This is a YouTube video titled "HOW I MASTER MY MARKETING // BRIAN MONCADA" containing a monologue by Brian Moncada recorded on January 31, 2024. In this content, Brian Moncada discusses his focus on mastering marketing through consistent writing and the importance of personal involvement in the process to achieve success such as writing a best-selling book and generating leads.
I think again, the takeaway here is let me get great at marketing by making that the one thing. It's always been my one thing. But now it's like after reading that book, I'm like, like if I delegate this, I'm never going to master. And what that means is I probably won't be able to write a best selling book, right? I probably won't be able to have that book turn into automatic lead flow for the company. Probably won't be able to have that book be able to speak on stages around this world and make the marketing so much easier and sales so much easier. So it's like I got to be writing every day, and if I'm not writing every day, I'm not going to get mastery.
