This is a YouTube video titled "Running a business is just like Runescape #shorts" containing a motivational monologue recorded on April 4, 2023. The speaker reflects on personal growth and leadership by comparing life and business challenges to leveling up in the game Runescape, emphasizing continuous self-improvement in various life skills.
For my team. They want to be around someone who's a good leader, who inspires them, who challenges them to do more. I have to challenge myself to do more. I have to constantly be leveling up. And I think that's the best game to play though too. Like, I love this game, dude. Yeah, because like that's, that's that runescape that I was addicted to in high school. I was constantly trying to level up in all these skills. Fishing, woodcutting, attack strength, range. I was trying to just level up like clicking these buttons and level up in runescape and now it's like I'm playing in real life runescape. I'm here trying to level up in my health, my dating, my relationships, my business acumen, my leadership skills, my public speaking skills. All this stuff, dude. And you just got to make the decision to be a better leader. And that starts with you first.
