I'M BACK! (Here's What I Did for 2-Years)

Brian Moncada returns after two years away to share what he built with his YouTube advertising agency adspend.com, his move to Miami, and his fitness progress. He's planning weekly videos on marketing, health, and personal development.
I'm back. Here's what I've been up to and here's my game plan for 2022. Okay, so the first major update is I grew my company, adspend.com to seven figures in revenue and earned my first two, club award last year in 2021. So this is what I've been working on the last two and a half years or so, ever since I quit my job working for Dean Graziosi full time then to go off and now start my own company, Adspend.com and I'm proud to say that we were able to earn our first 2 comma Club Award in 2021. And that was my, you know, biggest accomplishment to date in terms of business. And I obviously wouldn't have been able to do it without my team. But this felt super amazing because, you know, this is also the reason why I haven't been posting too many too much content because I just really didn't know how to blend the two right. So here is adspend.com it's the company, it's what I've been working on. We are a YouTube advertising agency that specializes in helping high ticket coaching and course businesses scale to get more high qualified clients for their business using YouTube ads. Right? And we've worked with some of the biggest names in the online marketing space. You know, legends like Frank Kern, obviously Dean Graziosi, who I worked full time for for almost three years. That's obviously us getting on a private jet, which was by the way, to go meet Tony Robbins, which was a funny story in itself that I'll probably tell later on. And then this is even Alex Becker, the CEO of hi Roast, giving us a shout out for the results we're getting with our agency and using his software, Hiros.com and that was a huge one as well. And then we even have eight figure companies like Digital Marketer, right? John Aseroff, CEO of NeuroGym. Bedros Coolian, right? Who doesn't know Bedros Coolian, right? We were able to work with him and he said this about working with us, which was pretty sick. So check this out. Hey, Brian, hope you're doing great, man. Hey, I just wanted to make this video and give you and all the team there at ad spend a lot of props, man, and some recognition. Want to thank you for all the awesome work you guys, guys do for us, you know, look, and then that was also, also sick, right? Eight figure sales trainers like Cole Gordon, right? Who is super popular and one of my good friends now. And even, you know, big name influencers like the Tap Brothers, who have a million subscribers on YouTube for their body weight workout programs. And we even were able to work with the Wolf of Wall street himself. Guys, like, this was. This was crazy. So check this out. This is a screenshot that I posted on my Facebook that I took from my Facebook profile where I showed the results that we got for Jordan Belfort, the Wolf of Wall street himself. So who here has seen or hasn't seen the Wolf of Wall Street? If you haven't, go watch that movie. It was my favorite movie in college and one of my favorite movies still to this day. And, you know, we were able to work with him, right? The actual Wolf of Wall street himself, George Jordan Belfort. And we were able to help him, you know, scale his straight line persuasion course with YouTube ads at our agency and, you know, use it as a case study. Which, by the way, this is actually proof of that with my friend Nick Verge, who we also recruited to help on a project. And he actually flew out to Jordan in California before Jordan moved to Miami and was actually on set with him directing the vsl. So that's Nick with Jordan. And yeah, that was huge, right? So that's adspend.com. that's literally, guys, what I've been working on the last two years, which is why I haven't been posting YouTube content consistently, right? Number one, it's not because I didn't want to post content, right? The biggest regret that I have is not documenting the journey for the last two and a half years. Because as you guys know, if you've watched my previous videos or even if you're new to my channel, the biggest thing that I care about the most is sharing along the way. And you don't understand how hard it's been to, you know, not be confident in filming videos, which is how I felt, because I just didn't know how to blend the two. Right. I didn't know how you guys would respond to more of the, you know, advertising and marketing, sales and marketing content and the YouTube ads, right? Which is what we do for our clients all day long to get these results, to get them, you know, amazing case studies, right? So I just didn't know how to do it. And that's what kept me from posting consistently. But it's also my biggest regret because I didn't just, you know, magically earn a 2 comma club award over the last two years. It took hard, hard work, right? Work that stressed me the hell out, right? Because I'LL show you, right? This was me 82 weeks ago. And this was me and Nick behind the camera. This was just us two in the company, and. And it was just two of us. Like, we weren't making anywhere close to what we're making now, but, like, this was just 82 weeks ago when we were starting, right? And, you know, you fast forward to a few months after that, right? We were able to have an office in Phoenix, right? This is me, this is Nick. This is. Let me just get out of this real quick. It's not gonna click off me, Nick, Trevor and Jared, who were in the office at Phoenix. And, you know, we had an office, right, like, in Phoenix. And I learned a lot along the way. I had to learn how to. How to become a manager, how to become a leader, how to become a CEO, Someone who organizes a team and motivates a team and incentivizes a team and things that. I just had no idea what to do or how to do it yet, but I've always wanted to do it. And that's a screenshot from us in Phoenix. And obviously, this is me, obviously, traveling and not obviously, but this is me, you know, doing what I do, right? This is me presenting in front of a room full of entrepreneurs who are all trying to scale their businesses online. And I'm giving them, you know, insane amount of value with what our agency does, and they're loving it, right? Like, right now, I am at Sam Oven's Quantum Mastermind filming this video because this is what I love, man, at marketing and sales and meeting other entrepreneurs who want to impact people's lives. Like, that's why I created adspend.com because. Because, you know, personal development changed my life. Info products changed my life. And that's what I've been working on, guys. And it's been an amazing. An amazing journey. I've learned a lot. And the second update, okay, the second update is the wife and I moved to Miami. Okay? So check this out. This is me in Miami at the new place. That's the building. Obviously. Not obviously. Why do I keep saying obviously? Jeez. This is how it is. Miami. It's beautiful. We moved to Miami for two reasons. Number one, we retired of Arizona. And number two, we wanted the beach. You can see, this is my wife and I on the beach. We do this every single weekend. It's beautiful. And number three, the politics, okay? Florida was the only state that wanted to stay open, that didn't enforce mask mandates, didn't enforce vaccine mandates. Florida, that's the view from the balcony. And we love it, right? I, I love, I love moving. I loved moving to Florida. I love Florida. It's been super fun. And the other update is that in Miami, we now have a brand new office for the three people that are coming to Miami from my team from Phoenix, which is Nick and Charlie. Nick is the head of fulfillment. He manages all of the media buyers and the media buying for our agency and the clients. And Charlie is the client success director, responsible for making sure the clients are happy. Their experience is amazing and, you know, making sure they're being taken care of. And this is awesome because this is the brand new decal that we have at the office that looks pretty sick. And that's the new office I'm going to be working out of for the next we're going to be working out of for the next year. Okay, so 7 figure 2 comma club award moved to Miami and I've still been keeping up with my fitness journey. All right, so still in my best shape. I also gained 10 pounds, right? So I'm still working out, still doing everything that I've talked about on my channel for forever. This was just taken today. I screenshotted it to show you guys. My goal weight was 160. I've achieved that. I'm weighing about 160.2 right now. You can see it says I've gained 5.6 pounds in the last 90 days, but really that's more like 10 pounds. I was like 150, maybe 152 just a few months ago. And I went up all the way to 160, and I'm probably still going to keep bulking. I want to beat this shape that I, you know, achieved, you know, almost a year and a half ago. And I want to get just a little bit bigger and then shred down to this and beat this size right here. So two comma club award grew out spending a comma, seven figures, moved to Miami. I also, I'm a little bit hesitant to share this, but I also bought my first Rolex. All right, so my first Rolex. And I'll share with you right here the reason why I bought this Rolex, guys. I had this Rolex on my phone screen as my screensaver for about two and a half years. It was from this advertisement right here. And I'll show you right here. Rolex advertisement. Thank you. That's my wife in the background saying congratulations and Rolex ad. Rolex ad day date. Here we go. So this was what I had on My phone screen for T Mint for two and a half years. This one right here. Oops. Let me move this. I had this on my phone screen because I just. I wanted this watch. Like, I just. I've always wanted a Rolex, and I just kept this on my. My phone screen because I was like, it's the. It's a. It's an amazing advertisement. Like, I'm in advertising. I do marketing. I advertise for clients all day long. I respect Rolex, the brand it's become and what it. What it. What it symbolizes. And I just wanted this watch because it's a president's watch, right? The ad. The ad made me want to buy it, and I kept it on my phone screen for years, and finally I was able to purchase my own Rolex. And that was cool, right? So some people may say it's stupid, some people may say, whatever, I could have used that money for something else. I probably could have. But I wanted to feel like what it would be to have a Rolex and what it would feel like and to be able to say that I have one and that I did it, because then it becomes real, then it becomes normal, then it becomes not something that you just dream about, right? So I share that just because I thought maybe it would. It would inspire you because I. I worked. I worked hard for that. And it's crazy. One of our clients was a luxury watch dealer, gentleman timepieces. And he actually posted a video of me, of him selling the watch to me, which you guys can check out. His name's Anthony Ferreira, and you can see here in Miami. Let me just show you really quickly. So that way you can see him actually selling me the watch. Give me a second. So check this out. This is me actually meeting Anthony, which is a client of ours who hired us to run his YouTube ads. He is a luxury watch dealer based out of Dallas who now just moved to la. And this is him actually giving me the watch, the Rolex, in person. And it was pretty sick because I was able to give him a gift as well. And you can see the Rolex box. And I'm opening the Rolex with him. I have the Fossil watch on right now in that video. And there's the watch on his video and has about 41,000 views. So everyone saw me buy this. But yeah. Anyways, enough about that. So that's the second update, all right? Moved to Miami, had a little bit of fun, traveling and everything. And the next update, guys, is. Is where we're going with the channel so I'm gonna open my phone right now and share with you guys what that is going to be moving forward. So the reason why I haven't been posting videos on YouTube is because I really just didn't know how to blend what my interests are with what my business is. As you guys know, right, my YouTube channel has been primarily focused on documenting my health and fitness journey, right? I've made videos on showing my workouts, my diet, my lifestyle, my routines, which has helped a lot of you who follow me right now to build more muscle, get gain more confidence, and be more happy. And the problem with the last two and a half years that I regret the most is not documenting the journey of how I got all those results, how I worked with Jordan Belfort, how I got shouted out by Alex Becker, the CEO of Hiros, and how he made a case study video about my company, Adspend.com, how I've grown my company, Adspend.come to seven figures as a YouTube ads agency, which is very niche. And. And, you know, everything in between, from, you know, hiring my friends and employees and my team to firing them, to firing some of them, I should say, and the struggles that that comes with and the headache and the pressure and all that, right, that I wish that I would have documented and, you know, shared with you guys, because that's that thing. That's the journey that you just can't fake, right? And that's what I've been on. And the. The problem that I had was I just didn't know how to blend YouTube ads and myadspin.com with the channel because everyone's followed me for health and fitness stuff and personal development. I just didn't know how to incorporate the two. So my plan for moving forward, my game plan for 2022, okay, is to post one new YouTube video per week every single Monday. Okay? I'm gonna do a new YouTube video every single week on Monday. And you can expect every. Anything from, you know, my interests and my niche, all right? Because ultimately, what I'm interested in is mixed martial arts, right? I watch the UFC every single weekend. It's my favorite, favorite sport. And that includes Bellator. That includes, you know, pfl. That includes a couple other, you know, fighting organizations as well. But the main one's ufc, right? That's what I'm pretty much talking about. Whenever you talk to me, my friends, my wife, you can ask her, and she'll say, yeah, Brian always talks about the ufc. He knows the fighters, he knows their stories. It's kind of creepy. And it's just because it's my favorite sport. And I trained mixed martial arts for about six months as well, which I didn't show in the previous Loom video, but you can check it out on my Instagram. All right. And number two is health and fitness. All right? You can see that I'm still, you know, gaining weight and building muscle, baby. And that's always something that I'm going to be interested in. Right? So health, fitness, mixed martial arts, personal development. Right. Mindset. This is something that's always going to be passionate to me because it's what helps me get to, you know, where I'm at today. And I'm not, you know, any farther than maybe you watching this video, but it's what allowed me to ultimately achieve everything I have today. My mindset, the personal development, the books I've read. Right. The quotes I listen to. Right. And the mentors I have. So that's always something I want to be sharing with you. Right. And then, you know, last but not least, I think there was one more. Let me come back over here. I can't even remember my own interests. And let's see here. Yeah, Marketing and sales. Marketing and sales, right. That's obviously one that I'm super interested in because, for example, right now I am attending Sam Oven's Quantum Mastermind, which if you know Internet marketing and online marketing and the high ticket coaching and core space, you are and you should be familiar with Sam Ovens. And I'm actually in a hotel room right now after filming this video. I'm going to go to attend day three of the Quantum Mastermind and then, and then head back to Miami. So I've been learning some amazing, amazing things all weekend and I've been sharing them on my Twitter, actually. But I'm gonna be posting my whole recap of this as my next YouTube video. Everything I learned from this weekend with Sam Ovens at his Quantum Mastermind. Okay? So you can expect that video next week. So again, just to recap, right. My game plan moving forward, guys, is to not overthink the content. The biggest thing that I regret is not making content and documenting the journey for the last two and a half years with you guys. And I want to show you, you know, what I've been up to more and posting about what I do for clients so I can help clients, but also I can share my personality as well in between. And so you can expect one new YouTube video every single Monday from here on out. And that's where we're going to start. That's all I'm committing to because that's something that I can do very easily and if it becomes too easy, I might make another one. But for now, one new video per week, right? And follow along, man, because I'm excited to continue sharing value with you guys and really just not think, not overthink the content and hopefully provide extreme amounts of value and have a lot of fun in the process to continue growing our community here. So that's what I've been up to, right? That's the updates and that's the game plan moving forward. So that's what you can expect and I hope you'll join me on this journey and I can't wait. So if you enjoyed this video, make sure to give it a thumbs up and make sure to comment down below what you are excited about based off everything I just shared moving forward. And if you're new, make sure to subscribe. And I cannot wait to see you in the next video. Keep smiling, keep learning, keep growing and I'll see you in the next video. Cheers. I'm back. Here's what I've been up to and here's my game plan for 2022.
