I spoke at Charlie Morgan's mastermind in London (here's what happened)

Brian Moncada shares his experience speaking at Charlie Morgan's mastermind in London. The group discusses agency management, YouTube ads, and how mastermind communities drive business growth, with behind-the-scenes moments from the event.
The argument here is this, does YouTube ads affect your organic growth? What's up, London? We flew across the pond yesterday all the way to the beautiful UK to mastermind with Charlie Morgan for the next three days where he, a client of ours@adspend.com asked me to speak at his Mastermind to all of the agency owners that pay him to learn how to build their agencies. Past $100,000 a month. And we're going to take you behind the scenes for the next three days with us and show you the sights, the sounds, the scenes of London, England.
Let's.
So quick backstory. A year ago we came to London for the very first time where I actually took two of my team members and my wife to visit and watch the UFC fights live. We saw Patty the Baddie. It was an amazing experience and got to experience the uk. But now we're back a year later and a lot's changed. We went from a seven person team at that time to a 15 person team today and we launched the Admin Mastermind. And tonight after we eat here and wrap up and go to the Mastermind call, we're actually going to meet up with two of our team members that live in the UK and one Mastermind member, Cam Jerrod, who's been a part of the Mastermind since last January or this January technically. But right now we're going to eat some traditional English breakfast and experience the vibes. This place is popping, the waiter is amazing, and we're gonna have some food, get ready for the Mastermind call, and then get ready for dinner tonight with the team and the Mastermind members. So I'm stoked. The rest of the weekend's going to be crazy too because even though we're here for a Mastermind, I'm going to be speaking at this one. So it's a little bit different. So I'm excited. As a couple. What advice would you give to a young entrepreneur or a young entrepreneur?
Maybe they're, you know, they're together and they're doing business together because that's what.
You guys are doing. Well, we didn't start doing business. She was just like, actually she was, she was helping me because whenever I would get done with business, I would take my mind off business, like by spending time with her. But then what happened was because she was still working a full time job.
Yeah.
So we, we, I was working, you know, I agency 9 to 5. She was having her. Yeah.
7 to 3pm and then I come back.
Yeah, we would wake up, work out together. Go to work, come back, cook dinner, eat, watch, you know, spend some quality time, watch some. Watch something on the, on Netflix or whatever. Do it all over again. Right? And then when we left to Miami, then that's when she, that's when I started seeing like opportunities for her to help me out. Like as like a kind of like a personal kind of executive assistant. There's a lot of things I was doing that like, would just stress me out that I just don't like.
But it seems easy for her.
It's easy though. Cuz we're. I'm.
I'm just like, yeah, like I, I don't like those things may seem easy.
And they are kind of in a way.
But like with all the other stuff going on, bro.
For example, another thing about us is that we schedule. I personally, and I know Brian does too, because I mean, we saw that the meeting elder. Right, Schedule. I need to schedule hour by hour what I'm doing per hour. And I understand that creative mind is just so different. But me, I'm very organized with my time.
Right?
So it's like I literally, I can, I can. Oh, I didn't bring my purse, but.
She, she, she brought that organization. Yeah, she brought the planning, the organization.
5:00Am Wake up, 5:30, run to the gym. 5:30 to 7:30, workout 7:30, eight, cold punch. Like I organized her time.
Yeah.
Just because I keep myself like, okay, this is what I'm gonna do next day.
Yeah. So he.
I think you saw that.
Well, I saw that, but I also just saw like she was already helping me out so much. Like she was already taking care of the household stuff, like the chore, like, you know, the cooking, the cleaning, like, scheduling of like the, like the travel.
And if there's something damaged.
Getting the car cleaned. Yeah, getting the car. Yeah. Yeah, she was, she was fixing everything in the apartment. Trust me, that shit stresses me out. I don't want to do that. Yeah. You know what's funny? My mom was always like getting, getting on my ass because she was like, you're on the computer too much. And I'm like, yeah, because that's where I make the money. I don't make the money with my, like, now it's all working out, but like, yeah, like she's better at that stuff than me and like, I'll let her. She, she just installed turf in our balcony at our place by herself.
And like, this is easy peasy.
She helped me with my desk, like arranging the wires and everything because like that stuff that she's literally My executive assistant. So now it's working. But we tried it before. We tried it before. It didn't work simply because we didn't set proper expectations of what she was going to be doing and how she was going to be, you know, how our relationship was going to be. Now it just.
It just.
We tried it once, it failed just because we weren't mature enough, I think, both personally, to, like, really accept it. But now that we're doing it together, it's a lot easier because now she feels like she's actually a part of the team. She's actually a part of the company. She's actually helping the business grow, what she is. And it's. It's just so much easier because now when we talk about business, like, it's very easy because it's. It's what. It's a team. Like, we're doing this together. So people want to be a part of the community. Like, it's. You want to be a part of something. You want to feel like you're not alone. Like, you want to be able to share, bounce ideas, support. Right? Like, what. What this is here. Like, you know, as much as it's. You know, it's actually interesting too, is Cam, who's in the Mastermind, who isn't on this call but him and you. Lloyd actually said something similar when we both talked on our. When we talked to Lloyd on our one on one. And when he was talking to me last night, he was saying, you know, it's. It's so funny, dude, because in the Mastermind, you have a bunch of tactical stuff that we can use. Like, if you just go to the masterclass section alone, you have everything you need to, like, get more clients, build an organic YouTube channel, grow your audience, finances. Everything you need is in the masterclass section inside of the mastermind, in the classroom. But we don't. He's like. But it's less about that for me, and it's more about the actual community and the experience and being able to, you know, have the collaboration. It's more. He's like. He's like, actually, I want more mindset and more accountability is what I. Is what I want more of. Less. He's like, not. Not as much tactical at times because what I'm lacking right now is more accountability. So I was. I was really interesting to say because, you know, Lloyd said something similar as. Well, you think about it, like, all the tactical stuff is in. Is in the course, is in the classroom. But what people have struggles with the most, I found including myself is sometimes the mindset. Right. The belief and getting the encouragement from someone else to help you. You know, I don't know if you guys feel the same way.
Makes absolute sense. I mean, the information is out there anyway and you just need a. Like you said, some people hold you accountable. Be someone who orders the importance of information for you. So that's why like I seen the video about how to do the debriefing or the re briefing call, but I still have questions in between where it's helpful to have the group 101, whatever.
To just basically reframe it. Yeah. You know, that's what's important to people. People pay for access to people. Like minded people. Yeah. Just wrapped up the Admin Mastermind call and now we're about to change and get ready to head over to dinner to actually meet up with one of the Admin Mastermind members themselves. His name's Cam. He's been in the Mastermind since the very beginning. And we're also going to meet up with two of our amazing agency team members, Billy and Asel, who've been on the team for a couple months now for the very first time. Like we're meeting everybody for the very first time, which is super exciting. And we're gonna have some dinner together. So we're gonna change, get ready to go and we'll take you there. Let's go, Sam. Foreign London. And today we're gonna walk over to the Imperium Mastermind, Charlie Morgan's first ever mastermind that he's hosting with his partner Bo. Now, quick backstory. Seven months ago we actually got Charlie Morgan as a client. He reached out to us because he was like, when I think of personal development, I think of Tony Robbins, but Brian, when I think of YouTube ads, I think of Brian Mongada@adspend.com, which is a huge compliment to me. And, and at that point we got him as a client. Now the cool part is, seven months later, right now to this day, after checking the stats, we've helped him GROSS Close to $1 million in additional revenue that wasn't there before in his business, which is amazing. And tomorrow I'm going to share about how to run an agency at a high level and how to run YouTube ads as well for clients, just like we've done for Charlie and his team. But right now you're going to get behind the scenes access at what it's like to be a part of an exclusive, tight knit group of people for the very first time at A mastermind where they're all coming together to hear the conversations, the collaboration and the strategies that are going to help you scale your business or your clients businesses to the next level. So thank God it's not raining because we're about to walk over. Enough talking, let's get to walking and we'll see you there. Just arrived. The views immaculate. Immaculate. I can see why London, this is proper London. We've been here before once last year. It was in the summertime. It was nothing like this. You can barely see the tip of the shard, right? You can barely see it, but you can see all of London on this side. I don't even know if this is west or east, but on both sides, through the other side of the Mastermind venue, you can see all of the city and it just feels like it's mastermind time. So I'm excited.
This is what you're selling. You're sending a business and package, right? You're selling a successful business in the niche that you work with an actual.
Not close.
Yeah, exactly.
This is literally just successful with inbox. That's what EC is. Just that's why I use the inbox.
There you go.
Trying to have fun, you know, it's new. So. And this is why, this is why Jim owns does 30 million years. Because when Margot built six gyms himself successfully and he just put it in a box like this is exactly the method, right? And then the next thing is you package this up exactly to the team. You need to understand that exactly how this works and you sell it for 10 to 50k and then that sounds very expensive. It's the only way it's going to work. And this is how this is literally like a lot of people are so afraid of prices and this is why they don't succeed, is because they have to realize if you're working especially with small business, you have to look at the potential of the revenue that they can make if they just fix these things, right? And with a gym, like a gym, we usually add gymnasts that are doing AK per mile monarchy every year. But that potential, if they fix all of these things would be a million, right? So paying 10, 20, 30k to get a million dollar business is nothing. You could spend $10,000 on ads per client in each daily profit. So it fixes that issue of constantly to up the up your acquisition basically. And this is the cool thing, you sign, let's say you sign 10 clients a month, you make 250k. They're all going to put massive Amount of effort in this.
Right.
And all of these clients are going to figure out new ways to do this. New ways to do this, new ways to do this. You learn from your old clients and you keep improving. This.
This is the biggest secret.
Yes.
There's a reason Easy Grow's been so successful.
We have a client that gets a new strategy.
We'll pay them to record module on it. And then the more clients you bring in, you just have this flywheel where for every new card that comes in, the product improves, whereas the reverse is true with the agency space. Because every client, like, this is how Amazon was, right? Like, if you, if you have a business where every time you add a new customer, the experience with every other customer is better, then that lends a lot of scale. But with the agency model, if you're doing like 20 grand a month, every time you add a new agency client, the experience for every other client is slightly reduced because you're spreading further in life and it's just a matter of. Yeah, but you look at Amazon, every time they get a new customer, they're allowed. They give them profitability so they can have lower prices, better distribution, more fulfillment, faster shipping. So all just. Yeah.
What stage do you think that adding another course on something else is not relevant to the main thing of client acquisition? Let's say like the same service delivery, right? You guys have service delivery that you.
Recently, like, went hard on with service delivery calls and stuff.
But in the very beginning, it was just client acquisition. When do you think to yourself, okay, now it's time to bring this in.
It's when, like, it's when people start feeling enough pain. Because, like, what happened is we started with acquisition over here and then like after like a year, like, everyone was like, yeah, you like you building an agency, you would an agent. Everyone starts getting clients, they're like, like, how do I get results? So you add it when like, you basically, like, my positive for doing anything in business is you only do something when it hurts. So I'll only do something when it hurts my clients. Like, I can predict it and see it sort of. I don't see the trend happening, but I won't add anything until it's very apparent. Because we actually asked the group in school, we were like, what do you guys want? Like, every comment was just service delivery. And everyone else in the niche was doing service delivery, which was never going to happen.
Yeah, yeah.
And would you not add the niche.
Specific just because of the complexity?
Yeah, that's like, you can deliver it. This is A problem because service delivery is dynamic, right? Like it's, you know, you get Facebook updates, Google Ads updates. It's very dynamic. And so when you, if we had like, let's say we went niche specific service delivery which were like top five to 10 in like three months, that'll be obsolete. So what we did instead is we were like, let's just do like a fucking principles, foundations of service delivery wisdom. Dynamic stuff that we can interchange, which.
Is what Jimmy Mitchell recorded for us.
And also what you did. And then we'll just have like, you know, three to five coaching calls a week on service delivery. And that sort of did it, people. And now we don't get the whole how do I deliver a service anymore? And the next thing will be what happens here with this mastermind, Like I've got to like 10 grand a month, 30 grand a month, like, what do I do next? And then this is why O and I now is taking, adding this sort of how to start coaching business from an agency. And then it'll be like, how much did you buy? Shake too much money.
With the man Benji. Benji is a true expert when it comes to YouTube growth. He's worked with high profile clients, clients, you and I both watch their YouTube channels, which is like Iman Godsey, a few other big names that he probably won't even really tell the world because he's that good at what he does. But dude, what was your top takeover from day one? I mean, there was a lot that we learned. But bro, you're already successful. You have a YouTube channel. You have a YouTube channel yourself that you're going to grow, but you also have a service where you help people like me grow their YouTube channels. And you're good at what you do, bro. So today you coming into this mastermind, like, what was your first takeaway from day one?
So my first takeaway mainly. So first I was just like so blown up that I was meeting like so much people like that because, because you know, he's only ON that's me 100K. And I was like, all right, everyone is everyone in the meeting will be like a 10K.
Yeah.
And I'll be like the only one at 45 grand. So I'll be like. But no, I was, I was very surprised. And like my main takeaway first of all was like the community. I know it sounds very like common thing, but it was very shocking.
Yeah.
Seeing successful people doing like this. And the second one was like breaking the limiting belief of like being like, ah, I need to scale My business in a different way. Yeah, I think I, I think I, I need to move on. You're like allied to the same thing.
Yeah, we're having some of the similar problems as agency owners obviously. Right. Because you know, the day you sign a client, the day you start losing them as well. And then for us it's like education obviously is, is a, is a natural play in evolution. So it's cool to hear that we were sharing cuz he's the YouTube organic growth God and then we're the YouTube ads experts. Right. So it's like a good, a good balance for sure, 100%. But the community, dude, community Masterminds, that's what it's all about. So yeah, definitely. Hell yeah. Well, dude, follow Benji if you want to grow on YouTube. He's growing up his personal brand right now, so watch out for him. Let's go, baby. Day one just came to an end at the Imperium Mastermind. The first ever session in history of Charlie and Bo's business. And learned a lot, collaborated a lot. It was exactly like the Sam Oven's Quantum Mastermind. In a good way. Right. Very organic, very collaborative and very fun. It's all about the people at the Masterminds, right. You've heard it from Benji earlier, it's the community. That's why you join Masterminds. That's why we started our mastermind, the Admin Mastermind. And we have our first in person event coming up later this year in Miami. Because the people you meet, the connections you get and the memories you make is what it's all about on top of the cherry, which is the education and tactical takeaways you can learn to help you scale your business along the way. But with that being said, we're gonna head to dinner. I'm starving, basically completely fasted right now. So I'm gonna hit some steak, get some meat in my system and get some protein for the day. So let's go.
Should you factor in the conversion rate.
That they get with the plastic?
No.
Did you have any controller? Now what I would usually do is charge you $300 if I. And I'm only going to charge you 200 because I understand that only 66% of the appointments will actually show. Because this is the problem. If you don't sell that expectation in the sales call, what happens is like they then like start thinking a lot of paying the appointments aren't showing up. But then they remember at the start of the sales call you said, oh, I've only paid 200 300.
Because you've been noticing what I won't show.
So you say, I've already factored the show rate into the price elite point, otherwise you run into that problem. So the best thing to do is have this sort of, I call it the upfront guarantee and discrepancy model, which is where like you know, you guarantee like 100, you charge a thousand or whatever up front. You know, you value each employment at 10 bucks and if you only generate 80, then you refund 200. It marries what's best for you to what's best for clients. Perfect incentive in mind. And then when you also include that show rate thing I explained, it's like.
A really anti fragile model.
Clients are happy, you're happy, people are showing up, you're getting paid up from. Clients believe there's value because they're paying.
For a point in life.
It's just a nice little collection.
Day two the Imperium Mastermind.
I got a clap as well now.
More organic the better. Dude. Charlie, bro, I've been to tons of masterminds and everyone that watches my channel knows that I'm the king of masterminds. Right. I go to a bunch of masterminds. But I was going to tell you first and foremost, dude, like they might not know it, but this Mastermind in its current form is like OG SAM oven circa like 2000s, in a way, like retro, organic vibe. Like back when he was in the Manhattan penthouse. Very, very raw, very real, very genuine. And that's a good thing. I'm saying that as a compliment because I don't think people realize, but as they're watching this video, they're getting to see a behind the scenes of that next evolution of the industry. Yeah. Which I personally believe is you. Right. Like the people here, like we have a lot of killers here. So I just want to first commend you and just say, dude, this mastermind sick. So I wanted to hear your thoughts about it though.
I was afraid to have Brian here. This man's been to like 20 masterminds.
Yeah.
So if I have it up, I'm going to be in some trouble.
It's going good. It's going amazing so far. I'm blown away as well. Dude. Dude. But what's your biggest takeaway? Because you know, we get a lot of takeaways from people that are attending the Masterminds as a member. For you just running it for the first time, the very first edition of it, what would you say was your biggest takeaway just so far from day One to day two.
It's a really good question, man. I think it's like for me it's been not having a plan.
Yeah.
So like. But I don't know if anyone who's watching runs a Mastermind, but like Beau and I, we sat down to plan the thing and like build it all out.
Yeah, yeah.
And we were like, what if we just wing it? What if we actually just come in here and just literally just like don't assume we know what people want.
Yeah.
And that's kind of how we structured it is. I was like yesterday I was actually really nervous. I don't really get nervous that often. Yesterday I was like, shit, what if no one has anything to say? What if there's like awkward silences and stuff? Then I realized it's kind of like I just. It was would have been wrong of me to assume what people want and instead just start with no plan and just know that I've got enough knowledge and trust myself.
Yeah.
To you know, be able to answer any question they have. Because I think that's the thing. Like a lot of people run masterminds without really having the. Of having done it.
Yeah.
And so they have to have a presentation because they're afraid if a question comes up they can't answer. It's embarrassing. But if you know your shit, you just, you crack on.
I've been to tons of Masterminds. Every single one of them basically has speakers presentations, pre planned everything like Charlie was saying. But the best Mastermind I have ever been to, besides this one, of course.
Shout out to Sam Oven was Sam.
Ovens Queen Quantum Mastermind. And there was no plan. It was all organic. What do you want to learn? He surveyed the room. Everyone shared their top problems and they customized the whole day to that. Which is exactly what's happening right here. So, dude, I mean you're doing a phenomenal job.
Glad you said that. But it will never be as good as Quantum because what's rule one of the 48 laws of power? Never outshine the master.
Yeah. Yeah.
No, but I think like I wanted to model it off of Sam, but I've never been to Quantum.
Yeah.
So I watched the, you know, the productivity one on his YouTube.
Yeah, yeah.
And how to use metrics. Like I watched his Mastermind recordings and I was like, I just want to do it like that because it seems like the most fun.
100%. This is definitely the most fun Mastermind style. And. And that's why you're gonna crush it.
Yeah. Because I didn't want to just like if you. It's kind of like a sales call.
Yeah.
Like if you pitch someone and then you just don't give them like a 25 minute pitch.
Yeah.
Give them a high level and let them pull the information from you.
100.
So I was like, here's what going to cover. And then just, yeah, yeah, man. And everyone wants to know what Brian has to say about YouTube. And if you're not subscribed to Brian, I'm going to have to have some words with you because this man's very important.
Thank you.
It's my business.
Appreciate you.
My pleasure. Without further ado, Brian.
Thank you. Thank you. Appreciate it. Well, before I start about YouTube ads and everything, I wanted to just let you guys know that I was telling Charlie over there in the back room that I've been to 25 different masterminds. I've paid $68,000 to go to masterminds. I at one point was in three of the biggest masterminds in the entire industry. Cole Gordon, Sam Ovens, and War Room. Actually, that's no longer even a mastermind because I've been to so many masterminds. I've learned from so many different people and met so many different people as well. But I was telling Charlie that this mastermind here that we're at today is something that you guys should not overlook. Charlie didn't ask me to say this. I'm saying this just out of the genuine, you know, my heart. Because this is what I live for, Right. I live to be able to mastermind and connect with like minded individuals because that's ultimately what allows us to grow. Right? But this mastermind in its current form, in my opinion is going to be the next best quantum mastermind, which was Sam Oven's mastermind of how this feel. And there's a lot of killers in this room too. So I just want to give a round of applause to Charlie for even doing this, bro. And Bo. And Bo, everybody, Everybody on the Easy Grow team. Like, you guys are doing a phenomenal job and this is just the first edition of it, so you guys should be proud, right? You have the hook, you have the story, you have the close. That's the framework. So the framework for your ads is hook, right? It's just like YouTube hook, story, close. The hook is the first five to 10 seconds, okay? It's all about the hook. So that's why I was telling Thomas yesterday with the hook for his creative. The hook is him hitting the ball terribly, just like I did when I first started until I got lessons, probably from someone like your dad, and then having it shank all the way and then say, does that golf swing look familiar? If you're tired of shanking your swing and you just want to hit it far and straight, keep watching this video and I'll share with you the three tips you can do to improve your golf swing. The hook now calls out the problem. It demonstrates it for them, makes it more relatable, and it says, keep watching so I can give more value to you and teach you how to fix this. Then you go into the story. The story is, by the way, my name's, you know, Mr. Gannett. I've been teaching people how to. I've been teaching aspiring golfers and even professional golfers how to fix their golf swing for years so they can hit it far and straight. I've helped over a thousand people do this and on average I've been able to help each person improve their swing by maybe some sort of data set, Right? If you can even write that. But now let's get into how we can help you. The first tip is this. Immediately you go into education. So you go hook, problem, call out, right? And then keep watching. The story is credibility. One, two, maybe three sentences max. My name is Brian Wongaba. I'm the founder of Adspin.com, we're the most sought after advertising agency in the entire industry. Info marketing industry. We've helped big names like Patrick Bet, David Cole, Gordon, Sam Ovens, Charlie Morgan, Daniel Fazio, and We've spent over $50 million on YouTube ads in the last three and a half years. Right? And then I immediately go into education after that. So hook five to ten seconds. Powerful. You're basically doing a call out of your ideal avatar where you're demonstrating the problem. Demonstrate and you're getting them to keep watching. And then the story, you're doing credibility. One to three sentences, just enough, not too much. Then you're doing problem number one, problem number two, problem number three, and then CTA number one. And then the close you got urgency. Twist a knife. Twist the knife is like, look, unless you want to keep shaking these, you know, these balls on the, you know when you're. Next time you're on the course and making yourself look like a complete embarrassment, twist the knife and then CTA number two, right? So that's a basic framework. Now of course, when it comes to testing this, you can make it shorter, you can make it longer. It really just depends on what your control ad. But the whole goal when you first launch YouTube ad. YouTube ads is to find one control ad, then ad that converts and performs the best. Then everything after that, you create variations of that one ad.
What's going on right now, Brian?
We're trying to get these UFC fights to stream. He went to a bar. They weren't playing them. He went to the same bar. They weren't playing them. It was such a long line. He went to another bar. It was just not playing. And so I was like, let's just order it and get it in the hotel and put it right here. So we're trying to get the laptop to sync up to the tv. It's like screen mirroring. That's why it keeps blocking it, bro. That's so dumb. The. The way it would work for sure was the hdmi, but the HDMI wouldn't work, but. Hold on. Yeah, if we had an hdmi, it would work. That's crazy. It's not even showing it. Yeah, yeah, These. If we had this HDMI working, that would probably be the solution. Yeah, that one. Yeah. Oh, okay. There we go. Wait, well, no, that might just be the Wi Fi. HDMI 3. Yeah, that's cool. Okay. Is that the Discovery Plus 1 1? Yes. That's good. That's good, that's good. We went through all that trouble. I knew we weren't gonna not get it, dude. Okay, we got it. Now let's. Now let's watch. Oh, thank God. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Yeah, there you go. No, please.
How long is this going for?
Yeah, well, it's gonna be at least. Oh, yeah. Jamie just texted me. Jamie. Yeah, I just got your text message, bro. You guys are good. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Good to see you. We literally just got in streaming, dude. Thanks, man. You literally just missed 30 minutes of us trying to figure out how to get this thing on the screen. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, look, guys, we just wrapped up the UFC fights. Obviously, we didn't get to see the Volk Islam Makachev last fight, but we're gonna head off to dinner. And before we do, I wanted to introduce Cam, who's been a part of the Mastermind since the beginning when we launched it last year. We got to meet up for the first time here in London, which has been pretty fun, dude. I mean, dude, how was it just being able to, you know, obviously meet up with us? I mean, we've been on calls every single week, it seems like, since you've joined, but, like, there's nothing like this in person connection, right? It's just totally different. I mean, watching the fights together, dude, this is.
Yeah, this is, this has been quite unique. I think part I said to you at dinner the other night, like, the best thing about the Mastermind is the community and the fact that you're meeting people of similar values. You're meeting people that have a similar mindset. So I think just this takes it to that next level and I think it's great being all around the world and everyone having a different viewpoint, etc. But in, in a room, there's nothing like it.
Yeah, we were just talking about it too. Like we both have similar values when it comes to having kids. Pretty soon. Right. Like, you know, me, me turning 30 next year, you being 30 as well. Like, we want to have kids, we want to start a family. Like, it's also like we were talking about how, you know, it's never going to be the right time, but we want it. And you know, that's kind of something that's a little bit unique to the, the crowd that's, you know, trying to just make money, money, money. It's like for us, like, we're at a little bit of a different stage. But that's why the Mastermind is so cool. Because of the community. Right. You get to meet people that are just like you. Yeah. And talk about those things.
Yeah, I think, yeah, there's such a variety of people and you get different viewpoints. So there are obviously people, the Jerry's of the world that I just. That just gave Jerry and then, and then.
Yeah.
You do obviously have. Have that different sort of perspective of as you say, we're, we're not exactly old, but yeah, we're getting to that point now.
We're young.
Yeah.
But we want to start a legacy.
Yeah.
We want to start a family. And that's where it's cool to be around people that are just like us because we used to do it right. We used to drink, go out, you know, party, have fun, do all that when we were younger for sure. But now it's a little bit of a different stage. We're more serious about business, obviously, and more serious about a family.
Yeah, I'm looking forward to as well because everyone that I've spoken to about it that is in that point, it's just a next level of creating leverage. You, you find ways to do things that now you're like, I'll do that tomorrow, whatever it is. And it's just now you get it done because then you have.
Have better indeed. Right? Yeah. Yeah, that's huge. Dude. How do you feel about Miami coming up? Are you excited?
Yeah, really excited. Vanessa is very excited.
First time in Miami? Yes.
Oh, yeah, yeah, it's gonna be, it's going to be sick.
Yeah.
So we fly out on the 27th. So we're there for a couple of days before the mastermind and then we're staying a couple of days afterwards and then fly back on the third.
I think I'm excited to meet her, but it's going to be fun. Her and Jennifer can connect and they'll, they'll talk about that.
Yeah, I think there's quite a few partners coming on there.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, A bunch of, a bunch of. Lloyd's bringing his fiance as well. So it's going to be a good couple's time as well.
Yeah, I think they'll enjoy it.
Well, cool, dude. We'll put, we'll link. Cam's all social media and everything. You guys can follow him. He's a beast. Which is, it comes to marketing. He's, you know, someone who's working with a bunch of recruiting firms and agencies right now to help them get more leads when it comes to marketing. This guy is a true admin. One of the person, one of the first founding members. Like, he knows his shit. So you guys should definitely follow him. Appreciate it 100%. You're gonna have it on the table at dinner. I can never understand, like why my employees weren't being motivated. And it came down to the vision not being there from my end. Like, I didn't believe my own vision for them to like move forward. So yeah, I think it's the same problem.
Yeah, you've just got like a huge vision and that.
Yeah, yeah, we've got like a vision board.
But there wasn't anything like tangible. It wasn't like, we're gonna help x.
Amount of people change their lives. But it takes time though, too. Like, like I was saying, we, we, we've cracked it in Cabo like literally three, three months ago. Because for us it was always about like, like helping. It was always about selling courses, coaching and masterminds because that's what impacted my life. Like, like I was telling you earlier, like, I didn't have a dad growing up really, that was teaching me how to become a successful person. Like a man. Like habits, routines, discipline. I had to learn that shit on my own. Courses, coaching programs, masterminds changed my life. So that's what we sell, right? But it's like, okay, well how do I communicate that in a better way? And then it finally clicked. It was like, what are we doing@adspend.com and why are we doing it? It's like, well dude, our fucking visions to number one big vision destination where we're going become the most sought after advertising agency in the entire world. Entire world, not info marketing industry. It's so big it seems impossible, right? But it has to be that big. And then the mission of why we want to do it is because we want to create entertaining ads that educate the world to make better decisions. And we're fighting. Here's the other cool part. This is when you really tie it in and you hook your team. Now we have an enemy because who's convincing people to make wrong decisions in the world? Who our who's. Who's convincing us to make worse decisions trying to make us men more feminine. Trying to make our, the media. Our enemy is the mass media. The more ads we run on platforms like YouTube, like Google, like Facebook. We're taking control of the media. So now every, every ad that we spend an impact. We're beating the media and we're making people make better decisions, change their life. Buy more courses, buy more coaching programs so they don't listen to the mainstream media. It's going to ultimately keep them complacent so they can continue growing and becoming the best version of themselves. So when you have that passion, that conviction and you can click it like that.
Bro.
But it took three and a half years to get that crystal clear. So it takes iterations. It takes, it takes iteration. It takes time. For my, the vision for my life for the longest time was, I want to make a hundred thousand dollars a month. Yeah, I want to make a hundred thousand dollars a month. And I do it. And then I get bored. I have the clickfunnels plaque and my team's like, okay, now what? And I'm like, and then it took me a year to get fired up again about what's the next thing. My vision wasn't big enough. My vision was 100 grand a month and we did it faster than I thought. Now we're talking about changing the world so big that it's probably not going to be happening with just me. It's way bigger than me. It's about my team, it's about my company. It's adspend.com that's going to do that. It's not me. I need more people. I need more clients. I need to help more people. So, so now when we bring on people that are done with you, we're really like the values you said is so true. Even for your clients. If they're selling a shitty product that we don't agree with, we're not going to take them on as a client. Like they're, if it's unethical, why would we sell that? It's not going to help somebody. I want to work with people that actually sell good. Like people that actually care about helping people. Very good. But that's exactly it. Like, I want to work for you after you speak, you know what I mean? We're building an office, ladies and gentlemen, that wraps up another weekend. Mastermind. The Imperium Mastermind. The first ever one that Charlie and his team put together and I must say I was truly impressed. Met some amazing people and man, if you're not sold on joining a Mastermind by now, I don't know what to tell you. I've showed you plenty behind the scenes actions behind some of the biggest masterminds in the world and the most up and coming masterminds in the world, like this one. And you meet people, you make memories and you learn in the Mastermind how to actually grow your business and your life as well. And this is what we live it for. This is why we do this, this is why we have a business in the first place. And this is why you owe it to yourself to experience this for yourself. Obviously. Shameless plug. We have our Mastermind coming up at the end of the year in Miami, the first ever in person admin mastermind. But we've met some amazing people this weekend. We've met some amazing friends that we'll have for the rest of our lives. All of which, as you saw, were in the UFC just as much as me. But for now, we're gonna head in the Uber, head back to the hotel and fly back to the States tomorrow morning. I hope you enjoyed this video. If you did, give it a thumbs up, leave a comment down below what you enjoyed the most of this video. And until next time, keep smiling, keep learning, keep growing, and I'll see you in the next one. Peace.
