Fun. I like to train, keep fit, reading philosophy and learning to play chess. I want to see a workout between Charlie and Usman. Oh, he's got me. Yeah, I need to start training with you guys, man. Jeez. Leighton. Hi, my name's Leighton. I'm from Dublin. A company's called LEED and Social. We're in the E comm niche. Our current monthly revenue is 75k. I'd like to get that to 150. In regards to things blocking right now time management has became an issue again and prioritization, I kind of nailed that for a while but now it's actually now that kind of my role has changed a bit. I need to kind of focus on that lead flow. Although it's better than it was, it's still an issue. And then team and vision. I've kind of run a very tight shift since I've kind of started. But yeah, just kind of getting the team in on the vision. Obviously they want salary increases, you know, getting them bought into the long term part of it has been something I'm working on the last kind of two, three months in regards to three things I want to get out of the event. And number one is just kind of thinking time. Just feel like I've been fucking every day. Just be going really fast the last couple of months. So just that space to just think and just think higher level is the main thing. Getting a little bit more organized and then also maybe just chatting about the content side of things which I've gotten better at but I just haven't reached. Nailed like a, like a to do list or a strategy around it. And then in regards to phone, I love to travel when I can. I love going to the movies and then I love to write as well. Not really from a business perspective but more, more so personally. So yeah, that's me. Nice. Yo guys. I'm Chris. I'm from Manchester. Very close to it. My company is contents clients and we help people win clients on LinkedIn organic. So only recently started running some ads with the help of Garrett. Current monthly revenue, it's been up to 100k. Comfortably it sits 50 to 60 70. I just want to grow it to that 83.3333 in the next 12 months. The thing's blocking me right now. There's loads. I think the main one is actually balancing like workaholism and personal life at the same time because I just fucking love this shit. And I will sacrifice other things that maybe I shouldn't have been doing for three years now. YouTube Organic growth is pretty slow, so I wouldn't mind speaking about that at some point and then systemizing the shit out of the existing client journey on High Level, because we've just switched over to High Level. I want to get three things from the event Sick vlog inspired by Brian, and that's what I bought into the original Mastermind, which was Brian going behind scenes. So it works what he says earlier. You see how many people got these bookies, wherever they are, the little cameras walking around. So Sick vlog absorb as much as I can about the client success side of things and then pick up just a few small little hacks from people. I've already had an app suggested to me from Sam, a two week playbook for appointment setters from Usman. Not even started doing. I like to watch boxing run. And I don't know if that's what the main bottlenecks are, what everyone's kind of going through. And then if you guys have questions for me, we can, we can dive into that, right? We'll go specifically into everyone's problems and help each other out. Collaboration. My goal is to not speak the entire time because the true Mastermind is obviously collaborative. Right. I was talking to a lot of you yesterday and all of you are very skilled at a very specific thing. And so I want you guys to also help each other out. And if you have something that can help somebody else that you've learned, you'll share it as well. Cool. Awesome. So we'll do the member introductions, then we'll have the first session like I just discussed, and lunch will be served over there. And then we'll come back for the second session. We'll end around five, depending on, you know, how deep we get into everything and if there's still some things lingering. But around five will be the goal. And then 7:30, we'll meet back up at the Guinness storehouse, Arthur's Bar, for a, you know, private tour of the Guinness brewery. And that'll be fun. And also have dinner as well. So you guys, if you're hungry between lunch and then you can get some snacks or something, but come hungry as well at 7:30. I was surprised yesterday too. I mean, I think we said not to eat and then they brought like a bunch of food and no one ate the food. They were like, dang, these guys aren't hungry. But either way, this is a sick hotel though, right? Yeah, it's been really nice. Also, shout out to the video crew that's helping out. Quick round of applause. For them. Done an amazing job with everything. So it's been awesome so far. And then Saturday will be the first session again, starting right at 9am and then we'll dive deeper into the things that we don't cover today. And then Jay will speak at 10 and then we'll have lunch and then from 2 to 5 we'll do another deep dive. And then after that we'll go to dinner at the Black Forge and have a good time. My request is do not get drunk tonight. Like, please. Because here's the thing, right? It's like have a Guinness, have two. Anything more than that, you're kind of asking for like waking up groggy tomorrow, right? Tomorrow on Saturday, that'll be the night to celebrate. Everyone's coming on, everyone's going home Sunday anyways. So take it easy tonight, right? Like you want to show up and get some value out of this as well. So just don't miss day two. We've had that happen before and we don't want that to happen again. I'll leave it there. Okay, cool. So take five minutes, we'll play some music, write out the member introductions and we'll start. Yeah, sorry, Here, just use mine real quick. Quick show of hands. Who's first time in Dublin? Oh, wow, that's. That's awesome. Yeah, Even us. That's like 90% of the room. Dang. Yeah. It's interesting, someone asked me why I picked Dublin yesterday and I was just like, Dublin. So it's cool that all of you guys liked it as well. Another thing I was going to tell, I was telling this to somebody yesterday, but the best part about masterminds, Whose first mastermind? Anybody? No? Okay, cool. Well, as you guys know, the whole point of the mastermind is obviously the community and the networking as well, right? Like you're gonna make the money in this room, but also in the dinners, the networking, the conversations you're gonna have with everybody. So use it, right? Like promote each other, shout each other out on your social media, document it. The best content comes from events like these. What you learn you can share with your audience immediately and help add value to them. Easy content right there for you. But with that being said, let's dive into it. You want to kick it off? Hi everyone, my name is Osman Keanu, I'm from London. My company is called Guided Growth and we're in the high ticket info niche. Our current monthly revenue is 100k and I want to grow to 500k over the next 12 months. The three things blocking me right now. I've never made a sale from ads. It's been the wording and the offer I've got. The second thing is blocking me is a good ad script. The third thing blocking me is angles, positioning and speaking. Positioning to speaking to my right avatar. And then I want what I want to get from the event. I want to understand how to write the right script from the ads. I want to get advice from Ryan on what's worked for other companies similar to mine, like Closes IO. The third thing is I want to know how to get the ads working, what numbers to expect for my specific order from my niche, which is cost per lead, cost per acquisition, cost per appointment. And then for fun, I like to train, keep fit, reading philosophy and learning to play chess. I want to see a workout between Charlie and Usman. Oh, he's got me. Yeah, I need to start training with you guys, man. Jeez. Leighton. Hi, my name is Leighton, I'm from Dublin. A company's called Leedon Social and we're in the E comm niche. Our current monthly revenue is 75k. I'd like to get that to 150. In regards to things blocking right now time management has became an issue again and prioritisation, I kind of nailed that for a while but now it's actually now that kind of my role has changed a bit. I need to kind of focus on that lead flow and although it's better than it was, it's still an issue. And then team and vision and I've kind of run a very tight shift since I've kind of started. But yeah, just kind of getting the team in on the vision. Obviously they want salary increases, you know, getting them bought into the long term. Part of it has been something I'm working on the last kind of two, three months in regards to three things I want to get out of the event and number one is just kind of thinking time. Just feel like I've been fucking every day. Just be going really fast the last couple of months. I just, just that space just think and just think higher level is the main thing. Getting a little bit more organized and then also maybe just chatting about the content side of things which I've gotten better at but I just haven't really nailed like a, like a to do list or a strategy around it. And then in regards to phone, I love to travel when I can, love going to the movies and then I love to write as well. Not really from a business perspective but more, more so personally. So yeah, that's me Nice. Yo guys. I'm Chris, I'm from Manchester. Very close to it. My company is contents clients and we help people Win clients on LinkedIn organic so only recently started running some ads with the help of Garrett. Current monthly revenue it's been up to 100k comfortably it sits 50 to 60 70. I just want to grow it to that 83.3333 in the next 12 months. The things blocking me right now, there's loads. I think the main one is actually balancing like workaholism and personal life at the same time because I just fucking love this shit and I will like sacrifice other things that maybe I shouldn't have been doing for three years now. YouTube Organic growth is pretty slow so I wouldn't mind speaking about that at some point and then systemizing the shit out of like the existing client journey on High Level because we've just switched over to High Level. I want to get three things from the event Sick vlog inspired by Brian. And that's what I bought into the original Mastermind, which was Brian going behind the scenes. So it works what he says earlier. You see how many people have got these bookies wherever they are, the little cameras walking around. So Sick vlog. Absorb as much as I can about the client success side of things and then pick up just a few small, small little hacks from people. Like I've already had an app suggested to me from Sam, a two week playbook for appointment sets from Usman. Not even started the event yet. So for fun I like to watch boxing run. And I don't know if that says walk or work, but I think it's. I think it's work. I think it's work. I don't like walking. Awesome. Yeah. Hi everyone. So my name is Garrett. I'm from Birmingham again in the uk. My company is Ads for Lawyers and we work in the legal industry doing pay ads, funnel builds and automation systems. Current monthly revenue. So that's 25 recurring and I'd like to get that to a next 12 months. I think some things blocking me but there's a few getting quality staff for the service delivery service. It's been a bit, bit of trouble recently. We have no referral incentives or strategies because it feels like everyone's a competitor of themselves and marketing against each of that. I'd be interested to hear what people's thoughts are with that and then the capacity levels by having a single or full service delivery for builder, client, client acquisition channels and managing those channels as well. So aside from I guess Getting those answers and what people think about each of those problems, those would be the main things that I want to get from that. I know a lot of people are doing kind of lower ticket and management and teaching, I guess teaching and mentoring, actual running of campaigns and stuff. I'll be interested to hear what people's thoughts are around that. And yeah, just get some answers to those problems. For me. I like to watch boxing and mma. I like to work. Yeah, that's me. Awesome. Hi guys and girls. My name is Dea. I'm from France and Croatia. My company is Rally Replica. I'm co founding in the country community with a guy in the adventure motorbike niche. So our current monthly revenue is zero and we plan to make 100k in the next few months. The three things that are blocking us, it's like we have a huge audience on IG200K. We make 12 million views per month. Yeah, that's a lot of engagement and passion. Wow. But we need to transition them into paying customers the right way. It's all about netflixing things up. So I need also help for YouTube organic and creating the DNA of our brand. The mission, the vision. Later down the line transitioning from education to e commerce with a clothing brand. Something more like really long term. And lastly, what I want to get from this mastermind is monetized popularly. A big audience, energy and vibes. Just meet people. And lastly, what I like to do for a friend is ride my motorbike and train with that. Nice. Hey guys, my name is Kerry, I'm from London uk. My company is Forward, which stands for pocket for education. We help people. We help people make more money once customers come into the door and keep them locked and where in the make money online education, you know that whole space, our Congo view is between 30, 35k a month and I want to go up to 100k mark for the next 6 to 12 months. The biggest blockers right now are, I'd say all of our leads come from organic or referrals and I want to stop that and not stop that. I want to transition up to more of a predictable lead flow via ads. Probably as part of that though because I feel with organic propeller sheets sometimes my offer isn't as strong as it could be that it's all organic and referrals. So I need some kind of offer that works more for code which will probably come testing but we'll see. And one big thing I think I've discovered trying to get some 100k off now is focus on Priorities, understanding where to put my attention to scale. That's the main people that help out the event. What I do for fun is jiu jitsu, watch UFC and go to booties. Hi, how's it going everybody? My name is Jerry Luna. I'm from El Paso, Texas and my company is Luna Media. I'm in the franchising niche and my current monthly revenue is 14k a month recurring and I want to grow to 50k per month in the next 12 months. Three things that are blocking me is I have zero personal brand and I have shiny object syndrome. I keep focusing on the wrong things, I believe and I offer a variety of services to a variety of different niches and clients. So I feel like I'm more of a generalist in that sense. And what I'm looking to get out of the event is a strategy for an optimal selling system or at least the semblance of something that I can repeatedly get clients in sales. And obviously I want to learn what's working for others and get some nuggets from them and everybody's expertise. And recently my LTV has been quite low for clients. So I want to learn from Jay and obviously others about client retention and increasing ltv. What I like to do for fun is I like to bake and I like playing card games and I like to mountain bike and watch video essays on one of those things. Nice, nice. Hey everyone. My name's Alan. I run a company called Van Media and we are focused on the D2C E commerce niche. So scaling six and seven figure brands. We're currently doing around about 20k a month and I want to grow it to around 50 to 100k. That'd be lovely in the next 12 months. That's been the goal. Three things that are struggling us right now is the client acquisition. We are relying on referrals and organically coming in and like yourself over there, want that predictable thing that we can control. So probably it's going to be a paid ads route, but we're so focused on DTC, we haven't done the B2B yet. So I'd like to crack that. We need a concrete fulfillment system because it kind of works at the moment. It's a bit janky and also staff and talent. And I was talking to you last night about do we use a Google guide? Do we use a Facebook guide? Do we use an all rounder? So just figuring that out, but Jordan said just fucking go for it, just make a decision. So things I want to get from this event Client acquisition method. I tried and tested one for myself and potentially like a business system because we're debating, do we use notion, do we use ClickUp, how we make it when it scales. That's one of the things that's a question mark for fun. I'm a gym goer. I like to travel into like three different countries in the last three weeks and then like to vlog as well. The Osmo Pocket 3. This thing is a bad boy, right? Yeah, that's me. Perfect. I don't know if anyone else gets this, but when you're talking from the people, your heart rate goes 90. So my name's Jordan, I'm from Ireland, about 45 minutes from here. My company's email for brands. It says what it is, but we basically do email marketing for e commerce brands. Our current monthly revenue is about 30 or 40k but we're on percentage. So because it's Q4 now, that could potentially double by taking on no more clients. So it's pretty nice. In the next 12 months. Want to do a minimum 100k a month, but I could be merging with someone else. So our business would double overnight if that happened. Three things that are blocking me right now. I've restructured the team a lot and I'm just not sure on. Because we get incentives from clients and percentages, I'm not sure on who to push that back to in the team. And at what point do I stop that? Because it eats into my margins a lot. So sometimes I feel like I'm overpaying. So I just want to get more clear on that. I was having some conversations last night. Maybe I need to be a bit more strict on who I give money to and stuff like that. I do believe I overpay and we don't hire many people overseas, but who knows? Another thing is to scale and offer structure. So I think with the agency email, it's a lot of manual labor with copy design, all that sort of stuff. So if I want to double my revenue, potentially I have to double my team, which I don't want to do. So getting clear on some sort of hybrid offer that I can do. I generally don't want to do coaching, but something that we can do to help people, that we can get way more money for what we have to put in. Another thing that's blocking me is myself. There's a lot of changes that we've made in the business from team members that came through that I didn't want to make those changes. I had massive resistance to them. And then we made those changes. They were just like quantum shifts. So I think that I'm my own bottleneck as well. Three things I want to get from this event hybrid offer. Like I already said, team incentives. Basically what is blocking me is then what I want to get details on merging. So just figuring out, my friend has an email agency as well. We do weekly calls together, we help each other out and then we're just kind of weighing up the options should we merge together. Like I said, our business would double overnight. And then just trying to figure out the details of that. For fun, I like to do hard fitness challenges. This year I dived in and done an Ironman 70.3 with basically no training. So I've done like three months of that and just dived in and got that done. Never swam or done any sort of track on in my life and then I did a marathon straight after. Other things just learn, read books like constantly. Just educate myself and then travel the world and meet great people like everyone here. Nice. Hey everyone, My name is Sam, I'm from Malta and have a company called Agent Leaders and we're in the real estate niche. Our current monthly revenue is around 80k but it's like a 5050 split between agency and info product. And in the next 12 months I want to just focus on getting to 100k in the info space and not have the agency anymore. My biggest blockers right now are building and managing a sales team. Time to be a better leader because I feel like I'm doing a lot of the work and I want to just pull back and be able to guide my team better. And third is optimizing my ads and getting that running better. What I want to get out of the event is optimizing and learning YouTube, organic and ads, being a better business owner in general. Like taking up tips from everyone here, figuring out how I can be better there and learning from everyone and meeting great people for fun. I like Jiu Jitsu, traveling and just chilling out, having fun. Hi, my name is Wolf, I'm from Germany. My company is Growth Partners GmbH and yeah, we're scaling high ticket experts and service providers. Our current monthly revenue is roughly 30k since we're on share at various as well. So between like 20 and 50k and I want to hit that 83.3333 and yeah, this has been the goal for the past 12 months as well from from the last time I read an introduction. So yeah, a lot of the main thing blocking me is just my head 100% it's a lack of focus, managing the mental loads and yeah, too many opportunities that come across and finally deciding and not finding excuses even though life and personal life comes into that. Yeah. So it's just getting my fucking weapons mindset or my head screwed on. Right. That's yeah the number one thing. And yeah, luckily I have shifted the problem from not having potential deals in the pipeline. So that is a big plus. That has been shifting in the past few months. So I have now more work that I could take on than I have capacity. So now the main thing is on. Yeah. Duplicating myself and not being self employed with freelancers. I'm becoming finally an entrepreneur to be able to. I know I can hit 100k months because I've been doing that for my clients. So it's not a strategic problem, it's not a tactical problem. It's not a yeah, whatever problem is just in my head. Yeah. So what I want to get out of the event, pretty simple clarity on my next moves. Maybe some good ideas and strategies. I'll have to nerd around some strategies. Just done an organic launch recently we've done just over 100k. We want to get to 300k a month in the next 12 months or so. The main thing is blocking up, blocking us at the minute or me is my time is pretty spread. So I'm kind of like focusing on too many things. The woman in the red dress even just coming here from Dubai. There's like a new opportunity that I'm getting excited about. So yeah, just kind of want to get clarity and focus on what I should be focusing on, like what are the highest leverage opportunities. I guess I can put my time into smoothing out fulfillment as well. If you want to get to 300k a month. I can kind of already foresee from the organic launch that we probably struggle to onboard that many clients so want to kind of smooth that out. Also again, ads running, we're already working with Brian so we've got ads going live next week hopefully, so that should help. What I want to get from the event is clarity on what I should be focusing on. I want to kind of leave knowing, you know, what I want to kind of sack off and what I want to kind of double down on learning a better process and kind of creating a better client journey. So more kind of streamlined but also getting like the quick wins early, kind of getting that emotional buy in and also learning what I don't know already last night speaking to Usman, I learned a lot and you know, some of the other guys. So just kind of learning from everyone else for fun. I like to go to Arsenal games. I'm a lifelong Arsenal fan. Travel, go to restaurants similar to the rest of you guys. Meet like minded people, stuff like that. So cool. Awesome. You guys notice any common themes from everybody? What are some of them? Client. What do you say? Client success. Client success. That's one. Sales, right? People being the main blocker. Yeah, yeah. Clarity as well. Clarity. Leadership. Leadership. Shiny objects. Shiny objects, Yeah. I wrote a few down. It's. There's a few. Offer, offer and positioning. Offer structure and positioning. That was a big one. Who's my Adam, Jerry, Marianne. A little bit for the back end as well. Back end offer team. Right. Jordan, Leighton, Sam. Vision, mission, pay incentives, things like that. Keeping talent. Game plan. A lot of you guys want a game plan, obviously leaving here 30, 16, 90 day action step to focus on, which will help with the focus and time management, which is another one. Jerry, Wolf, Leighton, Geo, Clarity on that and then CSMs and fulfillment, like Charlie said. So I think we should just take this basically step by step because there's really four common themes. The rest kind of fall into those categories. So why don't we start with the. The offer and positioning structure for Usman, Adam, Jerry, and then the back end. Right. For. For you, Marianne as well, because the profit for you. So you've never had a backend offer before. We sold a lot of different things. Okay. Not consistent enough to everybody even. Okay. Yeah. So you've b. But. But has it mainly been focused around the front end? Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. The profit's going to be huge for you on the back end offer when we've had some kind of launch for the. The back end. Yeah. Yeah. Okay, cool. Yeah, so we could talk about that because that'll help you get to that goal pretty quickly, especially with how long you've been doing it and the. The base you already have with the foundation there. I think we start there for. For this part one. And then after lunch, depending on how long it goes, we can go into. We're going to save CSMS and fulfillment for tomorrow, obviously. I mean, we can do some technical stuff. Yeah, I think, I think let's. Let's save CSMs and fulfillment tomorrow. Just because I feel like that'll be where you obviously. I mean, that's exactly what you'll be going over. And then let's do offer first and then focus and time management. That's an interesting one. I think we should talk team second half of the day as well. Because as you scale, right, Whether it's with organic or ads and you have your offer structure and positioning like you're going to still, you're going to have to have good team in order to fulfill. I think we talk about that second half and then we can end on focus and time management as well. Because yeah, that's, that's been a big thing that I've been realizing the last month and a half traveling is crazy. And then tomorrow we'll make sure everyone has a specific game plan ready to leave. So at the end of each session I'll be asking you guys a very specific question, right? Like what's the one thing you can focus on in the next 30, 60, 90 days that'll dramatically improve your business and make it easier and more efficient, Right? Like that's the one question you got to ask yourself. What's the one thing you learned today? And every session I'll be asking you guys that question. So that way you can leave with that one thing. Have you guys ever read the book the One Thing? No. Yes. Really good book. I mean it's literally, that's the book, right? It's like what's the one thing? But you got to ask yourself that question because you're going to have a lot of things that you come away with and those are all probably great ideas. But as all you guys kind of said as well, including myself, we have no shortage of ideas. It's just what actually is going to be the idea that moves the needle forward for us to get to the goal, which you wrote down, does that make sense? So think about that as we go through it. But let's start with offer and positioning. Let's just go in there and obviously, what, have everyone kind of help each other out as well. So. Hey, this is Brian with adspin.com and if you're watching this video and you're like, man, I wish I was there with them in that room learning everything that they're learning myself in person. And I wish I could be a part of a community like that. Well, I have some good news for you. Our next Admin Mastermind event is taking place on March 13th, 14th and 15th in New York City. That's right. We're taking it back to where advertising started, where industry legends like David Ogilvie wrote some of the biggest best selling campaigns and advertising history to learn how you and show you how we're doing it for our clients and our company too. So if that sounds interesting and you want to be a Part of a Mastermind community where you can sit in and experience it for yourself. We do have only a handful of tickets available, so if you're watching this, that means that other people are watching it too. And this last event that you're watching right now, the Dublin Ireland one, sold out in literally two weeks. So. So grab your ticket links in the description. You can see all the information, see all the booking details and reservations. Click the link, get your ticket now. And I look forward to seeing you in Manhattan for the next admin Mastermind. Usman, why don't we start with you with the the sales offer because I mean there's a lot of people in the room that need what you do as well. I mean you heard that. So it's very easy to say what I do. Okay. And being able to say it online, when people say oh, what's your offer? Being able to say one clean line, it sounds generic when what we do is very deep. So you want to not sound so generic and not sound like everybody else. And like every online will say we'll do this and your money back and stuff. And we're very like mission driven, very vision driven. So I don't want to sound like a wheel, but I also want to cut through the noise. So is it easier to say what I'm doing exactly for my clients and then share with you? So what we do is see when we onboard a client, we do if you know the book traction, we do the issues list. So we write all the issues, we focus mainly on sales and then we identify what's the key constraints. So in like a fulfillment system for us, our clients fall into three different buckets. One just about building their sales team. So then they fall into a catch of we're going to just start showing them KPIs for setters and how to hire and build them. Or category two is they have setters closers but the CEO needs to pull himself out of sales. Problem number two, we'll go down another flowchart which is we then will show the CEO what to do, how to pull himself out, hire a closer trainer, setters and wrap all the sales team up there. And problem three, which is most of our clients, they have a sales team, they're not performing, cost of acquisition is continuously going up and closing rate isn't where it's supposed to be. And the sales teams aren't really optimized. They don't really know about how the team should be performing in the culture of a high performing team. So what we do for these people to fix this problem is every week we coach them, we coach all the setters once a week. We coach all of every business, we coach all the closers every week, we coach all the sales managers every week and we coach the CEO every week. And there's unlimited support, support calls to be booked in the Slack channel and then we work with them to identify what is the constraint and unlock those constraints. It's very driven on teaching rather than showing up to calls and Q&As. So I plan the sessions for sales managers and CEOs where they come on board and for that 45 minutes I'm teaching them a specific concept on how to get more from their team, how to get a high performing sales team, how to. It's the same if you said to your salesperson do this and they've not done it, what to say, how to coach, what to do in the one to one. So we teach the specifics of how to get the best out of the team and being a good leader. And then we teach a model of how to actually drive the vision of the company and initially fixing sales and on the back end we'll do more fulfillment, CSMs and coaching that side of it. So it's very driven on sales. But wording it for my avatar, which is 1 to 10 million in revenue, they sell something high ticket, more than 2k. They are normally over 23, 24 years old, usually male, sometimes female. It's just wording this offer like you are this and I'm going to do this. And what I've struggled with is I don't want to say we will get your closing rate to 30% because it's not true, not everyone can get it to 30%. It sounds great. But then a good sales team, the top performer might be doing 32, 33% and the bottom performer is doing 20%. But in a great team you need a good dynamic and the guy who's doing 20% is a good team player, which allows the dynamic of the team to perform. So it's like just really not understanding how to word it. So it's authentic, genuine. And the goal is we want to be the number one sales consulting business in uk. That's the first goal. And to unlock that goal it has to be built off integrity and reputation. So we're really trying to do that. And we also have quite like 10,000 square foot of training centres in London. So the reason why we've managed to make a lot of money is because we can say to a Company that's already doing a few million come down spend, they spend 60, 70k with us and we'll train all levels of our team, we'll run a day, we'll get even a boxing coach down. We're making an entire experience for them. So this is what we do. Trying to word it, not manage. As someone who's been looking for your company and has worked with closers, I don't think, I think you're over complicating it in your head. You help people build a high performing in house sales team. Like it's not like your how is really enticing but, but that's not your transformation. Your transformation is pretty black and white and that's exactly what people are looking for. How would I say it in a sentence though? We help people build a high performing in house sales team. I agree on that as well. I think a lot of times, like I was saying to Adam last night, he was trying to come up with this answer to a question and I was dealing with something recently about team structure. But I think sometimes you just gotta like pick a simple message and just run with it. Because entrepreneurs, we're trying to find the person answer but I don't think there is ever a perfect answer. I think about it as well because I help people with stuff like this and it's like everyone's in their own head say, well, they get all these things just like you mentioned. And it's like if you could pull a report, you've been working with someone successfully for 12 months, you could pull a report of all the numbers. Okay. But you could only zone in on two. The one thing they'd be happiest to see see increase. And then the one thing that we relieved that decreased C and closing rate. Yeah, it might be that. Yeah. But you just, then you can play around with those numbers. We help you get more of this with less of this. And it is that leading and lagging indicator. We get their closing rate up, their cat goes down. Yeah. So it's like in house no one cares. They just want a high performing sales team and like all of that. I also think that Hermosi has ruined the whole guarantee thing where like if I hear someone talking about, oh, and we have this guarantee, it almost just like it just like tells me to run far away, you know. So I think like obviously this is kind of what we're talking about like offering a lot of people tie in some sort of guarantee to an offer. We don't even do it anymore. We completely removed it because I feel like it's just too much. And I know I personally, well, I had one experience but so many of my friends in the game have like bought into these crazy offers, these mad guarantees and they just never get anything back. And it's just ruined the reputation for so many people. And if you, if you're really good at what you're doing, you're gonna be so confident that you don't even have to say it. Like, yeah, it's my two cents. Yeah. I would make like selling points about how it's high touch because like, as opposed to like contrast to we're working with closers and it's very low touch. It's like exactly what you make of it. I'm their most annoying client probably. I'm like, I get eight calls a month, right? Three. I'm like, okay, whatever, sounds good. But like ultimately like that would be the contrast of like the how. But like what we found is most people are just like deeply obsessed with their own product. Which sounds like you are too, which is like cool. That's what you have to be as a CEO, founder, but like no one else cares. Yeah. I am very product driven. This is why the marketing is weak. Because you're either one or the other, aren't you? I think with direct marketing you just want to get them through the door and then you can explain your mission and what you do over the sales. Build that touch with what you're doing more over the corner. Yeah. Also I feel like from your organic content that you're creating like people could see that, that you're with your heart in this. We do get so from like we've had months just from YouTube alone which has made us 100k organic and IG will give us one client a month and it's only been growing because of referral and it tells us it makes you focus on the product even more sometimes because when people are referring you like, let me make the product even better. So people keep referring because ads aren't working. The ads aren't converting. So you can only work the thing that you can influence. You mentioned we help people build high performing sales team in house. In house. What's your current messenger offer? If I was to just ask you, what do you currently do? I say we help build and train your sales team. But then when I say it because internally it feels like we're doing so much more, you feel like you're not doing yourself justice. Yeah. And then over explaining makes you look weaker. Yeah. The way she explained it is so simple. It's exactly what you do. Yeah. Sometimes you know, you have to talk with them like that's like over delivering on everything else that you do. If you're getting these extra things, people are like oh damn, I didn't even know this was included. It was the best thing ever compared to like if you're stacking them with all this stuff then you have to do all that stuff. But if you just make it simple then they're like oh my God, I got all this extra stuff. So I understand what you're saying. Internal limiting belief here is I have a lot of sales agency owners and people who have sales businesses who have a high converting offer come to me and we coach them, we show them how they can get better systems for their sales and teach better for their clients. And their offer sounds exactly like ours. And when their offer sounds exactly like ours but they're coming to us to learn. And these people have great businesses. They're still great people. I just want to sound different. So is this like, does this sound quite odd? You're too obsessed with your competitors. Just focus on what you're doing. I have the same problem and it's so funny talking you talking about shows me my own problem. So just have the straight sentence down and then once you run run ads or whatever then retarget people with what you need mechanism or explain it in a BSL or explain it in like 10 YouTube videos. So once someone gets hooked up with a high performing sales team. Yeah, I'm in there. And then they consume your content, they read your emails where you explain why you are doing it better than everyone else's. The unique mechanism is called sales leaders priorities pyramid and it's on YouTube and it comes converts and that's brings his clients. Thank you. Yeah, yeah, that was solid. Was that valuable? Yeah. And now I can just say we will have four. Yeah. Because it cuts through the noise. It's like that's what they want. Yeah. Versus all the other stuff is great. But they want high performing sales team in house. And when suppose what's your offer? That is my offer. Yes. It sounds so simple. But you know when you've like been thinking about it for two years now, I have a sentence. There you go. Awesome job. I wrote this down too for everyone else in the room too. It's like it's the classic offer statement. Right. I help X person do Y thing using you know, Z method. Right. And then you can also do in days, weeks, months, whatever. Right. That's the simplest way you can do it, this is extra. But like really you just need the specific person, specific problem and then the specific way, like you just said, you have your proprietary method right now in the bio it says we've put do you have a Chuck in or without. Yeah. So that would be where, you know, Jordan was saying as well, you could put the risk reversal. Right. The guarantee, the risk. So you can obviously do without and then, you know, pain points, problems and then add the guarantee and the risk reversal as well if you want to go that deep. So it could be another whole thing as well. Do you have to get that specific with your offer? Not really. I mean like I think it was Sam or Wolf. You were just saying with your offer it's pretty clear cut. You're going to have competitors, but the reason they're going to buy from you is because of your content and your case studies and your testimonials. And so it's like your specific way is good, but it's also just because of your proof and your track record too. So you don't necessarily need the risk reversal necessarily to cold traffic. You might, it would help with the marketing. But again, if they don't qualify for the guarantee anyways, you're probably not going to offer that. In the Instagram bio at the moment it says I build elite sales teams for seven and eight figure businesses. Is that too vague compared to missing the in house? Okay, super important. I never thought in house was important because I, I could saying they can like, I brought setters for you. I get like 30 emails a day being like, do you want appointment setters? Do you want these? I'm like, I want my own. Yeah, yeah. Every business eventually wants to have it in house. In the beginning it's easier to outsource it, but eventually, if you wanted to even think about exiting, you're going to want to have control over CEOs to us. We tried an agency, we tried this and now we want to bring it in. But every time I bring it in, they're in and out the door so fast. So that's your ad right there. I mean those are your hooks. Yeah. No, dude, this is. Sometimes we over complicate it, right? Yeah. Can I say something about the guarantees? Because I just recently started giving the money back guarantee and it's like if you don't get you your at least your investment back while working with us, we will pay your money back. And I feel like we started with having no guarantees at all, but now that we've run the same program for three years already. Like I feel like we have so like clarify clarified the target audience and the ideal client that we are really certain that okay, if it's like this type of person, like it's like it's no reason that they wouldn't get the results. So also like I think when I have said that to some of the clients, like they don't actually come and ask their money back when you are serving them as good as you can and like giving them the exceptional experience with you. And if there is somebody who isn't fit for your as your client, then it's actually better to just like cut the relationship. Like give the money back even faster so that you don't lose your own energy or team's energy. So I think at least that is something that you could think of. You know, not very talk about this, but guarantees can also be used for customer success. You can say to someone, if you join my coaching board, more community or whatever, if you do this, this, this, this, this, this, and it doesn't work to get your money back. But that incentivizes them to actually do the work. Because a lot of times people just don't do the work and that's why they fail. I do that too. Yeah. So a lot of my clients, I, I have craziest guarantees, but there's a lot of contractual stipulations that they have to fulfill. So the cost of success goes up because they spent so much money investing it. They want the guarantee, but they won't get it unless they do the work. So nice little tip there. Yeah, minor. The same thing like show up to the coaching course at least six times, coach with the whole course. What would make it crazy? You got to go attend like 85% of the coaching course tonight because that one a day, it's freaking crazy. And the whole point of the guarantees for marketing, that's the whole point. Like we, we have one and out of all the sales calls, I mean really the best clients don't ask for it anyways. Like they're going to do the work. But the whole reason you add a guarantee is to make the marketing work more efficiently and most people won't qualify for it. Or if they do, there's the conditions. Right, right. And that's how you obviously make sure they do the work anyways to qualify for the guarantee. So it's something you can add for the marketing, but on the sales side you don't really even need to mention it. Where's best to place it in the market. Is it like at the front end of the ad or in the vsl? Usually in both in the ads, yeah. And the vsl. I don't even mention ours in our vsl. I just. In the ads. Do you only ever discuss it on a sales call? If it's brought. If they brought. If they bring it up. Yeah. And like only one out of like 30 plus people maybe mentions it. Well, but, but what, what we were talking about earlier with the guarantee is like there's also the other side where it's like, yeah, everyone is offering a guarantee and especially if you're serving this market that we're all serving for the most part, coaches, consultants, courses, creators, agency owners. Right. You kind of know what the guarantee is or you know it has stipulations. So like you can also call that out too. Like one of my best ads was calling all those guarantees and claims out because I was just being real. Like, aren't you tired of the crazy claims and guarantees? Like, you know, it's a bunch of just smokescreen too. Like that could obviously be a good ad and an angle if you didn't want to offer a guarantee. Proof, social proof in terms of like what I've done. So how do I word that and leverage it into the offer? Well, you just. What do you mean? Like in the ads or like. Yeah, so like in this offer. Do I. I'm trying to work out how does this sit into an ad. How does this. I've done multiple ads. Social proof. Yes. Well, you just put the social proof in the story. So the ads, hook, story, close. That's the framework we use. The hook is the first 5 to 10, 15 seconds. Right. Like what the pain point is. So for example, you said it earlier, like most of my clients tell me, I forget what you said. You said sales agency. Sales. I tried a sales agency before. It didn't work out. I burned a bunch of cash, whatever the case is. Right. That's the pain point. Right. That's a hook. And then the story is, you know, my name is, my company is this. We've helped hundreds of these types of businesses build in house sales teams. Just like this person. Just like this person. Just like this person. Right. That's where the social proof fits in the story. And you're educating them on what you do. Does that make sense? So leverage email to just send an email a day of a different success story. Like Sam done that for years where it's just meet this person and then just, you know, just tell their story. And some of the best Engaging emails you can ever do. I have questions about email. I didn't write that down actually because I did. I wanted to know you'd have a call to action on. Yeah, but very soft. You just want to just kill them with the education and the stories because people love the story stuff. Is this. Should I be sending a value email every day? Yeah, like we like I have, I have different beliefs in it but I think like yeah, the more emails the better. Like every day. Like your ecom emails would look very different to Brian's emails. Like we've done a bunch of other stuff in the past. We just do ecom now. But like for when we were doing, you know, email for all different types of businesses. Like an email a day even for our own agency when we get leads in like we send an email every single day. More even. And when people hopped on a call, they're like why'd you hop on a call? Because you guys just never stop emailing me. It's like you're trying to educate people. We're never like trying to hard sell them. Just add a bit of humor in there and stuff as well. You know. I've got email specific questions. Should I save them for another section? Yeah, we can take. Dive into that. That'd be cool if you could share some stuff as well. Yeah, yeah. Email, there's a lot of stuff there. But emailing daily, I thought it was a bad thing too but then I just did. Emails are really nice. Thank you. Let's save that. Let's. Yeah, yeah, we'll dive into that. We'll save that. Yeah. Everything good on the offer there? How long is your offer? Sorry? Like how long do you work? So we have a nice day and it's. So we have a 12 month offer and just one other guarantee for a guarantee is we have a love and early bit guarantee because we're. Since it's a done with you offer, we can't guarantee results. It has to do with what they do and we don't like it. It feels gross and her mosy like. But what we do is work with us for 30 days. You're going to see how we work and how we do things and you can get out of the rest of the year contract within the first 30 days. But then it's guaranteeing who we are rather than guaranteeing the transformation. And then people know. Is it a guarantee? It's a 30 day love and relieve it guarantee. That's so good. I love that. And I could do that for mine because we have a 90 day and 12 months. So we can just push for 12 months first and then say if you don't like it 90 days, you can't leave. So we can just drop it to 90 days and then they have the door open, just stop. Do you chart you still charge if they come to you on day 29, you still charge him for that 30 days. But yeah, yeah, they get charged for the first 30 for sure. But then they can exit the rest of the contract. No, we had like 110 clients. We've had like three leave during the guarantee. It's also probably the most impactful because you'll front load a lot of your back value. Yeah. And if you front load the value, they're less likely to. That's great. We just know the testing out as well within the first seven days of being on board, if we actually launch our first ad and leads start coming in. So I'm like, listen, just get in, do 30 days. If you don't like anything about the course, like you can leave whenever you want. Exactly. But I know like in seven days they have leads coming to their pipelines. That worked really well in Salesforce as well. And I was struggling a bit. Listen, just get in any. Any like whatever thing you don't like, just leave whatever you want. And it sort of gets them to the clothes much easier. And it'll like weed out financial distress. People who like have, you know, or like panicking. Cuz they figure that out within like 10 days usually. Yeah. Sweet. Kaduzma. Yeah. Thank you everyone. Appreciate that. Adam, you want to talk about your offer? Yeah. What we're running previously was like we will add 50 to 150k of revenue in the first 90 days with your money back. But we kind of like didn't end up needing to run with that offer. And at the moment, client acquisition, we're running on referrals. So I have no lead flow right now. And that's a real big problem to even scale with. So I suppose I come here to try and figure out because I've had mentors and they're very much. I don't know if they've ever run an e commerce agency because it seems to be one of the answers was I'll go into Facebook groups and start messaging people and try and build a relationship that way. But then I say, okay, show me. They didn't have the answer. Not E commerce. Straight away I was like, oh, fuck's sake. I just wasted my money. And then next one it was like, oh yeah, use LinkedIn. Do it this way. Okay. Then they said, go into groups on LinkedIn and start messaging people that way. I was like, okay, show me again. They were like, okay, I'll come back to you. And they're like, fuck's sake, man. I'll just keep burning my money on these people. So I wanted to come here and see what would be the way you would approach it for my businesses. They're still great people. I just want to sound different. So is this like, does this sound quite odd? You're too obsessed with your competitors. Just focus on what you're doing. I have the same problem and it's so funny talking you talking about shows me my own problem. So just have the straight sentence down and then once you run run ads or whatever, then retarget people with what's your unique mechanism? Or explain it in BSL or explain it in like 10 YouTube videos. So once once someone gets hold of a high performance health team. Yeah, I'm in there. And then they consume your content, they read your emails where you explain why you are doing it better than everyone else's. The unique mechanism is called Sales leaders Priorities Pyramid and it's on YouTube and it converts and thus brings us clients. Thank you. Yeah, yeah, that was solid. Was that valuable? Yeah. That's the simplest way you can do it. This is extra. But like really you just need the specific person, specific problem. And then the specific way, like you just said you have your proprietary method on Instagram right now in the bio it says we've put do you have a truck in or without? Yeah. So that would be where, you know, Jordan was saying as well, you could put the risk reversal, right? The guarantee, the risk. So you could obviously do without and then, you know, pain points, problems and then add the guarantee and the risk reversal as well if you want to go that deep. So we can't just push 12 months first and then say if you don't like it 90 days. You can't leave. So you can just drop it to 90 days. Yeah. And then they have the door open to stop. Do you charge? You still charge. If they come to you on day 29, they still charge them for that 30 days, but they. Yeah, yeah, they get charged for the first 30 for sure. But then they can exit the rest of the contract. No, we had like have 110 clients. Had like three leave during the guarantee. It's also probably the most impactful you're gonna have for them because you'll front load a lot of your value. Yeah. And if you front load the value, they're less likely to. That's great. We just know the testing app as well within the first seven days of being on board, if we actually launch our first ad and leads start coming in. So I'm like, listen, just get in, do 10 days. If you don't like anything about the course, like you can leave whenever you want. Exactly. But I know like in seven days they have leads coming from that pipe. I'm staying. Not what you got in sales as well. And I was struggling a bit. Okay, listen, just get in any, any like, whatever thing you don't like. Just leave whatever you want. And yeah, it sort of gets them to the clothes much easier. And it'll like weed out financial distress, people who like have, you know, or like panicking. Cuz they figure that out within like 10 days usually. Sweet. Kaduzman. Yeah. Thank you everyone. Appreciate that. Adam, you want to talk about your offer? Yeah, I know, like weed out financial distress, people who like have, you know, or like panicking. We will add 50k of revenue in the first 90 days with your money back. But we kind of didn't end up needing to run with the offer. And at the moment, client acquisition, we're running on referrals. So I have no lead flow right now. And that's a real big problem to even scale business. Right. So I suppose I come here to try and figure out. I've had mentors and they're very much. I don't know if they've ever run an E commerce agency because it seems to be one of the answers was I'll go into Facebook groups and start messaging people and try and build a relationship that way. But then I said, okay, show me. They didn't have the answer. No, you can't. I didn't straight away I was like, oh, fuck's sake. I just wasted my money. And then next one it was like, oh yeah, use LinkedIn. Do it this way. Okay. Then they said, go into groups on LinkedIn and then start messaging people that way. I was like okay, show me again. They were like okay, I'll come back to you. And they're like. I was like fuck. I just keep burning my money on these people. So I wanted to come here and see what would be the way you would approach it for my D2C E comm agency to find 6 and 7 figure E commerce agencies or owners. Leighton, how do you do it? Yeah, cuz you have I mean age similar agency obviously getting leads over there. How do you get leads for. How do you get leads with 76 and 767 figures? Cuz you said you can help 20 to 30k a month E commerce business. We refer to Adam, a client, they were doing like 20 or 30k. I just took him on cuz it was a friend. And then within like 6, 6 months Adam has them doing like over 200k. So it's been great. Okay. Oh yeah. We don't have any lead flow because we're like relying on referrals from my network, people that know me. Yeah, it's definitely a problem that I've solved either but I definitely have. I've always dreamed of having like a vsl. Like I knew exactly like how many leads, what the cost per call would be and then I got the conversion rate would be but the last, let's say 18 months. It's just an omnichannel approach. I mean I do my best with LinkedIn, organic content, a bit of YouTube. I might spend maybe like 3 or 4k on ads per month but that's just. I don't actually expect anything to happen. It's more so just getting traffic to the page. There is some needs coming in but I'm not looking at it and immediately needing a return. I'm just trying to get more people to see my face talking about E commerce marketing and then I do, especially in the UK to be honest, attend E commerce events. I know it's not ideal because you have to go there but I have gotten some really I feel like the industry has gotten much more personal again and people want to shake your hand, people want to, you know, have a lunch and then talk about the plan for the year. So for me personally it's a mix of it all. It's a mix of a little bit of organic, a little bit of paid ads, attending events, making sure my face is being seen in the industry and from there they're trying to stir up conversations. So it's definitely not a problem I've solved but it's working. I mean, definitely nice growth. I've gotten some nicer clients and they're staying longer. So that's been my approach. But I would love to get the paid ad side of things going. I did give YouTube a go for about 90 days at the beginning of this year off the back of the Miami Mastermind. But it's just one of those things and it actually worked. But for some reason I just stopped doing it. Another problem came and you know, you build your team and then you need to pause the ads and then you need to go back into the studio, write another script. So not a problem that I've solved, but I definitely feel like the omnichannel approach is a good way to have it. Yeah. And I wish I had an answer for you, but I don't. Yeah. When you get the paid ads, what platform is it that you make a YouTube and meta. Yeah. Yeah. So over the years I've built up a custom audience so I feel like the audience there is quite strong with the traffic and even the opt ins are good. It's just about higher opportunity to try to improve the quality of them. You know, like we do work with like, you know, like, I mean I even have a couple of clients that are in that 500k to 1 million mark and I don't want to keep that. They're. They're not really my icp, but I'll take them if I, if I like them and I think we can help them. But I really want to get that higher quality like you know, 3, 5, 10 million plus on Shopify customers. So they're just figuring out as we go really, the landing page that you were using, what was the structure of that bsl? Oh, it's really good. Yeah, I actually, Tyler created it, really happy with it. I'll send you the link to it now. You can check it out. It's good. I think the video on the page needs to be longer. I actually had a call with Tyler recently. We're gonna work on that much as another thing I'm to do list. It's quite a short video. It's only like, I think it's like a minute time. Recommended to have it closer to four or five, but it's good. We tested some headlines, we have some good case studies there, some good testimonials that I also need to change around just to make it more econ specific and really speak to the icp. That actually could be a reason why the quality is actually low too because some of the numbers that I have there and some of the test if they were to go to look at them they're like oh they're not probably the size that I am. So maybe I'm actually doing myself a disservice having those studies and testimonials there. Glad they can help already that help speaking out loud. I never really thought of that but that's probably unattractive to somebody who is doing 10 million plus to look at that their business. I mean I've got a guy that probably. No, I haven't got an email scrap. Oh you mean on LinkedIn scrape data and then chuck them all towards a page like that rather than spending ads to get them towards a page like that. It's in like data script. LinkedIn. Yeah. What would you use to do that? I'm sure other people know more. I can give you my. I can refer you my guy. Yeah but like we. I was paying him like 15, 1600 quid a month but we went like three months without getting any, any like I can give you my. We've got a. I can refer you my guy. Yeah but like we. I was paying him like 15, 1600 quid a month but we went like three months without getting any, any like deals. But then like three came in one month. So it's a numbers game so I just trust the process but it's kind of worked. So now like, like if you're in regards to upfront cash collected, we've not even made the money back but like obviously our retention's quite good so I know I will make the money but it's just been willing to bludgeon like spend it month on month and just kind of like checking the numbers and being okay. There's more stuff that I could do to probably enhance the results but I kind of just let them do their thing. But I've done it in the past and I didn't want to deal with it so I just paid an agency. But I can refer you cold email plus retargeting. I feel like it's very, very powerful as well. So if you don't have any or I assume you have clicks on your website. Yeah. So it's super, super cheap. Just run 5 to 20 bucks. Retargeting and what would you call that like a video and then just. Well it depends on what clicks you get but generally speaking you can basically do a VSL chopped up and run those as retargeting ads. Nice. So you have like a 90 second unique mechanism. 90 second backstory. 90 second testimonials or super cuts and then either get them back on a call booking page or onto the bsl. So that's super low hanging fruit. And if you combine that with cold email. I don't know about you guys, but if someone sends me a cold email, I'll copy the URL, open up an incognito tab, open the page and see what they have up to. So you get clicks onto the page once you run cold email and then you build your custom audience off of that and you can run like for example explainer video. Works quite well in my niches. Yeah, like an animated. I can show you how mine looks. I'll be running that as a cool ad and then build a retargeting out of that. And if you run YouTube organic anyway, you can just retarget those people super easy as well. But for like website traffic, what's your first email? How do you get them onto the website? That's what. No, I mean it's just a numbers game. If you send out like I don't know, 10,000 mails a month, you'll get website clicks if you pitch it or not. Just purely off of having a link of your website in the mail and obviously in the domain. So for Coldima you have like 10, 20 domains. All of your domains should redirect to a website and if you're smart about it, you can just have UTM parameters in those domains and know, okay, they come from cold email. We're doing 8,000 a day or something. So that's insane. That's. You will get tons of clicks. How many emails are we sending? When you were doing cold email, we were doing about 4k a month. Not nothing crazy. Nothing crazy. It's not a numbers game. Like you probably get like two calls a month from that. So it's like the numbers are so bad on it, but just pure volume. It's so cheap though, right? Not really. No. No. Well, it's only cost me 1500 or whatever. It's cheaper. I used to go do that by myself. When I did it by myself for my last business it was like cost me the same thing. Plus I have to like. Because I had to pay a VA to pay for the software just to buy all the domains. These guys just handle everything and they got people in there, they're just connecting my slack. It's super easy. Adam, for you. I prefer anyone here. Plus I'll get a kickback. I've just had two guys start this for me on a kickback basis where I give Them a grand for every client they give me. So I'll see if it does work. But maybe you get your contact as well. Two calls a month as a win or two clients a month. So generally two calls. But like a lot of the time we will. Some will be unqualified, but most of the time they are pretty qualified because otherwise we'll just cancel the call to be fair. But like what we've seen is like people will hop on a call and with us we don't like hard sell anyone. I really don't like sales, but it's a bridge between making money. So I do it. But most of it we see like a lot of people will hop on, we'll like do an audit for them and generally like within like 30 to 60 days they'll convert. Like once we just get Klaviyo access and audit their account. It's like a home run for us just trying to get that. That's your offer right there. Yeah, we do that in our cold email. Yeah. Like we'll build you a free pop up and a free email audit your account basically. Like, yeah, free. Free Clavio audit. Yeah. As a Facebook ad too. But the other thing we're trying to. Well, have you. Do you want to continue? Yeah. Well, for you, I was going to just say the biggest thing is like what Leighton said. It's kind of a lot of unscalable activities unfortunately. But then the cold email can definitely help. Because last night I think we were talking though and you were still not clear on exactly which service to run with. Right. It was more at the team structure, was the clarity bit. Okay. Because you were talking about your hybrid offer. Yeah. And that actually made me think, oh well, some people don't want to be stuck on a tame model. They just want like an upfront fee. But that's a specific MRR to have people come back and do that. So maybe think, oh, maybe we could do a hybrid where we actually just. Because the. When you've got the, the formula for D2C, it's pretty much a cut and paste formula. You just need to get the ad right. So it's kind of like your offer. So that made me think about that. But yeah, my structure was in the team didn't know whether to have a Google person, Facebook person or have a hybrid, Google Meta and TikTok. So you're good on the offer then? That's the thing. I don't know whether we. Because we could talk about team for sure with everybody. Yeah, that's a separate Thing I think if we need to run with an offer. What do you think we need to run with an offer? Well, your biggest problem right now is lead flow, right? Yeah, yeah. So you need the offer to be good enough to be able to get consistent lead flow. So we should talk about that. Yeah. Okay. So we can go back to our I help attitude in my day. So we will help you get 50 to 150,000 more revenue in 90 days or you want to back. Bottom line being that we can Most likely add 50k as long as you agree to a certain spend. That should work. If they're doing 20, 30k organically each month. There's product market fit there. They just need to scale. Yeah, that's the bottom line. Have you ever ran Facebook ads to that BSL book a call funnel? Yeah, so we did. My account got banned so we put that down and we haven't done it since. I think if you call out the organic side of things, things because there's a lot of brands popping off now that are like big on tick tock or influencer LED brands. And like I think if you call that out because most people that are running ads are actually trying to go after people that are like already doing 100k or they just hate their agency. So I think if you call out like we help organic brands scale or something like that. Because that's kind of what you're doing with John. And I think like, yeah, you also love TikTok. So I can see that like working really good. Yeah. So you take them from organic onto ads. Yeah, yeah, that's. We have had like one come along where they just had. They were burned by like two agencies. They've done 300k like organically in their entire life. And then they come with us and they've done now about 2.3 million. So like they just needed someone that wasn't a. You know, they actually come look after them. So it's the same kind of thing. But I like the we help organic brands scale cuz they. That's, that's pretty good. Yeah. Scale with paid ads. Yeah. And then I think we can use some client studies with that and be like, well take John for example. We took him from 30 to 200k a month. I think one thing that a lot of people in this room, including yourself said is that you're looking for consistent, repeatable revenue. So organic feels very, for most people is very like inconsistent. So instead of talking about scaling, it might be like help organic brands, you know, rely on consistent repeatable revenue. Say that one more time. By the way, I do offer positioning. Yay. We help organic e commerce brands scale from, you know, up and down months to consistent repeatable revenue. And then you can have the guarantee in there as well. Yeah. At the end. And now that's a way better off. That feels really like hot. Thank you so much. You see that feels really hot. I like it. And that VSL that we created, would you use like click funnels for yours or. Yeah. I actually forgot to say though, I had this lead magnet that we ran over the summer digitally and we got it printed. We got it printed about three weeks ago and we sent it to our. I forgot, I forgot to say this. We sent it to our Dream Club, our 100 dream list on Friday. Today is Today is Friday. We have three calls booked and these are our dream clients. These are. These would be 15 million plus three calls books. So this is like a 36 page. I think it cost me like it cost me like 800 quid to get 100 of them printed. And then maybe like another, I think 50 of them went to Irish companies and another 50 went to the States. So then maybe like another 500 quid for posting which I thought was quite expensive, but whatever. So I'm gonna expand on this. I'm gonna get maybe another list of a couple thousand and see what happens. Now we did attach a personal note. I didn't write them. Someone on my team did, one of the girls and it was like, like, saw you just launched X product. Congratulations. Something along the lines, would you like to speak to me? And our co found and our founder and they added a QR code at the end so it's very easy for them to just say that's nice. And I feel like again, I feel like it's, it's a bit. I think people are craving that personal touch. Can have a look at it. Yeah, it's actually quite good too. I think one thing that we like doing is like shock and awe packages which are glass like really getting outside of like what people normally do. So if you have like a really hot lead since you're like talking about that consistent repeatable revenue, a really funny thing would be to like and this would not be for everybody but for super hot leads you could like send them like a gift card once a week for $10. And then just like the fight, like the second message is like second, second gift card. What's that? Or like that's what it's gonna feel like logging into your bank account. Don't worry, it's. It's still coming. So you're sending like $10. $10, $10, $10. It would be like really like kind of unclear. And it's not that much money if they convert into a client. But you'd only do it to your top leads. But like that's your message is consistent, repeatable revenue. Be like, imagine, like, imagine when you work with us, what, how much, how much this will look like that. Yeah. Well, the funniest part is like you, you see how that's like not scalable, but it's like that's what gets you the clients. Right. Like, that's what makes it. And your CPX will be super cheap for like two months or something. You know, because that's the thing with like done for you agencies is like the, the client acquisition is always different. Right. It's like, there you go. Yeah. I mean that, that's gold for sure. Like that's gonna work. It's just, you gotta. It's the thinking outside the box sometimes. Right. Like, you don't need too many clients. Yeah. You know, because your goal is not a bun. Like. Yeah. You just need the right clients. Actually that's even better than sending the 100,000 cold emails if you actually need them. Yeah. Like just putting together a Dream 100 list and sending out a personalized gift, like what Anna just suggested. It's like, that's great. You know, also one our clients accept. Like a coach that worked in my company used to say that you can either have the other strategy to use the volume or then you can do it. So personally, like you did this one and send them so many great messages personally until they answer and become your clients. So that is like the opposite of the other one. Is that helpful? Yeah, it was helpful. I was going to say, would you say let's just say we're starting. Because the most annoying thing was I did create a beer. So I've done this and I got it probably like you did. I started running the ads, kept about 200 pounds, got pulled down and I was like, oh, do you know what? Gotta leave it. So I think I've got all the stuff there that I can pull back and pull together. Would you go meta ads or would you go YouTube ads? Well, for you, meta. Meta. Yeah, I've tried E comm targeting like seven figure E comm businesses on YouTube. It's just a little. I mean it worked for Leighton. Right. But it's like it's, it's going to take a little bit more Cash. Yeah. Facebook's a little bit easier to get to work faster for that type of. I suppose I'm also thinking, you know what, TikTok probably a good place in a way because that's where I think a lot of some of these sits. And seven bigger brands do sit potentially. But I think I'll start with Meta. Start with Meta because it's easier to target a business owner on Meta vs TikTok. Like you're going to get a lot of junk traffic on TikTok compared to Meta when you first start. How would you go about the target side of things for that? Well, it's going to be the creator that does the main part of your target club. So would you use interest target or would you go broad? Never go broad. I actually disagree with that. So do I. That's why I was like, in my opinion, if you do run ads for e commerce stores, go broad as hell if you do it high ticket. My personal opinion, after spending like seven figures on high ticket leads, is to just layer interests and once you have enough volume, then you can go into broader lookalikes. But I wouldn't ever target broad in the beginning. You're going to waste so much money. And if you want higher, higher ticket clients, I would Also only target iOS. Yeah, we go broad pretty much for a lot of our campaigns as well. And the creative is what does the targeting. But you got to be very clear on this. Like what you just wrote down for your offer. You got to have that in your first line, in your first hook, you know, in your headline. You got to make that crystal clear because then Meta will use that and then find the ideal client for you. Yes. It'll take a little bit more for sure, but they'll eventually. The algorithm. So good. Yeah. And how many variations of the item do you make? Just five hooks. Five hooks, one body to start. What kind of example would you use? Say again? What example would you use? I mean, the pain point. Right. The pain point of what the client's going through. Unpredictable revenue, inconsistent lead flow, relying on organic traffic, which one month is great, the next month goes down the toilet. You want something consistent, that's predictable and most importantly, scalable. Right. That's exactly what I've done. And I help all these clients do it. Right. So that's the hook. It's just the pain point and the problem. So you want to call out the problem and the pain point and the ideal client, ideally, all in the first five to 10 seconds. Does that make sense? Yeah. Could you say that One more time. Yeah. You want to call out the ideal client and their pain point and problem within the first five to ten seconds. And then the story comes later. Right. Which is you and educating them on what you do. And then the call to action to obviously watch the training. Yeah. So then they go from ads, go to Lander, which is going to be a bsl. And then what would the opt in page. Vsl. Yeah. So ads opt in page. You collect the email first thing. Phone number. Yeah, vsl where they can click to apply. And in terms of like the, the vsl, what would you specifically cover in the. What would your structure? Well, for you I would do more of like a walkthrough of like just showing everything you help the client with step by step and what they get so they can see a visual of it and then actually just layer in case study after case study after case study after case study. Yeah. And tell the stories of how those transformations happened, how long it took where they were before they started working with you. And then again, the number one thing that all these clients have in common that you're seeing right now is they booked a call. Yeah, right. They booked a call. And then you can name it something similar. Like an audit. That's always good. We call ours a free ad spend audit. Yeah. Would you say like I'll do an audit and then tell you if you're a good fit? Exactly. It's like I can't tell you if I can help your business or not. I don't know what you do, what your price points are, what your offer looks like. That's exactly why we have these calls. To discover more about your business business. Pop the virtual hood open of your business. Take a look at your offer, your funnel, your ads, if you're running any and see what the bottlenecks are, then create a custom game plan for you, specific on how you can scale further and faster. If we can't help you, we won't make you an offer. If we can, we'll make you an offer. But you're not obligated to buy it. Choice is yours. You'll still leave the call with value. That's how I always frame the call. Because it is. It's a valuable call. Really like that. Does that help? That was incredible. Yeah. Cool. Good there. Yeah. I, I'm curious about the, about the upper part as well. Is anyone running a pure growth partner model in the room? I work with both partner, so I'm familiar with what it is. I've done a little bit of the growth partner stuff. Okay. So the obviously the bottleneck is if the person pivots what wants to do something else, the revenue can be inconsistent. So that's why I have retainers now in the new deals, but they're not as high as they should be, ideally. How much are you charging now? Five grand. Okay. Yeah, that's good compared to what was before. Compared to nothing. It's so it's obviously more consistent. But in my head I still like the number one thing is obviously having a personal brand to track those deals. I have some now in the pipeline where I know them personally for masterminds and talking in the sauna and whatnot. Getting to know a person like over a four day mastermind, you know, if, if it's a good business owner or not. But I don't think obviously it's not as scalable in terms of client acquisition. So the question is at what point or how much focus should I split off of this growth partner model and do or build out a different offer for that. So I have, yeah, I have the book almost finished, so I'm gonna obviously push that out. And the ideal, the idea of the book was just to break even basically on ads and get my face out there. So I wanted to position like medic courses or email marketing courses and maybe even make some profit off of that. But what would you, would you even sell anything afterwards to just purely go to those shares? I closed someone on a consulting call and on a one on one I charged ten grand for three months. And after like four calls I was honestly like, that's not a dream client. I would want to work with him and I quit it and I just charged the 3.3K and that's it basically. So I'm curious whether you would maybe do a hybrid. And Sam actually got me to that idea basically through that WhatsApp automation. I know in the States nobody uses WhatsApp but go high level has this integration where you can send WhatsApp not through the WhatsApp API, but through your general WhatsApp basically. And I dropped that on a mastermind. And out of 10 people, eight said I want that offer. So I know that offer works. The question is, does it even make sense to basically build out a whole business department around that offer just to have something else? Let's go back to the goal, right? What's the goal? 83.333, right? Yeah. Or making a million profit basically. Yeah. That's even more than is the offer different or just the contract and payment difference? The offer is completely different. Okay, well, I mean the transformation for the company is the same though, right? It's just like they're paying you based on growth model versus retainer. Yeah, so. So the, the WhatsApp part of it is. Well, you integrate it into your. Between the lead gen and the setting port. So instead of just calling the leads and. Or directly booking calls, it's delivering the lead magnet or the BSL, whatever via WhatsApp. And. And then the sellers can go in WhatsApp, qualify them, book calls and there's no other tool out on the market. And I would build out the custom solution and all the zaps, all the make integrations to then go into the CRM, which I'm doing obviously for my growth partner deals. But yeah, and it would work for smaller clients, it would work for big ass clients and it would also show me whether they offer works and whatnot. And it's kind of. Yeah, it's recurring revenue because I would sell it as SaaS. It sounds like a, I don't know if it would be a separate offer that you would run. I think it's like a piece of your offer that makes the entire offer work better that you can use as an angle. Yeah, but I mean the offer of the growth button is I'll have to scale to eight figures, which is. So it's like everything though, right? Right. Like you help them. I mean I do help them with everything. Build out the CRM. I build all this automation. I build up their marketing funnels, their real sales, their ads. Maybe like your front end software to get. Yeah, yeah, I think does that really. Well, Cole Goen said or like the, what is it called a short form funnel ad. Like how you can fill up the leading funnels. And then I got sold on a sales training. So it's just like a, a piece of this marketing. He used to actually just get leads in. Yeah, but it was the same offer. It was exactly, but he just took a piece of it funnel, clicked on it, how to get set. I'm like, okay, now I'm buying a sales training. Well, this offer should be scalable though because that obviously makes a lot of money in stacks cash. Because I can't take on like 20 growth bundles and I don't want to. So the core offer still should. This should be a core offer in itself. My friend does that where he, he works, does like apps for fitness influencers. But his current outreach offer is basically will help you get monetized on x within like 90 days because they have this new thing now, so he hooks them in with that, but then when he gets them on the call he's like, oh, we know if you don't have a fitness app and then he tries to see sells them on that, then that's their main thing. But he's had massive, massive success with it. So like it's something similar where you just have like a different mechanism to get people in but then you're trying to sell them on the men. The main thing, it's kind of like how Closers runs a lot of ads that just says we'll place a high performing salesperson in your team, which is a very, very small percentage of what they do. But that's just like the marketing angle that they're taking. And then they sell you what you. That's how I go into it. Yeah, they like, you know, sell you what you want, give you what you need and they're like, oh wait, you can't actually have somebody in that for a while. So to me it's like a marketing ploy rather than a massive change. I mean, I understand that there's other, other parts of it, but you can. Yeah, so, but, but then I would need a poor offer after that. So maybe a hybrid. That's the rest of your company. It's like everything else you do. Yeah, I mean I have, I have four growth partner deals right now and I have three more lined up. So I, if I take those on once I have more people, I don't even need more deals to be honest. So I need, I. And basically it's just waiting for my clients to implement what I've told them or filming scripts. In the meantime, I can work on something else. Basically that or getting, getting some, something else sorted. How many clients do you need to get to the goal? Well, theoretically you just want. But because of the GP model you could take, if you get into eight figures and take revenue share, you only like three clients, like five clients. Yes, exactly. So we have one client is at 250 right now and we're, we have upsells in the pipeline and we will be hitting a million dollar month hopefully by the end of the year. Maybe Q1. Your goal, Wolf, should be to build such a big personal brand and have so many leads coming in that you can recycle clients who are just not doing their work. Because if you want to stay with like 10 or less growth partner clients and hit 100k a month and like make it be more profit, then you need a system to get more qualified leads. In the door and be able to replace existing clients that aren't taking action. So regardless, you should run some traffic to get more leads that are qualified to eventually become a growth partner client. So you're gonna have to have your own offer. So would you then do the WhatsApp setup or the hybrid basically will help you run your initial ads, like, basically like you do on YouTube. We script out the ads, we'll set it up and yeah, support you for the next. I think both can work. It just depends what's easier and better. I mean like both can work. So the WhatsApp thing is easier to fulfill and nicer, like long term. But obviously you would then need setters to be able to book calls and then I would have to train them on that in order for them to see a result. So the target audience or a total addressable market is much smaller once again. But people that understand this, they love it. I mean like your angle, I'm thinking, could actually just be anti agency as well. It's like most agencies suck, right? They're too slow, take too long, response time down. As they scale, you're just another number on their client roster. Right. What we do is different. Right. We're pro partners. Right. I actually come into your business and like the ad that's basically the app, you're just positioning yourself against agencies. But the way you do it is hands on consulting done for you, plus done with you. And like you're targeting a very specific type of business owner who doesn't want an agency. They want an in house sort of team member that's kind of you. But you're coming in as like a growth partner consultant, operator, essentially. Yeah, but like, like you said, it's basically just having people in the back, on the back burner waiting to replace others. That's your problem. Yeah. Because you, you do such a good job with the clients you have. But it's the clients that you do have. Because I know like the growth partners that I know that do it at the highest scale. Like Jeremy and the other guys, Jacob and Jordan. Right. Like they're calling it Growth Partner, but like Jacob and Jordan, they're just doing agency. Like it's just an agency. They just have a bunch of clients. Jeremy, Jeremy goes deep, but he also has 10 clients and out of those 10 clients, one of them is making him the most amount of money. The other one? Yeah, Jeremy Haynes. And who's the other person? Jacob and Jordan from Growth Partners. Oh, Jordan Lee, is it? Yes. Yeah, yeah, but Jeremy's the Only one that I know that's like doing it at the highest level and everyone else sort of, you know. You are familiar with Sebastian Chalinski, right? Yes. Yeah. So he, he tells or his marketing is I am a growth partner. But they don't do anything done for you. It's purely, I don't know, coaching and yeah, daily slack and KPI meetings and stuff like that. But I don't do anything done for you. They just get the SOPs. They completely took over the E commerce market with that model by basically saying fuck your agency. But they're not even doing agency stuff themselves. It feels kind of, I mean obviously it works. They scale their clients. But the question is how scalable it is. So let's keep it simple for you though, right? So like for example, the question was, should you run this WhatsApp offer? And the goal is to get to 100k a month. And the problem is you have clients right now that are on retainer but they're not taking action to get you to that rev share. So you need better quality clients and you need to be able to recycle clients quicker to be able to get to that goal if you want to keep this model. Yeah, so, yeah, exactly. So in the model the problem right now is I can't scale, I can't push the ads because we're lacking setters. And out of four deals in three I have the control. Not directly business partner does the sales. But yes, obviously the same bottlenecks. He's currently running recruiting ads to get new people in the door. But I could instantly triple the lead volume within a month. But yeah, we're already running. Yeah. Why don't you partner with this guy? Because German speaking, we're German speaking. But the process, the AI, all our international clients, you just translate. There's AI that translates any language. Yeah, but I mean it's not the problem. The problem isn't the training. The problem is finding the right people. It's the knowing how to recruit which is the bottleneck, not where to recruit from. Once you know how to recruit, you'll be able to find talent in any region, in any country you want. German speaking people. You just need to know how to sell that post, which is a job post, it's a sales pitch. How to sell it to those, the German speaking salespeople that you want. Well, since it's not my business, it's kind of not my job to get to help the sales agency to hire them. If you're a growth partner. Yeah. So maybe one More tension. A friend of mine who is doing sales wanted to partner up. Actually he's moving close to. To us and we want to partner on a new deal. So then it would make sense 100% to show them that. To show them that. But he then also heard the idea of not running the growth partner model since you are highly dependent on a few people, obviously. And he feels like he wants more of the accessible agency that just does something at like 2 grand routines or 3k. I don't know. What do you want? Yeah, yeah, I think that's the question. It sounds like your growth partner mode has a ceiling 100%. I wouldn't enter that at all because right now Your goal is 83. What happens when you get there? The next goal will be 200. The next goal is 300 and you're maxed out on scale. It's not like a business that you can exit. Yeah. Secondary offer once they get to it. So I've got a friend who's doing it. I've also done a lot of money and he's like, I can't scale this anymore. I'll go absolutely insane. So it's gone to info and that is what most GPS I know end up doing. So yeah. Yeah. So I love teaching, so that's obviously one of the options. I mean, did you have a book like, exactly. Why don't you just become the next guy bro in German market and sell your own product? Yeah, that's it. Because like it's comfortable to keep this recurring stuff, man. But like I've known you again, like, I mean Wolf's been here for the OG of the Mastermind, which is awesome. So shout out to Wolf. And you know, I think you have so much more potential, dude. And I think you're actually bottlenecking your growth by sticking to the GP model specifically. It's like you're growing other people's business. It's like it's a stepping stone. It's just like. Yeah, yeah, it's a stepping stone. You learned everything now. Now it's time to just deploy it for yourself. You can go way faster, make way more money and have the impact that you want long term. You're going to do it anyways. It's just a matter of like if you want to just cut the cord now and let those clients turn naturally so you can start focusing on your offer. So then the offer would be, well, running ads. Yeah. I mean what do you. You're good. Raw ten. There you go. That's it. The books, the Front end, the back end's the coaching. Exactly. Yep. Yeah, you have your own course coaching hybrid, maybe some done for you. Right. But it's, it's a productized offer, It's a scalable one. Stuff is like an upsell rather than like, or a core. Like it could be the intro, like the lead magnet off the trip wire, but I'm not sure. Yeah, only a certain amount of people would probably even need that or be ready for it. But yeah, you can, can, you can still have them. Yeah, the WhatsApp thing is once they already run ads, but then it makes sense to upsell them on to run ads to the right way. Yeah, that could be in your eventual back end or something. Am I, am I marking? I don't even tell them anything about the WhatsApp integration. Yeah, they just want the result. They just want the transformation. The WhatsApp is just how they get it long term go. Say again? Do you know your long term? Go. Do you have one? Not 100% clear now. It'll come to you. And then when that comes to you, you can work backwards because that's not clear to you right now. Just think, like, if you can't decide where you want your business to be years from now, just decide the person that you want to be years from now and that kind of connects with you. The reason I started the growth partner model is because basically I, I didn't want to, I didn't want a lame business where it's just repeatable processes. Some part of me obviously wants it to have an exitable business, but some part of me, the gaming is so deeply rooted that I want the next level and went to the next challenge, basically. And that is the growth partner model you could still do on the back end, but only for like big people and you just get like a lot more money out of it. Yeah. Like we have our main thing and I still work with clients because it's my favorite thing in the world. I just charge 16k a month to talk four times. So I like pick and choose my face. Yeah. Just think about how you can make the growth partner like the ultimate tier. But like, you're not like this. This is where you want to be scaling like the front. Yeah. Like they gotta pay to even do a sales call. Yes. So yeah, yeah, that makes total sense. So if I, if I go, I mean, the brand is growthpartner IO basically translated to German. So would you then go out with the growth partner and everyone wants a growth partner and then say, fuck off, it's too expensive for you basically. And then downsell them. Well, most people won't even need a growth partner. Right. They'll need all the stuff that you can help them install in their business so they can have a proper foundation to sell scale. So that's where your coaching course hybrid will really be the thing. The downsell essentially question is what is the transformation that you're selling exactly where are they now and where are you taking them? And then all the things in the middle literally don't matter. Yeah. And the growth ones though, if you still wear those clients, charge them a really freaking high high sum and use them as your big case studies. That's what I'm saying. Exactly. Your marquee but ridiculous sums like 50 month. Yeah. With the growth, with the growth. Growth fundamental I target like seven figures and have them scale to eight. So then with the coaching I obviously go six to seven figures or something like that. Yeah, you just downsell everybody who's not seven into the education done with you. And as you grow then you'll be like I only work with growth partners and eight figures. That's true. Those are like, that's will be the next vision. So would you start off with a hybrid or with just pure cooking? I think it's more of a U content than like the alpha content. Like what do you want to do? Because everything works well. Yeah, there's look, the proven structure is like let's not mix. Like the structure that we have is just a little bit different. It's just a done for you, mix with, done with you elements. Right. But it's the same basically thing that you're going to be offering. It's coaching course consulting. Maybe some done for you. Right. Whatever you call it is up to you. But what's going to get them the transformation in a 12 week, 16 week time frame. And how do you want to deliver it? Steal their entire thing. It's like really good. Sure. Yeah. Truly. Just make it your own. Someone told me yesterday I should launch an offer selling a hybrid offer. Was that you? Yeah, just like tweak it. Charlie, come on, dude. Yeah, dude, honestly, just take it. I mean you're doing it in the German market, you know, it's a great offer. Can I jam on that hybrid thing for a minute? Sure, yeah. I mean the rest of it's all for messaging anyway so yes, it's on offer. So it's like wolf, you good though? Yeah, I have to, I have to find my Polarista anyway so. But you feel good about like because I I could. I want to make sure that we don't, four months from now, come back and you're like the growth partner. Like, I want to make sure you're clear on your next steps for this offer because it's. No. Are you clear that you got to launch your own offer? Yeah, that's 100%. Okay. All right. So as long as that's clear though, the rest will come. But slightly leaning towards one or the other, I'm 100%. I'm just totally unsure. Even more, it also just like makes your offer sound like way sexier when you're like talking to a client and you're like, hey, I do this offer, I can set it up for you. Yes, I am interested in doing growth partnerships, but I only do that for eight figure businesses. Like, it's not worth my time otherwise. Then you're like setting a number on your time. And even if people aren't like interested in paying the number that you're offering them, then the lower offer becomes like way sexier as well, because they still get some access, but not the same amount. You're not changing anything. You're just, yeah, you're just doing the same thing, but you're downselling. Most people who just can't afford you or don't qualify for that offer almost comes like a selling point. Like I said, like, listen, it's 50k to be an agency client for your real estate real estate business. But we have this offer where we can help you do it yourself and you're not dependent on us. You can figure out how to grow the company and that makes much more sense. And you can always upgrade to growth partner later. Giving a call. Truly, everyone wants to be able to do it themselves. So once they have that skill, it's like, okay, now I'm not dependent on a marketing agency to do it, so it makes much better communication than I did. Cool. Okay. Yeah, I think I've been just trying to. Because obviously we have the agency model and it's great, but it's just very labor intensive. So if we want to like double our revenue, like potentially we have to double our team or even just like add more referral services, which I don't want to do because it just adds more complexity. Yeah. So I was chatting with people yesterday and I've been thinking more about, okay, what if we do just start to offer more like consulting with some brands and getting them to just like, you know, just walk them through how they get their team to do it for them or get their team to do it. But I really like the hybrid model because we already hop in and do like flow setups for people, but we only charge 5k for it. Right. And like it's generally for people that aren't doing, you know, high revenue. We're not able to work with them, so we just charge them 5k. But from hearing your talk yesterday, I really like the idea of the hybrid model where we can come in, build flows, but also coach them on it. Yeah, but I'm just not sure on like what the messaging is there, how much we charge, how long does it run for? So I'm just curious to see what way you do it and what would you recommend. So right now you charge 5k, you said? Well that's, that's. We do like flow setups, which is 5K. We generally ask for people that like aren't qualified to work with us on a monthly basis. And we charge like that's like a, basically a front end for your back end. But our agents know our core offer as we do is 2.5k per month, pounds about 3k dollars plus percent percentage of email sales. So that's what like majority of our clients are on. But like I said, if we want to double our revenue or profits there, we've got to double the team, which I don't mind doing, but I just want to try and get the business much more profitable, you know, by having 5,000 but with the percentage. So our average retainer is much higher. Like during Q4, some of our retainers could be like 8, 10K. So like if we're charging more than that, like brands are just to going to go to a different email agency or take it in house or something like that. So there is this sweet spot and I've got that feedback from people like once we're hitting those high months in Q4, it's okay. But once we're hitting like those higher months because it's email, it's not like it's. It's very predictable so they can get someone else to do it. So just need to be careful of that. Like go ahead. Sorry, I just, I'm trying to understand right now. You're completely done for you. Yeah. And you're wondering how to get down to the hybrid model model for sure to be more profitable. So you're potentially like, this is an issue that we really ran into because writing is not a skill that most people have. And like there's no way to train it. The way that we were able to drop down to it was we do a group coaching session on copywriting like four times a week where people can like look at the templates and they come in. We're just like, that's not what we freaking meant. Please change this. But that's the only way to like, writing's really hard and like, I do think that you could upsell potentially people doing the writing for them because like, there's no good way to get a bad writer to turn into a good writer. You come into love design as well. Yeah, design, yeah, like, but you could do group coaching calls essentially. Like have a design call and then have a copywriting call. Yeah. What do you design? But with Econ, it's a lot of like, obviously it's all E commerce products. So a lot of the time it's like design the emails, there's a mix of like just text based emails, which is obviously just copyrighting. But then there's obviously you got to show the products. You have to have a nice visual. For some brands it's just a simple structure of good content. But other brands, obviously everything's designed up in Figma and it's like looking beautiful and stuff like that. So the problem is it is very labor intensive. So that's what I'm thinking. Like, is this something that brands even want to do? Because you still need someone that kind of do it. You know what I mean? So that's why I'm just trying to figure it all out. Doesn't that max hurt your deliverability like with tons of images? No, not at all. No. That's a false belief. No, if you just add, if you just add alt text and if you just compress your images like we've tested a bunch, it still works fine. Okay. What we do when you sort of. The problem is it is very labor intensive. So that's why I'm thinking like, is this something that brands even want to do because you still need someone to kind of do it. You know what I mean? So that's why I'm just trying to figure it all out. Doesn't that maxically hurt the deliverability like with tons of images? No, not at all. No. That's a false belief. No. If you just add, if you just add alt text and if you just compress your images like we've tested a bunch, it still works fine. Okay. Yeah, but we do when you sort of. We train real estate agents how to run their own ads. We have a tab on our software called design ads and it's the exact text to use which to fill in the blanks. Yeah. So just templates. And there's also a canva link to the exact image they can use that's like locked on certain parts. So all they literally have to do is drag and drop into your templates you've built for them. And like, sometimes we customize the templates for the brand. Like if a real estate agency like brokerage speaks to us, we'll customize. We train real estate agents how to run their own ads. We have a tab on our software called Design ads and there's the exact text to use which to fill in the blanks. And there's also a canva link to the exact image they can use that like lock to their templates for them. And then it's literally just canva. I don't know how customizable you are. No, yeah, it is. We do have a bunch of templates on certain parts. So all they literally have to do is drag and drop into your templates you've built for them. And like, sometimes we customize the templates for the bridge brand. Like if a real estate agency like brokerage speaks to us, we'll customize their templates for them. Yeah. And then it's literally just come. But I don't know how customizable are you? No, yeah, it is. We do have a bunch of templates and there's other products out there as well. So if we could build our flows for them and then have the campaigns, it's just a bunch of templates. Wouldn't do a hybrid and just be good, all four and then just coach them how to manage themselves. Yeah, yeah. How long would you do the hybrid for then? Is it a three month thing, a two month thing? Ours is 16 right now. 16 weeks. 16 weeks, yeah. We started with 16 because typically there's other products out there as well. So if we could build their flows for them and then have the campaigns, it's just a bunch of templates. Yeah. It takes anywhere from 21 to 28 days to get up and running for us because there's videos, anything to be filmed. Yeah. How long would you do the hybrid for then? Is it a three month thing, a two month thing? Ours is 16 right now. 16 weeks. 16 weeks? Yeah, we started with 16 because typically it takes anywhere from 21 to 28 days to get up and running for us because there's videos that need to be filmed. Obviously we're trying to shorten that as much as possible, but 12 weeks, 12 to 16 weeks is usually a good spot. I'm Also, what's your pricing difference between like the, between the hybrid versus like the agency? Obviously we're trying to shorten that as much as possible, but 12 weeks, 12 to 16 weeks is usually a good spot. And what's your pricing difference between like the, between the hybrid versus like the agency? Well, the agency again we don't really promote the agency much anymore. Most people don't qualify. But our agency at this point is 15k a month plus percentage. Yeah. So it's very high. So you think we should almost do it? Because ideally like eight figure brands are obviously just way better for us. They've got a way bigger email list, we can charge more and they get way more from it. So potentially if people aren't eight figures just for seven figure brands or say like this, we only do this hybrid model. Yeah, I mean that's exactly. So this is why we launched the hybrid model. I think I've showed this to some of you guys on the calls inside the Mastermind before. But the problem was with the agency, this was the bottleneck. And this represents the total addressable market. Right. Everybody who's in the niche that we serve, there's only a small percentage of them that actually, you know, qualify for done for you that can afford 15k a month. Not many businesses are making 100k a month. Right. So finding someone who can make 250k a month has a dialed in sales process funnel offer. Not a lot of people. That's why like the agency for me was always, I grew it very quickly because I was always going to masterminds and events and networking, joining coaching programs, building goodwill. And naturally people would put my training inside of their programs and I would help them. So it was a lot of just word of mouth networking and referrals. We got to 100k a month without even running any ads. That was just off pure like relationships. This is just YouTube ads. You never thought about doing any other? No, never, never bounced around and did Facebook or anything like that. It was just YouTube, 100k a month. And that was the bottleneck because we couldn't ever scale past 200k a month without things breaking. Fulfillment, client results and then also like team. So then we realized, okay, well we basically need to create more of these clients. But how do we do that? And again these are people that are doing like just say 100k a month plus. Right. So it's very, very small. But then there's this basically other segment of the market and like these people, they're doing Basically, you know, 0 to 30k a month or so. So it's like a lot of obviously beginners because there's not a lot of people that obviously the majority of people just don't make much money with their businesses. Right. And so actually it's more like this. Sorry, kind of like that. And then this segment is more like 30 to 100k a month. And so this is where we launched a hybrid because we know that these people don't. I mean, we can still help them, but mainly it's like offer messaging, positioning. They don't really need ads, they just need a good offer and they need to get organic to work. And then there's this. That's basically more of like a do it yourself type thing. Right. And so this is where the hybrid falls in because we can easily ascend people from this to this, given we wanted to. But this also just increased our TAM tremendously to be able to lead still with this. Because this is what people want. They want done for you. And then when they get on the call, obviously they don't really qualify and they truthfully just. Some people just don't even need a media buyer to run their ads. They need to understand how to do it themselves if they want to be able to manage it for them later on. So that's where we launched that. So that's why we launched it. Does that make sense? Yeah. And you still have people that will come through, pay you the 15k and then still end up paying it to the agency as well then because they're like, oh, you know what? I just. Yeah, some people are making 250k a month plus they're like, I don't want any done with you, I just want done for you. And then we have a conversation about it as a team and we say, okay, do we want to take these clients on as a. Take this client on as a. As a client and we'll see your hybrid's upfront 15k. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's. It's similar. I reckon this is similar in E Comm. It's set. It'll be like 0 to 100k and it'll be like 100 to, you know, maybe 500 and a million plus or something like that. Yeah. So it's basically just creating more TAM and you're just being able to capitalize on the other markets. Right. That's why, like, you know, specificity and specialization. Well, is great to start to get to 100k a month, but then obviously, if you wanted to build sustainable company, I've Seen the biggest ones that are doing 30 million, 40 million for the most part. They have an ascension ladder eventually. But the problem is we always try to do that first. Like done with, you know, do it yourself, done with you, then done for you all at once. And it's like none of them are working really well. Yeah. And then you shoot yourself in the foot because you have three products, four products. Because the other option is obviously go low ticket and then bring people up. But doesn't really solve the problem because low tickets never extremely profitable. But I feel like this way it's more. And then what else are you giving them on the deliverables? So they got. Yeah. So what's the coaching course like? Calls. Yeah. So it's a done for you. Basically install. So we create the ads. So for us that'll be. We create email flows, right? Exactly. Yeah, done for you, plus done with you. So deliverables are six YouTube scripts. That's the hooks, that's the body, that's the call to actions. And then we also edit the videos. So that's the creative, basically. And then we also create the campaigns, set up the targeting, choose the settings, and then we launch. Launch the campaigns so they can start generating leads. So that's basically done for you. And then the done with you. This is where it's basically checking calls. So we have a seven day check in call, 14 day check in call. So one a week. Well, for the first two weeks, yes. But not doesn't stay one a week. Because the first two weeks are where again, it's like if someone's new to cold traffic, that's like talking them off a ledge most of the time, as you heard Leighton say. Right. He's like, I, they were working, I just paused them. It's like, why? You know, so that's a lot of the conversations we have in seven to 14 day. And then the next one's eight week. Right, Charlie? Yeah, eight week. Are these calls reviewing stuff or are these calls and coaching? Yeah, reviewing, coaching, consulting. So like, I mean, Charlie, you hop on and review the data with them. Yeah, more so feeling about everything. Right. Like you want to make sure that you're going into the call and understanding where they're at. You can articulate. Yeah. What their concerns and questions are. And then from that point it's about getting them to understand the data. Right. So what we're seeing in our experience with running ads, this is where you're at. You know, we have a pretty robust tracking sheet that helps us, you know, determine what the Bottleneck is. And then it's just about attacking the bottleneck. Right. Whether it's a landing page conversion rate issue, you know, more often than not has a lot to do with if they have, you know, traffic that's working. You're talking to the sales process maybe like, what's the quality of these looking like things of that nature. And it's just more so, you know, it's different for every client. But generally it's just temperature check, jumping into the data and then, you know, setting a gate between that current call and then the next call that we're going to hop on together. That's basically the agenda. Yeah. So it's done for you. And then six calls. Yeah, yeah. So seven week 14. 7, 7 day, 14 day, 8 week, 12 week, 16 weeks. So you can see it's very help front. Like there's basically a call a week and they're done for you to get everything set up. And then there's two right after they launch and then we go basically once every other month after that. So yeah, they have slack, they have Course, they have community. I probably just remove. I don't. How essential do you think the community is? Like, let's say if we were to start doing this, obviously there's gonna be only a couple of people coming through. How essential do you think the community is compared to just having the slack? The only way the community really starts to grow is as you start scaling the actual offer. I could just not do the community because there won't be one. Well, I would do it for future pacing of where it can go. I mean, we just have ours in school. Right. But most people use slack obviously to talk to us. The problem is it's hard for them to use the community if there's nobody else in the community. So you need people on the community and it sucks. It's hard to get that thing moving. Yeah. Even in like closers they've got like a thousand and like there's maybe 10, 20, 30 people at a time we're talking. Yeah. I mean ours is all intro posts and constantly Charlie and I are always asking ourselves how can we get the people to use community more. But then it's also like, well, is the goal for them to use the community? It's like, well, not really. I mean, service do. Yeah. For us it's very like client success manager focused where we want the CSM to have a good relationship with the clients. So they're always going to default to using slack because, you know, again, they're hopping Over CSM for coaching calls. You know, the community for us is more so group coaching calls and course content that's really like the main focus of it. And then all the interactions with the clients, checking in with them. That's done all through Slack because it's just in my experience a better way to build a lasting relationship where you're going to have opportunities for referrals, create more opportunities for testimonials, all that fun stuff that Jason's going to talk about tomorrow with us. But Slack generally is, you know, we haven't really had work for like communication purposes just because of the nature of. I think I just remove it, leave it out. No, no, no. I was just saying I'll probably leave it at the community for the, at the start. But I was going to say that the community that this doesn't. You put like your client base, your people put to d any of how different are their offers from each other, your clients. Say it again. How different are your clients offers from each other so that you take clients all over. Yeah, I was going to say for community. The reason I ask that is a lot of reasons why community channels and I manage a lot of communities don't work is because it's not. There's no like homogeneous nature of the client base. So they don't have anything to talk about because they don't. They literally have nothing and similar. So they're just not going to talk to each other. Whereas if you want people to communicate a community there has to be some kind of common commonality between them otherwise they're just not going to talk. It's also the purpose of the offer too. Like the mastermind's more of a community. Like this offers more of a community. Right. Like that's what people want. But like in this offer they just want the result. Yeah, they want leads and they want consistent qualified leads coming in to be able to offset their organic or help them be able to scale. Right. So they're not really looking for a community. If it's cool, if it's, it's. If it's there. Cool. Right. If they can meet a couple people, obviously we'll introduce them into the, you know, school community to a couple other people who they should know. But it's not like a big thing. The selling point really is the, the csms with this model and Slack. What about funnels? Do you build them up? Do they all have funnels? Yeah. So we have two things. We have go high level templates that a cell set up for us as all the email flows, everything automations, demi and a sell set those up for the client or help them set them up and show them how to do it. I should say. So it's done with you. That's done with you. Can I ask something about community? Do you let the people stay in the community after the four months? No, no, no. Yeah, we have our all of Our clients Sims 3 years back from the community, you sell them lifetime. Yeah, we haven't offered them any lifetime access but they still got it. Okay, so that's going to be key for you, especially for your back end offer. Yeah, yeah I've tried lifetime and sell access for like 200 bucks a month. Yeah, that's what I said last night. So I actually disagree with that because it actually cannibalizes the back end which you want to launch. The thing is is like with the front end they get the result. Since three years back from the community, you sell them lifetime. Yeah, we haven't offered them any lifetime access but they still got it. Okay, so that's gonna be key for you, especially for your back end offer. Yeah, yeah I've tried lifetime and sell access for like 200 bucks a month. Yeah, that's what I said last night. Charlie Morgan does that. So I actually disagree with that because it actually in 16 weeks they lose access and so on the back end calls, what we do is I say cool, so like you wanted this goal, you're here to help you get to this goal. We still need to do these things and then we want to work with you longer. Right, but if you don't continue, you lose access to the course or sorry, you lose access to the community, slack checking calls and basically all the stuff that they got with the hybrid besides the course, they get to keep the course. But if you continue keep access to all of that and you get access to in person events, you get access to one on one calls with me. Ad hoc cannibalizes the back end which you want to launch. The thing is, is like with the front end they get the result calls with my team on CSMs, operations, ClickUp, organization, team leadership, management, mastermind classes every single month with Jay coming in to teach. So I just value stack them. Right. But if you did the $200 a month thing, you're just creating more complexity and you'd have to manage their time and stuff and it creates a lot of problems. So it's either front end and back end because then you obviously just optimize it way more efficiently for upsells and extensions so with a lot of our clients communities we've managed to get them a lot busier and obviously we'll reduce their churn because the outlook is it's easy to leave a coaching program, it's hard to leave community but communities are hard to grow. So what we do is on the onboarding call for a client at the end of the onboarding call the CSM knows to take a screen grab with everyone doing a thumbs up. Thumbs up that gets posted in the community. The then CSM would make the post in the community and says guys, welcome John, he's here from X and he's here to do this. And then you encourage others on the coaching calls to go and comment the ones who are turning up to coaching calls and then someone comes into your program, they like they'll click through the community and they'll see it's active then they'll then comment and be active. So you have to jump start it initially. Once you've done the jump starting everyone is then interactive. So in all of our coaching clients we give them little tips on how to do a community life and it's popping after a few weeks for them and it massively I think it helps their churn and you again facilitate people meeting, seeing value exchange of services. So I think it's a great thing. We do that with renewals as well. So the minute anyone renewals renews with us our CSM will just camp a template. I'm here to stay. Congratulations. Brian's staying for another six months and like I say we get people have four people renew in a day. Sometimes I'm like just spread them out over like seven days and it just makes any anyone new or anyone who's about to renew go and then and also about the community like what's your mission statement Brian for Aspen.com yeah, we create entertaining ads that educate the world to make better decisions. Okay, that sounds amazing as well. So you know that mission statement, it should be bleeding into your community and then if your community is also champion that mission statement then as soon as if I get onboarded and I join your school channel and everyone's there and they believe that same mission statement that I saw from the outside. The synchronicity of the customer journey is far more cohesive. Is your course mainly just on the YouTube ads? Are you expanding into different things like mindset funnels, other business basics or is it just YouTube ad stuff? YouTube ads is one module in school and that gives them everything they need to learn how it works step by step. But then I have an intro on onboarding which indoctrinates them into what's about to happen. The journey, you know, the road that lies ahead, obviously. Mindset as well. The second module is Offers and positioning, obviously, like how to create a scalable offer, how to find your target audience, how to craft that offer statement, getting them ready to obviously, you know, go to write their VSL also. And there's VSL creation templates. Right now is YouTube ads. Say again? Like, how many hours in total? I don't think it's many. I think it's less than a. Yeah, nothing crazy. Yeah, it's just like. And I was. We're constantly trying to remove content too. Oh, nice. Versus add. Because it's like, what's the minimum viable product we can use to get them the result? That's what I'm trying to do in the business now. I've removed so much stuff over the last, like four weeks. It's been the best thing ever. Yeah. But eventually, I mean, our plan for Q4 is a sell is working on a Facebook ads masterclass training. So we can add that into the hybrid as well. Because what we've realized is like, again, not every business would be better to start off with YouTube. They'd be better to start off with Facebook first. And the hybrid offer just rolls right into that platform too. So we're rolling that out in Q4 for us. And then you'll have a. Eventually the way it'll look is like we'll have a module that's paid ads and then a module that's organic. So we have both inside the academy. Because the whole purpose of the academy and our mission statement is, you know, we create entertaining ads, educate the world, make better decisions. But sometimes you shouldn't go to ads right off the bat unless you've obviously tested your offer to cold email or to organic first to make sure people are buying it with YouTube, with email. And I realized like, most people don't even email their list often. So I got to create trainings around emailing daily. Right. How I do it, how we have way more Money with a 14,000 subscriber YouTube channel than somebody has a million subscribers. Like, how am I doing that? So, like, those types of content will be added and then it'll be a seamless journey from paid ads, organic. And it'll have all of the. The marketing tripod stuff. I talk about awareness, how to generate awareness, how to nurture those leads, and then how to build trust and credibility with your brand, because that's what they need and then the back end that we have on the mastermind, team leadership, management ops and community and in person events. Okay. Amazing. It sounds like for hybrid offers. Sorry, we do hybrid as well and I'm looking at yours and like we think of like marketing as being like process. Like marketing is a process, not an event. Right. But there are events in all the things that we do and the events are usually like building your assets and your systems. So like the hybrid offer is essentially like we'll do all the events and you do all and we teach you how to run the processes. And so like if you think about anybody wants to hybrid. Right. If you think about it that way because if you have strong assets and you have strong those pieces, then the rest of it's kind of. It's easier to. And then last thing, do you get people then that go through the hybrid and then just end up joining your agency and then do you give them any different offer because they've just came through and spent 15k or not? No, no. Perfect. Because I feel like that's going to happen. But that's I guess the best case scenario, right? Well, yeah, by that point they're happy, you know. Yeah. They just want because you've built a system for them and help them get it running and profitable, at least to a really healthy margin or to what their result was that they wanted. And then at that point they're like, yeah, for sure. You guys help me do this. Of course. I want to have you guys continue doing it. Okay, great. That's very helpful, thank you. So I'm going to sanction offer questions.
