A founder weighs shutting down his agency to focus on scaling an education product instead. He's building a mastermind, course, coaching calls, community, and live events, and trying to figure out whether to keep the lean agency running or kill it entirely.
Should we get rid of the agency? Probably not. Like, why would I ever abandon the first vehicle? I'm just not going to scale it. I'm only going to have the leanest team possible to manage it. I'm going to scale this profit centrist, central focused thing, which is the education. And so the way we're fulfilling on it. And you guys can challenge me on this too, because I'd be open to what you guys think. Like I was going to create a whole new school group, do this whole complex thing. But we have one school group, it's called the Admin Mastermind. We have the course content, we have the weekly Q and A calls and coaching and then we have the community. We also have a live event. So that's 24k by itself for a year. Just that 2k a month. If you want to pay. That's the education. 2k a month, 24k a year.
