One of the quotes that stung with me that I posted on my Instagram story today was, it's not a question of what if we invest in our team and they leave. The question is, what if we don't invest in our team and they stay? Let me repeat that. Okay. It's not what if we invest in our team and they leave. The question is, what if we don't invest in our team and they stay? It's a huge sunk cost, obviously. And so the more I think about that, I was talking to a few of the team members and I was saying, man, were you glad to be a part of the team? Like, how do you feel about being part of the team? And they're all, for the most part, still stoked. Obviously, they're bought in, and more importantly, they're just thankful to be here. And it really excites me, man, as a leader, that's what I love doing. Bringing people together, all growing together, learning the same exact things, to be on the same team, to be aligned and get to our goals.
