This is a YouTube video titled "How To Edit Your Ads (B2B vs. B2C)" containing a monologue or talk recorded in April 2024 discussing advertising strategies. The speaker contrasts B2C and B2B marketing approaches, emphasizing authenticity and rawness in B2B ads to stand out in the marketplace. The content is focused on marketing insights rather than a conversation.
In this marketplace that we're in. I personally believe what I've seen is everyone's sort of done with the hype. And again, it depends on where your market is and who they are. If you're selling B2C, you know, they're used to the TikTok sort of edits. They need the hype, they need the flash, they need the quick dopamine, right? But for B2B, and you can see this from, again, someone like Charlie, someone like Will, for example, they're just being real, raw, genuine, authentic. No edits, straight to camera, no thumbnail. And it works. It works because why? Because it's different than what they're used to seeing. So when you're doing something different than everybody else is doing, it's going to stand out, it's going to get attention. What I've noticed, especially in this marketplace, is the more real, raw and genuine you are, right, the better it is served to the marketplace that you're actually running ads to. So keep this with a grain of salt, is what I'm saying.
