I Book 25+ Sales Calls Every 3-Weeks Using This YouTube Strategy (Here's How)

This is a YouTube video titled "I Book 25+ Sales Calls Every 3-Weeks Using This YouTube Strategy (Here's How)" containing a detailed English conversation primarily featuring Brian Moncada and another speaker discussing marketing strategies, including YouTube ads, email marketing, and coaching offers. The discussion covers practical advice on building email lists, running ad campaigns, creating engaging content, and scaling coaching programs, recorded in July 2024.
The system's working now. It's like paid plus organic plus plus email. Like that's what I'm kind of realizing I want to teach you guys more of in this. Mastermind is YouTube ads. YouTube organic daily email, bro. Daily email. It's only the third week I've been doing it. We've booked 25 plus calls from daily emails in the last three weeks. Which again may sound like a lot, may not sound like a lot, but these are people that have been on my email list, right. Are all qualified calls. So. And they're the ones actually that are. They're buying too. So man, daily email is powerful then.
With ads, bro, I'm assuming I divert in traffic to an opt in page or straight book a call because like then you need to build an email list, right?
Opt in page. Right now however, we will be testing just straight to BSL with an application.
Because bro, previously you were running like the free YouTube ads course, right? Did you rip that pre paid ads or no?
No, I never, I never ran it through paid ads. That was just growing organically. I've changed all that though. I've changed all my. If you look on my social media, on Twitter, on Instagram, on YouTube, every single call to action in my descriptions is to the vsl because the one it goes back to, the one thing, what's the one thing that can make everything else easier or unnecessary was more calls. More calls means more clients, more offers, right? And I was giving everybody access to the free school community. But I'm like, dude, I'm just delaying the time it's going to take them to get on a call anyways. Like let me just redirect everybody to the call. So now on my V, on my Instagram for example and every everywhere on social media, it's all pointing to a VSL call to a VSL funnel. I should say.
I hear bro, like the authority already, bro, like it's all you need, right? Some ovens, Cole Golden, Brandon Carter, just insane authority from the get go.
Yeah, but again that's why you can't skip steps either. Like a lot of people just want to go straight to coaching. But the fact is, is like you got to get it done for you to get the reps and get the case studies, get the testimonials and get the experience. Like it's just how it works. So now we can do the coaching very. Or now we can do the hybrid offer and sell it and scale it because we have the, the authority.
And then I'm assuming as well Right. Like, because you're building up the email list on the front end. It's like some customers, they may purchase like two, three months after, right? With that constant nurturing.
100 dude, that's the whole game is like, not everybody's gonna buy. This is my, My list is almost at 9,000 contacts now. So we've, we're all, We've. We already gained close to a thousand opt ins and we're dialing all of them. A lot of the set. A lot of the, the booking booked calls are coming from sets too. Like, that's just Facebook ads, right? But like, Jerry's dialing everybody who's. Who's. Who's in the leads channel and we're booking them as well. Like, for example, there was one girl that, that opted in, or one lady, I should say, her name's Manuela from France. She. She applied, but she didn't book a call. I was just like, I had some time. I picked up my phone, I called her and she was like, yeah, I just saw your ad or whatever. I'm running 40K on Facebook and I, I've always been interested in YouTube and I just booked her myself on my calendar for Monday. So, like that, you know, that can't pick it up from the ads.
But yeah, running your own offices seems like a lot more lucrative and fun, man. You know, like, bro, like, do you feel like, like a deeper fulfillment like doing this rather than like, agency work?
Dude. 100. Yeah, because, dude, when you do the agency work for so long, like, I have, like, I've technically been doing done for you for the last five and a half years, man. Like, it's just, it, it was never like the challenge lost itself. Like, I was like, okay, for me, I had to just have an honest conversation. I was like, man, I've. I've learned what I needed to do to do it myself. I'm just not doing it myself. I want to do it myself. That's the whole reason why I've done it like this. So now it's time to do it for myself. Which again, to your point earlier, like saying no, it's like, that's why I'm saying no to done for you clients, because I know the bigger opportunities here right in front of us with my own offer. It's more fun. It's way easier to incentivize the team because you're around one thing, right? And it's your offer. So you're just way more incentivized to scale it.
Yeah, I could imagine, like, Even order messaging, right? Like in the emails, like, you write how you speak. It's like so fun, bro. Yeah, so fun. Yeah.
Your offer, dude, your offer is gonna crush, bro.
Like this poc already. The only thing I need to do now, like, I'm do like a second cohort just to the email list like a month from now, during March, I've got about like, like 160 people said yes to the previous cohort. That's like 160 warm leads. Gonna remarket to them and then constantly plug the second cohort on the email list. And then after the second cohort, maybe diversify to pay that. But then again, bro, it's like that attention of focus, right? Like right now I'm like doing like so many launches, bro, it's like all over the place, bro. It's all over the place. I've got like a word like a, like a webinar funnel there. I'm doing like a new launch there. These clients are coming on board. It's like a big marathon, you know, that's why I'm just like locking in for like hours and hours. But I think it's just, just temporary for now. Once I create them, like insane systems.
Yeah, yeah, plan it out in your war map, bro. Like, make sure because, like, you use the next month to get just case studies and testimonials and. And then just start dropping them for like two weeks up until you say next cohort's coming out. Right now, like, apply now only this many spots. Once they're gone, they're gone. If you missed the last one, this is the chance. You've seen the results, you've seen the testimonials, you've seen the case studies. Like, I want you to be a part of this next. And then boom, you sell out another wave. And once you have those two cohorts and they got all results and you have six to 10 testimonials, bro, you go paid ads immediately.
Yeah, bro, I need you to pay that already, bro.
Not yet. Once. Once. Yeah, not yet. So. So, so then once you have those two cohorts down, you have the results, you have the. You have the community. It's all. It's all dialed in. Then you have the revenue coming in from the agency side to fund the. The ads.
Yeah, that's the game. Yeah. And then, bro, do you think. Because I know that you've recommended to do Twitter previously, right? But do you think I should know, like, test like another channel or just double down on Twitter long term?
I would highly recommend doing one YouTube video a week, right? But you can turn your tweets into YouTube videos. Just turn your tweets into long form YouTube videos. I mean just long term, bro. I think YouTube's going to be the play for everyone. So you know, if you can just talk about what you're doing on YouTube once a week, nothing crazy. Just show them like loom videos, bro. Just get something up there.
Yeah, bro. Yeah, I've seen like no, like recently bro. Like all of these raw footage like videos are doing well. I saw like Charlie Morgan, right? He just recorded himself in Dubai, like very natural, very free flowing and then he's doing really well as well. Is that like something that you're like exploring?
Yeah, I tried two videos like that and I got good reception. They're easy to make, that's for sure. It's just about finding the right balance of what to talk about. Charlie's are working really well because he's doing, he's doing the OG Sam Oven style, right? He's teaching with a whiteboard and, and there's no like fancy editing. Mine were just direct to camera like this. So they're okay, but they're missing the teaching element of like the visuals and stuff. So I'm still dialing it in. But right now we're doing ad breakdowns once every other week. Like YouTube ad breakdowns. So I'm using other people's name and like influence and I'm, I'm bringing them into my world. Like I did Sabri Subies. That one's at 1k views in two days. Doing pretty decently. I think you just got to find the right format. It takes a little bit of time, right?
Yeah, because like I know I would love to do like the whole high production, high edit. But bro, like you cannot loom videos rip like it like, like let's say for example I just craft like a good. No like a Google Doc, right? With like how I took this brand from like 0 to like 250. Came up on the back end like a webinar funnel. Just record myself on a loom going on, going over that and then putting on YouTube, like things of that realm.
Yeah, you should just do that. Why? Why? Because the people that you want in your program are those people that are sophisticated enough to watch it anyways and they want to see, they want to see the results, they want to see the case studies and it makes it easier for you to teach it because you have a visual there, you have a Google Doc, right? So I would just start there man, make it easy for yourself because then you just speaking, you're just talking about the results you already got.
Yeah, yeah, I'm gonna rip that, bro. After the second cohort, I'll begin doing like the paid ads. I mean, during now on the email list, bro, I just said there's warm reception. Like I also send like now is one email every two days. So like the list is very engaged, right? And they're kind of like waiting to buy in a way. Like when I done this launch, like, bro, I was ripping a daily email from August until February. No pitching whatsoever. Like no affiliates, no emails, no hard selling. Then when I came up with this like this sec. No, like this first cohort, like some people closed without a sales call for high ticket because they were just flooded with all of that value, you know. So I think I'm going to take your advice. Do like the second cohort strictly to the email list, bring up more PLC and then do paid ads after, bro. Like, I'm also in the works of like bringing on like exclusive like killer guests on board. Like tomorrow we've got like a person coming on board. I'm like a school expert. We had like an outbound expert. I'm just going to like tap into our network to find these loopholes as well, you know, Then add like a bunch of like perceived value, I guess.
Yeah, yeah, just over deliver from. Because again, with ads, you're going to have to have a budget stockpile to test, right? Like we're still, we're still optimizing and getting our campaign to hit. You know, it's taken. We've spent close to 30 grand already as well, but it's working. It's just like I know that the time to sale is going to be a little bit longer given the nature of our business. So you, you, you really just got to make sure you have the, the budget stockpile, the way to be able to sprint on ads. Because then that's how you can blow everybody else out of the water. Because I don't know anybody else who's selling an offer like yours in our space. That's why it's like when you come out with it and you have the budget to spend and, and be okay with maybe month one breaking even, month two profitable, month three scaling like, dude, now you're, now you're ripping past everybody else.
Yeah, it's going to peak, bro. Just need to create an insane product, right? Like people, they are receiving results now, but I just want to make it like fun off crazy, bro. Like off crazy, you know. So like on that topic, bro, of course, on like product creation and like coaching in general, what some key things I should be looking for, right? To kind of like ensure that they see success. What or what are you doing with like your new hybrid offer to ensure like maximum results?
Yeah, just constantly ask your team, like I'm always asking my team and I'm asking my clients, like, what, what do they like, what do they not like? Here, let me give you something you can ask actually. Why did you buy. What problems were you trying to solve? What's what? What was the most appealing part about my product or service to you? Why did you think this was a good investment and what made you rationalize it as a business owner? Based on the price, how would you, how much would you have paid? Looking back on it, you know, what you're trying to do is uncover, you know, basically what you failed to advertise before. Right? And then would there ever been a better way to have a structured your payment that would have made it easier for you to say yes. What's the most useful part about working with me? What could I add that would have made you pay more? That question right there. What could I add that would have made you paid more? And, and what do you want added right now? You know, so when you're doing these, you can almost call them kind of like one on one or check ins or whatever. And you're just using them for feedback, bro.
Yeah.
And that's going to literally tell you what to what to create next based off the common themes that these people tell you. Because we surveyed our mastermind for three months in a row, like or three times last year and it was always the same thing. Live events, live events, live events, live events, live events, more calls around specific topics. And those are the two things we added. We added live events and we added more calls around specific topics.
