This is a YouTube video titled "How we help clients 10x their productivity #shorts" containing a monologue or single-speaker explanation recorded on April 13, 2023. The speaker discusses using a planning tool called a "war map," created by Sam Ovens, to organize daily schedules and improve productivity by mapping out tasks in advance.
So actually, it's funny, I had a one on one with someone who's in our admin mastermind. He was having a similar problem because he just wasn't getting as much work done as he feels like he should have. And I was like, yeah, show me your war map. And the war map is what Sam Ovens made the gold standard of planning out your schedule. It's a Google sheet that looks like a calendar with all your months in one tab. Then it has each January, February, March in, like different tabs. And there's five, like, slots to fill in for each day during that month. And so every single time before I go to bed, I fill out my warm app for the next day. Then I take what's on my war map and I plot it onto my Google calendar. So before I go to bed, I already know what I'm doing the next day.
