This is a YouTube video titled "HOW MUCH $$$ YOU REALLY NEED FOR YOUTUBE ADS // BRIAN MONCADA" containing a monologue or presentation by Brian Moncada discussing the budget requirements and strategic considerations for running YouTube ads effectively, recorded in February 2024.
When it comes to hiring an agency like us, for example, which we're pretty expensive. And then obviously when you, when you want to run ads, you have to have a big budget, right? Because you need at least $5,000 for three months to be able to test with YouTube ads, especially if you sell high tickets. So if you sell $5,000 offer, for example, you want to have at least $5,000 to spend in a month to be able to justify running ads, right? So you want to have a budget stockpiled of that amount. The reason why is for two things. Number one, you can actually test for 90 days and have significant data to go off of. Like we talked about earlier, if you have a small data set and you're making decisions based ads, it's going to be ultimately very emotional for you if you just spend a couple hundred dollars and you're just changing everything. The second reason why you want to have a budget stockpile of 5,000 for three months is because you want to be able to approach it with the confidence that I'm going to see this all the way through and I'm going to be able to let the algorithm do what it does best and test my creative strategy before I make emotional decisions because I don't have enough budget.
