This is a YouTube video titled "On Mondays, we wear suits #shorts" containing a motivational monologue recorded in February 2023. The speaker discusses a company tradition called "Mad Men Mondays," where employees dress in suits to start the week with energy and professionalism, inspired by the TV show Mad Men and the advertising industry.
Everybody hates Mondays, but we love them. Every single Monday at our company, we wear suits. We call it Mad Men Mondays. Some people call it Money Mondays. I call it Mad Men Mondays because we dress up in full suits, ties, and we look our best. The reason why is because while everybody's sleeping in, pressing snooze, wishing it was the weekend, still, we get up early, we work out, we brush our teeth, we suit up, and we go to work. We call it Mad Men Mondays because we're paying tribute to the TV show Mad Men, where they all wore suits. In the advertising game, that's exactly what we do. So the next time it's a Monday for you, dress in what's called your war suit, put on your game face, and go to work. I promise you, you'll make more money as a result.
