This is a YouTube video titled "Some of you have too much pride and won't work a 9-5" containing a monologue by Brian Moncada recorded in July 2025. In this English-language content, Brian Moncada shares his personal business experience, discussing his investment of $4 million working full time for a client, leveraging that experience to build his company adspend.com, and highlighting the company's financial success and low refund rate. The content is a single-speaker presentation focused on entrepreneurship and business growth.

I spent about $4 million working for him full time. And this is very key because I then leveraged that case study or those three years of working with him to now build adspend.com to what it is today. We've done over $7 million in the last few years. We've had clients pay us over six figures per month. Some stay with us for almost three years. We have a less than 2% refund rate all time because of that. And so what I'm sharing with you guys, again, is not like fluff or theory. This is just what we've done. But again, I'm not perfect. And that's the whole point of me sharing this with you, because we made a lot of mistakes along the way.
