Prolonged sitting damages your body in ways most people miss. Mark Zuckerberg tore his ACL partly because of sedentary habits. The video explains how poor posture and inactivity shorten your life and invite injury.
Yeah, some people say sitting is the new smoking. And it's probably true. You know, we spend all of our time now, you know, slumped over, bad posture, phone in our hands, neck looking down at our screens or crunching our laptops. Right. And if you look at, you know, Mark Zuckerberg, for example, who recently tore his ACL training MMA getting ready for a cage match to apparently fight Elon Musk, it probably was because he spent the majority of his life sitting behind a computer working instead of running, jumping, throwing or walking every single day just like most pro athletes do. And so if you want to, you know, have a long life and an actual enjoyable life to win your 70 80, you should probably spend more time walking, running, jumping and throwing and learning how to actually move correctly. Spend less time sitting as much as possible and actually start walking and moving in between your time working. That way you can avoid injuring yourself and make sure you live a long, happy life.
