven, day seven to day 10, day seven to day 10, Day 10 to day 14. Okay? It's going to drop every single three to four days, typically, from our experience. Well, you don't want to touch anything. Okay? Optimization phase. Once you have at least 14 days worth of data, then you can make data driven decisions. But you need data. If you only spent $100 in the first 14 days, it's not enough data. Not enough data. But if you spent enough, by this point, you should have leads, calls booked, and even a few calls taken. Now you have 14 days worth of data to make data driven decisions. Here's some YouTube ads, KPIs and benchmarks you should be aiming for. Click through Rate 1 to 2%. It's a little bit harder to get this now. Okay, A little bit harder because it's definitely skewed between like in feed, you know, shorts, you know, in stream, those kind of different platforms. But still something to aim for, right? Ideally, cost per click, three to five dollars. Again, this is in the US Market. If I run ads in India for Example again, I'm going to get super cheap cost per clicks for whatever reason. Indians love me, I guess. You know, I don't know, you guys tell me, but it's just they, they love to click on the ads. They love to click on my ads. It's just cheaper out there. US market 3 to $5 cost per lead, 10 to $50. Okay, 10 to $50. Again, $50 meaning like you know, you're selling a very high ticket thing, very specific type of business. Okay. So it can range. If you're selling a B2C type biz op offer and make money online, you can get leads as cheap as $10. You know, really just depends on what you're selling. Cost per book call 100 to 500 plus. If I'm targeting business owners that are making 30k a month plus I'm going to pay a lot more than someone who's targeting the average Joe who's looking to make passive income online. Right? That's the majority of people. I'm not targeting the majority of people. I'm targeting a very specific person with a very specific problem and solving it in a very specific way. Okay, show up rate, 60 to 80%. That's what you should be aiming for. And I'm going to show you how to increase that. If you're experiencing low show up rates and close rate, a minimum of 10%. I mean like you're, you're probably, you know, you got it. You got your sales skills up right here to 40%. Right? Tracking your ads, very simple. You never want to read the data from right, from left to right. Everyone always focuses on like leads and stuff. Click through rate, cost per view. All those things. We focus on cash, cash and roas. How many sales, how much cash? What was the roas? What was the cost per book call? We read from right to left, not left to right. So here's how to optimize your ads. We review data from right to left. This means looking at the most important metrics first. If the cost per lead is high, but the cost per book call is good. Keep the campaign very simple. Calls are more important than leads. We care about calls with this model. If the cost per book call is high but the roas is strong, you keep the campaign. It doesn't matter if your cost per book calls 500. If you're making a 5x row as on cash, with that, with that call, it doesn't matter. You keep it. Spending right, doesn't matter how much it's costing you. If you're making Money roas is more important than cost per book call. We Rarely look at CTRs and CPMs unless of course, nothing else is working. Unless there are no revenue, unless there are no calls, unless there are no leads. Right to left makes sense. Right to left makes sense. Singh, I appreciate that, man. Thank you. You're amazing. You're amazing. Is this a call close live call close. In general call close? Yeah, call is booked to close. You should not be making changes every day to your ads. Okay, maybe you're on this call and you're like, dude, this all sounds great. The visuals are kind of freaking me out though. Like the targeting stuff. Like, I don't want to be like that guy, like Dan Zuckerberg, Mark Zuckerberg's cousin. Like, I just want to be able to make money from ads. Good. If you focus on the right things, the laws of advertising that we talked about, you don't need to be in the media buying account every single day. In fact, if you're in the account more than one to two hours a day, you're literally wasting time. I can tell you right now, you're wasting time. Me and my team, we can put in less than 30 minutes per ad account and we can pull levers way faster to make way more output than you. And it's because we focus on the right things. Not the media buying, not the ad account. Very rarely you can be hyper specific with what you do. You don't need to be a media buyer. In fact, all you really need is two to three hours per week tops to do this. Okay? Pick one day every week to make changes. Very simple weeks worth of data you optimize in one hour a day. Give yourself that time constraint. No more. Okay? No more than that. You don't need more than that. Quick survey. Okay. All right, let's get into the final part. Who here is experiencing low show up rates? Type me in the comments. Me. I'll be me. Okay. I don't know what that means. Rudy Guerrero. Ouch. Who else? Low show up rates. Who's getting calls booked but experiencing low show up rates? Jerry. Miguel. Beautiful. Come on, Augustine. Okay. Me, me, me. Okay, how would you guys like me to show you how to increase your show up rates immediately? Would that be fine? Would you guys be okay with that? If I show you how to do this, A new strategy you can use immediately? Are you opposed to that? Okay, let me ask you a very simple question, and I prefaced this earlier, okay? Is this what your post call booking process looks like? Automated calendly and email text message reminders. Is this what it looks like? You just have some calendly stuff going out to them, expecting them to show up because they booked a call? Yeah, I'll just send them these automated reminders. Reminders from calendly. They'll show up, right? Is this what it looks like? I'm not expecting you to, you know, answer. You don't have to answer. That's a rhetorical question on this one. You don't have to type yes in the chat. Answer it for yourself if it is. Well, you got something to work on and I can help. Here's how you improve your show parade. We talked about this earlier. I showed you the system, okay? It's an entire system. It's not just the targeting, it's entire system immediately when someone books a call, we send them 18 emails in 72 hours, six per day, every three hours to handle as many frequently asked questions as possible, overcome common objections they may have that prevent them from buying on the call and send them proper framing material to set proper expectations so that they are more likely to show up on the call and close. Okay, we call this the trust sequence. 18 different emails, okay? Sent to them within 72 hours of them booking a call. Who has seen these emails for me, has anybody booked a call this and seen these emails? Anybody? Yes. Okay. Okay. Now you might be thinking, dude, that's a lot of emails, man. It's like I would never do that. Like my audience would never like that. Like, that's too much, like, forget that. I'm not going to do that. Cool. You can do whatever you want, man. I'm just trying to help you because I want to show you what the results are for us compared to you. Here's what this looks like. Before I do 15 different emails addressing very specific things that you need to be addressing to get people to know you, like you and trust you. Especially if they're coming from cold traffic. Remember, they're clicking on an ad from you on YouTube, seeing you for the first time, potentially in most cases, chances of them buying from you on the first call. If you're selling a 5, 10, $15,000 offer, not going to be as high as someone who already has watched videos of you, read content from you, senior stories of you and actually learned about how your product or service works. Would you guys agree? Right. Someone who actually consumes content from you is going to be more prone to buy from you. They're going to have more trust. They are going to be able to be more trustworthy of you just like we talked about, they have more patience because they're reading these things. Okay, so we hammer them with 15 different emails in 72 hours of them booking a call. Right? We address everything they're asking, what's the time investment? What's the risk? What's the upside? What's the downside? What's the safety? Like, what's the scarcity here? Is there actual scarcity? Will YouTube ads hurt my organic growth? Do I need a big YouTube channel? Is my targeted audience on YouTube? I don't have time to run my YouTube ads. How long till I see an ROI? What if the ads don't work? Can I run YouTube ads, you know, by myself? Do you see how I've already addressed these objections and common questions you guys have on this webinar as well? Do you think I'm doing this just by guess, by luck? No. I'm doing this because I know exactly what questions and answers you need to be able to make a decision to work with me. This is exactly what you need to do to your clients, too, to get them to, like, know and trust you before they show up and actually have a chance of them showing up to actually speak to you. Okay? And so you might be saying, well, dude, what's the open rate on that? I'll show you what the open rate is. 58% email 1, 55% email 15. They're opening these, they're reading them, and guess what? They're showing up. So you can do whatever you got, you got going on right now. You can stick to this and get your ego in the way. Right? I'll let you do it. Right, I'll let you do it. Or you can try and replicate, like what Tony Robbins says, Success leaves clues. Success leaves clues. Okay? Replicate it and you might get similar results, too. Now, that's just one piece. The second piece is if you're already running ads on Facebook, okay, And you have extra budget and you're getting enough calls. This only depends if you're getting enough call volume. If you don't have enough call volume, this is not going to be something you do. This is something like, this is a more advanced strategy, by the way, for the people that are already Getting at least 60, 70, 80 calls booked per month, 100 calls booked per month. If you're not getting that many calls, this is not going to work for you. But if you have that many calls, we also retarget them on Facebook with 30 to 50 pieces of short form content and 30 to 50 pieces of long form content in the same 72 hours, okay? That answer frequently asked questions, pre handle common objections and set proper expectations before their call. So they're not just getting the emails from me, they're also seeing me on their Instagram feed, seeing me in their Instagram stories, seeing me on their Instagram mobile with all these things, okay? And here's what it looks like. I'm showing up like this, like a regular piece of content, but it's an ad. 30 to 50 pieces of content talking about very specific things that are going to help them get me to know, like, and trust me again. Further building trust, increasing show rates, and ideally call conversion rates. Okay, Is this making sense to you guys? Is this helpful? Do you guys see how this would be a lot better to do than just expecting somebody from cold traffic to automatically want to buy from you just with one ad? Do you see how this is a system? This is a system, not just like, let me just throw up a couple ads and hope it works. This is what most people don't do, okay? This is what most people don't do. Okay, I definitely need to rewatch this. Definitely helpful. Beautiful. Would you like to know now how to properly spend 10k a day on YouTube ads? You have all this working. Cool. You have this, all this. You have all this set up. How would you like to know how to scale the 10k a day? 10k a day with YouTube ads, right? Would that be helpful for you guys to spend $10,000 a day profitably? I'm going to show you how to do it. Okay, here's how you do it. This was another client of ours. This, this ad right here was at just shy of a million views. Okay? 927,000 views. It was running for 11 months. The average cost per lead was $10.46. I'm going to play it for you really quickly. Okay? I'm going to play it for you, and I want you to notice a few key things. Can you speak or write at least like a 6th grader? If you said yes, then you have the potential to earn over six figures a year. Here's how. Hey, you okay? You watched it, right? You got it? Can you speak now? Let me show you what we did to scale this ad account to the level I'm talking about and be able to duplicate that winning ad and create dozens and dozens of variations of it to make even more money for this specific client. This ad, by the way, within one month almost got one third the amount of views and. And half the cost per lead in one Month. Here's the difference. Can you speak or write at least like a 6th grader? If you said yes, then you have the potential to earn over six figures a year. Here's how. Hey, what's the difference? What did we do? Editing. Gif editing. What else? What's the difference? What do you notice? Wow, Babar is just shocked about it. Creative strategy. Creative strategy. Miguel. There we go. Miguel. Miguel's the guy right now. He's on fire. Creative strategy. Did we, Did. Did I show you the targeting? Did I show you what targeting? We did. Did I show you inside the ads account? No, I showed you what we did with the creative and the creative strategy. We changed the ad. That's what we did. We made it different. Because when you have a winning ad, when you have a winning ad, okay, should you say, I got this winning ad, but you know what? I'm going to change everything about it and do something completely different. I'm going to say something completely different. Let me ask you a simple question. If you have a winning ad that's making you money and you say, you know what? This is working. It's made me money for the last few years. But you know what? I'm just going to go ahead and just change all of it and say something completely different, right? No, you say, how can I say the same thing in a different way? How can I say the same exact thing in a different way to get to a new pocket of audience that's maybe not hearing it like I need them to, to get them to understand what I'm talking about here, to get them to see that this is a potential thing for them to do. You double down by duplication and the creative strategy, not the ad count, okay? You scale through creative. You scale through your creative strategy. Very key, okay? Before it starts going crazy on me. Now, here's how you implement the system yourself, okay? Whatever project management software you use, you need to implement a creative production pipeline, okay? This is called a creative production pipeline. You need a pipeline that you can follow every single week or month in your business or with your team, whatever you're using, whoever you have to be able to have ideas to be tested. Ideas needs review once they're done and finished and ready to be tested. Currently testing, currently running failed tests and things that have stopped working. And every single week, you and your team need to be reviewing this, coming up with new ideas based off what's currently wanting and working based off of what's failed, trying it differently based off what stopped working and how you can get it to start working again. You need to have everything that stopped working put to failed test. If it's currently testing in the testing window for 14 days, then you know how to change what you need to change. If you're not doing this, you. You are not serious about scaling to 10k a day. I promise you, you are, just not. Because there are people like me and my team out spending you. Because we do these things for our company. We do these things and we teach these things for our clients as well. Okay, this is what you need to do. So it's not just, hey, I got one ad, I tested a few ads and that's it. Let me just change all the targeting now and try to make this work. Let me out. Media buy a shitty creative. I'm going to do all these things in the ad account. No, it's to create a strategy. And I hope that's sticking with you guys. Now here's how you actually truly scale from 0 to 2k a day. You can get away with one problem. One market, a couple of ads. This is a very, very key thing. A couple of ads. Right? This can be 10 to 15, let's say, right? From 2 to 5k a day especially. Just depends on how niche your offer and product is and the specific avatar you're going for. One problem. One market. Several ads and variations. Several. 2 to 5k a day. 5 to 8k a day. Guess what? The only thing that's changing, by the way, is not the one market. One problem. It's several ads and variations. Several. Dozens of ads and variations. Five day K a day. And then hundreds of ads and variations from 8 to 10k a day. Key word. When I worked for Dean and I showed you that case study, 127 plus different ads. Why? Because we knew the way to scale was through the creative strategy. Not the media buying. Right? Not the media buying. Of course he needed me to be able to push the buttons. I'm not downplaying that. I knew YouTube ads better than he did. It's not worth his time as a business owner to learn how to push the buttons inside the ad account. That's what he was paying me 10k a month for full time with my salary because I knew how to do it better than he could. Right. You still need that. But that's not the most important thing. You should focus on the creative strategy. So Those are the four steps to YouTube ad success. Quick recap. I went over how YouTube ads are changing. What you need to know. I went over the targeting options and how to get your YouTube ads in front of your ideal clients easier and faster than ever. I also showed you why most people fail with YouTube ads and how to avoid wasting precious ad budget getting started. And I also showed you how to create YouTube ads that live longer, fatigue slower and convert faster. I also showed you how to use the intent based validation targeting strategy to show your ads to the right person at the right time for the right price. And we also talked about how to optimize, broaden and scale your business to 10k a day using YouTube ads the right way. So let me ask you, was your time worthwhile on this live training today? Was it worth your time to stay to the very end to get this information? Was it worth it? Put it in the chat. Yes. Yes, yes. This is amazing. Yes. Beautiful. Beautiful. I'm glad. Nothing I love more than doing this is firing me up. Let me ask you, did you learn stuff you didn't know before? Did you learn something you didn't know before? Best morning call from San Diego. I love it. Awesome. Beautiful. Can you imagine how fast your business could scale with YouTube ads now with these strategies if you implement them for your business immediately? Can you just see it right if you put all this together yourself, can you, can you just see how much more money you can make with ads if you invested it properly using these things? Yes. Ryan says 100% beautiful. Awesome training. Sold on it. Love it. So as you can see on my screen right now, we have my $60 million ads script. This is the same script, framework and template that we use for all of our six, seven and eight figure clients at our company adspend.com and the same script I've used to help industry leaders like Patrick Bet, David Cole, Gordon, Sam Ovens, Charles Marley, Morgan Daedros Coolian, Brandon Carter, Jeremy Miner, and a ton ton more of coaches, consultants, course creators and agency owners who you might not have heard of yet, but you will very, very soon. And I'm just going to give it to you for free. But first I'm going to walk you through exactly how it works. So the first step to any successful YouTube ads campaign is a high converting script. All right, the purpose of this document, this template, all right, is to provide you with a copy and past paced system that allows you to quickly write your first or next five high ROI ads in 60 minutes or less. And quite frankly it should take you about 30 minutes to be honest with you. So by the end of this you'll be able to have it written for you pretty much right away. So the first step to writing a high converting script is in Avatar deep dive. So you're going to want to answer all these questions in depth. So I have about 12 questions here for you that really answer a few specific things. Okay, who are you targeting exactly? What specific person are you going after and what are their problems? Pain points, desires, frustrations, dreams and goals. These questions make you think about exactly who you're targeting with your ads. Because until you get clear on that first, you'll never be able to write a high converting ad script that can print you money on demand. So the first question, the biggest result I can help a business or person achieve is. And you want to enter your answers right here. Okay, so think about it. What's the biggest result or transformation you can help somebody achieve? Okay, what is it? Right. Is it losing more weight, Getting in shape? How much weight? How much more in shape? Right. Being very specific about the transformation you can help someone achieve is going to be very, very clear. And especially if you can add a timeframe to that without a bunch of, you know, frustrations that they're currently suffering from. You want to make sure you write about three to five sentences here. @ the very minimum, your offer statement. Essentially, what can you help somebody with? Exactly. Now, number two, describe your most ideal client or customer you've ever had that you want more of in rich detail. So, for example, what age are they? What gender are they? What lifestyle do they have? Right. What job do they have, what their family life is like, what hobbies do they have? And do they have a specific name that, that they use or call themselves or identify with? Right. So for example, if I was running ads targeting more, you know, direct response marketers. Well, anyone who's a direct response marketer would most likely click on an ad where I'm talking to direct response marketers or copywriters. Right. Or funnel builders. So really using those names to get clear on who you're talking to. Overweight moms who have two kids and are stay at home and they take care of the household. Right, Very specific. Specific right there. As opposed to moms over 40. Right. It could be any mom over 40 and maybe your offer is broad enough to help those people. Right. Every sort of mom you can over 40. But if you're more specific on the exact language that they use and what they would refer to themselves as, it'll make your ads that much more powerful and allow you to obviously convert to cold traffic. So. Right, very specific out in rich detail there. All right, now the next question what's the biggest problem your most ideal customer has? Okay. What are they suffering from right now? What problems are they suffering from? What are their pain points? What's the biggest one? The biggest one that by far, if they could eliminate right now and solve, they would be extremely happy and they would transform their life and be, you know, just overjoyed with just amazing, amazing results. Right? What's the biggest problem? Write it out and make sure it's in rich detail. Now, number four, what frustrates your ideal customer the most? What keeps them awake at night? Right. What keeps them staring at their ceiling, wondering, dang, dude, like, when am I going to figure this out? Or when is this going to happen for me? Or if I could just solve this problem? What frustrates them on a daily basis? Right. What are they always thinking about? They just want to get off their mind and off their. Off their chest immediately, right? What is it? What frustrates them? Get very clear on that. And then again, number five, like I said before, what keeps your ideal customer awakened? Worrying, fearful, anxious, stressed, you know, just up and tossing and turning, not being able to sleep and get some rest. Write it out. Be very specific here. Promise you. This seems like a little bit of work because it is, right? Because if you do this work and you use these questions and you answer them and you take the time to do it right now, right? Even before you have this template in your hands, you just do it in a journal. You will be able to get crystal clear on who your ideal avatar is. Now, what humiliates your perfect client? So, like, for example, right? At an event or occurrence they're trying to avoid. So, for example, are they afraid to go in front of a group and talk to them publicly, public speaking right in front of a group and pitch their offer. Maybe they're not confident in their public speaking abilities, but they know they're an expert at what they do. They just don't know how to communicate exactly how it can help the person that they're looking to help. And that's frustrating them, right? And they're scared about it because they know that they might be someone who's going to be, you know, embarrassed or made fun of. Maybe they had childhood trauma around that, right? You see how we're getting deeper here. We're adding layers to this. It's not just very surface level. Like what actually is their humiliation that might trigger some past trauma, that if you tap into that in their head, they're going to obviously want to learn about how you can help them with it. And then what's the cost of staying where they're at right now? We're halfway there, we're almost through all the questions, right? What's the cost of staying where they are right now? How bad can things get if they don't fix it? So, for example, if I'm targeting business owners like coaches, consultants, course creators and agency owners who are at stuck at 30k a month and they can't scale past 100, they're trying a bunch of things but nothing's really working. What's the cost of staying at 30k a month? Well, if they're a solopreneur, most likely because they're only making 30k a month, which really they shouldn't have a big team. If they're only making that amount of money, they're probably not going to be able to ever get out of the work that they're doing and never be a true CEO and business owner instead of working in the business, that might be something that obviously prevents them from hitting their goals and their dreams. So if I can tap into that conversation going on in their head and saying, man, have you ever felt like you just can't get past this 30k a month bottleneck to be able to hire a player, team members who can do the work for you so that you don't have to to take care of the clients and not worry about them leaving because you know that if you stopped working, the clients that you work with wouldn't ever continue working with your company because they like to work work with you. But you can't ever hire someone who's just as good as you. And that frustrates you. Right? You need to find talent, but you're not making enough money to be able to do it. How do you solve that? Right. That right there is a lot more descriptive, obviously, and it's identifying the cost of what's going to happen if they stay there. What happens if you can't scale past this, Mark? Well, you have to just continue working day and night even when you're trying to start a family, right? When you have kids who want to spend time with you but you can't because you're on phone calls all day long fulfilling orders or making sure you're responding to clients in Slack and it frustrates you and it keeps you awake at night knowing that you just need to solve this problem. You see how that's specific? Okay, so that's how you want to obviously answer these questions. And again, what's the future problem if they can't fix it. Right? What's the problem? And then what's the future problem of that problem if they don't solve it? You want to paint that picture for them. And then number eight, what is the most urgent pressing crisis they want solved right? Right away? Okay. The real pain they're facing, the thing they need fixed immediately. Right? The most urgent pressing crisis. You can see I'm asking you similar but different questions here, and you're like, man, I feel like I already answered this. I promise you, if you continue answering this in full, it'll bring out more answers and you'll get more clear on exactly what messaging and wording you can use in your ads. And number nine, what are the three things that frustrates the top three things that frustrates your perfect clients on a daily basis? Is it doing things they don't want to do? Right? People? Right, like people that they work with or circumstances that are happening to them or chores that they just hate doing, like, you know, going out and obviously sending maybe gifts to family members or friends. Things that just are taking time away from them from actually working on their business or, you know, having to, you know, clean up the office or having to take care of their laundry or their, their actual, you know, meal prep. Things that, like, are low ROI activities for them in their business. So what are the top three things that frustrates them? Again, similar, but different question now. Number 10, what does your perfect client complain about when they're with their friends or family? Okay, maybe they don't have enough money, things are too expensive, they don't have enough time, or they don't know how to do something, but they wish they could. What are those things that they're saying in conversations with people that they know or people that are in their community? Think about that. And this really prompts you. You should be learning right now. If you can't answer these questions, like, specifically, then this should be a sign that you should be spending more time with your ideal clients and customers. Get around them at events, workshops, masterminds, or communities where they're hanging out. Go in forums like on school free school groups and actually talk to them. Ask them questions. What are you struggling with? What frustrates you? What pain points do you have? What do you wish you can just get solved right away? Because you should know these word phrases that they're using for me, for me, for example. But we have sales calls every single day where we're recording them and we're able to see in the AI recording Software that we use exactly how they're saying their problems are and what frustrates them the most? And we can use these in ads to target them to cold traffic and get right in front of them with an ad script just like this. So if you don't know these phrases, I would encourage you to basically after this video, make sure you go spend more time with them and ask them what frustrates them. What do they complain about? Number 11, what is your most ideal client or customer want more than anything else? What's their desired transformation, their ultimate goal? What do they want to do? Right, like not just their goal in terms of money, but what does the money get them? Okay, what is their why? What is their true purpose? And then last but not least, what is the biggest mistake your perfect client is making right now related to the problem that you solve? And you can see those 12 questions when you answer them and spend time actually answering them in depth will give you exactly who you're trying to target with your ads, which is the avatar deep dive. And that's step one. Now step two, okay, it's offer positioning. Okay? So you have an offer, whether it's a high ticket, you know, course, coaching program or service, or Maybe it's a SaaS product or an E commerce product. But you need to be able to position this offer and make it the go to leading thing that everybody needs in your target market to buy immediately as opposed to anything else they could potentially buy to solve their problems. And this is why we call it offer positioning. So now you're going to answer more questions. I know, I know you just want to get to the script and you want to start writing some ads that are bangers. But you can do that until you solve step two. All right, we're almost there. Now number 13, who are you? Who, who is your company? Right? What do you do? What does your company do? And. And who do you help? Exactly? Right? What's the problem you're solving and how do you do it? You want to answer this question? This is like an offer statement as well. Like, my name is Brian Mongaba. I'm the founder of Adspin.com we're an advertising agency and education company. And we help six, seven and eight figure coaches, consultants, course creators and agency owners profitably scale to cold traffic and make sure they print more money on demand using paid ads. And you can see that. That's very clear. I spent over $60 million on ads. And you can rewatch, watch my intro to show you exactly how I was Able to make that offer statement and very clearly define who I am and why you should listen to me and trust me. When you started watching this video and you want to do that same thing for you. Number 14, what are some of your biggest accomplishments, awards or features? Right? Like actually hype yourself up right now. How many awards have you gotten? How many clients have you made? Millionaires? How many clients have you made? Six figures. How many products or customers have you sold online? Like, what is your reputation and what's the social proof? Right? I gave you some examples here. You want to make sure you use all the social proof you can and answer that in depth. Now, number 15, what are the three to five things they need to do to fix their problem? Okay. Or achieve their desired result? Think of the three to five mistakes and action steps they can take right away to get to their desired result right now. And this is where you'll be using this as an education piece in the script, which we'll get into in a second. Okay? So what are the three to five things they need to do right now to fix their problem or achieve their desired result? Number 16, what are you offering to them to help them in your ad? Exactly right. Is it a free training? Is it a free strategy call? Is it a free school community? Is it a free lead magnet, free downloadable PDF? Is it a, you know, actual product that you're selling? Okay, Is it a low ticket product that's a book or something online that they can get for only $7.99? What is it? Write it out. Out. Okay, number 17, what is the unique mechanism that makes your offer different? Okay, so why is it better? Why is it unique? And typically you don't necessarily need to name it anything like that. You know, it's just like a random name that you came up with. But there should be a reason why your offer, your service or your product is different and works better than anything else they've tried before, right? It should be so specific and so unique or sound unique that you, it is a light bulb moment when they hear it in the ad and they say that's because I didn't get the result, that's why. Because I didn't have that thing right there in that part of the product that I bought last time. So I give you some examples here. Like for example, muscle confusion, one of the biggest unique mechanisms by P90X, right? They came out with a hot product in the early 90s on infomercials selling P90X at home, workout programs with weights. And they said that the reason why you can't build muscle and you can't lose weight and get in shape is because muscle confusion right there, you're not confusing your muscle enough for them to actually stimulate growth. And it worked and it sold like hotcakes. Okay. Signal to noise ratio. Another client of ours, Endless options in the past use this to help more men land dates and meet more women. And it was their unique mechanism. Okay. RPF4 method, another one as well. And again, you don't have to name it something specific like that. If your product or service is better because you do it a very specific way. Again, that's good enough because you're doing it in a very specific way that they haven't tried in the past. That's a unique mechanism. Number 18, what do they get when they click on your ad? So for example, you want to paint the picture of what happens after they click on the ad. Whether you're running this on Facebook, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, whatever the ad platform you're using is with this script that you're about to write. What happens after? After they click, you want to paint a picture and walk them through the next steps so you can reduce skepticism and make sure you improve your click through rate. Because again, if people won't click on the ad because they might not know what's going to happen, then you should tell them what's going to happen after they click on the ad. So you improve the click through rate. Right? Just makes sense. So write out what happens after they click. Now number 19, is there a no risk guarantee on your offer? So for example, do they not pay if they don't get the result? Okay, do you refund them if they don't get the result? Do they get a 30 day money back guarantee if they're not satisfied with it? Okay, what is your guarantee? Having a guarantee in your marketing can dramatically improve your cost per acquisition, reduce your cost per lead, reduce your cost per call and make cold traffic a lot more conversion friendly. Because there is a no risk or there is a risk reversal that you can use in your ads to make it very clear what happens if they don't get that just desired result from the product or service that you are stating? Last but not least, number 20, why should they get what you have to offer now and not wait? Okay, what is the cost of them not taking action and staying where they are? Right. Paint the picture of what happens when they don't act on this now. Okay. Financially, emotionally, spiritually, physically. Okay, you want to make sure. You get them to click. So you want to write out everything that happens, happens if they don't take action on clicking this ad where they can learn more about your offer, your product or service, your course, your coaching program, et cetera. Write it all out. Make sure you go in detail here. The worst thing you can do in both steps one and two is write one sentence answers. And every single time a client does this for us, I have them go back and rewrite it and actually spend time on it because they know that in order for them to get the results that they want that they're paying us to help them get, they need to be very specific. Okay, Very specific and very detailed here. So make sure you take the time to write all these out. All right, now once you've done that, steps one and two. Okay, now we're going to move on to step three, which is the hook generator. Okay, so now you have all the information about your ideal clients in the Avatar Deep Dive. And then in step two, with the offer positioning about them, go back and rewrite it and actually spend time on it. Because they know that in order for them to get get the results that they want that they're paying us to help them get, they need to be very specific. Okay, Very specific and very detailed here. So make sure you take the time to write all these out. All right, now once you've done that, steps one and two, okay, now we're going to move on to step three, which is the hook generator. Okay, so now you have all the information about your ideal clients in the Avatar Deep Dive. And then in step two, with the offer positioning about how your offer, your product or your service is different and unique, now we're going to use those answers to write your hooks. And this is where we can actually just copy and paste those answers. So it's very important that you actually go back and write it out very specifically. All right, so now the hard work is done. All right, so now that we know exactly who you're speaking to, here's some examples of five proven hooks that we've used over the last five years that have helped our clients generate over $100 million on the front end profitably, how your offer, your product or your service is different and unique. Now we're going to use those answers to write your hooks. And this is where we can actually just copy and paste those answers. So it's very important that you actually go back and write it out very specifically. All right, so now the hard work is done. Alright, so now that we know exactly who you're speaking to. Here's some examples of five proven hooks that we've used over the last five years that have helped our clients generate over a hundred hundred million dollars on the front end profitably, not just for their brands and business, and for their clients as well. Okay, so now check this out. Number one, make a big bold promise or claim. Okay, Make a big bold promise or claim. Kind of like I did at the very beginning of this video, right? I told you that if you watch the very end of this video, you'll know exactly how to replicate our success to cold traffic with this exact script template, right? That's a big bold promise or claim. And I give you examples in inside the template as well. So the cool part about this is you can literally just copy and paste your answer, not just for their brands and business and for their clients as well. That's a big, big bold promise or claim. And I'll give you examples inside the template as well. So the cool part about this is you can literally just copy and paste your answer from question number one here. So if you scroll up to question number one in the actual step one, you can see the biggest results I can help a business or person achieve is you can take that answer, whatever your offer statement is, and then just paste it right there and boom, now you have a big bold promise or claim. And you can watch the example in the template to show you what this looks like for another business who might be similar to yours. Alright, so for example, one of our best ads right now for our company adspin.com is I will beat your Facebook ads roas. And then from question number one here, so if you scroll up to question number one in the actual step one, you can see the biggest result I can help a business or person achieve is you can take that answer, whatever your offer statement is, and then just paste it right there and boom, now you have a big bold promise or claim. And you can watch the example in the template to show you what this looks like for another business who might be similar to yours. Alright, so for example, one of our best ads right now for our company adspend.com is I will beat your Facebook Ads Roas in the next 90 days using YouTube ads, guaranteed or you don't pay. Right. Big, bold promise or claim in the hook. That's the hook. It's just telling them what I can do and I'm adding a risk reverse. And so that's one of the best ads that we have running right now. So copy and paste from step one and then put your big bold promise or claim for your first hook right there. Hook number two, ask a question. Okay, next 90 days using YouTube ads. Guaranteed or you don't pay. Right. Big, bold promise or claim in the hook. That's the hook, right? It's just telling them what I can do and I'm adding a risk reversal. And so that's one of the best ads that we have running right now. So copy and paste from step one and then put your big bold promise or claim for your first hook right there. Hook number two, ask a question. Okay, so the cool part about this is you can copy and paste your answers for number three, four, five. So the cool part about this is you can copy and paste your answers for number 3, 4, 5, 8 and 10 or 12 here. So if you scroll up, you can see all the answers you've written out. 8 and 10 or 12 here. So if you scroll up, you can see all the answers you've written out. Copy them in here and make a couple of questions that you can ask and then even combine all of them to write one specific question that you know if you asked. The person watching the ad would immediately enter the conversation in their head, interrupt their pattern in terms of their, you know, watching the next YouTube video, for example, and get them to pay attention to you and how you might be able to help them too. Number three, call out your ideal client or customer so you can copy and paste your answers from question number two here. So for example, if you go to number two, describe your most ideal client or customer you've ever worked with that you want more of enriched detail, age, gender, lifestyle, job, specific name they use all those things you can copy and paste that in here. So for example, coaches, course creators, agency owners and service providers right there. That's basically a couple different avatars that we target with our ads. And it's not super specific specific like seven figure coaches or six figure coaches who are running low ticket school communities. But in some cases it doesn't have to be that specific because we know regardless of what offer or funnel they're running, we can help them scale with paid ads. But you want to take your copy and Paste answers from question number two and write that right there. Now, number four, hook number four, qualify and disqualify. So this is one that you can see an example of as well, but you just want to copy and paste your answer from question number two as well. So who is it for? Who is it not for? If you're not a coach, consultant, course creator, or agency owner, go ahead and skip this ad. This is not for you. But if you are and you're trying to profitably scale past $100,000 a month without relying on word of mouth referrals or organic traffic and slaving your way to the TikTok algorithm, then this might be the most important ad you ever see all year. You can see I'm calling out my ideal audience. I'm disqualifying everybody else who's not in my ideal audience. Number five, act out the problem or mistake your clients or customers make. And I give you a good example here from one of our clients, the Tap brothers, who were selling a bodyweight at home workout program back when Covid shut the world down and you couldn't even go outside pretty much. So everyone was stuck at home and people wanted to work out. So they were selling their RPF workout program and they were acting out the problem that most people were making when they were doing the plank. Okay? A plank is the common exercise most people use to, you know, improve their strength of their core. But they use this in the hook of their ad to show people, hey, can you see what I'm doing wrong with this exercise? And it gives your sort of like, who wants to be a millionaire? Right? And you have different answers, and you've got to select the right answer. And if you do more times than you don't, because if you don't, you lose, then you actually win a million dollars. And so it's. It stimulates your brain to think about, okay, what is he doing wrong here? I do the plank. What's happening in his plank that's off that I might be doing in mine when I'm doing my workouts, right? So it was a really good hook that helped them propel past $100,000 a month in their business with paid ads to cold traffic. And so act out the problem, right? Maybe they're going off and begging for, you know, referrals from their clients, but they don't have a proven, predictable way to get to cold traffic, right? So maybe that's a way you can do that in the ad and make it more funny for us. For example, one of the biggest pain points and problems our clients have is all of their eggs are in the Facebook basket. Before we were running just YouTube ads for people, we were always triggering that pain point because we would always hear people saying, yeah, I just don't want to have all my eggs in the Facebook basket, Because they were afraid their account would be at risk of getting shut down. And so our best ad for the longest time that you can still see on our website is, is, hey, are all your eggs in the Facebook basket? And then I would act out one of my employees at the time who tripped over the actual, you know, basket and broke all the eggs that were in there. Thus, his business and his traffic was gone like that almost overnight. Really, again, stimulating the conversation in their head, because they're afraid that if that happens, their business is not going to be able to sustain itself. So do that same thing for hook number five. And again, the. The hook is about only five to 10 seconds, which we'll get into in a second. Okay, now those are the hooks. You have five different hooks. After you've done that, and again, you can copy and paste your answers from steps one and step two above. Step number four, crafting your story and close. Okay? So the way we do scripts, the script framework is pretty simple. It's hook, story, close. Okay? So you can see that we just finished the hooks. Now we're getting into the story and the close. Okay, which is the body of your ad. The hooks are the intros, the pattern interrupts, the attention grabbers. The story is where you obviously explain who you are, your offer, what it can do for them, and then close them with making a call to action. So now number four, story. The framework I give you, included in the story, is very step by step. The first thing you want to do is social proof and credibility. This is again, copy and pasting your answers from questions 13 and 14, which if you scroll, scroll up. Who are you, what do you do, and who do you help exactly? What are some of your biggest accomplishments, awards or features? AKA why should they care? Like, why should they listen to you? Why should they click on this ad by you instead of watching their next YouTube video or scrolling on their phone on Facebook? Right. Why are you credible? Why should they listen to you? You want to write those out, copy and paste them, and make sure you write it in a way that obviously makes sense. We're literally in the first second seconds of the story. That's what you want to do now. Teaching problem. Okay? Give them the what, not the how. Okay. Most Coaches, course creators, and agency owners. The mistake they're making right now is that when they go to run ads, they don't have a crystal clear idea of the specific problem they're solving, the specific person who has that problem, and the specific way that they can solve it. Therefore, their ad doesn't actually convert to cold traffic because they don't have a proven service script just like the one you're watching right now. Which is exactly why we use this $60 million ad script and template to get their ads in front of the right people at the right time for the right price. And if they don't have this, they waste thousands of dollars on ads that just simply don't convert or get them really bad leads and ultimately cost them hours and hours of time on wasted junk traffic. So you can see here, I'm writing out the what. I'm not giving them the how exactly, exactly, but I'm telling them the biggest mistake that they're probably making. Now, you want to do that a couple times, right? At least two or three times. So you want to give them like one, two or three things there typically. And then we go into the offer. Okay, the offer plus the CTA number one. So we make the offer, right? So you want to copy and paste your answer from question number 16. So if you go to question number 16, what are you offering to them exactly in your ad? Okay, so this is exactly why I put together a free training showing you how to to profitably get a proven ad script that you can use to write your ads in 30 minutes or less, to print more leads, more calls, and more clients on demand to cold traffic. You don't have to worry about relying on word of mouth and referrals anymore, riding on the organic content hamster wheel. And most importantly, you have a proven, predictable and scalable traffic system using paid ads. When you have your hands on this YouTube ads script, Facebook ad script, TikTok ads script script, whatever the offer is, that's the offer in CTA number one. But you got to click the link right now if you want to get it. Okay, now we go into the unique mechanisms and benefits. And when you use this script, it's copy and paste simple. It answers a few questions in the very beginning that literally spits out the copy for you. So you can know exactly who you're talking to. And basically you can get it done in 30 minutes or less. It's not going to take you an hour, two hours, three hours. It's going to take you about 30 minutes and you can have your next five or first five ads ready to deploy to cold traffic immediately. No guessing, no wondering how to say it. No wondering what to film. It's very simple. You can do it in 30 minutes or less. You can see it's unique, right? It's different. And there's the benefits laid out right there. Do the same thing for you. And now to help you with this, you just want to copy and paste your answers from questions number 17 and number 18 as well. Last but not least in the story, okay, cta. All right. CTA number two, too. And again, the only way I can help you is if you click this ad and actually get the script. Again, it's free. Just click the ad. When you do, you'll be able to see a page that you can download it immediately, right? Whatever your offer is, okay? If it's a low ticket school community, you can join, right? It's only $97 a month. That's basically less than a typical gym membership in most of the United States. But this is actually going to make you money instead of obviously just working on your body. So you get the benefits of both worlds, right? You can use a CTA like that. Now, close. Last but not least in the body, okay, the second part of the body in the story, no risk guarantee. So you've made two call to actions now, but why should they do this? Okay, what is the guarantee? What's the risk reversal? Right? So for example, again, the training is free, so it's not going to cost you anything. All you got to do is watch the video and it'll show you exactly how you can install this proven, you know, ads system into your business and use this script. Amazon immediately. It's not going to cost you anything. Just click the link and go watch the video. It's completely free. That's a form of a risk reversal because again, it's a free training, right? Another one would be, and again, if you don't get the results that I'm saying on this ad, you don't pay. And in fact, you don't just pay. We'll also wire you $5,000 for wasting your time. If you've done everything that we told you but you didn't get the results. Completely different risk reversal. But that's a very, what we call red zone guarantee that allows you to get cold traffic to pay attention to you, which is the whole point of the marketing. Now, urgency and scarcity. Here's where you want to twist the knife. Okay, I call this urgency and scarcity plus twist the knife. So now you've done the call to action. You've done the risk reversal you like. You want to add urgency and scarcity here on this ad and twist the knife. This is where you copy and paste your answers from question number 20, which if you go to question number 20, is, why should they get what you have to offer now and not wait? What is the cost of them not taking action and staying where they are? Paint the picture of what happens when they don't act on this. Now, again, twist the knife here. And look, you can keep watching the video you're about to watch and maybe your business will grow. But you and I both know that if you're watching this ad till the very end, right now, you probably know that you could be doing better in your business and in your life, making more income and more impact, but you're not. So look, my simple offer to you is you can click the link, watch the video and see if we can help you. It's not going to cost you anything, but I can guarantee if you do, you will learn one, two or three things that will immediately transform your business and add more value to your life. But I can't help you if you don't click on this ad. And you'll probably just go back to scaling your business the same way, the old way, the hard way, that isn't using this new, unique method, for example, right? Twist the knife. Another example of this would be one of our clients, Funk Roberts, who teaches men over 40 how to basically increase their testosterone and build more muscle, right, Naturally. And so he actually was able to twist a knife here because he was targeting men that had stubborn belly fat. And he was able to twist the knife here by saying, look, the reality is, is you can use this system and it can help you just like all the people you're seeing on your screen right now. Or you can continue you struggling with blubber falling over your jeans every single time you go off to the beach as well in your bathing suit and look around at everybody else who's in shape and wonder when you're ever going to get in shape just like them, too. So he's painting a picture of things that are in their head that are going to be frustrating them if they don't actually click and take action. Do the same thing for your product and service and you'll have a lot more clicks at the very end of the video. Now, last but not least, in the close the second part of the story, right? Call to action number three. 3 Again, click the Link. My name is Brian Moncada. I look forward to seeing you in the training and I'll see you there. Right, very simple. Another call to action. Click the link, smile and sign off, just like I did right there. So that is the $60 million ad script that we use for all of our clients that you can use immediately to get more clients from cold traffic. Again, it's copy and paste simple. So now once you've done this, you're going to move on to step four. Okay, so you've written out the hooks in step three, you've written out the story in step four. Now you simply want to copy and paste your answers into step five, because I've just given you the framework. You just want to copy your answers in steps three and four into step five, and boom, it spits out the copy for you. So you can see I've laid it out for you very simply. You can have all your hooks right here. And again, the hooks usually from 0 to 15, maybe 20 seconds max. The stories from 20 seconds to about 2 minutes and the close is from 2 minutes to about 3 minutes. Okay? That's the typical length of an ad nowadays that we see working really, really well. Again, it's not like a specific has to be three minutes or less. But this just gives you a framework that we use that is proven to work to cold traffic. And you just copy and paste your answers in this last step number five. And once you have this, you can simply upload it into a teleprompter and begin reading all the hooks immediately and start filming the ads. Okay. And once you've done that, you can upload them to Facebook, to YouTube, to TikTok, to LinkedIn, to Twitter, whatever ad platform you want to run them on. And I guarantee you, you will get more leads, more calls, and more clients who are ideal to your product, your service, your company, and most importantly that you want to work with. So if you found this video helpful, you can click the link in the description and join our school community to actually get this exact script and download it immediately. Once you are approved into the group, you'll be able to access our mini course. And inside the the mini course, you get this script. This is the easiest way to film YouTube ads as a business owner. In this video, I'm going to show you exactly what equipment you need to film effective YouTube ads without breaking the bank. I'm also going to show you how to set up your own at home studio so you don't need to have an expensive content team on Payroll just to film ads each and every week. I'm also going to show you how to use a step by step filming guide that we give to all of our clients and to film their YouTube ads in 20 to 30 minutes max. And how to upload your ads and organize everything for easy and fast editing. Plus how to track your ads properly and build a creative production pipeline so you can consistently scale profitably past 1,000, 2,000, 5,000 or even $10,000 a day in YouTube ad spend. So let's jump right into it. What equipment you need to film effective YouTube ads without breaking the bank. There's two types of ways we recommend our clients to film their ads. Okay, the first, quick and dirty. Okay, this is very simple, very cheap, low hanging fruit. You don't need a bunch of things to do to film these ads like this. That's why it's called the quick and dirty. Now the first way is by using a PowerPoint with a white background and black text. Okay, this is very, very simple. You can obviously use your imagination here. You pull up Google Slides or PowerPoint, whatever it is that you use. If you still use PowerPoint, I don't know what you're doing. Google Slides easy, right? You can just have a white background with some black text and just put your copy on that text. Now obviously, I'm assuming you have the script already written. If you don't, I'll put a video right here you can watch. That gives you my $60 million YouTube ad script that we've used to write ads for all the industry leaders that we've worked with on our website that you can check out@adspend.com very simple. You can read that script, use it, download it, and then put that copy onto a PowerPoint, Google Slide, whatever you use with simple black text, Quick and dirty. The next is a loom video screen share. So obviously I'm kind of doing that right now. Now, it's not all just loom video. I have a camera, obviously. But if you just put up a loom video and used your MacBook Pro as your essentially like, you know, webcam as your video, that's quick and dirty, doesn't take any equipment. It's just using your MacBook and the MacBook basically camera and screen share. Lume video, it's free, right? Next would be iPhone video prompt, Smart Pro as a teleprompter app. Again, there's nothing stopping you from whipping out your iPhone, turning it from this to this, and then filming an ad just like this using an app. Or teleprompter like Prompt Smart Pro, which we recommend for our clients who are filming on their iPhone. And I'll show you some examples in a second. All of these are no real editing, if any. Okay. It's just like subtitles again. That's why it's called Quick and Dirty. Okay. So you really just need subtitles. Here's a few examples of what this looks like, so I'll play this one first. Okay, so here's how it works. You buy a ticket for the Vault, which is a conference I host once a year. It's the big one. It's going to be at Miami diplomat this year, August 30th. It's a four day event. And at the Vault, if you buy one ticket, we will. You can see here right off the bat, this is one that we actually did for Patrick Bet David when he was doing the Vault conference about almost two years ago now in the Miami Diplomat. And he's on his iPhone, he's in the Vault studio, and he's just literally reading a very simple script. There's very little editing. There's some B roll, minimal subtitles, and a banner right there talking about the special that they can get when they buy a ticket today, right? Very simple, quick and dirty, right? Nothing crazy. Now we have this one, right? So I pull up this one. If you want to go from $500,000 a year to a million per year and beyond with your damage restoration company, then consider this. Most damage restoration companies get their leads from places you can see again on the iPhone. And this one was actually filmed vertically, which was a big mistake. But this one actually did really well. So funny enough, even though it was not filmed with the proper platform dimensions, ideally landscape mode, it still did really well. This is one of our clients, Jamie Randall. He helps restoration companies scale with his agency. Now, the cool part about this is, as you can see, he's literally filming this on his iPhone. The audio quality isn't even the best. If I go to the body part of it, Restoration companies dominate their services. He's literally sitting down in a new construction build, just reading the script word for word on his prompt Smart Pro app on his iPhone. Quick and dirty, simple. Nothing crazy. Yes, there's some B roll, but really it's just iPhone subtitles, nothing crazy. Now that's the very easiest way you can film the ads without needing anything whatsoever. Next is the clean and polished. Okay, this is good camera, good lighting, studio microphone, AKA what I'm doing in this video right now. Now you also have Fancy edits with motion graphics, quick cuts and B roll. So Jamie's and, and you know, Patrick by David's that we did for them. Those are a little bit more edited. We obviously wanted to add some extra bells and whistles. But even if they didn't have any of the edits, they would still work pretty decently because, well, you know, the script does the majority of the work, obviously. So now here are two examples of what the clean and polished ads look like. Like, this video is for you and your daughter and the time you have left with her because life is busy, she's growing up and you know deep inside that if you don't speak into her life and create those deep bonds with your daughter now. So what's the difference between these quick and dirty ones and this first example of the clean and polish? Well, you can tell there's different camera angles, right? She's got one direct to camera, she's perfectly in focus. She's got another camera angle right here which is showing a different side shot of her. And it's got the music in the background, it's got the motion graphics, it's got the B roll. It's quick cuts in the first five to ten seconds. Very clean and polished. Let's take a look at the next example. Would you be happy if you stayed where you are in life and job forever? If the answer is yes, then this video is not for you. But if you want to finally achieve the time, location and financial freedom you know you deserve, then this, this new career may be the answer to same thing, right? Two camera angles, studio lighting, good audio, good video quality, captions and motion graphics popping up on the side with the script as well as B roll. And he's got a different camera angle as well, which he cut to right there. So another example of clean and polished. Again, both of these styles can work, but the style that you should use for your business depends on your ideal clients and, and ultimately your creative strategy. This is one of the first things we do with all of our clients that come to work with us because typically they're used to running ads on Facebook, for example, where they have just images or very short, like 30 to 60 second, you know, videos. And those just really don't perform the best on YouTube. So when we work with clients, we show them exactly how to do the quick and dirty or how to use clean and polished, depending on who their target audience is. For Jamie, for example, he's walking around in, you know, that construction build, but he's targeting damage, restoration Companies that are used to seeing people in that context, they're used to wanting to get to know and work with people that are just like them. So if he was in a studio. Right. It wouldn't really resonate that well. Again, this all depends on your creative strategy, which is why it's important to work with the team that actually knows what they're doing. Now, let's say you have some money you want to splash, right? So you want to splash some money, and you want to be able to film videos effortlessly and easily, but you don't necessarily want to have the quick and dirty quality. You want to have actually studio quality, and you want to do it very easily without hiring a content team. That's exactly what I do. I had last year, I had a videographer, I had two different editors, and we actually ended up having a content team, creative team in house at our company when it was like almost like $15,000 a month. And I actually ended up basically replacing all of them with my own at home studio setup to film videos just like I am right now, whenever I need to, as well as ads at the click of a button. And I'm going to show you how to do that in 20 to 30 minutes max. This is the best part about having a studio at your house. You don't need a videographer, you don't need an expensive content team, and you can do it very easily and very efficiently. So I'm going to walk you through what my studio looks like right now. Okay, so I'm actually going to start with the background first. So my office is pretty simple. Let me just see if I can zoom out real quick. We have the actual desk setup, chair, camera, and lighting right there. But then in the background, we have obviously a nice, good view with lots of good greenery. But there's two key things I want you to see. Okay. The first is this light right here. All right. This is a light that I think is like 20 bucks on Amazon, maybe 50 bucks. But add some contrast in the back of the video when I'm filming my VSLs or my ads or my YouTube organic content. So I have one light right there. And the cool part about this light is I actually have this remote that I can use to change the light. You see, I can turn it more yellow, I can turn it more white. Right. I like to keep it on the yellow, though. It's a really, really good contrast. It's kind of freaking out right there. There you go. So it comes with a cool remote like this. You can change the actual color and make it lighter, make it brighter, etc. Alright, so brighter, lighter, brighter. There we go. So that's that. That's like 50 bucks on Amazon. I'll have the entire equipment list below this video so you guys can watch that and read that. Now I have this also custom made ad spend logo emblem. This plugs into the wall right here, right next to my Wall street bull and all my books. And this also adds a really good contrast and background lighting in the video. I Background lighting is super key. I've learned from your at home studio or whenever you're filming to give it nice contrast. So I have a yellow one and then I have a sort of more traditional white sign right there. And this looks really good in the camera which I'll show you in a second. But now we can get into the rest of the studio. So obviously you'll have your desk, you'll have your chair. Let's focus on the actual camera first. Okay. So the camera is a Sony ZV E10. Sony ZV E10. Okay. And again the equivalent list will be below this video. I have a Sigma 16 millimeter lens. All right. Sigma 16 millimeter lens. And then I have an elgato prompter. Let me just zoom out here so it's easier to see. Elgato prompter. Okay. So this is probably the most important thing. These two, these three things, the camera, the lens and the Elgato prompter. Now the cool part about the elgato prompter is it also acts as a monitor. So if I go to this and I show you, I can move my screen right here from my laptop right here, which is pretty sick. So then I zoom out again and I'll just show you. I move it to the right and then there it is. Now I click on this and I move it to the left and there it is. This is really good for zoom calls too. I'm going to put my self right here. So now when I'm on Zoom calls, right? When I'm on. When I'm on Zoom calls I can look at my people that I'm talking to, right? If I'm closing deals, I can talk to talk to them directly. When I'm talking to my team, I can talk to them directly. Now this is obviously streaming from my MacBook. I don't have my camera plugged in. So let's go into the rest of the equipment setup. So those are the three most important things. The camera, the lens, the Elgato prompter. Obviously you can see why this is so important, because it's just the best prompter that there is, the teleprompter that there is. I also have this dummy battery. It plugs into the camera right here. All right? And then turn the camera on, Camera turns on, and then boom, you have the admin studio. Okay, so if I now go to zoom again and I change the camera, let's go to show video. Let's go to cam link 4K. There you go. This is why the Elgato prompter is the best. Right? So now I have my camera quality coming through, and you can see the quality is actually a lot better than what it looked like on my zoom from my MacBook laptop. So that's what the lighting score. As you can see in the background right here and over here, the lighting gives it a good contrast. And there's also natural lighting from the back right there. So even if you don't have a window that's like, over here, you can still add these two lights. That'll be really helpful. All right, so that's why I use the Elgato prompter, because obviously, it's just way better quality. That's why I use that camera and I use that lens. So it has a nice open shot, but you can still see me right in the middle. And notice how I'm aligned in the video. Okay. I'm also aligned in the middle. It's facing this way, so I'm in the best shot possible. Notice my head isn't too high above it. Right. Notice my head isn't too below it. It's right in the middle. So line up your camera and set up exactly like that. Okay, so now let's get into the rest of the setup. So obviously, I have my MacBook right here. This is the Shure. Shure, I think, is what it's called. Microphone. I'll put the equipment list below. I have an XLR cable, male to female cable, that goes through this microphone arm, which I also bought with the bundle of this Elgato Pro. So the Elgato Pro, the Elgato prompter, I should say, comes with two things that I bought from it as well. It comes with this cam link sort of attachment that is basically attaching to this. This USB that connects to the camera, and this is what charges it. Okay. This is what allows it to connect to my MacBook. So that plugs into the cam link. Then the cam link plugs into this Elgato Thunderbolt 3 Pro Dock. Okay, this is well worth it, because now I really only need one plug Here to connect everything to my camera. So if I remove my MacBook charger, for example, all right, I take that out. Look, I have one plug that's powering everything over here. We haven't even got to that yet. So this one dock allows me to plug everything in. Okay. It allows me to plug in this cable, which ultimately connects to my MacBook, which allows me to charge everything with just that one cable and power my camera. The Elgato prompter, the actual microphone set up here. And it's pretty sick. That's why that's worth that. Okay, so then I plug my camera into this document, into this dock, the Elgato dock. And then this also, this, this cable right here is also plugged into here. This plugs into the back of the Elgato. But you can see it basically plugs in right here. Okay. That's what powers it. And then it goes all the way right there. So next is the lighting. As you can see, this is a pretty sick light. Looks really good on camera. I'll show you again what it looks like naturally lit up. You can see from my videos. This is in the description below with all the equipment as well. It comes with this boom arm, which I think you got to buy separately. And then you. You got to buy this as well, but they attach together. Looks like this pretty high intense. I have it far up there for, you know, nice downward lighting, as you can see. So that's good to get. Worth it for sure. And it can also change to the yellow color too. So that's that lighting's key. Okay. You need good lighting, obviously you need a good microphone and audio quality as well. So the XLR cable connects over here, here and plugs into this. Okay, so now this is a Rodecaster duo. It has two plugs for microphones. If you want to do like a one to two person podcast as well at your home studio, you can do that with this. I just use this one for my one microphone. So this connects to the shure microphone. And then you buy this separately, obviously, you put this all the way here and then this plugs into here. Okay, so if I can find this one. Yeah, so this one plugs into here and this plugs into here. And again, this thing powers everything once plugged into my laptop. So that's why this is so powerful. And this is pretty easy to set up and use. You know, this is just the one input right here for my microphone. You can see it's even picking up because my microphone's right here. And the closer I get to my microphone, you can see it talking and then this is pretty cool because I could just come over here, press the record button right there and then it'll start recording and then everything's plugged in all the way over here. So I'm not a good cable manager, but you can manage cables a lot better than me. But that's where everything is. You might need to get a couple outlets. You can see I'm using two outlets right there and then four more actual power spaces right there. So get an external extension cord. You might need that. You probably will because there's like six things plugged in right there. But that's about it. So now that you know the two filming styles, the quick and dirty and the clean and polished and you know how to set up your own at home studio if you want to. Now I'm going to talk about how to film your ads in 20 to 30 minutes max. Okay? The first part is pre recording. It's very important that you actually rehearse your scripts the night before to really understand what you're going to be saying the next day. Now again, if you're using the elgato prompter like I do, it's very easy for me to film the ads without having to rehearse anything because the script is literally just on the screen right now and I'm just reading everything word for word right now. I'm not, because I'm not reading everything word for word. This is inscripted. But if I was reading my script, I would just literally do it as I'm doing it right now. I don't need to do any sort of rehearsing because the words are right in front of me. But I give you this tip because if you're someone who's not used to filming videos, okay, you're maybe shy, you're not as good on camera, you're not as well practiced or well rehearsed. One thing you can do is if you know you're gonna film ads the next day, just simply go through the scripts, read everything, act it out as if you're already recording it and get in the flow of reading it. So that way when you go to sleep that night, you have the words in the script in your subconscious mind and you have more confidence when you wake up and when you actually go to film again, it's just like you're acting in a movie, okay? So there's really no difference between you and and you pictured in a Hollywood movie, actors do what they rehearse their Script how often? Not just the night before, nights before. But of course, we're doing this as quickly as possible. So this shouldn't take you a long time, especially if you have the right equipment like I've showed you, which again, you can click the link in the description and get. And you're going to be able to do it very easily. So just rehearsed the night before. Now the second part. This is very, very key. Okay? And I tell all my clients to do this as well. Do a dry run. Okay. What does a dry run mean? Well, as you saw in the last clip with the equipment list, there's a lot of things that happen in the studio. And so what you want to do is if you just bought all this new equipment, for example, but you've never actually tested it, the worst thing that can happen is you go to film your ads and then you try filming them. You think everything's synchronized properly, everything's working properly. You get done filming everything, and guess what? Your audio didn't capture correctly. You had static in the background and your lighting wasn't working, or for whatever reason, your teleprompter wasn't set up correctly with the right settings. All of those things have happened to me before and have happened to my clients before. So I'm telling you this from experience. What you want to do to avoid this happening to you is you want to do what's called a dry run. A dry run is where you basically set up everything to film. Okay? So you rehearse the scripts, you set up everything to film. You press record on the camera, you press record on the audio interface, you press record on loom, whatever you're using, and then you act as if you're acting out the script. Okay? Then you stop pressing record, you stop recording anything. You watch it back to make sure the audio was good, the video was good, you liked how you looked, you like how the background looked, and then you can actually see what the footage looked like. Exactly. This is going to make sure everything is working properly and avoid you saying, okay, I'm going to film tomorrow, and you go to film tomorrow, and then nothing's working properly. Trust me, I've been there. It is not a fun time. Then you delay everything from there. The launch time of the ads, for example. Your team's waiting for you, and you're just frustrated. So do a dry run and make sure you rehearse the scripts the night before. Again, Teleprompter makes it easy, but I would recommend those anyways. Part two. Okay? Once you're filming. Here's a very, very, very, very, very key tip. It's all about your internal state, okay? This takes practice. Once you've had so much practice on camera, you can kind of just. Just flip on the camera, you know, flip up your state, and you're good to go. This is how I am. I'm very experienced. I've been filming videos for over 10 years now. Since I was 18 years old. I knew I was going to be doing this for my life always, so I just got good pretty quickly. I was always used to filming on the camera when I started filming vlogs in college, for example, so I'm naturally able to perform at the click of a button. But if you're someone who's again, not used to filming ads or videos consistently, this is what you're going to want to take into consideration. You want to make sure in the morning, the day of your filming, you want to get a workout in, okay, Get a workout in. Move your body, ideally get some sun on your face, as well as make sure you're hydrated. Okay? You want to make sure you're in a good internal state. Next, you want to make sure that before you press record, okay, before you press record, you are visualizing, picturing and imagining your ideal client, your ideal client profile, who exactly that you're talking to through the camera. The reason why is because it's very important that you convey a high level of emotion and empathy so that your audience feels, okay, feels that you can help them with the problem they are facing. For that reason, again, it's very important and powerful to imagine yourself talking to an actual person and not your phone as you record these. So when I'm filming my content, when I'm filming my ads, I picture my ideal client. I know exactly who they are, and I know exactly how they. They would want to be talked to. And so I'm writing the ads, I'm filming the ads exactly for them, exactly for you. And this is what you want to do as well. Again, you got to remember these videos, these ads will impact and change lives, okay? And that's the mindset you should have when you film these videos. So you're in a good state, you're picturing your ideal client. Then what do you do? Well, you press record and you want to film each of the hooks first. So with our clients, obviously, we write a number of different hooks and a body, okay? It's usually five to 10 hooks, one or two bodies, depending on obviously, what they're doing. And so what we recommend is you want to film the hooks first. Again, I have videos that talk about what the hook is and how it's different from the body and all that stuff. You can watch those on my channel. But you want to film the hooks back to back to back. We usually recommend at least filming 5 to 10 again, depending on who's writing your scripts or if you're working with a team. For example, after you film hook number one. Okay, so, for example, this is me. Hey, this is Brian with adspin.com in this video, I'm going to show you how to X, y, and Z. That's hook number one. I'm going to stop recording. Boom. And that's. That's it. The file's done. That creates hook number one. Okay. Starting and stopping the recording after every take allows you to easily name the files when you're finished filming and ultimately speeds up the editing process. Okay, this is very, very key. So when you film the hooks, you want to film the hook and stop recording. Film hook number two, stop recording. Film hook number three, stop recording. Film hook number four, stop recording. Film hook number five, stop recording. Now you have the hooks done. Then you do the body. You film the body. Once you're done, you stop recording. Okay? So you want to film the hooks first, knock them out back to back to back to back to back, and then you want to film the body last. The body is going to be the longest piece of the script, so you want to make sure you knock out the hooks first and then the body last. That way you're just not, like, you know, flipping back and forth. A pro tip when filming, by the way, that I learned from my former mentor, Dean Graziosi, who, in my opinion, was one of the best at filming any ads. Direct response to cold traffic. It's where I learned all of these tips that I'm sharing with you, because I worked for him for three years, and he sold hundreds of millions of dollars online using paid advertising. Is that when you're filming, if you mess up a word or two, don't stop and go back to the beginning of the script. Simply restart at the beginning of the sentence you messed up so that you can continue the flow. And you don't have, like a hundred plus takes and your editing team hates you, plus you'll avoid getting frustrated at yourself. I've seen people do this when they're filming. They mess up one word in the entire body, and they get frustrated. And so they scroll back to the very beginning and do it all over again. Whereas if they just went back to the beginning of the sentence they messed up on, they could just start right there and then go from there, right? So if you mess up, for example, like I'm going to do right now, so if you mess up, for example, like I'm going to do right now. You see, I didn't go to the very beginning of that clip. I just started from the very beginning of that sentence. I hope that makes sense. And again, if you have any questions, you can, you know, leave them in the comments. Once you're done filming, you want to make sure you upload everything to Google Drive and you want to make sure you organize it for your editing team to be easier and efficient to get the ads done faster. So here's how we do it. We have a Google Drive folder that looks like this and we have a Raw Files folder or review folder and Improve Dads folder. Once the client is done filming, they upload their files to the Raw Files folder. Inside the Raw Files folder, they have different file, they have different file, different folders for their specific hooks and body. So we tell them to create folders for each file. Hook 1, for example, hook 2, hook, hook 3, body, et cetera. And guess what? They upload those files to those specific folders to make it very easy for us to organize everything and begin downloading it and piecing it together in the actual editing software. Your editing team will thank you for this. Trust me. Now, once you've uploaded the ads and edited the ads and you're ready to test the ads, you want to make sure you have a tracking system and what we call a creative production pipeline. So a creative production pipeline is simply a system that you can organize all your ads that you're testing and and know exactly what's working and making you the most money. So we use ClickUp. You can use Asana, you can use Trello, you can use, you know, Monday.com, whatever project management system you use, you simply want to have a board that has an ideas column, a to be tested column needs review column. Currently testing column currently running Failed test, stop working. Every single time you launch an ad, you want to make sure you put it in. Currently testing. Every single time you obviously are getting an ad that's working, you want to put it in currently running because it's running and it's working. If it stopped working or if it failed, you want to put it in failed tests or stopped working. And of course, this allows you and your marketing team, whoever's your script writer or whoever's your video editor to analyze what's working and then guess what, have new ideas to make it work even better. For example, maybe you filmed a ad using the at home studio setup and you're like this is working really well. Well you can then on Mondays when you meet with your marketing team, talk about how you can make five new variations of that ad using the quick and dirty. Right, the quick and dirty style. Maybe you do it with a PowerPoint white background and black text to see how it works with the marketplace. Maybe you do it with a loom screen share. Maybe you film the exact same ad on your iPhone and maybe you don't even do any real editing. So you can take that same winning ad and then create quick and dirty variations of it or take those same quick and dirty winning ads and make new polished, clean and polished variations of them as well. That's why you have a creative production pipeline and and you stay organized with your ads and you actually act as an eight figure business that actually does this. Because this is where I learned how to do this for our clients. Because I realized most businesses don't actually do this and they're relying on one YouTube ad for six months, 12 months, two years. And they're wondering why their cost per lead and cost per call keeps rising is because they don't test enough new ads. So that's how you can film your ads. The easiest way to film YouTube ads for business owners with the equipment and everything else you need, how do you target rich people with YouTube ads? That's exactly what I'm going to show you how to do in this video. Here's exactly what I'm going to cover. Number one, why YouTube ads are better for targeting rich people compared to Facebook. Even though I love Facebook and Facebook does work, I'm going to show you why YouTube ads can be a second traffic channel you can add to your business to target more rich people just like you. Number two, how to leverage Google's AI to target rich people on YouTube, Google and Gmail. And number three, the best targeting options to get your ads in front of the top 10% of income earners. Let's just jump right into it. Why YouTube ads are better for targeting rich people compared to Facebook. So again, the difference really is simple. Okay, with YouTube and Google it's intent based. Okay, with Facebook they're just scrolling, killing time, checking on friend statuses, maybe making updates to themselves in their posts. But YouTube people go there to obviously search for solutions. Okay, YouTube users are literally actively searching for solutions while Facebook Again, they're just kind of passively scrolling higher attention spans. People that watch YouTube videos are intent on watching content, right? They come to the platform ready to sit down and learn or be entertained, or they put it in the background while they're doing some other stuff when they're listening to it to retain the information. Right? Higher attention spans because they want to retain more information. Also, according to studies, higher education and income audience, right? There's actually a study that was done and YouTube's audience skews towards professionals, business owners and high earners. Yes, there's a lot of kids watching YouTube videos. I know they're going to see comments in the comments below, like, oh, but my kid has my YouTube channel on my phone and they're just watching a bunch of kid videos. It's like, well, here's the stat from YouTube itself. 80% of US adults earning. Again, we're targeting adults here. $100,000 plus annually on YouTube. Now you can argue that's not someone who's rich, but if you want to target affluent individuals that have excess and disposable income, that's pretty good for the platform. So now here's the real secret sauce though. This is why Google is so powerful and why YouTube ads are so sick. To target rich people. Better data from Google. Okay, so Google owns YouTube, Google Search, Chrome, Android, Gmail and Google Ads, which gives it an unmatched level of user data that advertisers can leverage. So unlike Facebook, right, which primarily relies on social engagement data, Google has access to search data, which means Google search and YouTube search. So Google knows what users are searching for, allowing advertisers to target people actively researching high end products and services. When you have a problem, for example, and you need a solution, where do you go to find answers? Do you go to Facebook? No, you go to Google, right? And you search for it on articles and you pull up to see what works and AI just does its thing. Or you go to YouTube and watch videos to find the answers to your solution and people who've already solved that problem and show you how to do it. Or you go to ChatGPT, right? But primarily you go to Google and YouTube and you watch videos. For example, someone searching for best private wealth management firms or luxury homes in Miami is a prime target for high ticket offers, right? Custom intent audiences, which I'll show you how to do, allow you to advertise to people who search for these specific keywords in Google and YouTube. Not only that, but you also can leverage the website browsing data so when you're signed into your Gmail account, every single day, when you log in to go open up your business, your P and L talk to your team on Zoom. Guess what? Google's tracking that. And it's a good thing for you as a business owner who wants to advertisers to more rich people like you. Chrome and Google Display Network Google tracks which websites users visit and how they interact with content. So for example, example, if someone visits sites like Forbes, Business Insider, luxury car dealerships or high end travel agencies or art boutique websites, you can target them with ads in market audiences. Allow you to reach people researching luxury products, wealth management or high end services. Not only that, but you also got purchase and transaction data. Google tracks user shopping behavior through Google Play shopping and and transaction signals. Which means for example if someone purchased a Rolex, a first class flight or a Tesla, they can be identified as a high net worth customer. And advertisers like me can use affinity audiences or customer match to reach similar people like them. Crazy. But Google also has Gmail data. Again you're signed into Gmail pretty much all day long whether it's your personal or your business. Google scans Gmail inboxes. Did you know that? Did you know that? For keywords related to wealth, finance and high end purchases. So for example, if someone receives emails about private banking, investing or luxury vacations, they can be targeted with Gmail ads. And not only that, last but not least, on top of everything else I just mentioned YouTube watch history and behavior. Google knows what types of videos users watch, which helps refine ad targeting. So for example, if someone watches business coaching, real estate investing or high performance mindset content, they can be placed in a custom audience. So for me for example, I have one of, I have a bunch of real estate like videos I watch like real estate realtors who are in Miami touring luxury condos, penthouses and homes here in Miami. Because my wife and I are like okay, where do we aspire to be? Where do we want to live? Where do we want to have our future family, right? Where do we want to be living? How do we want to be living? How do we want to be moving, right? If I am one of those people watching those videos, right? And I am someone who's actually actively in the market for purchasing a home, right? Then I can show my ads for someone like you who wants to target rich people in front of videos and channels like those who are targeting people that also have an excess amount of money to spend or invest into a new home or invest into Luxury goods or invest into your product or service placements are also a big factor of that. So if there's business podcasts that you know, your audience listens to that come from, you know, traffic and they're like, yeah, I found you off this podcast or this channel, recommended me to you, or my audience watches this podcast, this YouTube channel, or this specific content creator on YouTube, you can literally use YouTube to show your ads to them the next time they watch any of those videos or videos from that channel. It's sick. Now, one of the best audiences you can use is the search features on YouTube with ad ads. So I'll pull up an audience right here and I can actually have a custom segment here that I can create and you can see here. I can literally target people who've searched for any of these terms on Google and here's what Google says this does. Enter search terms your ideal customer is using on Google. Your ads will reach people who search for those and similar terms only on campaigns running on Google properties. On other campaigns, the terms will be used as interest or purchase intentions. So if I type in best private wealth management firms in Florida. Okay, great. Private wealth management firms. Best private wealth management firms in the U.S. so if you sell a very expensive product or service to a very affluent individual, you can literally leverage keywords they're typing into Google and YouTube and literally show your ads to them the next time they're on YouTube or Google by literally typing in the keywords they're searching for. Powerful. Right now, not only that, you can use what's called in market audiences. Okay. You can target users actively researching luxury cars, real estate or financial services. So check this out. There's what's called interest in detail demographics. People based on their interests, life events or detailed demographics. What does that mean? So when I click on this one, I can go to browse and I can go to in market and then you'll see all the different type of in market audiences I can target right here. But let's just scroll down here and show you. You can target business services, dating services, employment. You probably wouldn't want to target that one because people that are rich are not looking to get employed. But you can keep going here and go to real estate, for example. You can also go to life events. Purchasing a home would be a big one. Someone looking for another home. Detailed demographics, homeownership status. Are they homeowners? Are they renters? There's also affinity audiences where you can reach people who follow luxury brands, elite travel, travel and wealth building content. So if I go down here, I literally just typed in yacht. And here's what's pulling up as far as in market audiences, you can target yachts. People that are literally in the market for yachts. You can see yachts, yachts for sale, boat, yacht buy yacht, yacht prices, boats and yachts for sale, boat brokers, princess yachts, right? Sport fishing boats, boats for sale, sailing yachts, Performance and luxury vehicle enthusiasts as an affinity audience. And again, affinity audience means people that are actually interested in and following these luxury brands and these types of people that are interested in this type of content. Luxury travelers, right? Water sports enthusiasts, boating and sailing enthusiasts, trips to Miami, people that want to party and, and live nightclub, just ball out. Trips to Croatia. There's a lot of stuff you can get trips to Dubai, luxury vehicles. You can see the level of targeting you can do to rich people is very specific. Now. Not only that, well, you can say, well, yeah, Brian, wouldn't I get a lot of low quality leads? And the answer is you might. Here's how to avoid it. You can use what's called household income targeting. You can literally select the top 10% of income earners in specific regions. So if I do, for example, luxury vehicles, right, I'm selling a luxury vehicle or I'm selling to people that have luxury vehicles. I want to go ahead and go to the demographics and I know my target audience is male. Let's say I want to remove everybody that's not male and I want to go after people that obviously are making money. Let's say 45 to 54 or 45 to 64. These are the guys that are already, you know, almost semi retired. They got the money. And I can just only target people when I go here to top 10%. So I'm going to remove everybody who's outside the top 10%. I'm only going to go top 10%. I'm going to remove unknown. I'm going to remove. I'll keep the parental status open. I'm only going to target top 10% of people and look at the top interest for this audience. Audi, Porsche, Lexus, not Honda, not Toyota, not people driving Fiats. These are men that are between 45 and 54 that drive Audis. Porsches, Lexus, not Honda, not Toyota, not Fiat. You see the difference is you can be able to be very specific here as well. And again, you might have those low quality leads that come through. It's not guaranteed. Everybody that comes through is going to be 100% in your target demographic, but you can Be very targeted to target rich people with YouTube ads. That's the point. You can also do YouTube channel and video placements. Again, if you want to run ads on YouTube channels or placements that you know your clients are watching watching, you can do that with placement targeting. Right. We have this very simple targeting timeline we usually use typically with our clients, we typically like to go with remarketing lists first, especially if they're running ads on YouTube. We target everybody who's already clicked on their ads but didn't buy, clicked on their ads but didn't book a call or someone who's already subscribed to their YouTube channel. Very, very key. Obviously you want to go after low hanging fruit, custom segment search, custom segment interest and custom segment websites, which I didn't even talk about yet. And with custom segment websites you can literally target people who've been browse websites similar to other rich people websites. Rob Report, for example, a magazine you can subscribe to that most people that are subscribed to it are affluent and they have excess capital to deploy. They mean they advertise watches in their yachts, all types of things, just household items, pianos, pocket watches right here. Colognes, expensive just items, luxury goods, put that in there. Websites like Sunseeker, that apparently are good for yacht dealers and Richard Millies. Right. You can do a bunch of different websites here and also get in front of rich people and then layer it with the household incomes and layer it with also the in market audiences to be even more specific. Right. And that's just a fraction of what you can do. And another way to get in front of rich people is by literally uploading a list of people who've already bought from you that are rich. And the cool part about this is you can now leverage lookalike audiences with YouTube ads. That's right. If you have an email list, if you have a list of website visitors, if you have a customer list of people who've already bought in your product or service that are already affluent themselves, you can literally upload it to YouTube and your Google Ads account and create lookalike audiences. So check this out. I can upload any list to my ads account, like for example all website visitors or I can add a new segment here and I can name this rich people list for your business. Right? And I can go ahead and upload a list of people that have already interacted with my business. So for example, if I go to exactly example list, that would be your list for your customers and then you can actually create lookalike audiences of these rich people and you can actually narrow the segment based on who you want to target. So if you want to go after the most rich, the top rich, the most affluent, go narrow. If you want to go balanced and have a bigger audience, click the 5% one. If you want to go broad and target, hey, let me just see how many rich people are in this audience and expand on Google and go as far as possible, you can click this one, which, which allows you to further get in front of more rich people and you can even layer this one. So let's say you upload this list and you're like, I'm going to go broad, but I'm going to go ahead and layer it with people that are also in the market of yachts. Right? We go back to the yacht example. You want to layer it with people that are also in the market of taking trips or buying yachts or luxury goods, boats for sale, sailing information or luxury, luxury homes, luxury travelers, beachbound travelers, luxury shoppers. You can now combine these audiences and layer it with further segments. You can add lookalikes, you can combine it with in market audiences, you can combine it with lookalike audiences. You can combine it with affinity audiences. You can even combine it with specific keywords and topics and placements your audiences are watching, which is key. This is how you target rich people. With YouTube, you can now do lookalikes. This is awesome. But you might be asking yourself, what about YouTube Premium, Brian, don't rich people have YouTube Premium? I mean, it's only like $13.99 per month. And the answer is yes. I actually did a poll on my Instagram story. I saw a video from Alex Becker recently where he was like, most of you guys, I can't target with ads on YouTube because you have YouTube Premium. And I was like, huh, I wonder how many people in my audience actually have YouTube Premium. And the answer is a lot of you. A lot of you do. In fact, most of the business owners that are friends of mine actually have YouTube Premium. The majority of the other people that didn't don't really have a business. So when I, from what I could tell, it was like a mixed. But the majority of my friends that have businesses have YouTube Premium. So I was like, okay, well what do you do in that case? Can you still Target them with YouTube ads? And the answer is yes, but in a different way. Stick with me here for a second. With YouTube ads, again, you don't just have access to YouTube ads. The Google Ads ecosystem allows you to target on different platforms. For example, you can use Google Discovery ads to run ads in gmail, okay, on YouTube as well as Discover ads across other third party websites like ESPN and all these other things to remarket to the people that are in your target audience. So you don't just have to run ads on YouTube, you can still get in front of them in their Gmail inbox and on Google Discovery. You can also do it with Google search ads. So check this out. Here's an example what that looks like on discovery. My ad will pop up before you actually type in something on Google. Right here with my advertising. Your luxury ad here targeting rich people also in Gmail, guess what? You check in your inbox in the morning. Boom. My ad pops up to the top of the search results and I'm in your inbox telling you I'm going to help you scale your business with YouTube ads. Then we also have other Gmail platforms like this one on desktop. Again in your inbox. Here I am popping up, boom. I'll be your ads with done for you. YouTube ads setup offer. So you don't have to just run ads on YouTube. Obviously it's going to be a main one. But you can also use the entire Google Ads ecosystem to get in front of your ideal audience. Not just on YouTube but on Google Discovery on search as well as with demand gen campaigns to get in people's inboxes. You can also have these ads popping up on YouTube as image ads as well as Google discovery ads and Gmail in someone's inbox to get in front of them even if they have YouTube Premium. So again, obviously YouTube in stream ads are really good. They're ones that work really well. You have access to the entire YouTube ads ecosystem that are more advanced that we share with our clients obviously that are in our mastermind as well as our agency clients of ours that we take on and we scale their ads up for them. So this just to show you that the amount of sheer options available for you on YouTube and Google is tremendously more than what you get on Facebook. Because again, Facebook removes interest targeting. It still works. Trust me, we still run ads for ourselves on Facebook, but with YouTube, right, you just have a lot more variety and a lot more testing capabilities. Here, how to create one YouTube ad that can last three plus years and convert with millions of dollars in ad spend. That's exactly what I'm going to show you how to do in this video. Here's exactly what I want to be covering. Number one, identifying and capitalizing on rising trends in the Marketplace and why this is the actual key to scaling your business to $10,000 a day plus and beyond and having your ad last for years. Number two, market research mastery. What it really, truly takes to scale the cold traffic. Number three, how to craft the perfect message and offer that converts to cold traffic at scale. And number four, how to turn one YouTube ad into dozens and dozens of variations that can last two to three plus years so your business can scale efficiently and more importantly, sustainably. And here's a real case study. One of our clients, the Tap Brothers, had one of their ads that we worked with last over two years, five months and 27 days and still convert to cold traffic profitably. Okay? Now I'm going to show you exactly how we were able to do that in this video. Now, how to identify and capitalize on rising trends in the marketplace. So the Tap Brothers, who I just mentioned, their offer was a low ticket body weight workout program that doesn't require any weights or equipment. So you might be thinking, well, Brian, doesn't YouTube ads only work for high ticket? No, YouTube ads can definitely work for low ticket. Now here's why it worked, okay? Because they capitalized on a rising trend. All right? The rising trend was, guess what, four years ago, what happened? Covid shut the world down and people couldn't leave their house or go to the gym. Gyms were shut down at a certain point like that. That's what's crazy to me looking back on it. Like we couldn't even go to the gym to work out. That's how crazy the world was at this time. And so people were stuck at home and they wanted to work out. They were pent up. They wanted to release their energy and be able to still make some gains, right? Get some exercise in. And so they were able to sell thousands and thousands and thousands of people this low ticket body weight workout program because it was capitalizing on the rising trend of people not able to work out outside or in a gym because they didn't have any weights. Therefore, this ad and this campaign worked super well. So when was this uploaded? It was uploaded on September 17th in 2020. Total spend was $364,000 on just this one specific ad. The total views 4.3 million. Total number of customers generated from just this one ad was close to 10, 10,000. And their average cost per acquisition was $40 on their offer. Okay, $40 to get all these clients and customers. Now, again, rising trend, Covid, shutting the world down, people being stuck at home. They were offering a low ticket body Weight workout program that doesn't require any weights or equipment. Boom. Money printing machine on YouTube. Number two. Roland Frazier Free challenge. Teaching people how to buy businesses with no money down. I would love to make money online. I would love to have a business. I would love to be able to buy a business without having to start my own business. And I would love to know how to do it with no money down. What's the rising trend? Well, at that same time, Covid was also shutting down tons of businesses and people looking for ways to make money. People lost their jobs, People got canned. Okay? People were like, dude, how am I going to make money? In comes Roland Frazier. Don't start a business, buy an existing business instead. Boom. You got my attention. Rolling. What can I do? How can I learn from you? What Happened? Upload date May 1, 2020 Total spend 1.4 million Number of views 12 million plus total number of leads 51,000 new leads from this one ad. Total number of new customers for their high ticket 2.6 thousand customers okay, so rising trend, same as before. Now you might be saying, okay, Brian, but like, dude, this is like from four years ago, five years ago. Why don't you actually show me what's happening right now? You ask and you shall receive, my friend. That's what you get here. You get cold hard facts, case studies, real life examples from an agency that's actually doing it. Like businesses for you. Offer job opportunity Front end simplified. The company job opportunity for people looking to increase their earning potential. Who doesn't want to increase their earning potential? Rising trend. What's happening right now? Well, tech and AI is literally taking over the world. Chat gbt, you got Claude, you got opinion, open AI, you got all these platforms coming out and people and companies looking at more skilled talent developers and all these different positions to hire to increase the efficiency of their company. And just the other day I posted a video that you can press and find on my YouTube channel showing you how to leverage AI to create video ads and YouTube ads and scale without you having to film anything. I would encourage you to watch that video. But front end simplified took capitalization of that rising trend. And guess what? Their offer helps people land a six figure tech job. So someone who wants to increase their income, guess what? The best way to do it is by getting a job in tech. Why? Because people that are in tech make more money. Great offer, right? And if you want to obviously learn more about that offer, I would encourage you to actually search their company front and simplify. They do amazing work, have a Ton of amazing reviews and you should definitely look into it. I really love working with them. Upload date May 30, 2024 okay, it's been about eight months. Total spend almost 300,000. Total number of use 4.2 million. Total number of leads 16,000. Average cost per lead $15 cost per lead. This is going to run for a year plus, two years plus. Because AI and tech's only going to get better. And this ad, again, when you do it the right way, when you follow these principles, when you follow this process, can last years. Okay? So now how do you actually do that? How do you actually create an ad like we do for our clients and help them do this exact same thing? You got to know your market. That's why I call it market research mastery. Okay? This is actually really what it takes to scale. So you should actually already have all of these sources available to you right now. You should know every best selling product in your niche, okay? If you're in the make money online niche, you should know what other make money online offers are selling really hot right now. If you're in any niche, you should know what product is selling really hot right now. Okay? What products are in your niche that are selling really, really well right now. You should also have all the landing Pages, Sales Pages, VSLs, every single sales asset for these products, specifically, you should have these available to you in a Google Drive at quick accessible click of a button to be able to see why they're working, study them. You should also know what people are talking about on forums like Reddit, okay? Or other forums related to your specific, you know, niche or marketplace. You should know what's happening, what people are talking about, what questions they're asking, what problems they have, what pain points they're suffering from. You should also be a part of Facebook groups where these people are hanging out your ideal clients, right? If you're selling advertising and marketing, there's no reason why you should not be a part of the high roast forum group, for example, right? Someone like me, I'm in there. I'm in all of them because I know the importance of being around my market, what they're struggling with, especially when it comes to ads, right? Especially with YouTube school communities, thousands of school communities that are all made for someone like you, a business owner, where you can go into them and join the free group and see what people are talking about. You should be in these groups. You should be in these forums. You should know better than anybody else what your niche or marketplace is talking about. This is the key to make these ads work really well. And for B2B services and offers, right, you should research again, VSLs of similar businesses. You should have businesses that you've researched that I've already scaled in your niche, but with a different product, right? So for me, for example, if I was targeting, you know, business owners that want to run YouTube ads, what other offers are out there that sold Facebook ads that worked really well and why do they work? Or you should more importantly, speak to your target client Extensively. Extensively. Like, as much as you possibly can. What's happening? Like, what are you struggling with? Like, what's keeping you stuck now? Once you solve that, what's the next thing that you're going to run into? If anything cool. Like, what's the one thing you would want to solve immediately if you could, like, wave a magic wand, what is it? Boom. Like, you just got to talk to them, solve a real problem. You find a marketplace. You find the pain point of that marketplace. You have to know it like the back of your hand. And so how do you do that? Well, I've showed this in previous videos of mine. Sales calls and recording sheet, having calls with them, right? Recording those calls and making sure you're writing down notes, right? We have hundreds of calls we've taken over the last few years, hundreds of them for any closer to come on our team and be able to study one by one by one by one by one. And all the pain points and desired outcomes are literally the exact same for the most part. You literally upload this to AI and just have it spit back the most common pain points and objections, most common desired outcomes for you. And now you have your AI copy. I made a video about this. You can watch it on my channel. You got to know this stuff, though. This is the most important step. Next, once you have that, how do you actually craft the perfect message and offer that converts to cold traffic? Well, here's some key criteria of a great message and offer. You got to know the desired result. What do they want? Well, I can tell you what they want because I've studied it. We have it. We've collected data on it. Desired outcome. You need to have this, right? I can tell you what mine is, right? You're a business owner. You're running ads on Facebook. You want to scale further and faster. You want to have all your eggs not in the Facebook basket. You want to be diversified. You want to be able to get better quality leads. You want to be able to grow your personal brand on YouTub YouTube you want to be able to scale past a hundred thousand, five hundred thousand, even million dollar months using YouTube ads. You want to be able to increase your show rate. You want to be able to have your closers be booked with more qualified calls so they don't leave. These are all the desired outcomes that our target audience, business owners like yourself want. And I know this because I have the data, I've collected the sales calls, I'm in the forums, I'm reading all the other products that are being sold. I'm looking at the Facebook groups, I'm in the school communities. So I have that. You need to have that now suggested fast. Timeframe. What's the timeframe? You can get them the result and how can you do it fast? People only care about the speed of the result. They don't care about how much time, effort and energy you put in on the back end. They just want the result. The faster you can get them the result, the more money they're willing to pay. Speed, urgency, efficiency. The guy who can get the result faster for the client wins. How fast can you deliver that result? And if your product or service can't do it fast enough, make it faster, make it better, do more, right? Have it work quicker. That's the key. You also want a realistic explanation that someone's watching your ad can say to themselves like, holy shit, I'm behind because I don't have this. I'm behind if I don't do this. I'm behind if I don't use this. You want to realistically explain why they're already behind if they don't have this. Use this and do this. And this is your offer. You also want to have your offer feel new, okay? AKA something they've never seen before. So right now a lot of people are getting slaughtered because they already know what coaching programs are. They're burned by courses. They don't want to have another bunch of videos they can watch and be like, damn, dude, like I got to sit here and do all this. It's like done for you. Is doing really well right now as a result. You want to have your message and offer in your ads feel new, okay? AKA something they've never seen before. How can you make it feel new? Even if it isn't new, how can you make it feel new, right? This is a concept I learned from Alex Becker. You want to make it seem easy, okay? Easy to apply immediately. So how can they just click of a button, put it in, it's done, right? Like Hiros with Alex Becker. Did really well with this because he said this AI print tracking script, once plugged into your business, will immediately get you a 20 to 30% ROI on your ads. No changes in your business. Just plug this one script in. Takes two minutes, right? Boom. Easy to apply, gets your attention. That sounds cool. How can I increase my AD ROI by 20% or 30% in literally a couple minutes? I would love to do that. Right? It seems easy to apply immediately. Clearly worded again. No fancy crazy jumping through the hoops and hula hooping mechanisms here. Like nobody wants the split twist funnel that's getting me super high show up rates. That takes blah blah, blah blah blah. Like crazy fancy marketing lingo here like that. It's not going to be the key here. You want clearly worded, actionable results, tangible outcomes, very easy to understand. You got to just make it simple. If it doesn't work simple, it's definitely not going to work complicated. Especially when you're marketing to marketers who know that you're marketing to them and trying to sell them on an offer. They know marketing, right? So it's not going to work as well. You just want to make it simple, clearly worded and then very believable. Okay. What is very believable mean? It means that you can actually believe that this is actually going to get you the result. Simple right? Now questions you must know to actually do this. What do they hate? What things do they not want to do? What is the result they want? What are they afraid of happening? Okay. Why have they not done this on their own yet? What are the answers to those questions? To help you with this, I created a video called how to write banger YouTube ads. And I give you my $60 million YouTube ad script. And it has a bunch of questions about 20 questions that we ask pretty much every single time to get you to extract that information, which really just comes from your sales calls, to be honest. And you should just use AI for this, which I made another video about. But to get that information, okay. And you use that information to write your ads. It all comes from the market research, which is why it's called market research mastery. And this is what it really takes to scale. To have ads that last years, last years and capitalize on rising trends. Now. Once you have that ad, you have the ad. You've went through the process, you wrote your scripts, it's working. Here's how you turn just one ad into dozens and dozens of variations that can last two to three plus years. What is a new variation? A new variation of an ad is you want to say the same thing in a different way. Okay, you want to do a new hook. So for me, I'll beat your Facebook ads roas in less than 90 days using YouTube ads. Or if I don't, I'll refund you my fee and run your ads for free. Right? I'm saying that one control ad now their hook could be if you're running ads on Facebook, I'll beat your Facebook ads roas using YouTube ads. All I'll do is I'll get your ads on YouTube in less than a few days and I'll beat your roas in just under a few weeks. And if I don't, you don't have to pay me and I'll continue running your ads for free without you having to worry about anything. Okay, saying the same thing but just in a different way or Facebook ads are working for you and that's great. But what if you could actually have ads on YouTube, YouTube that can actually remarket to your Facebook ads traffic that didn't convert and make the same amount of money that you're making on Facebook but on YouTube so you can actually double your business without changing anything, which is running your same Facebook ads on YouTube and adjusting them for the YouTube ad platform. And what if you can do that in less than 7 days or even 14 days and have leads and calls and sales being made within the first few weeks. Right. If I could do that for you and I guarantee I get you results and I can beat your Facebook ads roas or match it at the very least. Right? And if I don't, you don't pay, what would be the risk to you? Right. Like obviously I'm kind of just making it up on the whim here, but that's an example of how I'd say the same thing in a different way. Okay, new body. So a new body would be same hook before but then I would say now the reason why this makes sense is because logical explanation or and if you don't know who I am and is Brian Wonkov. I'm the founder of Adspend.com we spend just under $2 million a month every single month on YouTube ads for business owners like you and the reason why our system works. So I go with a story based lead in the body as opposed to just a logical explanation first or I can do now here's dozens and dozens of case studies of clients that has actually worked for this is Cole Gordon, this is Charlie Morgan, this is Jeremy Miner, this is Brandon Carter. This Is blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Like I'm just going after case studies now. Different body variations, you see? Or a new variation could be, say the same thing in a different setting. So for example, right now I'm filming this video in my studio, but I could do this same ad. It's already working. I can create a variation of it on my iPhone, right? Same thing, just on my iPhone. Maybe it's more realistic. Maybe people relate to it more because it's not fancy production, right? Or maybe I do it in a new studio. Maybe I go rent out a studio here in Miami and I pay somebody, hey, say, hey, I'm gonna film these ads here. I already have the script. They're already working. Just let me use the studio for 30 minutes. Or maybe I do it in a completely different location, right? So same thing as a studio, but just different like setting, essentially. Or I could do a different actor so I could say the same thing with a different person, right? I can have a male versus female. I can test my wife, for example, filming an ad or a female actor as a, as a different ad or, or a ugc. Someone just creates an ad, film the same script, send it back to me, right? UGC ad. Or if you're a female and you're like, I gotta have a male do this for whatever reason, yeah, sure. Different demographics, different types of ethnicities. For example, clearly I'm brown. Maybe if I have someone who's Asian, they'll appeal to the Dan Lok market and I can start. Start working with some Dan Lok style business owners, right? I need more of those. Same thing with different editing. So I could have flashy and creative editing versus direct and simple, right? Both work. IPhone videos work, flashing creative works. But maybe I can find a better control from a different variation if I test these different styles of editing. So let me show you an example of this. Here's an example from one of our previous clients, Sarah Turner. She was teaching people how to make money as a copywriter. And she had an ad that was running for about almost a year, right? And this ad had a really good cost per lead and it was one of her very best control ads on, on YouTube. So I'm going to play the control for the first few seconds and show you how the ad started. So watch this. Can you speak or write at least like a 6th grader? If you said yes, then you have the potential to earn over six figures a year. Here's how. Okay, cool. 10 seconds. Right, let me play the next one. This is a variation we created with New editing and a new thumbnail. And I want you to pay attention on the difference. Can you speak or write at least like a 6th grader? If you said yes, then you have the potential. Potential to earn over six figures a year. Here's how. What was different? Put in the comments below. What was different about that variation? Same script, same everything, different editing. What's the difference? What's the result? Total views, almost one fourth of views in one month. And the average cost per lead dropped in half in the first month off a variation. So this is how you not only avoid ad fatigue, but you double down and you create one ad can then turn into dozens and dozens of variations by implementing all of these different things. Okay, now again, this is what we do for our clients, obviously that work with our agency. But to do that, you need to have a creative production pipeline. I've talked about this in a few videos. My last video that I did as well. How to scale YouTube ads and be able to spend $10,000 a day, from zero to $10,000 a day, you need to be able to have a creative testing production pipeline, okay? What we call creative production pipeline. Every single week, every single month, depending on how much you're spending, you need to be able to have new variations being tested, new angles being tested, new ads being tested. If you want to expect to scale your business to thousands and thousands of dollars a day and be able to get past a million dollars a month, right? This is non negotiable, especially with YouTube, because YouTube ads are creative and they have videos, right? You need to be testing new videos. Ad fatigue. How do you avoid it when you run YouTube ads? So that way your once proven ads are still working and then all of a sudden they stop. What do you do and how do you fix it? In this video, I'm going to show you exactly what you need to do to avoid ad fatigue with running YouTube ads. And more importantly, how to make sure you're always playing offense with your ads so you always have a wide variety of different winning control ads that are continuously making you and your business money month over month. And I'm going to tell you exactly in this video what you need to do to make your business super profitable with YouTube ads. Because that's all we talk about here on this channel is how to master YouTube advertising for you. Especially if you're a business owner who's already just running ads on Facebook, but you want to add a second traffic channel to scale your business even further and faster and stop having all your eggs in the Facebook basket, or especially if you're a personal brand who's already posting content on YouTube, but you're stuck on that organic content hamster wheel and you can't break through that revenue plateau that you've been stuck at. And you. And you need ads to actually do it. And this channel is perfect for you because I post two videos every single week talking about exactly those things. So what is ad fatigue? Ad fatigue is what happens when you're in your ad account, you have a winning ad, it's been working, you've been crushing it. You're like, dude, this ad's just printing. And then all of a sudden you start noticing the cost per lead to rise. You start to see the cost per book call to go up and the cost per acquisition to start to increase. And you're wondering, huh, is it the traffic? Is it the targeting? Is it the day? Is that the season? Is it the month? Like, did I do something differently in the media? Buying. And your sales team's asking you or your marketing managers asking you, or you, as a business owner, I should say, are just thinking to yourself, what's happening? Why is this costing more than what it used to? Well, what you fail to realize is you've been running the same exact ad for almost one or two years without ever tweaking it, making different variations of it. And as a result, you don't launch anything new. You keep running that same ad. It's kind of like when you see the same commercial on TV over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again until you eventually become numb to it. The first time it didn't work to you. The second time is not going to work. The third time is definitely not going to work. The 15th, 20th, 30th time is definitely not going to do anything other than just piss you off and make you go skip, skip, skip, skip, skip, skip, skip, skip, skip, skip, skip, skip, skip. Because it's not selling you. And that's what happens to your audience when you keep running the same YouTube ad to them over and over and over again without refreshing it, without hitting them with a new angle, without hitting them with a new hook. And that's exactly why you experience ad fatigue. And that's exactly why your cost per lead goes up. This is exactly why your cost per book call goes up. This is exactly why you're literally. I'm not. I mean, like, that's, that's that right there. Cost per cost per book call. And nothing you do in the Media buying does anything to help it. Because no matter what you do, the same creative is running to all the same audiences. So how do you fix it? Well, it's first important to note that YouTube ads last way longer than Facebook. The average lifetime of a YouTube ad can last as long as six months minimum. Okay, this is based off my experience. Again, I spent a hundred million dollars on YouTube ads in the last five years. And what we've seen across all our clients and all our data and all our history is that most ads last six months minimum before experiencing any ad fatigue, even in small niche markets. Now, the good news is some ads can last upwards of three plus years with no fatigue and still convert. Now, does that mean that their cost per lead is going to go and stay the same as it was when it first launched? Of course not. Does it mean their cost per book call won't rise up in price over three years? Of course not. Does it mean their cost per acquisition won't go up in price over three years? Of course not. But the point I'm trying to make is that YouTube ads are really what's called search driven ads. And this is why YouTube Ads is a lot higher quality of a lead and a call and a client than something like Facebook or even TikTok. Because YouTube is a search engine. And when you create an ad on YouTube and you learn how to target the right people with it, you can literally keep targeting people that are watching new videos based around that specific search term that you're targeting with your YouTube ad. So one of our clients, the Tap brothers, absolutely murdered their business with YouTube ads in the best way possible. I should say not in a bad way, because they were able to create one great YouTube ad with our help and be able to scale that ad past $100,000 a month for a low ticket info product. That was like $37. And it was during COVID when everybody was stuck at home and they couldn't work out outside, they couldn't work out at the gym. And so we sold them an info product that showed them exactly how to work out at home without any weights using your own body weight. And we made it an no brainer offer for them to take action immediately. They went, I kid you not, from $0 a day on ad spend running YouTube ads to $100,000 a month in less than six months. And they already had a huge YouTube channel by the way. But their YouTube ad is what allowed them to make millions of dollars and break past their revenue ceiling. They couldn't even break past $100,000 a month before working with us. But once they ran YouTube ads, they were able to break past it month over month over month over month and make millions of dollars with that product. Now, that ad, that one ad, okay, one of their ads lasted 2 years, 6 months and 27 days. And it got like over 12 million views. Everybody who's anybody that was stuck at home that wanted to work out, they bought that info product. You probably saw that ad. Another case study, Charlie Morgan, one of my favorite clients and one of my good friends, he is still running the exact same YouTube ads we created for him almost two years ago, and they're still getting him high ticket clients. Why? Because when you create what we call a search driven ad, which means that you're actually creating an ad based off of clients and what they're searching for on Google and YouTube. These ads can last you years because YouTube is a search engine, okay? So for like Charlie Morgan, we helped him target the keyword client acquisition. And we made the hook all around getting new clients, 20 clients guaranteed, or he'll refund you and give you $5,000. That hook is still crushing it. And guess what? That's why he's still running it, because it's still profitable. Every new YouTube video that keeps being posted on YouTube will continue to get evergreen search results for those ads. His ad that we created two years ago will still be getting him clients, because more and more people are going to create more YouTube videos around how to get clients. And guess what? When they post those videos on YouTube and make them public, Charlie Morgan's ad will pop up and play before that video starts for someone who's trying to watch it. Because there's keywords in that video that talk about client acquisition. And that's why YouTube ads can last so much longer than on Facebook. Or another example, like Brandon Carter. Brandon Carter worked with us and already had about 800,000 subscribers. But he never ran YouTube ads before. And we went cold traffic with his ads. We were able to help him make one YouTube ad, right? And I did a whole entire case study breakdown on this ad, which is on my channel, by the way, completely for free. You can watch it. Really great ad. It made him $636,000 in 90 days of running YouTube ads. That's no joke. That's literally real proof backed by highroad's data that you can see in that video. And Brandon Carter will tell you in his own testimonial, $636,000 in 90 days with that one YouTube ad, and it's still running to this day, almost three years later. So YouTube ads can last a lot longer. Okay? So you don't really have to worry about ad fatigue as much as you would on Facebook. But even when they do last that long, you want to make sure that you're not resting on your laurels and you're only waiting for that one ad to continue working. Another client of ours, Roland Frazier, absolutely murdered it during COVID as well, when he was teaching people how to buy businesses with no money. Down again, what happened during COVID A lot of skepticism, a lot of, like, you know, fear in the air. A lot of people thinking, oh, well, you know, I don't know, my job maybe is at risk and I want to be able to build a business for myself because I just got fired. Boom. His offer pops up in front of you on your next YouTube video. And his ad literally spent over $5 million on YouTube ads in literally two or three years, which is one ad that absolutely crushed his hook was crazy. I did an entire step by step breakdown on it. So now that you know that on average, YouTube ads can last a minimum of six months, which is a lot longer than what you see on, like, Facebook or TikTok, and I've shown you actual case studies and examples of real clients that we've worked with and help scale their business with. YouTube ads that have ads that have lasted three plus years and are still running to this day, that you probably see even to this day. Now, I'm going to walk you through exactly how to avoid ad free fatigue. Because even when you do have an ad that lasts you three plus years, you want to make sure that you keep refreshing that angle, that hook, creating variations of it. But how do you actually do it? How do you make sure that you actually just keep refreshing and refreshing so that way you never experience your ad randomly dying. Here's exactly how you do that. You want to do what's called new variations, okay? So to make sure you avoid ad fatigue, what you want to do is when you find a winning ad, one that's profitable, getting great cost per lead, great cost per acquisition, great cost per book call, you want to immediately start creating new variations of this ad, and you want to create dozens and dozens of them. And so how do you do this? Well, you want to film the ad in a different setting. One of the easiest variations you could test first is simply changing the setting of where you filmed your ad. So, for example, one of our best ads is beat your Facebook ads row ads in 90 days using YouTube ads or I'll reset, refund you my fee and run your ads for free. That ad's been running for almost a year now on YouTube and on Facebook. Now here's the cool part. We're still running that same ad, but we've changed the setting a bunch of different times. I filmed it on my iPhone, I filmed it in this studio, I filmed it in my old studio. I filmed it on different loom video style video ads, not even on like direct to camera. I filmed it on my iPhone, I filmed it on different places with different settings using the same exact script. Because I know that that message works and I just want to test different variations of the setting to see if I can get a lower cost per lead or a lower cost per book call and keep optimizing it by 0.01% each and every time to make sure it's hyper profitable. And this is the key to actually making sure you never run into ad fatigue. So if you have an ad that's working and let's say you filmed it in a high polished studio, but if you filmed it on your iPhone, maybe it would work better. Or if you filmed it outside with natural lighting and the sun shining on you, maybe you would actually work a little bit better. Maybe your audience would actually convert with it better. And you got to think about how your audience is actually perceiving you, who your target audience is. So for example, if you're selling like a biz op offer, right, you typically want to be in a very aspirational setting, right? You want to have a lot of money around you. You want to be able to show you have a good lifestyle. You want to be able to show affluence, you want to be able to show your wealth, you want to be able to show that you're someone who's successful. So you're probably not going to film that ad in a dark, dimly lit, you know, home office that has like coffee stains on your shirt and the background, you can't even see yourself. The screen sucks, the lighting sucks. No one's going to take you seriously. Like it's just not going to work. Chances are you're not even going to have a winning ad with that style of video. But if you some for whatever reason do have an ad like that, maybe you try it in a better studio, maybe you try it in a better setting and you change it up. So you want to make sure you have different variations of the settings, setting and where you film it. The next thing you want to Test with different variations is the actor. So for example, if you have a personal brand, we work with a ton of personal brands that sell courses, coaching, masterminds, info products, high ticket services. Typically the business owners that we work with for the most part are the face of their brand. They're the ones making the content, they're the ones doing all the ads. They're the ones in charge of making sure they're producing videos to get more clients. And this is pretty easy to do because if you're the guy who's always doing the videos or the girl and I would encourage you to find another actor, there's like even people that you can hire off of these different job boards that'll film a video for you for like $100, right? They'll read the script you give them, they're a good looking person and you literally tell them what to say and they give you the video. You can have your editors edit it or they can even edit it for you. And guess what? Now you have a different variation of the same exact ad. Now you can attract different demographics. So for example, example, I'm brown, right? Like I look like I'm Hispanic, people think I'm Mexican. That's just what people perceive me to be. And guess what? A lot of people that end up working with us tend to be somewhat brown or look like they're Hispanic in some capacity because they resonate with me. And a lot of people that actually want to work with me also tend to be Hispanic. They typically are someone who is darker skin and that's just because of my specific avatar are my specific skin tone. I'm attracting those types of people, those types of business owners. Now if I hire someone who's black, for example, to film the same exact ad that's already working for me, guess who I'm going to attract? Probably more than likely more black people. It's the same thing. If I hired an Asian person to fill my ads and I wanted to go in the Asian market and target the Asian demographic, the Dan Lok's of the world. And I'm like, yo, I'm going to get these Asians to buy my YouTube ads agency to, to be able to run ads with me. Like I'm going to hire an Asian guy, guess what? That Asian guy is going to attract more Asian people. Another example would be having my wife film a few ads, which she actually did literally two days ago. I had her film the same exact script, the same exact ad that's working for me and my company already. And because She's a woman. And because she's Colombian, she's probably going to attract more women. She's probably going to attract more Colombians. She's probably going to be somebody who's going to attract more women into our business. Business, which is great because we want to work with more women, all right? And she's going to be appealing to a different demographic because I'm a man and she's a woman. And that's just how it works. And so like attracts like. You can hire different actors to film different variations of your ads. Now, once you've tested new settings, once you've tested different actors, you also want to test new variations of the script. So, for example, in one of our scripts, I'll beat your Facebook ads roas using YouTube ads instead in 90 days or less. Or I'll refund you my fee and run your ads for free until I do. That's the hook. Maybe I test that same hook, but I use a different body. I use a different reasoning why I can actually beat their Facebook ads. A different methodology. Or maybe I change up the actual script. And I say, if you're running ads on Facebook, I can promise you I'll beat your ROAS within 90 days. And I'll only do it by simply getting you up and running on YouTube. This way, I don't touch what's already working, but I simply help you get more clients and more customers and get you the same, if not better results on YouTube. So you're diversified. I'm saying the same exact thing. I'm just saying it in a different way. You see how you can change the script, change the words, change the actual angle a little bit to make a new variation. And so if you look at your ads right now, how can you say the same thing in a different way that attracts a little bit of a different type of person? These are all different ways you can do new variations. The next step to to avoid ad fatigue is testing new angles. So once you've done new variations of your winning ad, okay, you have new variations. You found more control ads that are working just as good, if not better than the original. You want to test new angles. So you want to think of angles as, like, different concepts. So I learned this concept from Tai Lopez. He's like, you call it angles, I call it concepts. It's basically topics. So, for example, my ad be your Facebook ads roas. Well, instead of saying that, maybe I say, did you know that YouTube ads can actually get you more customers a lot faster than something like Facebook. Here's why with YouTube ads, you can do what's called search driven ads. You can actually target people that are literally searching in specific keywords and questions onto Google and YouTube and show your ads to them the next time they watch any YouTube video. It's a completely different angle, right? I'm talking to people that are interested in running ads, but they don't necessarily have the interest in running ads on YouTube. But so I'm showing them and educating them on why YouTube ads could be better for them. I'm not telling them I'm going to beat their Facebook ads. I'm telling them that YouTube ads can be actually better. And here's why. That's another angle. Another angle would be instead of going after people that are already running Facebook ads, I would say, are you a YouTuber who sells courses, coaching masterminds or services? But every single time you Post a new YouTube video, you can't seem to make more money. You've hit that like revenue plateau where it doesn't matter how much more videos you post, you're just not making making more money than you did the month before. You've been kind of stuck and you're wondering how you're going to be able to scale your business. Well, I can tell you, you don't have to do any new videos. All you have to do is post new YouTube ads. And here's the thing, you're already posting content if you just remarketed all your viewers and subscribers and your people who like your videos with a YouTube ad, just one YouTube ad. This YouTube ad can actually make you an extra 10,000, 30,000, even $100,000 a month depending on your business size right now, now, without you having to film anything new or post anything new on your channel publicly. Different angle, right? Different audience, different angle. Another angle would be touching on lead quality issues or show up rate issues, right? I could say if you're experiencing show up rate issues where your show up rates less than like 60%, where your lead quality has just been dropping off a cliff recently, here's the good news, it's not your Facebook ads. Chances are your Facebook ads do work. But the problem is your ads have been seen by so many different people in so many of your same audiences, where if you copy those same ads and you change them a little bit to fit the YouTube ads platform, you can actually get better results, if not the same as you're currently getting on YouTube and literally double your business without doing anything different on Facebook. Here's exactly how it's done. So you can see I'm giving them a different angle, a different concept, a different topic that they might be interested in to refresh my ads and give new control ads. So as you can see, I just gave you a bunch of different angles that I could use and am using to continuously refresh my ads to avoid ad fatigue for my company. I would encourage you to do the same for you. What new variations could you test? What new angles can you test? How can you present your offer to the marketplace in a totally different way? That's what you do when you want to create new angles. So now you're probably wondering, okay, well, how do I come up with these new angles? Brian, it seems like you're just so naturally gifted at it. Thank you. I've been doing this for a long time. Well, you want to use data, okay? Like, you don't want to just rely on your memory. Obviously, it's one thing to be creative. It takes a lot of experience, a lot of repetition. And as a business owner, you have to be a good marketer, especially nowadays. I truly believe the only way to scale your business past a million dollars a month is by using paid ads. Like, it's very hard to do that with just organic content, especially sustainably. But where you can use this is you can do data, which means you can actually use sales calls. Okay? So you probably have sales call transcripts that you already have have in some Google sheet or in some database somewhere. You can download your sales calls in a. Txt file and upload them to Claude or to ChatGPT and say, here's exactly what my audience is telling me on sales calls. Give me new angles and hooks to test for YouTube ads to get in front of them more easy and in a lower cost per acquisition on YouTube with YouTube ads. I just made a video about this, actually, so you can go on my channel and search for the one that says how to create YouTube ads using AI. And this shows you exactly how I write all my ad scripts. How we help our clients write their ad scripts using their sales calls, their transcripts from people of actually what they're being told on sales calls, as far as pain points, desired outcomes, common objections. And we use that data to create the best, most high converting scripts. And we just simply upload it to Quad or ChatGPT and it literally spits out copy pretty much instantly. And I also show you an advantage video, how to create what's called an AI avatar or an AI clone of yourself so you don't have to film anything New, you can just literally take that script that chat GPT or Claude spits out, put it to your AI clone, he reads it for you, he says it for you, you download that video and now you have a new ad without you having to do anything new. Just literally upload it to that AI avatar. If you want to watch that video, it's on my channel. Just look for the one that says how to create YouTube ads using AI. Now on top of that, once you have your sales calls and you use that, that data and you create more ads and angles and hooks and variations with those sales call transcripts. What you can also do is look into your ad account. So if you have a winning ad and you go to, in your ad account there's a section that's called Where Ads Showed. And in this Where Ads Showed section, you can literally see all the different YouTube channels, all the different YouTube videos that your ads actually showed up on, and see which ones have the most conversions. When you look at this data, you can then go on those channels and see the top performing YouTube videos from those channels and you can take their titles and figure out a way to create a new angle. Because maybe, for example, one of my good friends, Cole Gordon, I walk him through the exact process I would use if I was him and I actually created another video about this, by the way. It's called seven figure agency owner reveals $60 million YouTube ads scaling strategy. I literally show him how to take all the content that he's converted with YouTube ads, all the videos, time all the, the top YouTube channels, the top actual keywords that he was getting conversions on with YouTube ads for his high ticket coaching program. And I showed him how to create infinite numbers of angles and hooks and variations and angles to test. I said angles twice with that ad account information. And this is something that's very, very underutilized that I don't see many marketers do. And I don't think it's because anything else than just they don't know what they're doing when it comes to running YouTube ads. That's why I have a business, that's why we're the best the business. But thankfully I'm here putting you on game so you can do this immediately without having to work with other shitty agency owners or media buyers that don't know what they're doing. And so when you can leverage the data inside your ad account, why wouldn't you do that? Again? I have an entire video on that. Just search 7 figure agency owner reveals $60 million YouTube ad scaling strategy. I'll put the link in the description or put it right here. You can click on that one next. That one's super banger. You want to watch that one to the very end. So now the question becomes, okay, Brian, I have all these new variations. I have all these new angles. I have all these new ads to test. How do I test them? Like, how do I actually get them to work and make sure that they're actually going to give me the best results? Well, it's pretty simple. So all you do is you take those new ads and angles, and there's probably going to be a few ads that are in there that aren't working anyways. You can pause those and you take the new variations or the new angles and you just literally dump them in the same campaign. If you have a winning campaign, guess what? You want to toss those, those new ads in that winning campaign and see if you can beat your current campaign's performance. I guarantee you, when you do this, you'll lower the cost per lead and you'll lower the cost per book call of that campaign and reduce your customer acquisition costs. Why? Because when people are seeing the same ads over and over and over and over again. And then, guess what? You launch a new ad to that same audience and that same campaign, boom. It refreshes your campaign. Your cost per lead drops, and your cost per book cost call drops as well, which refreshes the entire campaign completely. Now, you might be thinking, well, Brian, if I toss it in that campaign, won't I mess things up? Shouldn't I do a new campaign? Well, my friend, that's exactly why you can do that as well. That's the second option. You can duplicate the campaign. So let's say you have a winning campaign with the winning ads. You literally just want to take it, copy it, and paste it, okay? It's called duplication. Okay? You duplicate the campaign, and you toss the new ads in that duplicated campaign. You can do both. Both of them work. There's really no, you know, magic secret here. New ads are going to help you regardless of where you put them in the ad account. Both of these do work. I do both of them, okay? Depending on, obviously, the ad account and what I'm actually working with with a client. But both of these can work. And both of these can immediately, immediately improve your performance with your YouTube ads. If you just do this. I promise you, if you're experiencing ad fatigue right now, Rising cost per lead, rising cost per book call, rising cost per acquisition cost. You don't know what the hell is going on. What's happening? It's probably because you haven't refreshed your ads enough. I guarantee. This is the problem. There was one day when I was working with Dean Graziosi, like, five years ago, man, and like, all of a sudden, for whatever reason, no matter what I did inside the ad account, nothing was working. Like, literally nothing. I would do new audiences, I would do new campaign structures. I would try launching the ads again, pausing the ads, trying to relaunch the campaign. Nothing would lower the cost per acquisition cost. And I was like, what the hell is happening? And I remember talking to my former mentor at that time, and he told me, he said, dude, you're running the same ads. Like, you've been running the same ads for the last four, five, six months. Like, you gotta refresh the ads, man. You gotta get on top of Dean and tell him, yo, dude, I need new ads. I need new ads from the production team. And sure enough, when we learn that one thing and we film new ads, just a few new ads with we launched them in the same campaigns, everything dropped immediately. Cost per lead, drop cost per book call, drop cost per acquisition, Cost dropped, and we were profitable again. It was like magic. And that's when the light bulb switched for me. Like, that's when we have to do new ads, like, very much. More, more, more, more consistently, like, every single week. That one thing allowed us to scale from $5,000 a month on YouTube to $5,000 a day on YouTube. And within a few short months, I was spending $50,000 a day on that one single offer. All because of everything I just showed you in this video. This is how key this message is. New variations, new angles. Use data, Test the campaigns in the same campaign and duplicate the campaign. This is how you avoid ad fatigue. This is how you spend thousands and thousands of dollars per day. The creative. This is the only way you scale with YouTube ads. The media buying is 20%, but the creative is 80%. That's why you need to work with the right person, the right team. Team. And have the right strategy. And if you're a business owner who wants me and my team to do all of this for you, you are already running ads on Facebook. You want to get up and running on YouTube so you can scale even further and faster and not have all your eggs in the Facebook basket. Then you can click the link in the description, fill out a short application, and apply to work with me and my agency where we'll help you scale to that next level. And if you're someone who wants to work with me and my team in a consulting capacity so you can apply all these principles yourself, but still have have us looking over your shoulder and guiding you with the right strategy, then I would encourage you to apply for the Admin Mastermind. We have tons of business owners in there that are all spending thousands of dollars a day on ads, specifically on YouTube. Inside the mastermind, you get a private Slack channel with me and my team to ask us questions on a daily basis in case you get stuck. Plus you also get weekly Q and A calls with me and everybody else in the group to ask questions, support each other and share what's working and what's not for our businesses, where everyone's focused on scaling and making more money. You also get access to in person events as well. This is an AI YouTube ad, which means I did not film this ad, I created it with AI. And if you're a coach, course creator or agency owner, this is the new way to profitably scale your business with YouTube ads. No more filming, no more editing. Just type a few simple words into a software and the video is automatically created for for you. With AI, you can test hundreds of new hooks and ad angles within minutes as opposed to weeks or months, just like you're seeing me do right now. What you just saw was my AI clone creating a new YouTube ad for me without me having to film anything. And in this video, I'm going to show you exactly how you can create YouTube ads using AI for your business. Here's exactly what I'm going to cover. Number one, how we use AI ads for our company and our clients to make more money. Plus I'm going to show you some real examples. Number two, how to create an AI clone of yourself for your business that can film your scripts and ads for you without you having to film anything. And number three, how to use Claude and chat GPT to write all your ad scripts for you. And last but not least, the future of advertising on YouTube and and using AI. And we're going to have discussion about where this industry is really heading. So let's jump right in. This is the AI YouTube ad, an example that I want to start off with first, because what I'm about to show you is going to be literally the key to you never having to film anything ever again. Unless you want to. Now, I'm going to play this video to show you what the AI YouTube ad looks like when you first start it. And then I'm going to show you real Results of exactly how much it costs costed me to get qualified leads on my calendar from this YouTube ads. You can see that this actually works and can work for your business too. So let's play the video. This is an AI YouTube ad, which means I did not film this ad. I created it with AI. And if you're a coach, course creator, or agency owner, this is the new way to profitably scale your business with YouTube ads. No more filming, no more editing. Just type a few simple words and into a software and the video is automatically created for you. With AI, you can test hundreds of new hooks and ad angles within minutes, as opposed to weeks or months. So as you can see, this is the very unedited, unpolished version of the AI ad that I created originally. And there's a few things that you'll notice, like I mentioned, right, the tonality isn't there right now. You can see I'm upbeat, I'm energetic, whereas this AI YouTube ad didn't really have that. And number two, the hand gestures, okay, the hand gestures went on far way too long. That's the mistake I made when I filmed the video. But you won't make that same mistake because you're going to be watching this video. So you can do it the right way when you're filming the ad, which I'll talk about in a second, you don't want to be moving your hands way too much like I did. But all in all, still a really good ad. And here's exactly how it performed. You can see here the results. Basically, I ran this. I spent about $2,000 on it with YouTube ads, and I got 14 quotes, qualified calls booked on my calendar for only $144. Okay? And these were targeting businesses that make a minimum of $30,000 a month. Who's who we can help with, obviously our company, because you need a little bit of money obviously in your business already to invest in advertising on YouTube. You can't be a total beginner that doesn't have proof of concept. But long story short, $144 for businesses making $30,000 a month is insane. Okay? Most people that I talk to that we run ads for, Even if in B2B they get qualified calls for upwards of 400, even $500. So you can tell that this ad really, really crushed the only problem. The sales weren't there. And that was because the closer I had at the time, well, let's just say they're not with us anymore. So now that you've seen a Real example and real results. Let me show you how to start creating AI YouTube ads for your business. Okay, the first thing you want to do is you want to get access to the software called hey Gen, okay? So you can just go to Google and YouTube and type in hey gen.com and then once you're there, you'll see a few different pricing options. You can start for free. And this allows you to create three videos per month, completely free for videos up to three minutes, which I would encourage you to do immediately because YouTube ads are best optimized when they're less than three minutes in length. And you can get one custom video avatar again completely free, which is amazing. You don't have to pay anything. Now if you want to go to the next level, you can team level, you can enterprise, you can personally. We don't use enterprise or team, we just have free and creator. But you know, if you have a bigger team, bigger company, obviously you can do your thing right? Now once you've created your AI clone which you can just go through their steps, they'll tell you exactly how to do it again. Remember, when you film your video, when you're creating your clone, don't move your hands too much, don't make sudden movements, right? Be as still as possible and only move very slowly. So that way your AI can just be very replicatable to you and how you would normally speak and what you would normally do. Again, the mistake I made was I was doing too many hand gestures and it just didn't look too good. But I'm going to show you how you can actually fix it in the post production and editing process in a second. So once you've done that, the next thing you're going to want to do is you're going to want to write your ads using Claude or chat GPT. And this is the real key. Okay? So not only can you have your AI clone fit film all the ads for you, but you got to feed it the right script. Because you and I both know, or as you'll learn here, as I mentioned on this channel, if you're new here, 80% of your success with YouTube ads comes down to your creative and 80% of your creative success comes down to your script. And 80% of your script success when it comes to YouTube ads comes down to your hook. So it doesn't matter how good your AI clone is and how close it looks to you, if your script sucks, the AI is never going to work and the video is never going to convert. Okay? So next thing you want to do is you want to open up Claude or chat, GPT, whatever you use. I prefer Claude because of the project capability. It is a paid membership, but it's very much worth it for the amount of copy and the quality you get back when you use AI. And you're going to want to create a project, okay, so you want to go to Claude and create a new project. And then when you create the project, you can call it whatever you want. I just called it Ads, for example, here in the description I put right high converting ad scripts that speak directly to my ideal clients on YouTube with YouTube ads. Okay? And then once you've done that, you're going to see here that you have the ability to upload any sort of content to this project. So that way the AI actually knows what you're actually trying to achieve. And it has data and reference points or actual real call transcripts to actually use to write better copy exactly how you want it to. Okay, and so the next thing is, once you've created the project, you want to use Fathom, okay, you should already have a bunch of sales calls from your ideal clients that you've closed. And you want to take those sales calls and copy their transcripts into a Google Doc and then export it as a. Txt file. So, for example, we have a sheet right here that has all of our sales calls, hundreds of them that we download, and we just upload it right to the. To the Google Doc. But if you want to use this for the first time and you're not used to using Fathom, all you do is you take a sales call, recording, you copy the transcript right here, and you can just paste them right there. You can paste as many as you want and then export it as a. Txt file. But we've zapped this in, so it's pretty easy for us to do. We zap all of our sales calls into this sheet, which allows me to have their pain points, their desired outcomes, their objections overcome. You can also just have a VA do this. If you have a bunch of sales calls and fathom, just have a va, copy the summary and just put them all in a Google sheet. Then you can just take this Google sheet, sheet all their columns like I did here, paste it in there, go to files, and then simply export it as a. Txt file and then upload it to Claude. So that way the AI knows exactly what your clients are looking for, their pain points, their desired outcomes, and their most common objections. Then once you've done that, okay, now you want to Use this prompt. Okay. I am selling product and service where we help specific business or person who are looking for slash wanting X result. We offer a done for you. Done with you. Do it yourself. Product or service. Describe your service or product and are running ads on YouTube. Write me five YouTube ad scripts, each less than three minutes in length, that talk to our ideal clients, pain points, desires and address their objections as given to you in the project knowledge file I've uploaded. So when you've done that, here's exactly what it outputs for you. So I just did that. You can see, I'll scroll up here. Same prompt I just shared with you. And then it created five YouTube ad scripts for me. And here's exactly what those look like. So, for example, we got script number one, the Facebook trapped, right? Which is exactly what you're probably watching my videos for as well. Because you're trapped on Facebook, you're doing well, but you want to be able to diversify so you're not stuck only relying on one traffic source forever. Hey, if you're watching this, you're probably feeling trapped right now. Trapped by Facebook's inconsistent results, trapped by rising CPMs, trapped by random ad account bans that shut you down and your business overnight. I get it. We work with business owners just like you who were stuck at 50 to 100k a month plus completely dependent on Facebook ads that kept getting more expensive and less reliable results. But here's what most people don't know. I'm not going to keep reading it. You can tell it's really good. And the reason why is because of these sales call transcripts where we have hundreds of them that obviously we've uploaded to make sure that Claude knows exactly what our pain points are. This is the number one pain point we have as a business because we're a YouTube ads agency. Everybody comes to us when they want to scale their business with YouTube ads and they want to diversify their advertising portfolio. Now, script number two. Okay, the scale wall. Are you hitting a wall trying to scale past 50 to 100k a month? You've got a great offer, your current clients love you, but every time you try to scale your ad spend, your costs skyrocket and your conversion rates tank. Sound familiar? You're not alone. We've worked with dozens and dozens of business owners just like you facing the exact same challenge. Really good. That's a really good hook duration, 2 minutes and 30 seconds. So it's literally doing it exactly how I want it to. Script number three, the lead quality crisis script Number four and script number five. These are all really good scripts. I'm not going to read through them the entire video. But this is what you need to do to get perfect YouTube ad scripts written for you and your business too. Once you have those, okay, then you're going to simply copy this file. Okay, you can see here, there's a copy button right there. Copy the content and then all you need to do before you actually paste them into your AI clone to read for you. You want to edit them to make sure they match your tonality and your voice. And you make sure you want to change out any words that you wouldn't say because obviously AI is going to do its best to sound like you and the better you train the actual project. By the way, here's a pro tip, what you should do. You should also add, like, specific YouTube video transcripts. You. So you can like go to YouTube, right? And you can actually just. If you have YouTube videos or have any sort of video content that you can just get downloaded transcripts really quickly. You can go to your. You know, for example, I could take this. I can take this video just for an example. Let's say this is a talking head video. Charlie Morgan, funny enough popping up on my channel. Yo, what's up, Charlie? Oh, man, the same video, the same ads we created for him too. Still crushing to this day. I love it. I love to see it. Show transcript. Okay, right. When you show the transcript, you can copy this transcript. You can copy a bunch of these transcripts and do the exact same thing. Upload it to a Google Doc and then upload it to your cloud project and then say, use this project file to sound exactly like me. And then obviously it'll get better and better to match your tonality, your word choice, and, you know, have an easier time sounding exactly like you without needing much editing. But edit it, obviously, because you'll still need to make it fit for you. So now that you have your AI ads written by Claude using your project, okay, you want to go ahead and upload those scre scripts to your AI clone and feed it. So that way it can just spit out the copy for you without you having to film anything again. On the free plan, you're only going to be able to film about three videos or get three videos per month. But if you do the creator plan, you can get obviously unlimited videos and you can have them right away. It's only 24 bucks a month. And then what you want to make sure is they look good to you, okay? If you need to film the video again because it looks too choppy or too crazy, you can. And then you'll obviously figure out how to do it from there. A lot of people will tell you that YouTube ads actually hurt your organic channel's growth, which is completely false. In this video, I'm going to show you how you can actually grow your YouTube channel faster with YouTube ads and show you that it doesn't actually, actually hurt your organic channel's growth at all. Here's what I'm going to cover in this video. Number one, proof that YouTube ads actually help your channel grow with real client case studies. Number two, how YouTube ads work and why. The more ads you run, the more subscribers you actually get. And then number three, how to use YouTube ads to grow your channel with three unique ways you probably didn't know before that you could use to actually, actually grow your channel with YouTube ads. Let's jump into it. Here's the first case study. Charlie Morgan, you might recognize him because his ads are all over the place. And thankfully, I'll take credit and say that we were the one that helped him get up and running on YouTube. So now here is his stats. Before working with us, he only had 22,000 subscribers. Now, Charlie was putting in the work. Let me be very clear. I'm not going to take credit for Charlie Morgan's success. He was already putting in the work to build a badass product and post consistent videos on YouTube. But he only had 22,000 subscribers when he started working with us, before he started running ads. That's just a fact. And then after spending just shy of $600,000 in a couple of months and making him about $1.5 million in revenue, with about 859,000 of that being profit, he was able to grow to 109,000 subscribers in just a few months. What changed? Nothing. He just kept posting consistent videos, but he also started running ads. So very clearly, did ads hurt his organic growth? No. It actually helped him because the more people that saw his ads, the more people that watched his YouTube videos, the more people that watched his YouTube videos, the more people that saw his ads. It's a flywheel. YouTube ads do not hurt your organic channel's growth. And now here is proof of it. Because Charlie Morgan, as of today is literally just shy of 200,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel, and he's spending more money than ever on YouTube and Facebook ads right now. But you may be thinking, yeah, I still don't believe you, and I'm still scared to run ads. Which I don't blame you. There's a lot of false prophets in this space that tell you that that's actually going to happen to you. But if you want to check out a video where I actually walk you through exactly how we help Charlie Morgan scale to a million a month with y' all YouTube ads. You can click this video right here and watch the entire case study breakdown where I present it live in front of a room of other business owners just like you. Now let's go into Brandon Carter. I don't know why this says number one. It should say number two, Brandon Carter, AKA King Keto, one of my favorite clients that I've ever worked with. So here's a before screenshot of Brandon when he started working with us, he was about 800,000 subscribers before we started running ads. And we started running ads in September of 2020. And after running ads, he was able to shoot up to, you know, about 50,000 subscribers in one month. And today, Brandon Carter sitting at 1.2 million subscribers and counting. So YouTube ads actually helped him get past the 1 million subscriber count, which is awesome. And he's being consistent with his channel still to this day, which allows him to get even more views and retarget those views with YouTube ads, which gets people to watch his channel even more and of course lead to more subscribers and more YouTube organic growth. And if you want to see another case study breakdown where I walk you through the exact ad that we helped Brandon Carter make that allowed him to get all those views that's still running to this day, that also helped him make $636,000 in just 90 days, you can click this video. Last but not least, Daniel Fazio, who just crossed a million dollars a month in his businesses, who before starting to run YouTube ads with us, was only getting about 650 subscribers every single month with his channel. But then you can see the trend starts trending upward as he started running ads. He spikes right here, it goes down a little bit, but then he spikes right back up. And now he's sitting at just shy of 30,000 subscribers, whereas before he only had about 11,000 or so. So he's pretty much doubled his channel in just a few short months while also making a lot more money. So now here's why YouTube ads can actually help your channel grow, because I've showed you the proof that. But this is why YouTube ads actually help you and don't hurt you. Okay, number one, YouTube ads can now take people to your YouTube channel. So here's a few examples, right? You probably know that you skip these ads when you watch them on your phone or your TV or even your computer. The skippable in stream ads, right, the ones that annoy you sometimes, the ones that I love, because those are the ones that make a lot of money, but those are the Ones that you can skip. So those don't take you to your YouTube channel, those just take you to a landing page where you can actually get someone to buy from you. But there's also in feed ads, and these ads are non negotiable, which means that you have to run them alongside in stream. You don't have the choice anymore if you want to get conversions from your ads. So what happens is they run as in stream ads that you can skip, but they also show up on suggested videos. For example, here's the preview of desktop. What happens when someone sees your ad scrolling on their YouTube feed on their computer? Your ad pops up right here as a suggested video ad. Your ad also pops up on mobile when someone's scrolling through suggested videos as an ad. And your ad also pops up on desktop YouTube search results when they're scrolling for other videos to watch as an ad. And if they click on these ads, guess where it takes them? Doesn't take them to your landing page, it takes them to that specific video on your YouTube channel. Which means if you have zero subscribers and zero views on your channel and no social proof, you look like a scam. Which means you should run ads from your main channel, especially if you're posting content consistently or especially if you want to grow your personal brand. Because then people that click on these ads will then click on your channel and they'll see if you're actually legitimate. And if you don't have any social proof, any videos, any content whatsoever, the chances of them buying from you are a lot less. Okay, A lot less. Because they won't trust you. And your ads also show up as shorts. And so when you run YouTube ads for conversions, you have all different types of formats in stream, in feed and shorts ads. So if you run ads from a second channel which has no content and has no social proof whatsoever, the chances of people actually trusting you, let alone buying from you, are going to be a lot lower than if you ran ads from your main channel. Because the people that watch your ads, they're going to watch your videos, they're going to subscribe to your channel, they're going to get hit with more ads from you, and then they're going to eventually buy from you. It's a flywheel. And when you upload your YouTube ads to your YouTube channel, you should upload them as unlisted videos, okay? Unlisted videos do not impact your YouTube channel's watch time or average view duration. Only public videos impact your YouTube channel's watch time or average view duration. And YouTube only cares about two metrics, average view duration and watch time. Which is exactly why YouTube ads actually help your channel grow. Because they're only getting people to watch more of your ads and more of your videos without negatively affecting your average view duration and your watch time. Not only that, but YouTube ads can now optimize for more subscribers. Like Google literally now allows you to run ads with a campaign goal to specifically get more subscribers to optimize to get more subscribers to your channel. Why would YouTube do that? Why would Google allow you to do that if they didn't know that you could get more subscribers with YouTube ads? If they didn't want your channel to grow, they wouldn't. So why would you run ads from a second channel which has no content that you're not trying to grow to get more subscribers? You wouldn't, right? Just like you shouldn't run ads from a second channel, you should run ads from your main channel so you can get more subscribers. It's literally that simple. There is literally no downside to doing this. It's only upside. You get more people to watch your videos, you get more people to watch your ads, you get more people to watch your videos, you get more people to watch your ads, and then eventually they end up buying from you. That's literally that simple. So hopefully by now you realize that YouTube ads actually help your channel grow and you're going to start doing doing it. So now here's exactly how to use YouTube ads to grow your YouTube channel. The first way is with direct response ads. This is very simple. All you need to do is create five YouTube ads, which I have tons of videos on my channel that are free. You can go watch them, I'll put some in the description. You can click on those to figure out how to write your first YouTube ad script, how to film the videos, what the videos should look like, and then once you have that, you want to set up a simple book, a call funnel. Okay, there's two ways you can do this. You can have an opt in page or you can send people straight to the VSL and the application. The reason why you should have an opt in page is only if you already have a team of setters and you need more leads. Okay? Typically, if you're a B2C offer selling something that's B2C business to consumers, you want to have an opt in. If you're someone like me selling B2B like other business owners who don't have much time and they're very sophisticated, you typically Want to go to the VSL and application, not waste any time, go from ad to VSL and application so they can apply and. And book a call right away. Then once you've set all that up right, you're going to get calls on your calendar and you're going to be able to make more money. Now, the benefit of this, like I mentioned, is you get more leads, you get more calls, and you get more clients, okay? And subscribers, obviously, as a secondary benefit of the sheer amount of ad spend that you're putting in to show your ads to the marketplace. Like, you're going to get more subscribers as a result of doing this. But it's not the main goal. That. The main goal is to get more clients. And this is exactly what we help all of our clients do at our agency, because we're trying to help them make more money, right? Which is exactly what we're the best at. Using YouTube ads as a secondary benefit, they just happen to get more views, more subscribers, and grow their YouTube channel, right? So direct response ads, simple to set up, easy to execute if you know what you're doing. Number two in feed ads, okay? These are the best way to actually get more views and more subscribers for a lot cheaper than direct response ads, because you're not going for conversions. You're not trying to get more calls on your calendar. You're not trying to get more sales directly. You're trying to get more people to watch your videos. And so the way you do this is you take some of your most popular YouTube videos, okay? So here's a screenshot of, like, my most popular YouTube videos that have gotten me the most clients, the ones that I've tracked using High Roast to see exactly how many calls I booked from my YouTube channel, which I know because I have that tracking parameter installed, and I'm able to see which videos got me the most money, okay, which videos actually helped me the most money for my YouTube channel. And now what do I do? I run those YouTube videos, as in feed ads on YouTube, which shows these videos to new audiences who are also interested in YouTube ads or Facebook ads, for example, who want to get on YouTube ads. And then they watch these videos, right, that are organic pieces of content that I'm promoting with ads on YouTube. And. And then I hit them with remarketing ads, direct response ads, and that. That's the flywheel. Okay? So I'm pushing for views here. You can see I spent about $1600,000 on this one. Almost $600, $600 on this one. $410 on this one, $329 on this one. And the benefits of this is I'm getting more views, more subscribers, and more people to retarget with my direct response ad. So they see these videos, they get a lot of value because they're very valuable masterclass trainings like step by step YouTube ad breakdowns that are super valuable. And then I hit them with my direct response ads up here, so I can actually have them enter my funnel, book a call, and end up becoming a client of ours. And these are less expensive than traditional in stream ads, okay. In terms of the cost per click, the average cost per click on these direct response ads are going to be anywhere from like 1 to $3, okay, depending on where you live and what niche that you're in. Right. So you can see that these are actually a lot cheaper because each of these ads ads are basically costing me about 18 cents to get a new view, which is also leading to more subscribers. And if you do, the cost per earned subscriber, it's going to be a lot higher. But here's the key. I'm retargeting these people with direct response ads, like I mentioned right here, which allows me to get in front of them again with a direct offer, which gets them to actually enter my funnel. And when they do, they can actually end up buying from me, which makes it super profitable. Last but not least, YouTube remarketing ads. These are the most profitable ads, but by far, especially if you already have an existing YouTube channel and you're posting content consistently. This is the campaign that we start off with every client that we work with, because this is by far the most profitable all time. Okay? And so what you want to do here is you just simply want to create audiences of people that have viewed your channel, watched your channel, visited your channel, or watched your ads. Because you can literally retarget anyone who's watched any YouTube video of yours. We target anyone who's watched videos of yours as ads from your YouTube channel, which is why you want to run ads from your main channel. And you can do this with direct response ads, okay? You can show people your offer right away and get them to buy from you. You can also target them with in feed ads and show them more videos that they might like, more videos that they might be interested in watching, and get them to watch more content from you, which leads them to eventually subscribe from you. So, for example, if you have an audience that's like people that have viewed this specific video, you can show them Ads to get them to actually subscribe using the conversion action to subscribe to your channel. Which is why you should run ads from your main channel. Because you're going to grow your channel running YouTube ads, both of which again can lead to more subscribers if you haven't already heard me preaching from the top of the mountain. The point being, there's a lot of creative ways to do this inside of your Google Ads account with YouTube ads that actually allow you to grow your channel a lot faster. And here's a pro tip. If you have a YouTube channel, okay. That you're posting content on consistently, create a Google Ads account right now. And once you do, then go and create these remarketing audiences immediately. Number one, anyone who's watched a video of yours from your YouTube channel. Number two, anyone who's watched videos of yours as ads, anyone who subscribed to your channel, anyone who's visited your channel, anyone who's shared a video of yours. All of these are easy to create right now and allow you to start building remarketing audiences. So when you do run ads, at least you'll have a sizable audience you can retarget again. If you found this video valuable and you're here for the first time, make sure to press subscribe and give the video a thumbs up.
