Pectus Excavatum Bodyweight Exercises (Full Upperbody Workout)

Lucas, Chris, and Bridger demonstrate a full upper body workout using only bodyweight exercises, designed for people with pectus excavatum. The routine works around gym closures with minimal equipment and includes exercise tips throughout.
I thought you said you only had the 30. There he is, carrying the dumbbells to the to the gym for the day. Hit the Ford, baby. There he is. Those are hun. Those must be hundreds. How hard? Look at your face, dude. Those must be hundreds. Jesus Christ. Dude, these things are all rusted. Where'd you get these things? Arnold Schwarzenegger's old gym? Yep. Holy. They've been outside for a while. Wow. Wow. We're at the boneyard now. This is real. All right, boys, A lot of you have been requesting me to film an at home body weight workout. And even though the gyms are closed and even though I'm clearly outside of the park and not at home, we are going to be hitting a bodyweight upper body workout that you can do with minimal to no equipment. And we're going to get nice and juicy, nice and diced in quarantine because all the gyms are closed and I feel. Jesus, this freaking shade keeps getting in my face. But check this view out. This is the cool part about working outside. Got this beautiful view here of the lake here in. Well, it's not really a lake. It's more like a man made riverine. It is, huh? Yeah. Look at Chris over here getting nice and pumped up with the band. Get ready, Chris. Tree fry. Feel Good Fridays, baby. Check out the Spotify playlist. Feel Good Fridays. Link in the description, baby. If you want a workout playlist to get nice and juicy during quarantine, each week on Friday comes out with a brand new list. An hour of music gets you right through your workout. Woo. Bros without shirts on. Hitting the body weight workout. This is the next Zac Efron. We got Diplo. Who are you? I'm freaking Ryan Garcia, baby. Ryan Garcia wishes he was me. Let's be honest, you know the exercise, you know, is this the warm up a little bit of this, huh? Well, okay, that's not in the workout guys. But you know you can do that if you want you to. Handstand push ups. Let's go. Come on. Get it up, get it up. Nice and tight. Oh, no way. Chris is gonna. No. Oh, this is insane. What you want to do is get as close to the tree as possible, put as little resistance on your foot as possible and just use all your body weight. So it's basically like a standing shoulder press or sitting shoulder press that you would do with dumbbells. So just find a tree anywhere outside and you can do some shoulder press just as easy as Chris and Lucas just did. Gotta have some balance though. Yeah, definitely need the balance on it. You can go this way if it makes it a little bit easier to start. Y some good quality Brian with the perfect form. Oh, that's the thing. You lose the balance. Yeah. Oh, no. There you go. Come on, push one more. Can't wait for the day when we finally make it and holiday gang is successful. But right now I'm working so all you dramatic I swear to be driving me mental Now I'll be drinking too much again I just hopped out of events to another Benz I got my circle no other friends she said she love me she wanna be with me But I keep on thinking it's overtime Stop playing. Just finished handstand push ups. Now it's on to one arm ch chin ups. We're gonna do band assisted one arm chin ups. So if you guys can't do one arm chin ups, which I still have trouble doing them, we're gonna use the band which Lucas is gonna show you guys right here. One arm is your main arm and then you're gonna use the other band just for a little bit of assistance. Oh, look who decided to show up. Is that the Bridger Rogers just got done with? What? Just got done with the gun range. Pepper spray with a red dot. This. Wait, let me. All right, see the red dot? I got this for me and my girl. How funny would it be if you accidentally shot yourself right here? 16ft. This thing goes 16ft? 12 bucks, bro. 16ft, bro. Jesus, dude. I got it going, I got it going. Never better do it than me. More killing vanilla dutchies. And if it would, don't be on a fill. One arm push ups are next and Bridger's going for the high, high incline. So this is the form. If you cannot do a single one arm push up, you use your main arm to do the movement and you have your other arm as assistance. One arm nice and far out, the other one close to the hold. How we feeling? That says it all right there. So by now you should be pretty, pretty fatigued. It's all heavy body weight, man. Don't underestimate body weight. You can grow, you can get big. You just got to put in the work. Put some more resistance in, push yourself one more rep, two more reps, one arm, right? Plenty of options. Plenty of options. Don't make excuses, make progress. Get creative. Use this video's inspiration. Get outside, stay safe. Find a couple pull up bars. Find a couple friends to get a workout in. And health is wealth, baby. Don't stay inside. Get some vitamin D. Get Some fresh oxygen, get some fresh air, drink some water, get plenty of sleep, stay active, live longer, make exercise great again. Alright, so this car takes one to three years to get if you place an order right now. So I put a deposit down for this puppy. 2021 baby C8 Corvette. This thing's going to be nasty. Yeah, I'm lost but girl I'm still a star. He pulled up some drink just so he could see the stars. I just spent 400 on a brand new car. Chris is taking off. Say goodbye to Chris, boys. He'll be in the next one for sure. Hit your workouts, each of good stuff. It's getting pretty hard to see out here. Sun's down, everyone's gone. Besides the two, Lucas and Bridger. That's a quick body weight workout you can do with very minimal equipment. All you need is a pull up bar, your body weight for the push ups, the handstand push ups, the single arm push ups as well as for biceps. Obviously we had a little bit of a 15 pound dumbbell there, so that was a little bit of an advantage. Thankfully Lucas brought his dumbbell. But you can always just fill up a backpack with your books because obviously we train our biggest muscle first, which is our mind. Because without your mind and without the first acceptance that it's going to be a lifelong journey, right, it's not going to be a how long am I going to see results? How long do I have to do this exercise to see results? It's a, how much work do I have to put in to get the changes I want with my body, right or in my life? So you got to focus on the long term journey here, get a backpack, fill it up with books, do some backpack curls and you can do the same thing with triceps over the head. So quick bodyweight workout, use it. Let me know in the comments down below if you try it. And before you go, there's gonna be a video popping up on your screen right here and right here and check those out. You're probably gonna like them. And it's time to win. Until next time, guys. Keep smiling, keep learning, keep growing and it's time to overcome your genetics. Let's win. Cheers boys. Here's to you, here's to us, here's to where we're going.
