Two creators discuss strategies for making vlogs that keep people watching. They cover how to structure daily routine videos, what hooks audiences early, and ways to build consistency that makes viewers come back.
Do you guys like watching behind the scenes content? Like showing someone showing you what their routines like, their daily life, like what their conversations are like. I love watching that content. So when I think about creating content, I'm thinking about what I would want to see. Making sure that I'm doing the content for, for my audience is just what I would want to see, which is vlogs. So do one vlog a week, one lifestyle post a week or one type of like that. I think honestly that's probably might be why your content might not be hitting as much either. Because they already know you're the guy now it's like why are you the guy that they should trust? Well, it's because you're just like them or you've been. You have a similar story as them.
Yeah, and most of my days working, so sure, I just like film me on camera like doing coaching calls, like different things.
Walk them through a day in the life, dude. Yeah, Start with your wake up, you know, show them your morning routine, talk about what you're doing as you're doing it and then make it into a dope video do. People will binge watch that. Your vlogs will be your highest watched videos. The goal is watch time. Right. So they watch your lifestyle video, they watch your education video next at least once per month, I would say.
