A founder credits masterminds with his path to becoming a millionaire. He explains how joining the right group of people accelerated his growth and success in ways he couldn't have achieved alone.
And I went to my first mastermind, which was because of Dean, Because Dean would always tell me, hey, I owe all of my success to masterminds. Like, literally, I wouldn't be in the position I am today unless it was for masterminds. And so he kept saying that over and over and over again, and I was just like, okay, well, I'm making. At the time when I was working with them, I think I was making $2,500 a month in Arizona, full time working for him when I first got that job. And it was, like, barely enough to pay my bills and maybe have, like, a $200 extra spending budget, right? But I was happy to do it because I was like, I'm going to be able to learn and figure out what I need to do to get to my next level. But he just kept saying, I owe all of my success to masterminds. And I realized in that moment, I was like, okay, well, if I want to make more money in my life, I have to do what this guy is saying to do. And that was join a mastermind. Because if I can add more value to his company by learning things that he doesn't know or isn't doing in his business, I can make more money with his company.
