I got rid of $20k in payroll every month by leveraging A.I.

So last year, we were able to scale to 350k months with our agency's hybrid offer. And we've now recently streamlined fulfillment to be 100% done by AI. Okay. Which has allowed us to reduce our overhead expenses and payroll significantly, for good and for bad. And I'll explain how that happened without me really wanting it to happen. But ultimately it was a good thing. And then also increasing profit. A lot of you said the same thing. How do I scale? Right. While keeping my margins high? And those are really kind of two separate things. Like, when you scale, you're understanding the fact that you're going to have to increase your actual overhead and expenses. Like you're just going to have to. Right. But if you want to scale profitably, well, that's a different mindset. You have to do that consciously, because if you don't, your expenses are going to continue rising as you continue scaling. It's just how it works. But I'm going to show you how we're able to leverage these highs, but then also the lows and how we're able to use it to streamline what we do now, plus a bunch of learning lessons and mistakes.
