This is a YouTube video titled "How To Get Clients BACK On The Phone After They Didn't Close" containing a discussion between two speakers about strategies for following up with clients through calls, texts, and emails to encourage engagement and problem resolution. The conversation focuses on effective communication methods to reconnect with potential clients after an initial unsuccessful interaction.
I guess I should do be doing. I agree with you. Doing it once every three days until you get an answer, you get some feedback and take it from there.
Yeah. And what he said.
Would you call or just. Would you call or just emails or messages?
I would hit them on all fronts. I would do, I would do call, text and email depending on obviously how you can get a hold of them. But if I'm going to follow up with someone that day, I would email them. I would actually try to call them. Like I would do this in order of priority. I would call first. If I have their number, I would double dial. If they don't answer, I would send a text and then I would email them. Right. Like I would do all three.
Yeah, 100% I agree.
Because again, they need to call with you because they have a problem. Right. Clearly I haven't solved that problem yet. You're just trying to serve them. And so the best way to serve.
