This is a YouTube video titled "PLAN YOUR YEAR LIKE THIS INSTEAD // BRIAN MONCADA" containing a monologue or talk focused on effective planning strategies, emphasizing short-term quarterly planning over long-term yearly plans. The excerpt features a single speaker discussing practical approaches to planning and client management, recorded in February 2024.
Like, the seats that we have right now, how can we maximize that to be as good as possible? Like, that's the real important stuff that gets done. But, like, a lot of the planning stuff, too, dude, it's just, like, look, like, yeah, like, we did that. Like, we sat down and said, we're gonna have 30 agency clients, and, like, now we want to have zero. And that was one short year away. So, like, planning for the year is dope, but, like, I just don't think you should spend 50 hours planning on the year. It's like, plan for the next quarter, dude. Like, tomorrow is more important than in. In a year. We just plan quarter by quarter. It's much easier to plan in 90 days than an entire year or three years.
