A creator shares their morning routine: planning the night before, then writing one strong piece of content at dawn. They say this reduces stress and keeps them focused on what matters.
Alarm goes off at 4 o' clock in the morning. I know. 4 to 7 o'. Clock. Deep work writing. And for me specifically, that's writing Twitter content, emails or starting some sort of script. What I've also realized is you can't try to write too many things at once. I only just try to write one great piece of content for the day and that turns into the rest of my content for the week, funny enough. So, yeah, I have to plot my day the night before. That's the easiest thing you can do to get ahead, especially when you're scheduling. So simple, right? But it's like those simple things that are also simple not to do because then you wake up in the morning, dude, and you don't have anything you're supposed to be doing because you didn't plan out the night before. You feel rushed, you're already stressed out because you're like, I didn't plan out my day the night before. And then you know, you already know what you need to do, but then you kind of try to avoid doing it because you didn't plan it out the night before.
