This is a YouTube video titled "HOW TO SCRIPT A YOUTUBE AD CLOSING // BRIAN MONCADA" containing a monologue by Brian Moncada recorded in March 2024. In this content, Brian Moncada explains strategies for scripting the closing part of a YouTube advertisement, focusing on overcoming skepticism, creating urgency, and encouraging viewers to take action.
Close is where you have the CTA as well. But then here is where you want to overcome skepticism. So overcoming skepticism is just telling them what's going to happen next. Especially if you're going B2C to a market who's not sophisticated and you're teaching them something. People still believe that they're going to get scammed by ads, Right? So you want to show them where they're going to click what the landing page looks like. So screen record someone clicking the ad or landing on the page and typing in their information to get the next thing. Does that make sense? Overcome skepticism and then urgency and scarcity. Why should they click the link? Is this going to go away? And then it's, you know, basically painting the nightmare picture. What's going to happen if they don't click the link? What's going to happen if they don't solve this problem? What's the nightmare scenario if they don't fix this? Right. Paint that picture for them. So they're like, I got to. I want to learn. I want to click this link. I want to solve this problem. Nightmare. And then CTA number three makes sense. Cool.
