I've spoken at over 20 plus masterminds, events and conferences. The biggest one being in front of 800 plus people. And one of the biggest thing that's helped me overcome my fear of public speaking was creating a bat presentation. The more prepared you are, the easier it is for you to crush on stage. I see a lot of people going out there and just winging it. Where for me, the biggest and best presentation I ever did was in Tampa, in front of a room of 100 plus agency owners, where I prepared for at least two two weeks before I actually got on stage. I spent about two to three hours every single night refining that presentation over and over again. So by the time I got on stage, it was pretty much memorized at that time. And when I walked off, I ended up getting a standing ovation. So prepare ahead of time with anything you do, not just in public speaking.
