Is Sun screen bad?

A speaker argues sunscreen may cause more harm than good, advocating instead for gradual sun exposure to build tolerance. The video challenges common sun protection advice and presents an alternative approach to managing UV exposure.
Yeah. So I don't wear sunscreen. And it's because I realized that sunscreen actually causes more skin cancer than it helps prevent it. And I know that sounds crazy, but the sun has been around for thousands of years. And the only reason why people get skin cancer is when they stay in the sun too long to where they get burned. Problem with most people is they stay out in the sun too long without first building up a tolerance to the sun. If you think about it, right, most people go on vacation and they go to some sunny destination where they've never been in the sun for more than one hour or two hours at a time, and they expect suddenly to just be able to stay in the sun for a long period of time. It just doesn't work that way. Because if you think about it, everyone's stuck inside all day long every day. Nowadays, they're in their homes, ac, no sun exposure, and they go outside and they go to vacation, and they slap on this soy screen and they get burned. So you don't need this chemical slop put on your body that was made by a corporation to make more money to prevent skin cancer. You just be more disciplined with how long you stay in the sun. And if you've never been used to the sun in Florida, for example, which we are right now, then work your way up towards it.
