A personal account of a morning routine built around hydration, meditation, and daily preparation. The speaker credits these simple practices with meaningful life changes, sharing what works in their actual mornings rather than theoretical advice.
People say Morning routines are stupid. Personally, I have a very simple, easy morning routine that works for me and it's changed my life pretty significantly. I wake up, turn off the opportunity clock, immediately go to the restroom, step on the scale, track my weight using an app called Happy Scale to make sure I'm actually gaining enough weight to put on size and muscle, which is my goal at the moment for my personal body. I then roll over to the sink, wash my mouth out, use a tongue scraper, spit out all that bad bacteria, coconut pool, which means just get a spoonful of coconut oil, put it in my mouth, swish it around for about 10 minutes and remove all that bad bacteria again from my mouth. Then I immediately hydrate. I drink Mountain Valley spring water, some of the highest quality water you can buy and you should buy to invest in your long term health. I mix it with some soul salts, shot of the soul bra, put a squeeze of lemon in there, about a half a lemon, mix it around, chug it, immediately go up to the roof with some bone broth, read the Bible, pray, meditate and start my day. Head to workout and immediately get to work. Yeah, it takes maybe one, two, two and a half hours. But for me, primes of my day, sets me up for success and works for me.
