A speaker weighs the tension between scaling business results and protecting your reputation. He discusses pricing models, client value, and investment returns, arguing that chasing growth too hard can damage the credibility that got you there in the first place.
Like with Sam, like pay 36 grand partnership came from it. Right. Tons of sales came from it. Like we, we easily 2 or 3x down invest. I know that. Not 2 or 3x, like 10x that investment. How can we do that for our, our, our clients? That's what I think about is like when you charge 30 grand, you got to get them a 300k solution. Like when people are paying us 10k a month. Sarah Turner, Brandon Carter. We're making 100 grand a month from the YouTube apps. And again, I'm not against charging high ticket, but like we found with the union, C$15k a month. Like the LTV drops tremendously. Yeah. When we increase the price and, and that's all I think about is like, how do we continue the reputation and the strong brand that we have and make it be even better. I think that's why, like David was telling me on the call earlier, he was like, I'm more realistic with my goals versus like 10x because, like, I think people just try to scale themselves out and then they end up ruining their reputation. Where it's like, I don't want to be too conservative either. I do want to think very, very big, but I also want to do it in a way where we're not risking our reputation.
