A motivational talk on why beginners fail to scale their businesses. The speaker argues that mindset and self-talk hold people back more than strategy, and that consistent effort and adding value are what actually build an audience and income.
So what do you think, like, stops people from sharing that mindset of like, I can do this too. You know what I mean? I think it's a self talk, number one. I mean, growing up, for me personally, like, I would always visualize myself telling my story. I would picture myself sharing it ON Like Ellen DeGeneres, how I overcame whatever I came at that time. And I would always just self talk to myself like, I'm going to be great one day, like. And it's just that self talk that I think also cripples people, bro. Like, they just think I'm not good enough, I'm not special. The problem's like in their head. It's in their head and then it's also just getting the reps. It's also a perfect metaphor for life. You got to put in the reps. How can you expect to start sharing if you just don't start, right? You just. It's just not possible. You just got to start posting, you got to start sharing. And it's also thinking about how you can help, right, versus helping yourself. How can you add value to somebody? How can you give them something that can help them really improve their mindset or their life? What problem are you solving exactly? That's how you build an audience. Solve a specific problem for your audience.
