Going from 10k to 100k a month. Here's what you have to focus on. Number one, your mindset has to change. 10k is not a lot of money. 100k is your new normal. Number two, you're going to have to hire some people because if you try doing it all on your own, you're going to burn yourself out, be really stressed, and ultimately your client results are probably going to suffer because you just can't do it all. Team together, everybody achieves more. And number three, systems and procedures. You have to actually put processes in place that people can follow to get you the same results that you were doing all on your own. It can't be stuck up here anymore. Put it on paper, get it in a checklist, and hand it off to your team.
