I tried waking up at 5am every day to become a multi-millionaire

Brian Moncada woke up at 5am every day for a month and documented his morning routine: hydration, exercise, reading, and work. He shares what changed in his health, energy, and business results, then shows how his team applies the same habits to hit sales goals.
This morning routine changed my life. It's by far the number one reason why I win at life. So now I usually leave my stuff right here. I'll open up a nice bottle of Mountain Valley spring water, the best water you can buy and drink. I'll get two cups, one for me, one for Jennifer. And then I'll get this glass jar and it's called Soul Salts from a good friend of mine, Soul Bruhs Supplement Company. And basically it's just minerals. I just wake up, pour a glass full of water like I showed you, cut a lime in half, and then I'll pour this salt. Half a teaspoon, half a teaspoon of salt into the water. And this is what rehydrates me from a full night of sleeping. Then I'll put the salt in there and then I'll do the lime, half a lime, mix it all up, so that way the salt mixes with the lime and it tastes good. Alright, so after I do the water, next thing I'll do is I'll get a cup of bone broth. I usually drink this first thing in the morning. It's a great brand. Kettle and fire. My mom always gets on me when I don't drink my bone broth. So, mom, if you're watching this, thank you. So I'll pour this in the same cup that I just used. Efficiency here. Efficiency. And then I'll put it in the microwave. That'll go for 60 seconds, get nice and warm. I'll mix it with the mixer again. And then we're gonna go upstairs with the bone broth. Watch the sun rise. Get the sun in our eyes to reset our circadian rhythm. To make sure that when we go to sleep tonight, our sleep's on point. Read a little bit, get some prayer in. And then ultimately, yeah, I'll take you guys upstairs. So, yeah, this is, this is where I come up every single morning. Drink my bone broth. Read the good word, watch the sunrise. Which you can tell hasn't even up yet, but will be the first ones to see it. So the very first thing I read is this. Leadership Promises for Every Day by John C. Maxwell, really great leadership author. If you lead your team, you are responsible for making sure the revolving door through which current employees leave the organization and new employees enter swings in such a way that better players are joining the team than are leaving. One of the ways you can facilitate this is to place high value on the good people you already have on the team. So just a reminder, as a leader, entrepreneur running a business without your team and obviously treatment of key people on your team, you'll just always continue being solo dolo a solo player. You can't accomplish much. So this is just a good reminder about how to be a better leader. I've never read the Bible all the way through, never. And it's like the most famous book in history. So I've made it a commitment to read it every single morning and get at least, you know, five to 10 pages done. That way I can learn about the history of the world and why so many people that are successful and also just blessed continuously, you know, owe their, owe their success and you know, claim their success to God. So that's why I do it. That's why I started doing it. I work out three times a week, basically I do full body every single time I work out, so it's usually just back, chest and then legs. So I do it all in one. That way I just have to work out three times a week. So the biggest thing about a morning routine is just compound interest, right? You always hear about compound interest when it comes to investing, well, these little daily action items, right? Whether it's waking up immediately, drinking my water with lemon and salt, minerals combined with bone broth, that's going to help me always keep my body hydrated and my gut healthy, combined with going outside, looking at the sun, getting sun in my eyes, resetting my circadian rhythm, helps me with my sleep and also working out the way I do three times a week, focusing on long term health versus short term gains. So that way I don't have to be 80. And with back pain and joint pain and worried about, you know, walking in a wheelchair, I'm working out functionally so I can obviously continue running and sprinting and jumping when I'm 80, hopefully allows me to again set myself up long term. And it's going to compound over time. These are quick habits, quick disciplines and things that will add up over time to be able to be my best version of myself long term. Not just short term, but long term. So you got to think about that when it comes to the morning routine because these things are all easy to do, but they're also easy not to do. That's why a lot of people don't do it. They just wake up, roll out of bed, go to work, they're in a bad mood, negative energy like get your mind right, move your body, get outside, and you'll be in the best state of mind for your team and for your family. So now I'll go upstairs Again, hit the cold plunge real quick, go downstairs, shower, shave, start the day, the work day. It. Oh, all right. So just got out the shower, shaved and now I'm going to put some of this van man tallow honey balm on my face to refresh it and rehydrate it. This is a really good product. You can see the ingredients are at the bottom. Grass fed beef, tallow honey, beeswax, olive oil and essential oil blend. So all good stuff. Instead of those lotions you can buy at the store for like your face and stuff that have a bunch of chemicals on it, this is literally like just five ingredients and it's basically all natural. Even put it on the hair a little bit too. All right. Wooden comb deodorant. Take a little spoonful and you just rub it on. Simple. Don't be afraid to use your hands, ladies and gentlemen. This is the only natural deodorant, by the way, that doesn't like last for like an hour and then like then it's gone. This lasts all day and it doesn't like drip and like ruin your clothes either. It's probably one of the best ones I found on the market. The rolly. This is the only like luxury good item I have, by the way. My closet's like super minimalistic, so I wear the same thing basically every day. Two pairs of all cotton or linen trousers, a polo, maybe a polo dress shirt. And that's really it. 7:30, getting my first meal in of the day. Pasture raised eggs, pasture raised sausage, some leftover organic chicken. My beautiful wife cooks me breakfast basically every single morning so I don't have to. And I'm super thankful to have her. After I eat this, I'll go into the office and then immediately knock out my email. I send an email to my list every single day. First thing in the morning, get it out of the way and then we start the morning morning meetings. So I'll see you guys in a bit. Gotta power up, get all the lights on in the stew. And then the first thing I do, come over here on my beautiful chair that I used to dream about having without almost crashing down my bookshelf. And then I read my morning formula, otherwise known as the alchemy of self, on this chair because I used to have this on my alchemy of self, actually this chair right here and now I'm sitting in it right next to the bookshelf. This is called the morning formula. So it's basically my dream life written out word for word, step by step with visions. It's like a vision board on steroids. It just shows obviously what, what we want to do. And it has the vision board here for, you know, what our ideal life looks like. That's my grandparents when they were first married and they lived and married and died together for 60 years. So that's a picture of us next to each other because I'm modeling them as our influence. Paul, check what he looks like when he's 60 years old. So I want to be able to be in that good of shape when I'm 60. Great Gatsby style party already did that last year. Another habit. Another habit I picked up writing daily emails. There's no more important habit for your business in my personal opinion. Especially when you're running a coaching course, information based business, that's an agency or whatever the case may be, then emailing your list and sharing and contacting with them. I like writing them. It's one of my highest ROI activities is writing my daily email. Because my daily email allows me to create better content because what, what gets responded to and what gets the most replies allows me to see what people are really resonating with, which allows me to talk about that in content just like this. So our team hops on every single morning for about 30 minutes to go over exactly what it is that we're gonna be doing. That's the reminder as you just today and obviously this week. Oh, Happy Monday, everybody. How you guys doing? Great. Good. Beautiful. All right, let's start off with some wins. What about some wins? I got some wins to share. I'll go first. We had our second Trust pilot review come through, which puts us on track to hit two reviews this month, which was our KPI to get started because it's our second one ever. Does anyone know who John C. Max was? Yeah, he's one of the best leadership authors. Patrick by David actually refers to him as the best leadership author in the entire industry, to be honest. It's not about position, but production. It's not about the education we get, but the empowerment we give that makes a difference to others. The key word is credibility. We gain credibility when our life matches our talk and when both add value to others. So today and this week, the last three days of the month, let's get two more deals to go through. Let's get those script writers in, which I'll help us with. Let's start preparing for those editing projects to take on which Mike and June, I know you guys are ready for that and John as well. And we're doing A lot of really good things. We've beat projections so far this month. We got three days left in the month. Let's break 300k total revenue, which will be a huge win for the company. And again, it's not just about the position that you guys have. It's about the credibility which comes from the work that we put in as a team together. Sound good? Oh, yeah. Yeah. Let's break it down. Who wants to go Monday, baby? Money Mondays. I'll do it. No, no, I get. You go. You go, bro. You go. I got it. Let's do it, guys. All right, everybody, hands in. Let's get a good start to the week. All right, ad spin on three. One, two, three. What's up, dude? Happy Monday. How are you? Phenomenal. How are you doing? Doing fantastic. Fantastic. Jed, what about you?
I'm good, I'm good.
Dude, how many, how many dials did you do on Saturday, do you think?
I can't, I can't remember, but I called all leads. If there was a lead there, it was called. Yeah, I even did, I even did follow ups with no shows. I was trying everything but no success. Paul, moving forward, I noticed at the start of today I already had 11 calls scheduled on my calendar this week. So that's obviously up from last week. Yeah, 80 something new leads to call, obviously. I've already been calling them this morning. I've done two scheduled calls. First one was disqualified, the second one I booked and I've got another one at 1pm straight after this.
So beautiful.
It's looking good.
Nice, man. And you got a set already this morning.
Yes, it was, it was a real real estate guy. But yeah, it was a bit different. It was like wholesale real estate. I don't know if you're familiar with that.
Yes, we have a whole. We have a couple wholesale clients for sure. Just try to follow that same exact format as best as you can. Yeah, yeah, I think we're gonna like. Because I'm thinking we're gonna like create like a trend like this. It's more upgraded talk that you, you will not show everything. So they're like, okay, they're gonna wait. That's why it's more engaging. Yeah, exactly. Exactly. Yeah. So I just showed you a typical morning in a day in my life and I walked you through exactly how I set up my days for success by winning my morning first and in turn winning my day. Now I'm gonna take my last call for the day in about 10 minutes with a potential client, a whale client. Someone that we've worked with in the past that might be working with us again in the future. But before I do, I'm gonna walk outside here with you and I want you to watch this video next, okay? Because this video, now that you've learned the morning routine that I use that hopefully has helped you and continuing to stack up on that, I want you to learn obviously how to close clients like we do. We close 15k clients basically every day at this point for our business. I'm going to walk you through the entire sales process from start to finish. You can actually implement the business side of things now that you've won your morning.
